A Michael addition reaction of cyclic ketones and piperidones to a vinyl phosphonate is described. The reaction, catalyzed by chiral diamines, produced geminal γ-oxobisphosphonates in high yields (up to 92%) and very high ees (up to >99%). Disubstituted ketones gave drs of up to 8?:?92. The synthesis and characterization of several new compounds with potential biological activity is described.  相似文献

We report a novel Lewis acid catalysed tandem reaction of isocyanides, chromone 3-carboxylic acid and nucleophiles. An experimentally very simple procedure, involving the use of microwave irradiation in the presence of a Lewis acid catalyst, affords a representative collection of chromone-2-carboxamides and chromone-2-carboxamido-3-esters in high yields, in just a few minutes. Such an unprecedented strategy is formally equivalent to a conjugate addition of isocyanides to Michael acceptors.  相似文献

1,6-Enynes with electron-donating substituents at the alkyne undergo gold(I)-catalysed single cleavage skeletal rearrangement, whereas substrates with electron-withdrawing substituents evolve selectively to double cleavage rearrangement. Theoretical calculations provide a qualitative rationale for these effects, and suggest that bicyclo[3.2.0]hept-5-enes are involved as intermediates. We provide the first X-ray structural evidence for the formation of a product of this class in a cycloisomerisation of a 1,6-enyne.  相似文献

A novel activity of halohydrin dehalogenases towards spiroepoxides has been found. The enzyme from Arthrobacter sp. (HheA) catalysed highly regioselective azidolysis of spiroepoxides containing 5, 6 and 7-membered cycloalkane rings, while the enzyme from Agrobacterium radiobacter (HheC), besides high regioselectivity, also displayed moderate to high enantioselectivity (E up to >200) that can be applied for the kinetic resolution of chiral spiroepoxides. The orientations of spiroepoxides in the active site of halohydrin dehalogenases were studied by quantum-chemical calculations and docking simulations. Analyses of the complexes obtained revealed the origins of diastereoselectivity and enantioselectivity of the investigated biotransformations.  相似文献

Let X={X(s)}sS be an almost sure continuous stochastic process (S compact subset of Rd) in the domain of attraction of some max-stable process, with index function constant over S. We study the tail distribution of ∫SX(s)ds, which turns out to be of Generalized Pareto type with an extra ‘spatial’ parameter (the areal coefficient from Coles and Tawn (1996) [3]). Moreover, we discuss how to estimate the tail probability P(∫SX(s)ds>x) for some high value x, based on independent and identically distributed copies of X. In the course we also give an estimator for the areal coefficient. We prove consistency of the proposed estimators. Our methods are applied to the total rainfall in the North Holland area; i.e. X represents in this case the rainfall over the region for which we have observations, and its integral amounts to total rainfall.The paper has two main purposes: first to formalize and justify the results of Coles and Tawn (1996) [3]; further we treat the problem in a non-parametric way as opposed to their fully parametric methods.  相似文献

We present an approach and numerical results for a new formulation modeling immiscible compressible two-phase flow in heterogeneous porous media with discontinuous capillary pressures. The main feature of this model is the introduction of a new global pressure, and it is fully equivalent to the original equations. The resulting equations are written in a fractional flow formulation and lead to a coupled degenerate system which consists of a nonlinear parabolic (the global pressure) equation and a nonlinear diffusion–convection one (the saturation equation) with nonlinear transmission conditions at the interfaces that separate different media. The resulting system is discretized using a vertex-centred finite volume method combined with pressure and flux interface conditions for the treatment of heterogeneities. An implicit Euler approach is used for time discretization. A Godunov-type method is used to treat the convection terms, and the diffusion terms are discretized by piecewise linear conforming finite elements. We present numerical simulations for three one-dimensional benchmark tests to demonstrate the ability of the method to approximate solutions of water–gas equations efficiently and accurately in nuclear underground waste disposal situations.  相似文献

In this paper, a method for measuring waveguide propagation losses by means of a Mach–Zehnder Interferometer (MZI) structure is reported. The method, based on the analysis of the transmission spectra of asymmetric MZIs, enables the propagation losses of the optical waveguides to be calculated without the requirement of identical coupling conditions for each measurement. In addition, the power imbalance of the branching structure in the MZI can also be obtained. Our theoretical analysis is supported by experimental measurements.  相似文献

This work reports new experimental thermodynamic results on fluorene. Vapor pressures of both crystalline and liquid phases were measured using a pressure gauge (capacitance diaphragm manometer) and Knudsen effusion methods over a wide temperature range (292.20 to 412.16) K yielding accurate determination of enthalpy and entropy of sublimation and of vaporization. The enthalpy of sublimation was also determined using Calvet microcalorimetry. The enthalpy of fusion was derived from vapor pressure results and from d.s.c. experiments. Static bomb calorimetry was used to determine the enthalpy of combustion of fluorene from which the standard enthalpy of formation in the crystalline phase was calculated. The enthalpy of formation in the gaseous phase was calculated combining the result derived for the crystalline phase with the enthalpy of sublimation.  相似文献

The adsorption of SPADNS (trisodium salt of 2-(p-sulfophenylazo)-1,8-dihydroxynaphthalene-3,6-disulfonic acid) onto resins XAD 2, XAD 7 and silica gel was studied in the presence and in the absence of the cationic surfactant CTAB (cetyl trimethylammonium bromide). At a ratio of 2.5 CTAB to 1 SPADNS, the surfactant caused a marked increase in SPADNS adsorption. The experimental results for adsorption versus time were applied on the basis of three kinetic models (pseudo-first-order Lagergren, pseudo-second-order, and intraparticle diffusion). The interaction between CTAB and SPADNS was investigated using spectrophotometric, conductometric, and computational techniques. Theoretical results point to the formation of an ion pair between CTAB and SPADNS that influences the solution spectra, in agreement with conductometric and spectrophotometric data.  相似文献
