We show how the traditional grid based method for finding neutrino oscillation parameters m2 and tan 2θ can be combined with an optimization technique,Differential Evolution(DE),to get a significant decrease in computer processing time required to obtain minimal chi-square(χ2) in four different regions of the parameter space.We demonstrate efficiency for the two-neutrinos case.For this,the χ2 function for neutrino oscillations is evaluated for grids with different density of points in standard allowed regions of the parameter space of m2 and tan 2θ using experimental and theoretical total event rates of chlorine(Homestake),Gallex+GNO,SAGE,Superkamiokande,and SNO detectors.We find that using DE in combination with the grid based method with small density of points can produce the results comparable with the one obtained using high density grid,in much lesser computation time.  相似文献

Free vibration analysis of moderately thick rectangular FG plates on elastic foundation with various combinations of simply supported and clamped boundary conditions are studied. Winkler model is considered to describe the reaction of elastic foundation on the plate. Governing equations of motion are obtained based on the Mindlin plate theory. A semi-analytical solution is presented for the governing equations using the extended Kantorovich method together with infinite power series solution. Results are compared and validated with available results in the literature. Effects of elastic foundation, boundary conditions, material, and geometrical parameters on natural frequencies of the FG plates are investigated.  相似文献

A new C‐glycosyl flavone containing a 3‐keto sugar, isocassiaoccidentalin B ( 1 ), was isolated from whole Cassia nomame (Sieber ) Honda plants, along with eleven known compounds, including two flavonoids ( 2 and 3 ), five flavonoid glycosides ( 4  –  8 ), two chalcones ( 9 and 10 ), and two phenylpropanoids ( 11 and 12 ). The chemical structures of all compounds were determined via 1D‐ and 2D‐NMR, and ESI‐MS. Among these, compounds 2 , 3 , 7 , and 8 were found to be the most potent in inhibiting nitric oxide release. Compounds 1 , 2 , 4 , 8 , 9 , and 10 showed significant free‐radical scavenging activity.  相似文献

In the present paper, reaction of zinc‐glycylphenylalanine ([Zn(II)‐Gly‐Phe]+) with ninhydrin has been investigated in gemini (m‐s‐m type; m = 16, s = 4–6) surfactants at temperature (70 °C) and pH (5.0). Monitoring the appearance of product at 400 nm was used to follow the kinetics, spectrophotometrically. The order of the reaction with respect to [Zn(II)‐Gly‐Phe]+ was unity while with respect to [ninhydrin] was fractional. The reaction constants involved in the mechanism were obtained. In addition to the rate constant (kΨ) increase and leveling‐off regions are observed with the geminis, just like as seen with conventional surfactant hexadecyltrimethylammonium bromide (CTAB), the former produced a third region of increasing kΨ at higher concentrations. A close agreement between observed and calculated rate constants was found under varying experimental conditions. A suitable mechanism consistent with the experimental findings has been proposed. The aim of this study was to determine the effects of light conditions during 2 years of storage on the luminescence characteristics of contaminating minerals, isolated from irradiated onions of 2 different origins. The potential use of photostimulated luminescence (PSL) as a screening and thermoluminescence (TL) as a confirmatory identification method was investigated during post-irradiation periods. Nonirradiated onions had 1,612 photon counts (PCs), However, the irradiated onions had much higher PCs (45,672–469,696, positive). The PCs of the irradiated onions decreased with storage time. However, all the irradiated onions had PCs with positive values (>5,000) even after 2 years of storage except onions stored under natural light. The decline in PCs because of light conditions during storage was in the order of sunlight, artificial light, and a darkroom, respectively. Minerals extracted from the nonirradiated samples exhibited TL glow curves of low intensities with maximum peak after 300 °C. However, all irradiated samples had TL glow peaks in the temperature ranges of 185–225 °C. The TL intensity and TL ratio of the irradiated samples decreased during storage with a slight shift in the TL peak temperature towards higher temperatures. The TL characteristics were most promising for samples stored under natural light conditions, however all the irradiated onions could be identified even after 2 years of storage.  相似文献

