An elegant and efficient synthesis of novel 1,2,3-triazole fused 2-aminopyrimidine hybrids has been accomplished for the first time in the green solvent viz. water. The hybrid molecules exhibit significant anti-bacterial activity when screened against three human pathogens viz. Staphylococcus aureus, Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Klebsiella pneumoniae. In comparison to the commercially marketed drug tetracycline, some of them are equally potent and a few are more potent.  相似文献

An efficient and rapid, solvent‐free, microwave‐accelerated, one‐pot, three‐component protocol for thiazolidin‐4‐ones synthesis from organic azides has been reported for the first time via Staudinger/aza‐Wittig reaction. The microwave‐accelerated, solvent‐free approach overcomes the limitations associated with the prevailing solution phase methodologies. In particular, its novelty is that it eradicates the vital limitation, that is, accumulation of water (byproduct) that is known to affect the yield and rate of the reaction. Thus, a library of thiazolidin‐4‐ones has been synthesized in short time in excellent yields (92–96%).  相似文献

A new class of organic nonlinear optical crystalline material, cis-2,6-diphenyl-3-isopropylpiperidine-4-one (3IPO), was prepared. The single crystals of the title material with good optical quality have been grown from its benzene solution by slow evaporation solution growth technique at ambient temperature. Vickers micro hardness measurement studies showed that the crystal belongs to a softer material category. The grown crystals were characterized through the spectroscopic techniques such as PXRD, UV–visible, FTIR and 1H NMR spectra. The powder XRD reveals the structure of the crystal to be monoclinic system. The UV–visible spectrum was recorded to find the suitability of the title crystal for optical applications. FTIR & 1H NMR spectra were recorded to confirm the presence of various functional groups and the molecular structure, respectively. The thermal stability of the crystal was established by TGA/DTA analysis. The second harmonic generation (SHG) in the crystal was confirmed using the modified Kurtz–Perry powder test employing Nd:YAG laser as the source of IR radiation and the SHG efficiency was found to be closer that of standard KDP.  相似文献

Yttrium doped Zinc Oxide (YxZn1−xO) thin films deposited at a substrate temperature 400 °C. The effect of substrate temperature on the structural, surface morphology, compositional, optical and electrical properties of YxZn1−xO thin films was studied. X-ray diffraction studies show that all films are polycrystalline in nature with hexagonal crystal structure having highly textured (002) plane parallel to the surface of the substrate. The structural parameters, such as lattice constants (a and c), crystallite size (D), dislocation density (δ), microstrain (σ) and texture coefficient were calculated for different yttrium doping concentrations (x). High resolution scanning electron microscopy measurements reveal that the surface morphology of the films change from platelet like grains to hexagonal structure with grain size increase due to the yttrium doping. Energy dispersive spectroscopy confirms the presence of Y, Zn and O elements in the films prepared. Optical studies showed that all samples have a strong optical transmittance higher than 70% in the visible range. A slight shift of the absorption edge towards the large wavelengths was observed as the Y doping concentration increased. This result shows that the band gap is slightly decreased from 3.10 to 2.05 eV with increase of the yttrium doping concentrations (up to 7.5%) and then slightly increased. Room temperature PL measurements were done and the band-to-band emission energies of films were determined and reported. The complex impedance of the 10%Y doped ZnO film shows two distinguished semicircles and the diameter of the arcs got decreased in diameter as the temperature increases from 70 to 175 °C.  相似文献
