Reactions of R1SnCl3 (R1=CMe2CH2C(O)Me) with (SiMe3)2Se yield a series of organo‐functionalized tin selenide clusters, [(SnR1)2SeCl4] ( 1 ), [(SnR1)2Se2Cl2] ( 2 ), [(SnR1)3Se4Cl] ( 3 ), and [(SnR1)4Se6] ( 4 ), depending on the solvent and ratio of the reactants used. NMR experiments clearly suggest a stepwise formation of 1 through 4 by subsequent condensation steps with the concomitant release of Me3SiCl. Furthermore, addition of hydrazines to the keto‐functionalized clusters leads to the formation of hydrazone derivatives, [(Sn2(μ‐R3)(μ‐Se)Cl4] ( 5 , R3=[CMe2CH2CMe(NH)]2), [(SnR2)3Se4Cl] ( 6 , R2=CMe2CH2C(NNH2)Me), [(SnR4)3Se4][SnCl3] ( 7 , R4=CMe2CH2C(NNHPh)Me), [(SnR2)4Se6] ( 8 ), and [(SnR4)4Se6] ( 9 ). Upon treatment of 4 with [Cu(PPh3)3Cl] and excess (SiMe3)2Se, the cluster fragments to form [(R1Sn)2Se2(CuPPh3)2Se2] ( 10 ), the first discrete Sn/Se/Cu cluster compound reported in the literature. The derivatization reactions indicate fundamental differences between organotin sulfide and organotin selenide chemistry.  相似文献

The synthesis of new functionalized organotin‐chalcogenide complexes was achieved by systematic optimization of the reaction conditions. The structures of compounds [(R1, 2Sn)3S4Cl] ( 1 , 2 ), [((R2Sn)2SnS4)2(μ‐S)2] ( 3 ), [(R1, 2Sn)3Se4][SnCl3] ( 4, 5 ), and [Li(thf)n][(R3Sn)(HR3Sn)2Se4Cl] ( 6 ), in which R1=CMe2CH2C(O)Me, R2=CMe2CH2C(NNH2)Me, and R3=CH2CH2COO, are based on defect heterocubane scaffolds, as shown by X‐ray diffraction, 119Sn NMR spectroscopy, and ESI mass spectrometry analyses. Compounds 4 , 5 , and 6 constitute the first examples of defect heterocubane‐type metal‐chalcogenide complexes that are comprised of selenide ligands. Comprehensive DFT calculations prompted us to search for the formal intermediates [(R1SnCl2)2(μ‐S)] ( 7 ) and [(R1SnCl)2(μ‐S)2] ( 8 ), which were isolated and helped to understand the stepwise formation of compounds 1 – 6 .  相似文献

The novel phosphonyl‐substituted ferrocene derivatives [Fe(η5‐Cp)(η5‐C5H3{P(O)(O‐iPr)2}2‐1,2)] ( Fc1,2 ) and [Fe{η5‐C5H4P(O)(O‐iPr)2}2] ( Fc1,1′ ) react with SnCl2, SnCl4, and SnPh2Cl2, giving the corresponding complexes [(Fc1,2)2SnCl][SnCl3] ( 1 ), [{(Fc1,1′)SnCl2}n] ( 2 ), [(Fc1,1′)SnCl4] ( 3 ), [{(Fc1,1′)SnPh2Cl2}n] ( 4 ), and [(Fc1,2)SnCl4] ( 5 ), respectively. The compounds are characterized by elemental analyses, 1H, 13C, 31P, 119Sn NMR and IR spectroscopy, 31P and 119Sn CP‐MAS NMR spectroscopy, cyclovoltammetry, electrospray ionization mass spectrometry, and single‐crystal as well as powder X‐ray diffraction analyses. The experimental work is accompanied by DFT calculations, which help to shed light on the origin for the different reaction behavior of Fc1,1′ and Fc1,2 towards tin(II) chloride.  相似文献

