Sesquiterpenoids from Chloranthus spicatus （Thunb.） Makino

Two new sesquiterpenoids, namely 1β,4β-dihydroxy-5 α,8β（H）-eudesm-7（11）Z-en-8,12-olide （1） and 1β,4α-dihydroxy-5α,8β（H）-eudesm-7（11）Z-en-8,12-olide （2）, along with six known ones, homalomenol A （3）, oplodiol （4）, 5α,7α（H）-6,8-cycloeudesma-1β,4β-diol （5）, oplopanone （6）, 4β,10α-dihydroxyaromadendrane （7） and spathulenol （8）, were isolated from the aerial part of Chloranthus spicatus （Thunb.） Makino, and their structures were established by spectroscopic methods.     

二维网状结构双核配合物[Ca_2(C_(10)H_8N_2O_4)_2(DMSO)_2(H_2O)_4]·2DMSO的合成、热分解及晶体结构

以2-羰基丙酸水杨酰腙(C_(10)H_(10)N_2O_4)作为配体与碳酸钙在水中反应， 在DMF(N,N'-二甲基甲酰胺)和DMSO（二甲基亚砚）的混合溶剂中培养了单晶，其组 成为 [Ca_2(C_(10)H_8N_2O_4)_2(DMSO)_2(H_2O)_4]·2DMSO [C_(10)H_8N_2O~2- _4为2-羰基丙酸水杨酰腙负离子]。测字了单晶的结构，该单晶为黄色，属单斜晶 系，空间群为P2(1)/C，晶胞参数a=1.0634(3)nm, b=1.7035(5)nm, c=1.2183(3) nm, β=106.180(5)°, V=2.1192(10)nm!, Dc=1.412Mg·m~(-3), Z=2, F(000) =944, μ=0.534m~(-1)，GOF=0.867。所测单晶是以2-卷曲在丙酸水杨酰腙羧基上 的一个氧原子作为桥联的双核钙（II）配合物，两个Ca~(2+)均处于五角双锥的七 配位环境中，锥底为配体2-羰基丙酸水杨酰腙中的三个配位原子，以及另一2-羰基 丙酸水杨酰腙羧基上的桥联氧原子和一个水分子的配位氧原子，锥顶为一配位水和 一想位的DMSO分子，即溶剂DMSO也参也了配位，从晶胞结构看，晶体中除配位的 DMSO分子外，还有自由的DMSO溶剂分子，它们与配位水以氢键连接存在于晶格之中 ，在空间形成的二维网状结构。通过TG-DTG还测定了配合物的热稳定性。

Highly Selective Salicylate Membrane Electrode Based on N,N＇- （Aminoethyl）ethylenediamide Bis（2-salicylideneimine） Binuclear Copper（Ⅱ） Complex as Neutral Carrier

A new ion selective electrode for salicylate based on N,N＇-（aminoethyl）ethylenediamide bis（2-salicylideneimine） binuclear copper（Ⅱ） complex [Cu（Ⅱ）2-AEBS] as an ionophore was developed. The electrode has a linear range from 1.0 × 10^-1 to 5.0 ×10^-7 mol·L^- 1 with a near-Nemstian slope of （ - 55 ±1 ） mV/decade and a detection limit of 2.0 × 10-7 mol·L^-1 in phosphorate buffer solution of pH 5.0 at 25 ℃. It shows good selectivity for Sal^- and displays anti-Hofmeister selectivity sequence： Sal^-〉SCN^-〉 ClO4^- 〉I^-〉 NO2^- 〉Br^-〉 NO3^- 〉Cl^-〉 SO3^2- 〉 SO4^2- The proposed sensor based on binuclear copper（Ⅱ）complex has a fast response time of 5-10 s and can be used for at least 2 months without any major deviation. The response mechanism is discussed in view of the alternating current （AC） impedance technique and the UV-vis spectroscopy technique. The effect of the electrode membrane compositions and the experimental conditions were studied. The electrode has been successfully used for the determination of salicylate ion in drug pharmaceutical preparations.

