Inorganic-organic hybrid coating films were prepared from various trifunctional silicon alkoxides with a C=C double bond in their organic components, such as vinyltriethoxysilane (VTES), allyltriethoxysilane (ATES) or trimethoxysilylpropylmethacrylate (TMSPM), and zirconium n-tetrapropoxide modified with methacrylic acid. UV light from a high-pressure mercury lamp was irradiated through a photomask on the hybrid films, and this irradiation increased refractive index and microhardness of the films and decreased solubility of the films in alcohol or alkaline solution. IR spectra of the coating films have shown that C=C bonds in these trifunctional silicon alkoxides were polymerized with the UV irradiation. Patterns with a width of about 10 m and thickness of about 5–15 m were formed by the etching of unirradiated region of the films. Since VTES and ATES have a shorter organic chain than TMSPM, the hybrid films prepared from VTES or ATES are expected to show small optical loss in the near-infrared region due to C—H bonds in their use as waveguides.  相似文献

The synthesis of donor–acceptor‐type 2,5‐diarylthiazoles that bear electron‐donating N,N‐dialkylamine and electron‐withdrawing cyano groups at the 2‐ and 5‐position, respectively, were carried out with transition‐metal‐catalyzed C? H arylation reactions developed by us. The compounds were synthesized by the C? H arylation of unsubstituted thiazole at the 2‐position with a palladium/copper catalyst in the presence of tetrabutylammonium fluoride (TBAF) as an activator. Further C? H arylation of the 2‐arylated thiazole at the 5‐position was carried out by the palladium‐catalyzed reaction in the presence of silver(I) fluoride to afford the donor–acceptor‐type 2,5‐diarylthiazoles with N,N‐dialkylamine groups of different chain lengths. The UV/Vis absorption, photoluminescence, and electrochemical behavior were similar regardless of chain length, whereas liquid‐crystalline behavior and thermal characteristics were found to be dependent on the alkyl‐chain length. The compounds with N,N‐diethylamine or N‐butyl‐N‐methyl groups showed a stable liquid‐crystalline phase over a wide temperature range as well as higher stability to thermal decomposition.  相似文献

Palladium-catalyzed C-H homocoupling of thiophene derivatives takes place in the presence of silver(I) fluoride or acetate. A variety of bithiophenes are obtained in good to excellent yields. In particular, the reaction of 2-bromothiophene proceeds at room temperature to afford 5,5'-dibromo-2,2'-bithiophene, where the bromine atom is completely intact in the palladium-catalyzed reaction. XRD analysis reveals that silver fluoride is reduced to silver(0) during the reaction.  相似文献

The precursor of plate-like Li3PS4 solid electrolyte (75Li2S?25P2S5, SE (LS)), about 3 μm in length, 500 nm in width, and 100–200 nm in thickness, was successfully prepared from Li2S and P2S5 using ethyl propionate (EP) as a synthetic medium via liquid-phase shaking. Upon evacuating at 170 °C, the precursor decomposed to SE (LS), which exhibited ionic conductivity of about 2.0 × 10?4 Scm?1 at room temperature. SEM observation revealed that the SE (LS) thus obtained had plate-like morphology with dimension of 3 μm in length, 500 nm in width, and 100–200 nm in thickness. Owing to the nanosized SE (LS), an all-solid-state half-cell using composite anode consisting of 90 wt% LiNi1/3Mn1/3Co1/3O2 (NMC) and 10 wt% SE (LS) delivered a high capacity up to 130 mAhg?1(NMC) at the first discharge.  相似文献

A new optical coherence tomography system using a wavelength-scanning laser source is presented. The system has the advantage that the depth resolution can be controlled by the scanning range. In general, rapid scanning of the wavelength varies the output power of the laser source, and it is difficult to detect a weak signal of reflected light from the scattering object. By synchronizing the intensity-integrated detector with the variation, the dynamic range of the detection has been improved. To confirm the performance, tomographic imaging of biological tissues is demonstrated.  相似文献