Triorganotin(IV) derivatives containing the anionic ligand bis(1‐methyl‐1H‐imidazol‐2‐ylthio)acetate [(S‐tim)2CHCO2] were synthesized from the reaction between R3SnCl acceptors (R = Me and Ph) and the sodium salt of the ligand. Mono‐nuclear complexes of the type [(S‐tim)2CHCO2]SnR3 were obtained, which were fully characterized by elemental analyses and FT‐IR in the solid state, and by NMR (1H, 13C and 119Sn) spectroscopy and electrospray ionization mass in solution. The toxic effects shown by these compounds on trout erythrocyte components showed that the toxicity of the organotin(IV) complexes depends on the nature and on the lipophilicity of the substituents on the metal centre. Four novel organotin complexes of two types—[R2Sn(o‐SC6H4CO2)]6 (R=Me, 1 ?H2O; nBu, 2 ) and {[R2Sn(m‐CO2C6H4S)R2Sn(m‐SC6H4CO2)SnR2]O}2 (R=Me, 3 ; nBu, 4 )—have been prepared by treatment of o‐ or m‐mercaptobenzoic acid and the corresponding R2SnCl2 (R=Me, nBu) with sodium ethoxide in ethanol (95 %). All the complexes were characterized by elemental analysis, FT‐IR and NMR (1H, 13C, 119Sn) spectroscopy, TGA, and X‐ray crystallography diffraction analysis. The molecular structure analyses reveal that both 1 and 2 are hexanuclear macrocycles with hydrophobic “pseudo‐cage” structures, while 3 and 4 are hexanuclear macrocycles with double‐cavity structures. Furthermore, the supramolecular structure analyses show that looser and more intriguing supramolecular infrastructures were also found in complexes 1 – 4 , which exist either as one‐dimensional chains of rings or as two‐dimensional networks assembled from the organometallic subunits through intermolecular C? H???S weak hydrogen bonds (WHBs) and π–π interactions.  相似文献

The organotin(IV) chlorides RnSnCl4−n (n = 3, R = Ph, PhCH2, n−Bu; and n =2, R = n−Bu, Ph, PhCH2) react with 4,4′‐bipyridine (4′4‐bpy) to give [(Ph3SnCl)2(4,4′‐bpy)1.5(C6H6)0.5] ( 1 ), [(PhCH2)3‐ SnCl]2 (4,4′‐bpy) ( 2 ), [(n−Bu)3SnCl]2(4,4′‐bpy) ( 3 ), [(n−Bu)2SnCl2(4,4′‐bpy)] ( 4 ), [Ph2SnCl2(4,4′‐bpy)] ( 5 ), and [(PhCH2)2SnCl2(4,4′‐bpy)] ( 6 ). The new complexes have been characterized by elemental analyses, IR, 1H, 13C, 119Sn NMR spectroscopy. The structures of ( 1 ), ( 2 ), ( 4 ), and ( 6 ) have been determined by X‐ray crystallography. Crystal structures of ( 1 ) and ( 2 ) show that the coordination number of tin is five. In complex ( 1 ), two different molecules exist: one is a binuclear molecule bridged by 4,4′‐bpy and another is a mononuclear one, only one N of 4,4′‐bpy coordinate to tin. Complex ( 2 ) contains an infinite 1‐D polymeric binuclear chain by weak Sn…Cl intermolecular interactions with neighboring molecules. In the complexes ( 4 ) and ( 6 ), the tin is six‐coordinate, and the 4,4′‐bpy moieties bridge adjacent dialkyltin(IV)dichloride molecules to form a linear chain. © 2004 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Herein, we present the synthesis of two pyrene-functionalized clusters, [(RpyrSn)4S6]⋅2 CH2Cl2 ( 4 ) and [(RpyrSn)4Sn2S10]⋅n CH2Cl2 (n=4, 5 a ; n=2, 5 b ; Rpyr=CMe2CH2C(Me)N-NC(H)C16H9), both of which form in reactions of the organotin sulfide cluster [(RNSn)4S6] ( C ; RN=CMe2CH2C(Me)N-NH2) with the well-known fluorescent dye 1-pyrenecarboxaldehyde ( B ). In contrast, reactions using an organotin sulfide cluster with another core structure, [(RNSn)3S4Cl] ( A ), leads to formation of small molecular fragments, [(RpyrCl2Sn)2S] ( 1 ), (pyren-1-ylmethylene)hydrazine ( 2 ), and 1,2-bis(pyren-1-ylmethylene)hydrazine ( 3 ). Besides synthesis and structures of the new compounds, we report the influence of the inorganic core on the optical properties of the dye, which was analyzed exemplarily for compound 5 a via absorption and fluorescence spectroscopy. This cluster was also used for exploring the potential of such non-volatile clusters for deposition on a metal surface under vacuum conditions.  相似文献

