In this paper we introduce the notion of a Borell-Brascamp-Lieb inequality for metric measure spaces (M,d,m) denoted by BBL(K,N) for two numbers K,N ∈ ℝ with N ≥ 1. In the first part we prove that BBL(K,N) holds true on metric measure spaces satisfying a curvature-dimension condition CD(K,N) developed and studied by Lott and Villani in (Ann Math 169:903–991, 2007) as well as by Sturm in (Acta Math 196(1):133–177, 2006). The aim of the second part is to show that BBL(K,N) is stable under convergence of metric measure spaces with respect to the L

Helium nanodroplets, formed in a supersonic expansion, are doped with C60 in a pickup cell. In some experiments, they are co-doped with water. Electrons are attached to the doped droplets; the yield of anions is recorded as a function of electron energy. The C60 - yield extends to much higher energies than in experiments involving isolated, hot fullerenes; we attribute the difference to the low temperature of the neutral precursors and the efficient cooling of the nascent anions by the helium droplet, which quench thermally activated autodetachment. The yields of (C60)2 - and C60D2O- anions reveal another important factor, namely depletion of the anion signal by dissociation which is energetically more facile than autodetachment. 相似文献

A new technique that uses inertial confinement implosions for measuring low-energy nuclear reactions important to nuclear astrophysics is described. Simultaneous measurements of n–D and n–T elastic scattering at 14.1 MeV using deuterium–tritium gas-filled capsules provide a proof of principle for this technique. Measurements have been made of D(d,p)T (dd) and T(t,2n)4He (tt) reaction yields relative to the D(t,n)4He (dt) reaction yield for deuterium–tritium mixtures with f T /f D between 0.62 and 0.75 and for a wide range of ion temperatures to test our understanding of the implosion processes.
