In this study, a bismuth film was used as a sensing platform for immunoreaction assay which includes the interactions between IgE and anti‐IgE molecules. For preparing this assay, IgE was deposited on a carbon paste electrode via bismuth(III) cations without using any membrane or functional reagent. The immobilized reagents and interaction of anti‐IgE on this formation were monitored by using atomic force microscopy technique and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy. Then some experimental parameters like the effect of IgE amount and the IgE–anti‐IgE interaction time were optimized. Under the optimal experimental conditions, the binding of anti‐IgE was also examined by following current decrease in differential pulse voltammograms of neutral red.  相似文献

A computational (B3LYP/6-31G∗ and MP2/6-31G∗) study shows that electrostatic interaction is controlling the π-facial selectivity for the addition of peracid and diazomethane to 5,6-cis,exo-disubstituted bicyclic[2.2.2]oct-2-enes (1). The nitrogen centre of diazomethane which does not participate in bond formation governs the π-face selectivity in 1,3-dipolar cycloaddition reactions with 1. The calculated results show that Cieplak model is less important in controlling the face selectivity in these cases.  相似文献

Artificial antibodies in the form of gel granules were prepared by the molecular imprinting technique from the monomers acrylamide and N,N'-methylene-bis-acrylamide. Gel granules, freed from the selectively adsorbed protein (the antigen), are neutral and, accordingly, do not migrate in an electrical field. However, upon selective interaction with the antigen at a pH different from its pI, the granules become charged. The selectivity of the gel antibodies was studied by free zone electrophoresis in a tube with inside diameter larger than the size of the granules. Such electrophoretic analyses showed that gel antibodies against iron-free transferrin had a high selectivity for this protein, although some crossreaction took place with iron-saturated transferrin, indicating that these artificial antibodies can easily distinguish the minute differences in the 3-D structure of the transferrins. Analogously, gel antibodies against iron-saturated transferrin were highly selective for this protein with some crossreaction with iron-free transferrin. The mobilities of iron-free and iron-saturated transferrin are very similar, and, therefore, capillary free zone electrophoresis cannot distinguish between these structurally related proteins. However, significant differences in the mobilities of the selective gel granules can be observed depending on their interaction with iron-free or iron-saturated transferrin, i.e., the artificial gel antibodies may become powerful analytical tools.  相似文献

Ethyl acetoacetate-sugar derivatives were prepared by standard alkylation of primary or secondary hydroxyls of diacetonide-protected sugars with ethyl 4-chloroacetoacetate. The obtained D-fructose, D-galactose, D-glucose and D-allose derivatives were conjugated to C60 using the Bingel reaction to afford hydrolytically stable, ether-linked fullerene-carbohydrates. Conjugation of an ester-protected mannose derivative to the C60 scaffold was carried out by the combination of the acetoacetate chemistry with the azide-alkyne click reaction.  相似文献

Centri-voltammetry and biocentri-voltammetry are techniques that combine centrifugation with voltammetry. This review covers (a) definitions; (b) experimental (cell) configurations; (c) effects of centrifugation parameters; and (d) applications of the method to the determination of heavy metals and biological molecules. Specific examples include applications to the determination of xanthine, acetylcholine esterase activity, and of acetyl choline.

This paper is devoted to investigate an interpolation inequality between the Brezis–Vázquez and Poincaré inequalities (shortly, BPV inequality) on nonnegatively curved spaces. As a model case, we first prove that the BPV inequality holds on any Minkowski space, by fully characterizing the existence and shape of its extremals. We then prove that if a complete Finsler manifold with nonnegative Ricci curvature supports the BPV inequality, then its flag curvature is identically zero. In particular, we deduce that a Berwald space of nonnegative Ricci curvature supports the BPV inequality if and only if it is isometric to a Minkowski space. Our arguments explore fine properties of Bessel functions, comparison principles, and anisotropic symmetrization on Minkowski spaces. As an application, we characterize the existence of nonzero solutions for a quasilinear PDE involving the Finsler–Laplace operator and a Hardy-type singularity on Minkowski spaces where the sharp BPV inequality plays a crucial role. The results are also new in the Riemannian/Euclidean setting.  相似文献

The inhibition behavior of 6-methyl-4,5-dihydropyridazin-3(2H)-one (MDP) on corrosion of mild steel in 1 M HCl and 0.5 M H2SO4 was investigated using weight loss, potentiodynamic polarization, and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) measurements. The results indicated that the corrosion inhibition efficiency depends on concentration, immersion time, solution temperature, and the nature of the acidic solutions. It is also noted that MDP is at its the most efficient in 1 M HCl and least in 0.5 M H2SO4. The effect is more pronounced with MDP concentration. It is found that the inhibition efficiency attains 98 % at 5 × 10?3 M in 1 M HCl and 75 % at 5 × 10?2 in 0.5 M H2SO4. Polarization measurements showed that the MDP acts as a mixed inhibitor. EIS diagrams showed that the adsorption of MDP increases the transfer resistance and decreases the capacitance of the interface metal/solution. From the temperature studies, the activation energies in the presence of MDP were found to be superior to those in uninhibited medium. Finally, a mechanism for the adsorption of MDP was proposed and discussed.  相似文献