Reaction of [PdClMe(P^N)2] with SnCl2 followed by Cl‐abstraction leads to apparent Pd?C bond activation, resulting in methylstannylene species trans‐[PdCl{(P^N)2SnClMe}][BF4] (P^N=diaryl phosphino‐N‐heterocycle). In contrast, reaction of Pt analogues with SnCl2 leads to Pt?Cl bond activation, resulting in methylplatinum species trans‐[PtMe{(P^N)2SnCl2}][BF4]. Over time, they isomerise to methylstannylene species, indicating that both kinetic and thermodynamic products can be isolated for Pt, whereas for Pd only methylstannylene complexes are isolated. Oxidative addition of RSnCl3 (R=Me, Bu, Ph) to M0 precursors (M=Pd or Pt) in the presence of P^N ligands results in diphosphinostannylene pincer complexes trans‐[MCl{(P^N)2SnCl(R)}][SnCl4R], which are structurally similar to the products from SnCl2 insertion. This showed that addition of RSnCl3 to M0 results in formal Sn?Cl bond oxidative addition. A probable pathway of activation of the tin reagents and formation of different products is proposed and the relevancy of the findings for Pd and Pt catalysed processes that use SnCl2 as a co‐catalyst is discussed.  相似文献

Gas‐phase interactions of organotins with glycine have been studied by combining mass spectrometry experiments and quantum calculations. Positive‐ion electrospray spectra show that the interaction of di‐ and tri‐organotins with glycine results in the formation of [(R)2Sn(Gly)‐H]+and [(R)3Sn(Gly)]+ ions, respectively. Di‐organotin complexes appear much more reactive than those involving tri‐organotins. (MS/MS) spectra of the [(R)3Sn(Gly)]+ ions are indeed simple and only show elimination of intact glycine, generating the [(R)3Sn]+ carbocation. On the other hand, MS/MS spectra of [(R)2Sn(Gly)‐H]+complexes are characterized by numerous fragmentation processes. Six of them, associated with elimination of H2O, CO, H2O + CO and formation of [(R)2SnOH]+ (?57 u),[(R)2SnNH2]+( ?58 u) and [(R)2SnH]+ (?73 u), are systematically observed. Use of labeled glycines notably concludes that the hydrogen atoms eliminated in water and H2O + CO are labile hydrogens. A similar conclusion can be made for hydrogens of [(R2)SnOH]+and [(R2)SnNH2]+ions. Interestingly, formation [(R)2SnH]+ ions is characterized by a migration of one the α hydrogen of glycine onto the metallic center. Finally, several dissociation routes are observed and are characteristic of a given organic substituent. Calculations indicated that the interaction between organotins and glycine is mostly electrostatic. For [(R)2Sn(Gly)‐H]+complexes, a preferable bidentate interaction of the type η2‐O,NH2 is observed, similar to that encountered for other metal ions. [(R)3Sn]+ ions strongly stabilize the zwitterionic form of glycine, which is practically degenerate with respect to neutral glycine. In addition, the interconversion between both forms is almost barrierless. Suitable mechanisms are proposed in order to account for the most relevant fragmentation processes. The diorganotin(IV) dichlorides R2SnCl2 (R: Ph, PhCH2 or n‐Bu) react with 2‐mercapto‐6‐nitrobenzothiazole (MNBT) in benzene to give [Ph2SnCl(MNBT)] ( 1 ), [(PhCH2)2Sn(MNBT)2] ( 2 ) and [(n‐Bu)2Sn(MNBT)2] ( 3 ). The three complexes have been characterized by elemental analysis and IR, 1H, 13C and 119Sn NMR spectroscopies. X‐ray studies of the crystal structures of 1 , 2 and 3 show the following. The tin environment for complex 1 is distorted cis‐trigonal bipyramid with chlorine and nitrogen atoms in apical positions. The structure of complex 2 is a distorted octahedron with two benzyl groups in the axial sites. The geometry at the tin atom of complex 3 is that of an irregular octahedron. Interestingly, intra‐molecular non‐bonded Cl…S interactions and S…S interaction were recognized in the crystallographic structures of 1 and 3 respectively. As a result, complex 1 is a polymer and complex 3 is a dimer. Copyright © 2003 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.  相似文献

