(1) Recently, metabolic profiling of the tissue in the native state or extracts of its metabolites has become increasingly important in the field of metabolomics. An important factor, in this case, is the presence of blood in a tissue sample, which can potentially lead to a change in the concentration of tissue metabolites and, as a result, distortion of experimental data and their interpretation. (2) In this paper, the metabolomic profiling based on NMR spectroscopy was performed to determine the effect of blood contained in the studied samples of brain tissue on their metabolomic profile. We used 13 male laboratory CD-1® IGS mice for this study. The animals were divided into two groups. The first group of animals (n = 7) was subjected to the perfusion procedure, and the second group of animals (n = 6) was not perfused. The brain tissues of the animals were homogenized, and the metabolite fraction was extracted with a water/methanol/chloroform solution. Samples were studied by high-frequency 1H-NMR spectroscopy with subsequent statistical data analysis. The group comparison was performed with the use of the Student’s test. We identified 36 metabolites in the brain tissue with the use of NMR spectroscopy. (3) For the major set of studied metabolites, no significant differences were found in the brain tissue metabolite concentrations in the native state and after the blood removal procedure. (4) Thus, it was shown that the presence of blood does not have a significant effect on the metabolomic profile of the brain in animals without pathologies. 相似文献

The crystal and magnetic structure of the Nd0.78Ba0.22CoO3 cobaltite is studied by neutron diffraction at high pressures up to 4.2 GPa in the temperature range 10–300 K. The pressure dependences of structural parameters are obtained. Ferromagnetic ordering of the Co sublattice is observed at normal pressure below T C ~ 140 K, and ferrimagnetic ordering of the Co and Nd sublattices with an antiparallel direction of magnetic moments appears at T F ~ 40 K. The magnetic moment of Co and the temperature T C change slightly under pressure, which points to the stability of the initial intermediate-spin (S = 1) state of Co3+ ions. This behavior differs considerably from the characteristic behavior of cobaltites that are close in chemical composition and structure and exhibit ferromagnetic ordering of only the Co sublattice. In these cobaltites, the magnetic moment of Co is substantially suppressed and T C decreases under pressure, which is related to the change in the state of Co3+ ions from the intermediate spin state to the nonmagnetic low-spin state (S = 0). The interplay between the appearance of the magnetic interaction of the R-Co sublattices and the stability of the spin state of Co3+ ions in the Nd0.78Ba0.22CoO3 cobaltite is discussed. 相似文献

A novel four-step methodology for the synthesis of 5-acyl-1,2-dihydropyrimidin-2-ones has been developed. The reaction of readily available N-[(1-acetoxy-2,2,2-trichloro)ethyl]ureas with Na-enolates of 1,3-diketones or β-oxoesters followed by heterocyclization-dehydration of the oxoalkylureas formed gave 5-acyl-4-trichloromethyl-1,2,3,4-tetrahydropyrimidin-2-ones. This paper describes the development of a xanthine oxidase/poly‐m‐phenylenediamine (XOD‐PPD)‐modified electrode. The biosensor was constructed by encapsulating XOD in a sol‐gel matrix deposited onto a platinum based screen‐printed electrode functionalized with a permselective PPD membrane. The hydrogen peroxide generated as a final product of the enzymatic reaction between the hypoxanthine and the XOD or by the spontaneous dismutation of superoxide radicals was selectively monitored at +700 mV. The use of a highly selective PPD layer blocked the nonspecific oxidation of other oxidizable molecules. Complexes [M(II)Gd(III){pyCO(OEt)pyC(OH)(OEt)py}?](ClO?)?·EtOH [M(II) = Cu(II) (1), Mn(II) (2), Ni(II) (3), Co(II) (4) and Zn(II) (5)] crystallize in the monoclinic Cc space group and contain one hexacoordinate M(II) ion and one enneacoordinate Gd(III) ion, bridged by three {pyCO(OEt)pyC(OH)(OEt)py}? ligands. Magnetic susceptibility measurements indicate a ferromagnetic interaction for 1 and antiferromagnetic interactions for 2-4. Using the ? = -J?(Gd(III))?(M(II)) spin Hamiltonian formalism, fits to the magnetic susceptibility data yielded J values of +0.32 cm?1 for 1, -1.7 cm?1 for 2, and -0.22 cm?1 for 3. In complex 4, the orbital contributions of Co(II) precluded the determination of the magnetic coupling. The complex follows the Curie-Weiss law with θ = -2.07 K (-1.44 cm?1). 相似文献

We study the classical generalized gln Landau-Lifshitz (L-L) model with special boundary conditions that preserve integrability. We explicitly derive the first non-trivial local integral of motion, which corresponds to the boundary Hamiltonian for the sl2 L-L model. Novel expressions of the modified Lax pairs associated to the integrals of motion are also extracted. The relevant equations of motion with the corresponding boundary conditions are determined. Dynamical integrable boundary conditions are also examined within this spirit. Then the generalized isotropic and anisotropic gln Landau-Lifshitz models are considered, and novel expressions of the boundary Hamiltonians and the relevant equations of motion and boundary conditions are derived. 相似文献
