First-principles calculations were used to calculate the structural, electronic and half-metallic ferromagnetism of Mn2RuGe1-xSnx (x?=?0, 0.25, 0.50, 0.75, 1) Heusler alloys. The Hg2CuTi-type structure is found to be energetic more than Cu2MnAl-type structure for both Mn2RuGe and Mn2RuSn compounds. The calculated lattice constants for Mn2RuGe and Mn2RuSn are 5.91?Å and 6.17?Å, respectively. The electronic band structures and density of states of Mn2RuGe show a half metallic character with total magnetic moments, 2 μB per formula unit that are in good agreement with Slater-Pauling rule with indirect band gap, 0.31?eV along the direction Γ –X. It is observed that the total magnetic moment per cell increases as Sn concentration increases in the Heusler alloys.  相似文献

 The (1:1) Na+ equilibrium constants, Ke1, of macrocyclic ethers of [12]crown-4, [12]crown-5 and [18]crown-6 were determined with a Na+ ISE in the presence of a second cation e.g. Li+, K+ and Ca2+ in dioxane/water (50/50). We estimated the (1:1) equilibrium constants, K e2 of the macrocyclic ethers with Li+, K+ and Ca2+ by this way. The binding selectivity of a macrocyclic ether between two cations was estimated in the same binary solvent mixture where the water hydration role is diminished. By using a new adsorbent (sepiolite) an adsorption-elution and atomic absorption spectrometric method has been developed for the preconcentration and determination of Fe and Pb. Recoveries of the analytes were 82 ± 3% for Fe and 91 ± 2% for Pb at 95% confidence level. For Cu it was only 5 ± 1%. The recovery of iron could be increased to about 97 ± 1% by complexing with EDTA, the recovery of copper only to 57 ± 2%. Four unsymmetrical vic-dioximes: [L1H2] N-(4-butylphenyl)amino-amphi-glyoxime, [L2H2] N-(4-butylphenyl)amino-anti-glyoxime, [L3H2] N-(4-phenylazophenyl)amino-amphi-glyoxime and [L4H2] N-(4-phenylazophenyl)amino-anti-glyoxime have been prepared from amphi-chloroglyoxime, anti-chloroglyoxime, 4-butylaniline and 4-(phenylazo)aniline respectively. The complexes of these vic-dioximes with NiII, CoII, CuII and CdII ions have been investigated. All are insoluble in common solvents. Their i.r. spectra and elemental analyses are given, together with mass and 1H-n.m.r. spectra of the ligands.  相似文献

The recognition of the benefits of polyphenolic antioxidants is eliciting increasing interest in the search for new polyphenolic derivatives with improved antioxidant activity. Since naringenin (4',5,7-trihydroxyflavanone) (NG) is one of the most abundant citrus and grapefruit polyphenolics and flavanone oximes were used in the synthesis of anticancer and radioprotector compounds having antiradical activity, the corresponding oxime of NG, naringenin oxime (NG-Ox), was synthesized and investigated. The structure of NG-Ox was characterized by FT-IR, (1)H NMR, elemental analysis, and the synthesized compound was screened for its antioxidant capacity by using the cupric reducing antioxidant capacity (CUPRAC) method. Trolox equivalent antioxidant capacity (TEAC) of NG-Ox was measured to be higher than that of the parent compound, NG. Other parameters of antioxidant activity (scavenging effects on *OH, O(2)*-, and H(2)O(2)) of NG-Ox were also determined.  相似文献