Six dicarboxylic acids 3a-3f were synthesized by the reaction of 3,3’,4,4’-benzophenonetetracarboxylic dianhydride 1 with L-aminoacids 2a-2f in a solution of glacial acetic acid/pyridine(Py) at refluxing temperature.Then six new poly(amide-imide)s PAIs were synthesized from the direct polycondensation reaction of[N,N’-(4,4’- carbonyldiphtaloyl)-bis-L-amino diacid]s with 1,5-bis(4-aminophenyl)penta-1,4-dien-3-one(APPD).The polymerization reactions produced a series of new optically active PAIs with high yield and good inherent viscosity.Also these PAIs are optically active and soluble in various organic solvents.These resulting new polymers can be used in column chromatography for the separation of enantiomeric mixtures.The resulted polymers were fully characterized by means of FTIR and ~1H-NMR spectroscopy,elemental analyses,inherent viscosity measurements,solubility tests and thermogravimetric analysis(TGA).  相似文献

Polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) coated hydroxyapatite was deposited onto a 316L stainless steel substrate by electrophoretic deposition. Deposition was carried out in a methanol suspension at pH 5.5 using a graphite rod as an anode. Parameters such as PVA concentration, deposition voltage and time were optimized to achieve a homogeneous, crack-free adhesive coating. Techniques such as X-ray diffraction and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy were used to study the phase composition of the coated materials and the stability of hydroxyapatite in the presence of PVA.  相似文献

Synthesis of symmetrical substituted 2,5‐diamino‐1,3,4‐thiadiazoles is described. Reaction of easily prepared dithiocarbamates with hydrazine gives the corresponding thiadiazoles in moderate to good yields. This method is new, efficient, and simple especially in the work‐up procedure.  相似文献

The syntheses, structural characterization, and magnetic behavior of two new hexanuclear copper(II) complexes derived from R-phosphonic acids and 1,3-bis(dimethylamino)-2-propanol (Hbdmap) with formulas [Cu(6)(μ-bdmap)(3)(μ(3)-Ph-PO(3))(2)(μ(3)-O···H···μ(3)-O)(ClO(4))(2)(H(2)O)]·5H(2)O (1) and [Cu(6)(μ-bdmap)(3)(μ(3)-t-Bu-PO(3))(2)(μ(3)-O···H···μ(3)-O)(μ(1,3)-dca)(dca)(H(2)O)]·6H(2)O (2) (Ph-H(2)PO(3) = phenylphosphonic acid, t-Bu-H(2)PO(3) = tert-butylphosphonic acid, dca = dicyanamide) are reported. Compounds 1 and 2 are hexanuclear 3.111 R-phosphonate(2-)/1,3-bis(dimethylamino)-2-propanolato(1-) cages including in the center the [μ(3)-O···H···μ(3)-O](3-) unit. The temperature dependence of the magnetic properties of 1 and 2 clearly indicates an overall strong antiferromagnetic coupling confirmed by DFT calculations.  相似文献

This study was planned to explore the locally available natural sources of gum hydrocolloids as a natural modifier of different starch properties. Corn (CS), sweet potato (SPS), and Turkish bean (TBS) starches were mixed with locally extracted native or acetylated cactus (CG) and acacia (AG) gums at 2 and 5% replacement levels. The binary mixtures (starch–gums) were prepared in water, freeze dried, ground to powder, and stored airtight. A rapid viscoanalyzer (RVA), differential scanning calorimeter (DSC), texture analyzer, and dynamic rheometer were used to explore their pasting, thermal, textural, and rheological properties. The presence of acetylated AG or CG increased the final viscosity (FV) in all three starches when compared to starch pastes containing native gums. Plain SPS dispersion had a higher pasting temperature (PT) than CS and TBS. The addition of AG or CG increased the PT of CS, SPS, and TBS. The thermograms revealed the overall enthalpy change of the starch and gum blends: TBS > SPS > CS. The peak temperature (Tp) of starches increased with increasing gum concentration from 2 to 5% for both AG and CG native and modified gums. When compared to the control gels, the addition of 2% CG, either native or modified, reduced the syneresis of starch gels. However, further addition (5% CG) increased the gels’ syneresis. Furthermore, the syneresis for the first cycle on the fourth day was higher than the second cycle on the eighth day for all starches. The addition of native and acetylated CG reduced the hardness of starch gels at all concentrations tested. All of the starch dispersions had higher G′ than G″ values, indicating that they were more elastic and less viscous with or without the gums. The apparent viscosity of all starch gels decreased as shear was increased, with profiles indicating time-dependent thixotropic behavior. All of the starch gels, with or without gums, showed a non-Newtonian shear thinning trend in the shear stress vs. shear rate graphs. The addition of acetylated CG gum to CS resulted in a higher activation energy (Ea) than the native counterparts and the control. More specifically, starch gels with a higher gum concentration (5%) provided greater Ea than their native counterparts.  相似文献
