标题化合物单晶由溶液法合成,呈紫红色,用X—射线衍射法测定了晶体及分子结构。晶体属于三斜晶系,空间群P_(?)(No.2),晶胞参数为a=12.880(4),b=13.649(7),c=21.670(5)(?),α=93.14(3),β=91.63(2),γ=115.99(4)°,最终偏离因子R=0.089 R_w=0.091。     

酶联免疫吸附分析法测定土壤试样中的阿特拉津

报道一种高灵敏度，高重现性的酶联免疫吸附分析法（ＥＬＩＳＡ）对土壤试样中阿特拉津的测定。测定的线性范围为０．０５￣５．０μｇ／Ｌ，由１４条标准曲线求得的最低检出限在０．０１８￣０．２４μｇ／Ｌ之间，线性相关系数ｒ＝０．９９２２。加标土样分别用含水甲醇和含水乙腈提取的效率都接近１００％，提取液用重蒸水１：２００稀释后可消除基质效应和溶剂效应的影响，加标平均回收率为９９．６％。     

Near-threshold production of the multistrange Xi- hyperon

The yield for the multistrange Xi(-) hyperon has been measured in 6A GeV Au+Au collisions via reconstruction of its decay products pi(-) and Lambda, the latter also being reconstructed from its daughter tracks of pi(-) and p. The measurement is rather close to the threshold for Xi(-) production and therefore provides an important test of model predictions. The measured yield for Xi(-) and Lambda are compared for several centralities. In central collisions the Xi(-) yield is found to be in excellent agreement with statistical and transport model predictions, suggesting that multistrange hadron production approaches chemical equilibrium in high baryon density nuclear matter.     

High-efficiency volume reflection of an ultrarelativistic proton beam with a bent silicon crystal

The volume reflection phenomenon was detected while investigating 400 GeV proton interactions with bent silicon crystals in the external beam H8 of the CERN Super Proton Synchrotron. Such a process was observed for a wide interval of crystal orientations relative to the beam axis, and its efficiency exceeds 95%, thereby surpassing any previously observed value. These observations suggest new perspectives for the manipulation of high-energy beams, e.g., for collimation and extraction in new-generation hadron colliders, such as the CERN Large Hadron Collider.     

胶体金免疫层析法快速检测牛奶、奶粉、饲料中的三聚氰胺

建立了快速检测牛奶、奶粉、饲料样品中三聚氰胺的胶体金免疫层析分析法。将三聚氰胺进行分子修饰得到两种衍生物,分别与牛血清白蛋白(BSA)和卵清白蛋白(OVA)相连制得免疫原和包被抗原。运用杂交瘤抗体制备技术得到抗三聚氰胺的单克隆抗体(mAb)。利用柠檬酸三钠还原法制得平均粒径18 nm的胶体金,将胶体金与抗三聚氰胺单克隆抗体相连,所形成的金标抗体(Au-mAb)包被在胶体金垫上,包被抗原和羊抗鼠二抗分别包被在硝酸纤维素膜(NC)上作为检测线(T线)和质控线(C线)。将胶金垫、NC膜、样品垫和吸水纸组装成免疫层析快速检测试剂条。将标准溶液(或待测液)滴加到样品垫上,10 min后可在NC膜C线和T线位置上用肉眼观察到胶体金的颜色(红色),通过比对颜色的深浅判断样品中三聚氰胺的含量。结果表明,三聚氰胺的检出限为10μg/L;选用了其它10种物质对免疫层析试剂条进行了特异性实验,免疫层析试剂条与2-氯-4,6-二氨基-1,3,5-三嗪和环丙氨嗪的交叉反应率约为1%,与其它8种物质没有交叉反应;加标样品用免疫层析试剂条和酶联免疫吸附分析法(ELISA)同时检查,结果一致。本方法适用于牛奶、奶粉、饲料样品中三聚氰胺的现场快速检测。