本文利用多原子分子振动力场的模型势函法对Ｈ＾＋３Ｏ和Ｈ＾＋３Ｏ（Ｈ２Ｏ）ｎ（ｎ＝１～３）阳离子的振动力场作了理论计算，并对其光谱频率进行了预测。Ｈ＾３Ｏ和Ｈ＾＋９Ｏ４的振动频率的结果优于从头算梯度法的结果。本文首次给出了Ｈ＾５＋５Ｏ２、Ｈ＾＋７Ｏ３伸缩振动频率的理论预测值。     

四溴代对苯二甲酸根桥联的双核钴（II）配合物的合成和表征

本文报道了四种新的双核钴（Ⅱ）配合物，即［Ｃｏ２（４Ｂｒ－ＴＰＨＡ）（Ｌ）４］（ＣｌＯ４）（４Ｂｋ－ＴＰＨＡ＝四溴代对苯二甲酸根阴离子，Ｌ＝１，１０－菲咯啉（ｐｈｅｎ）（１），５－硝基－１，１０－菲咯啉（ＮＯ２－ｐｈｅｎ）（２），２，２＇－联吡啶（ｂｐｙ）（３）和４，４＇－二甲基－２，２＇－联吡啶（Ｍｅ２ｂｐｙ）（４））的合成的表征，基于ＩＲ光谱、元素分析、电导测量等方法推定配合物具有四溴代对苯二     

混合簇合物(C5H5FeC5H4C2Ph)Co2(CO)6的结构研究

本文用电化学方法和X射线单晶结构分析, 研究了混合簇合物(C5H5FeC5H4C2Ph)Co2(CO)6的结构, 由循环伏安结果, 分别讨论了簇合物中(C5H5FeC5H4和C2O2中心的成键性质, X射线单晶结构分析表明: 晶体属单斜晶系, 空间群为P21, 晶胞参数a=11.845(6), b=8.155(6), c=24.031(6)A, β=90.88°,晶胞中分子数Z=4, 密度Do=1.637g.cm^-^2, 分析了(C5H5FeC5H4C2Ph)Co2(CO)6的结构特点, 并从成键角度讨论了(RC2R^1)Co(CO)6类簇合物的结构随RC2R^1不同而变化的规律。     

二氧化硫漂白鲜花的实验的改进

用燃烧硫所发生的 SO_2来演示 SO_2的漂白作用,从教学效果上讲,比用其他来源的 SO_2要恰当些。但它的缺点是要经过较长的时间,才能见到明显的结果。建议改用富氧空气代替空气,以缩短演示实验的时间。课前准备:取1—2升的细口瓶一个,瓶内挂一束润湿的鲜花,再通入氧气约1/3体积,用橡塞塞好后带进教室。演示手续:在燃烧匙内放硫1—2克,点着后伸入瓶内,硫就迅速烧完,因为瓶内的 SO_2的浓度较大,温度又较高,因此,鲜花就很快地被漂白。若用中学课本的装置,那末可用具有塞子的钟罩,     

XPS STUDIES ON SURFACE MODIFIED POLY [1-(TRIMETHYLSILYL)-1-PROPYNE] MEMBRANES Ⅱ SURFACE MODIFICATION BY BROMINE VAPOR*

Surface modification of poly [1-(trimethylsilyl)-1-propyne] (PTMSP) membranes bybromine vapor has been studied. It is shown that Br/C atomic ratio at the surfaces increased withthe time of bromination until about 60 min, then it reached a plateau. The results of XPS and IRstudies indicated that the addition of bromine to double bonds and the replacement of H on CH_3 bybromine had taken place so that a new peak at 286.0 eV (C--Br)in C_(1s) spectra and some newbands, e. g. at 1220 and 580cm~(-1) in IR spectra were formed. The fact,t Po_2, permeability ofoxygen, decreased and α_(O_2/N_2), separation factor of oxygen relative to nitrogen, increased withbromination time, shows that surface modification of PTMSP by bromine may be an efficient approach to prepare PTMSP membranes used for practical gas separations.
