C-wellposedness of the complete second order abstract cauchy problem and applications

In this paper, we first give a sufficient and necessary condition for to generate an exponentially bounded -semigroup and discuss its relations to the C-wellposedness of the complete second order abstract Cauchy problem ((ACP₂) for short) in some sense. Then we use these results and those in [1] to discuss the C-(exponential) wellposedness of a kind of (ACP₂) with application backgrounds, and develop the results in [2]. P－正则半群的双序集

本文刻划了双序集Ｅ为某Ｐ－正则半群的幂等元双序集的充要条件．所得定理不仅推广了Ｄ．Ｅａｓｄｏｗｎ关于带的双序集的结论，而且导出了正则＊－半群的幂等元双序集的一个刻划．进而还对Ｐ－正则半群的若干特殊情形及向非正则半群的推广进行了讨论．     

On Weak Regular ^＊-semigroups

In this paper, a special kind of partial algebras called projective partial groupoids is defined.It is proved that the inverse image of all projections of a fundamental weak regular ^*-semigroup under the homomorphism induced by the maximum idempotent-separating congruence of a weak regular ^*-semigroup has a projective partial groupoid structure. Moreover, a weak regular ^*-product which connects a fundamental weak regular ^*-semigroup with corresponding projective partial groupoid is defined and characterized. It is finally proved that every weak regular ^*-product is in fact a weak regular ^*-semigroup and any weak regular ^*-semigroup is constructed in this way.     

Some Conditions for a C0-Semigroup to Be Asymptotically Finite-Dimensional

We study the class of bounded C ₀-semigroups T=(T _t ) _t0 on a Banach space X satisfying the asymptotic finite dimensionality condition: codim X ₀(T)<, where X ₀(T):={x X:lim_t T _t x=0}. We prove a theorem which provides some necessary and sufficient conditions for asymptotic finite dimensionality.     

Detecting Mass Points of Representing Measures

We discuss a possibility of deciding whether measures representing a moment sequence or realizing orthogonality of polynomials have atoms. This is done on the real line and in several variables.     

Some Congruences on S (X)

Some congruences on S (X) are investigated in this paper. A unique atom in the sublattice [C(E), C (E)] is determined for some spaces X and S-equivalences E and X.AMS Subject Classification (1991): 20M20 54H15     

混合新几何体Γ_(-p，i)K的不等式

近来,Lutwak,Yang和Zhang提出了新几何体Γ_(-p)K的概念,获得一些结论.本文引入混合新几何体Γ_(-p,i)K的概念,即新几何体是它的特殊类,得到了混合新几何体的一些性质,并建立了相关的不等式.     

一般化凸空间上截口定理及其对择一不等式的应用

我们根据一般化凸空间上的KKM型定理得到了截口定理,然后作为它的应用讨论了若干个择一不等式.最后,引进了一个具体的一般化凸空间并在该空间上讨论了择一不等式解的存在性问题.