Four aluminum alkyl compounds, [CH{(CH3)CN‐2,4,6‐MeC6H2}2AlMe2] ( 1 ), [CH{(CH3)CN‐2,4,6‐MeC6H2}2AlEt2] ( 2 ), [CH{(CH3)CN‐2‐iPrC6H4}2AlMe2] ( 3 ), and [CH{(CH3)CN‐2‐iPrC6H4}2AlEt2] ( 4 ), bearing β‐diketiminate ligands [CH{(Me)CN‐2,4,6‐MeC6H2}]2 (L1H) and [CH{(Me)CN‐2‐iPrC6H4}]2 (L2H) were obtained from the reactions of trimethylaluminum, triethylaluminum with the corresponding β‐diketiminate, respectively. All compounds were characterized by 1H NMR and 13C NMR spectroscopy, single‐crystal X‐ray structural analysis, and elemental analysis. Compounds 1 – 4 were found to catalyze the ring‐opening polymerization (ROP) of ε‐caprolactone (ε‐CL) with good activity.  相似文献

Redox reactions of [(L1,2Mg)2] and Sb2R4 (R=Me, Et) yielded the first Mg‐substituted realgar‐type Sb8 polystibides [(L1,2Mg)442:2:2:2‐Sb8)] (L1=HC[C(Me)N(2,4,6‐Me3C6H2)]2, L2=HC[C(Me)N(2,6‐i‐Pr2C6H3)]2). Compounds [(L1,2Mg)2] serve both as reducing agents, initiating the cleavage of the Sb?C bonds, and as stabilizers for the resulting Sb8 polyanion. The polystibides were characterized by NMR and IR spectroscopies, elemental analysis, and X‐ray structure analysis. In addition, results from quantum chemical calculations are presented.  相似文献

