To evaluate the suitability of [18F]perchorylfluoride [18F]FClO3 as an electrophilic fluorination agent for the preparation of radiopharmaceuticals, the reactivity non-radioactive FClO3 towards 4-substituted trimethyltin aromatic compounds was studied. Contrary to the expectation, an electrophilic fluorination of the aromatic nucleus did not occur. The reaction of perchlorylfluoride with aromatic trimethylstannyl compounds resulted in the formation of trimethyltin fluoride and the respective destannylated aromatics in variable yields.  相似文献

The complex formation of the macrocyclic ligand hemicucurbit[6]uril with various salts has been studied in aqueous solution. Due to the low solubility of this ligand the formation of complexes results in an increase of the amount of ligand present in solution. From these measurements the stability constants of the complexes formed are calculated. Hemicucurbit[6]uril only forms cation complexes with cobalt(II), nickel(II) and the uranylion. All other cations examined e.g. silver(I), lead(II) and copper(II) do not form detectable complexes in aqueous solution. For a better understanding of the complexation behaviour some quantum mechanical chemical calculations are performed with Gaussian.Dedicated to Prof. H. Chloride is determined indirectly by Spectrophotometric flow injection analysis. Two systems are compared, both based on the principle of ion exchange of easily detectable anions versus chloride from suitable mercury salts. The first method is based on the exchange of chloride with chloranilate which is detected at 332 nm or at 306 nm in neutral or in acidic medium respectively. In the second case, chloride reacts with Hg(SCN)2. The liberated thiocyanate forms a strongly coloured complex with Fe(III) in acidic solution with an absorption maximum at 460 nm. Both methods have a detection limit of about 5 mol Cl/l (175 ng/ml). In the case of the thiocyanate method, the relative standard deviation is about 2% (7 measurements) in the range of 5 to 150 mol/l and decreases significantly to a value of approximately 0.2% at higher concentrations; for the chloranilate method it is 10% for lower and about 1% for higher concentrations respectively.  相似文献

Bicyclo[3.3.0]octanone and bicyclo[4.3.0]nonanone derivatives with a cyclopropane unit in the α-position and an unsaturated side chain in the γ-position of the carbonyl group undergo fragmentation-cyclization processes leading to quasi-triquinane systems upon reductive photoinduced electron transfer (PET). For example, the new angular triquinane derivative 6 and the new propellane derivative 12 were synthesized in one step from these starting materials in moderate to good yields.  相似文献

The polyanionic water-soluble and non-mu-oxo-dimer-forming iron porphyrin iron(III) 5(4),10(4),15(4),20(4)-tetra-tert-butyl-5(2),5(6),15(2),15(6)-tetrakis[2,2-bis(carboxylato)ethyl]-5,10,15,20-tetraphenylporphyrin, (P(8-))Fe(III) (1), was synthesized as an octasodium salt by applying well-established porphyrin and organic chemistry procedures to bromomethylated precursor porphyrins and characterized by standard techniques such as UV-vis and (1)H NMR spectroscopy. A single pK(a1) value of 9.26 was determined for the deprotonation of coordinated water in (P(8-))Fe(III)(H(2)O)(2) (1-H(2)()O) present in aqueous solution at pH <9. The porphyrin complex reversibly binds NO in aqueous solution to give the mononitrosyl adduct, (P(8-))Fe(II)(NO(+))(L), where L = H(2)O or OH(-). The kinetics of the binding and release of NO was studied as a function of pH, temperature, and pressure by stopped-flow and laser flash photolysis techniques. The diaqua-ligated form of the porphyrin complex binds and releases NO according to a dissociative interchange mechanism based on the positive values of the activation parameters DeltaS() and DeltaV() for the "on" and "off" reactions. The rate constant k(on) = 6.2 x 10(4) M(-1) s(-1) (24 degrees C), determined for NO binding to the monohydroxo-ligated (P(8-))Fe(III)(OH) (1-OH) present in solution at pH >9, is markedly lower than the corresponding value measured for 1-H(2)O at lower pH (k(on) = 8.2 x 10(5) M(-1) s(-1), 24 degrees C, pH 7). The observed decrease in the reactivity is contradictory to that expected for the diaqua- and monohydroxo-ligated forms of the iron(III) complex and is accounted for in terms of a mechanistic changeover observed for 1-H(2)O and 1-OH in their reactions with NO. The mechanistic interpretation offered is further substantiated by the results of water-exchange studies performed on the polyanionic porphyrin complex as a function of pH, temperature, and pressure.  相似文献

The unperturbed chain dimensions (〈R2o/M) of cis/trans‐1,4‐polyisoprene, a near‐atactic poly(methyl methacrylate), and atactic polyolefins were measured as a function of temperature in the melt state via small‐angle neutron scattering (SANS). The polyolefinic materials were derived from polydienes or polystyrene via hydrogenation or deuteration and represent structures not encountered commercially. The parent polymers were prepared via lithium‐based anionic polymerizations in cyclohexane with, in some cases, a polymer microstructure modifier present. The polyolefins retained the near‐monodisperse molecular weight distributions exhibited by the precursor materials. The melt SANS‐based chain dimension data allowed the evaluation of the temperature coefficients [dln 〈R2o/dT(κ)] for these polymers. The evaluated polymers obeyed the packing length (p)‐based expressions of the plateau modulus, G = kT/np3 (MPa), and the entanglement molecular weight, Me = ρNanp3 (g mol?1), where nt denotes the number (~21) of entanglement strands in a cube with the dimensions of the reptation tube diameter (dt) and ρ is the chain density.
