1,2,3,5‐Tetra‐O‐acetyl‐4‐deoxy‐4‐(acetamido)‐β‐D‐ribofuranose 5 was prepared from L‐lyxose, which on condensation with silylated nucleoside bases gave the corresponding protected 4′‐azanucleosides. The protecting groups were removed using methanolic ammonia to afford the N‐acetyl‐4′‐azanucleosides, wherein the sugar ring oxygen is replaced with a substituted nitrogen atom, in good yields. Further, the 1‐(4‐deoxy‐4‐acetamido‐β‐D‐ribofuranosyl)thymine 16 was transformed to the corresponding 2′‐deoxy, 2′,3′‐dideoxy derivatives. The stereochemical assignments of the synthesized nucleosides were established based on NMR and X‐ray studies.  相似文献

The kinetic parameters (reaction order, n, activation energy, E, pre-exponential factor, A, constant rate, k) for the dehydration step due to elimination of osmotic water and hydrogen-bounded water with the carboxylic groups, and for the anhydrifying step owing to the dehydration of two neighboring (-COOH) groups, were determined under non-isothermal conditions for some carboxylic resins with acrylic-divinylbenzene (DVB) matrix. The kinetic parameters were evaluated by means of isoconversional methods from (TG/DTG) thermal analysis data. The results show a dependence of the apparent kinetic parameters on the cross-linking degree, granulation, gel/macroporous matrix nature, exchange capacity and heating rate.  相似文献

The conditions for obtaining periodic precipitation of cobalt(II) oxinate in agar-agar gel are investigated. The dependence of the nature of periodic precipitation on the concentrations of inner and outer electrolytes is studied in detail. The spacing law of Jablczynski and the time law of Morse and Pierce are verified in this system. The dependence of velocity constant (K) and the spacing coefficient (p) on the concentrations of inner and outer electrolytes has been studied. The velocity constant shows a nonlinear variation with the concentrations of the inner and outer electrolytes. The spacing coefficient (p) is inversely proportional to the concentrations of the inner and outer electrolytes. According to Shouji Shinohara's revised flocculation theory, the flocculation values are computed. The dependence of the flocculation value on the concentrations of the outer and inner electrolytes is studied.  相似文献

The influence of temperature on periodic crystallisation of magnesium hydroxide in agar-agar gel has been studied. The increase in velocity constant with temperature is attributed to the increase in the diffusion constant with temperature. The activation energy for diffusion of aqueous ammonia is calculated from the temperature — velocity constant correlation. The solubility of Mg(OH)2 decreases with temperature. The decrease in the spacing coefficient and fiocculation value of Mg(OH)2 with temperature is also explained because of the increase in temperature. Matalon and Packter’s equation correlating the spacing coefficient and concentration of the inner electrolyte is suitably modified to satisfy the temperature dependence of the spacing coefficient.  相似文献

The nature of C centres in NaCl has been experimentally studied by the positron annihilation technique. The results are in support of a previously proposed model for the C centres [1]. The approximate size of C centres has been estimated to be of the order 6.3 ± 0.7 Å.  相似文献

By directional solidification, single crystal of Sulphamic acid (SA) was successfully grown from aqueous solution by Sankaranarayanan‐Ramasamy (SR) method. A vertically designed L‐bend was used to avoid the effect due to spurious nucleation. A vertical bottom‐seeded ampoule was used for the growth of single crystal. A seed crystal was mounted at the bottom of the ampoule. Sulphamic acid crystals of up to 40 mm in diameter and 60 mm in length have been grown with a growth up to 10 mm per day. The grown sulphamic acid single crystal was characterized using X‐ray powder diffraction analysis, Raman, FTIR, and optical transmission studies. The dielectric behaviour was measured in the frequency range of 1 kHz–10 MHz for the temperature ranges from 30 °C to 170 °C. The sulphamic acid single crystal was also grown by conventional method. Single crystal of 8‐hydroxyquinoline (8HQ) having chemical formula C9H7NO, an organic nonlinear optical (NLO) material has been successfully grown by slow evaporation solution growth technique at room temperature. The crystal system has been confirmed from the powder X‐ray diffraction (PXRD) analysis. The crystalline perfection was evaluated by high resolution X‐ray diffractometry (HRXRD). From this analysis we found that the quality of the crystal is quite good. However, a very low angle (tilt angle 14 arc sec) boundary was observed which might be due to entrapping of solvent molecules in the crystal during growth. Its optical behavior has been examined by UV‐Vis. analysis, which shows the absence of absorbance between the wavelengths ranging from 400 to 1200 nm. From the thermal analysis it was observed that the material exhibits single sharp weight loss starting at 113°C without any degradation. The laser damage threshold was measured at single shot mode and the SHG behavior has been tested using Nd:YAG laser as a source. (© 2007 WILEY‐VCH Verlag GmbH & Co. KGaA, Weinheim)  相似文献