A series of organotin(IV) compounds R3Sn(A) where R = Me or Ph and A is a chromogenic nitrophenolate ligand were prepared and studied as possible colorimetric sensors for anions (F, Cl, Br, AcO, H2PO4). Equilibrium constants for a complete set of reactions between R3Sn(A) with A = 2‐amino‐4‐nitrophenolate (ANP) or 4‐nitrophenolate and anions (X) involving formation of complexes R3Sn(A)(X) and substitution products R3Sn(X) and R3Sn(X)2 were determined by UV‐vis and 1H NMR titrations in MeCN and DMSO. The binding selectivity was AcO > F > H2PO4 > Cl ≫ Br in both solvents and both for R = Me and Ph with higher affinity for R = Ph. Compounds with A = ANP were found to have the optimum properties as anion sensors allowing optical detection of F, AcO and H2PO4 anions in the 5–100 µM range by appearance of an intense absorption band of free ANP resulting from its substitution with the analyte. Selectivity and affinity of anion interactions with R3Sn(ANP) are similar to those for thiourea receptors, but the organotin receptor produces a much larger naked eye detected optical signal, operates equally well in nonpolar and polar solvents and tolerates the presence of up to 20% vol. of water in DMSO. A series of Al(III) and Sn(II) diiminophosphinate complexes have been synthesized. Reaction of Ph(ArCH2)P(?NBut)NHBut (Ar = Ph, 3 ; Ar = 8‐quinolyl, 4 ) with AlR3 (R = Me, Et) gave aluminum complexes [R2Al{(NBut)2P(Ph)(CH2Ar)}] (R = Me, Ar = Ph, 5 ; R = Me, Ar = 8‐quinolyl, 6 ; R = Et, Ar = Ph, 7 ; R = Et, Ar = quinolyl, 8 ). Lithiated 3 and 4 were treated with SnCl2 to afford tin(II) complexes [ClSn{(NBut)2P(Ph)(CH2Ar)}] (Ar = Ph, 9 ; Ar = 8‐quinolyl, 10 ). Complex 9 was converted to [(Me3Si)2NSn{(NBut)2P(Ph)(CH2Ph)}] ( 11 ) by treatment with LiN(SiMe3)2. Complex 11 was also obtained by reaction of 3 with [Sn{N(SiMe3)2}2]. Complex 9 reacted with [LiOC6H4But‐4] to yield [4‐ButC6H4OSn{(NBut)2P(Ph)(CH2Ph)}] ( 12 ). Compounds 3–12 were characterized by NMR spectroscopy and elemental analysis. The structures of complexes 6 , 10 , and 11 were further characterized by single crystal X‐ray diffraction techniques. The catalytic activity of complexes 5–8 , 11 , and 12 toward the ring‐opening polymerization of ε‐caprolactone (CL) was studied. In the presence of BzOH, the complexes catalyzed the ring‐opening polymerization of ε‐CL in the activity order of 5 > 7 ≈ 8 > 6 ? 11 > 12 , giving polymers with narrow molecular weight distributions. The kinetic studies showed a first‐order dependency on the monomer concentration in each case. © 2006 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. J Polym Sci Part A: Polym Chem 44: 4621–4631, 2006  相似文献

The first triorganotin(IV) pentacyanopropenides, [R3Sn(H2O)2][C3(CN)5] (R = Me ( 2 ), nBu ( 3 ), Ph ( 4 ) were prepared by treatment of Ag[C3(CN)5] ( 1 ) with equimolar amounts of R3SnCl in reagent grade THF. In a similar manner, dark red [R3Sn(H2O)2][N{C(CN)C(CN)2}2] ( 6 ) containing the hexacyanoazapentadienyl anion was prepared in 55 % yield. The molecular structure of [Ph3Sn(H2O)2][C3(CN)5] ( 4 ) was determined by X‐ray diffraction. The crystal structure consists of separated trigonal‐bipyramidal [Ph3Sn(H2O)2]+ cations and nearly planar [C3(CN)5] anions which are linked through O–H ··· N hydrogen bonds to give a three‐dimensional network.  相似文献

Reaction of (TBBP)AlMe ? THF with [Cp*2Zr(Me)OH] gave [(TBBP)Al(THF)?O?Zr(Me)Cp*2] (TBBP=3,3’,5,5’‐tetra‐tBu‐2,2'‐biphenolato). Reaction of [DIPPnacnacAl(Me)?O?Zr(Me)Cp2] with [PhMe2NH]+[B(C6F5)4]? gave a cationic Al/Zr complex that could be structurally characterized as its THF adduct [(DIPPnacnac)Al(Me)?O?Zr(THF)Cp2]+[B(C6F5)4]? (DIPPnacnac=HC[(Me)C=N(2,6‐iPr2?C6H3)]2). The first complex polymerizes ethene in the presence of an alkylaluminum scavenger but in the absence of methylalumoxane (MAO). The adduct cation is inactive under these conditions. Theoretical calculations show very high energy barriers (ΔG=40–47 kcal mol?1) for ethene insertion with a bridged AlOZr catalyst. This is due to an unfavorable six‐membered‐ring transition state, in which the methyl group bridges the metal and ethene with an obtuse metal‐Me‐C angle that prevents synchronized bond‐breaking and making. A more‐likely pathway is dissociation of the Al‐O‐Zr complex into an aluminate and the active polymerization catalyst [Cp*2ZrMe]+.  相似文献

Syntheses and Crystal Structures of Novel Chalcogenido‐bridged Niobium Copper Clusters In the presence of tertiary phosphines, the reaction of NbCl5 and Copper(I) salts with Se(SiMe3)2 (E = S, Se) affords the new chalcogenido‐bridged niobium‐copper cluster compounds ( 1 ) and [NbCu4Se4Cl (PPh3)4] ( 2 ). Using E(R)SiMe3 (E = S, Se, R = Ph, nPr) instead of the bisilylated selenium species leads to the compounds [NbCu2(SPh)6(PMe3)2] ( 3 ), [NbCu2(SPh)6(PnPr3)2] ( 4 ), [NbCu2(SePh)6(PMe3)2] ( 5 ), [NbCu2(SePh)6(PnPr3)2] ( 6 ), [NbCu2(SePh)6(PiPr3)2] ( 7 ), [NbCu2(SePh)6(PtBu3)2] ( 8 ), [NbCu2(SePh)6(PiPr2Me)2] ( 9 ), [NbCu2(SePh)6(PPhEt2)2] ( 10 ), [Nb2Cu2(SnPr)8(PnPr3)2Cl2] ( 11 ) and [Nb2Cu6(SnPr)12(PiPr3)2Cl4]·2 CH3CN ( 12 ·2 CH3CN). By reacting CuI salts and NbCl5 with the monosilylated selenides Se(tBu)SiMe3 and Se(iPr)SiMe3 which have a weak Se–C bond the products [Nb2Cu6Se6(PiPr3)6Cl4] ( 13 ), [Nb2Cu4Se2(SeiPr)6(PnPr3)4Cl2] ( 14 ) and [Nb2Cu6Se2(SeiPr)10(PEt2Me)2Cl2]·DME ( 15 ) are formed which contain selenide as well as alkylselenolate ligands. The molecular structures of all of these new compounds were determined by single crystal X‐ray diffraction measurements.  相似文献

Five new diorganotin N‐[(3‐methoxy‐2‐oxyphenyl)methylene] tyrosinates, R2Sn[2‐O‐3‐MeOC6H3CH=NCH (CH2C6H4OH‐4)COO] (R = Me, 1 ; Et, 2 ; Bu, 3 ; Cy, 4 ; Ph, 5 ), have been synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, IR, NMR (1H, 13C and 119Sn) spectra, and the X‐ray single crystal diffraction. In non‐coordinated solvent, complexes 1 – 5 have penta‐coordinated tin atom. In the solid state, 1 – 3 are centrosymmetric dimmers in which each tin atom is seven‐coordinated in a distorted pentagonal bipyramid, and 4 displays discrete molecular structure with distorted trigonal bipyramidal geometry, and the tin atom of 5 is hexa‐coordinated and possess the distorted octahedral geometry with a coordinational methanol molecule. The intermolecular O‐H???O hydrogen bonds in 1 – 4 link molecules into the different one‐dimensional supramolecular chain with R22 (30) or R22 (20) macrocycles, and the molecules of 5 are joined into a two‐dimensional supramolecular network containing R44 (24) and R44 (28) two macrocycles. Bioassay results against human tumour cell HeLa indicated that 3 ‐ 5 belonged to the efficient cytostatic agents and the activity decreased in the order 4 > 3 > 5 > 2 > 1. The fluorescence determinations show the complexes may be explored for potential luminescent materials.  相似文献

Complexes of 2-(2′-pyridyl)quinoxaline (L) with R2SnCl2 (R=Me, Et, Bun) have been synthesized and characterized using IR, far-IR, 119Sn Mössbauer, 1H and 13C spectroscopies. The X-ray crystal structure of Et2SnCl2L shows a bidentate chelating behaviour of L, which is observed in all the diorganotin compounds presented. Interaction of the ligand L with SnCl4 resulted in the formation of a salt with the formula [(LH)2]2+[SnCl6]2−. Solution studies of the complexes R2SnCl2L (R=Me, Et, Bun) revealed partial dissociation of the ligand in chloroform.  相似文献
