C_(70)PH可能异构体的结构与稳定性的理论研究   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
分别用半经验的AM1, PM3及MNDO方法研究了富勒烯衍生物C_(70)PH的12种可能异构体的结构和稳定性。计算结果表明: -PH基团加成在4种6-6键上的稳定构型中,非赤道带6-6键加成的三个异构体为闭环结构,赤道带6-6键加成的一个异构体为开环结构;-PH基团加成在4种6-5键上均可产生开环和闭环2种稳定构型。加成在6-5双键的异构体其闭环构型更稳定,加成在6-5单键的异构体其开环构型更稳定。闭环异构体中-PH基团加成在碳球极处6-6键上的构型1,2最稳定,开环异构体中-PH基团加成在赤道带6-6键上的构型8最稳定。  相似文献

用从头算HF/3-21G方法研究了C50的环加成衍生物C50X(X=SiH2, PH, S)所有可能的异构体的结构与稳定性, 计算结果表明, SiH2基团、PH基团与S原子在C50上环加成的优先加成位置相同, 都为C3—C4类键和C4—C4类键, 并且相应形成[5,6]-闭环和[5,5]-闭环结构的最稳定异构体; 决定C50X(X=SiH2, PH, S)各异构体稳定性的主要因素, 因加成位置以及发生加成反应的C—C键的单双键类型的不同, 可能是张力、共轭效应或者二者的共同作用. 进一步比较了C50X(X=SiH2, PH, S)与C50X(X=CH2, NH, O)的结构和稳定性等, 并总结出规律性的结论, 即加成原子的大小和加成位置C—C键的类型是影响形成开环或闭环结构的C50环加成衍生物的两种主要因素.  相似文献

分别用MNDO和AM1两种半经验方法,对C59F2nHN (n = 1, 2) 的异构体进行几何构型全优化,结合频率分析及HF/6-31G单点能计算,确定了各异构体的基态结构及其相对稳定性。计算结果表明,C59HN的F加成物的立体选择性规律与C60的不同,最稳定异构体不是1-2加成物。C59F2HN的最稳定异构体是1-4加成的6, 18-或12, 15-异构体; C59F4HN的最稳定异构体是1-4,1-4加成的6, 18; 12, 15-异构体,其能量远小于其它各异构体的能量。N原子取代碳笼骨架C原子后,改变了碳笼F加成物的立体选择性规律。  相似文献

用INDO/2系列方法研究了C60与氨基酸加成产物的结构和UV谱, 表明两种加成产物异构体---[6, 6]闭环和[6, 5]闭环异构体, 均具有Cs对称性, 且[6, 6]闭环异构体具有更低的生成热,因而更稳定, 以优化构型为基础, 计算了化合物的UV谱, 与实验值一致, 同时对电子跃迁进行理论指认, 讨论了产物UV谱带红移的原因。  相似文献

用半经验的AM1, PM3及ab initio方法对C60NH两种异构体的结构及光谱进行了理论计算。结果表明, 具有开环结构的C60NH的5/6异构体稳定性要高于具有闭环结构的6/6异构体。计算了两种异构体开环与闭环过程的反应坐标, 发现6/6开环异构体是势能面上的一局部最小点, 而5/6闭环异构体不存在6/6异构体的H可以在两种镜面异构体之间快速翻转, 使其核磁共振谱呈现C2v对称性。通过振动分析确认了所优化的构型确实为势能面的能量最低点, 并得到了C60NH各异构体的红外光谱。  相似文献

分别在DFT-B3LYP和MP2/6-311++G**水平上求得HOCl + N2O复合物势能面上的六种(S1, S2, S3, S4, S5和S6)和四种(S1, S2, S4和S5)构型. 频率分析表明,其中的S1和S3为过渡态,其它为稳定构型. 在复合物S3, S5 和S6中,HOCl 单体的σ*(5O-6H)作为质子供体,与N2O单体中作为质子受体的3O原子相互作用,形成氢键结构,而在氢键复合物S2中, 质子受体为N2O单体中的端1N原子;复合物S1中,HOCl分子的σ*(5O-4Cl)作为质子供体与N2O分子中的端1N原子(质子受体)相互作用,形成卤键结构,而复合物S4中的卤键结构的质子受体为N2O分子中的端3O原子. 经B3LYP/6-311++G**水平上的计算,考虑了基组重叠误差(BSSE)校正的单体间相互作用能在-1.56 ~ -8.73 kJ·mol-1之间. 采用自然键轨道理论(NBO)对两种单体间相互作用的本质进行了考查,并通过分子中原子理论(AIM)分析了复合物中氢键和卤键键鞍点处的电子密度拓扑性质.  相似文献

采用密度泛函方法对11顶点巢式碳硼烷C2B9H112-异构体进行了几何结构优化,分析了稳定性、电荷分布及分子轨道.结果表明,9个异构体都有对应的稳定构型,保持了巢式骨架结构.C取代开口五元环上B的异构体更稳定,且随取代数目增加和C原子间距增加而增加,C—C键和C—B键作用增强.C取代内层B使异构体稳定性降低,C—C键和C—B键长随之增长.负电荷主要集中在C原子上,开口五元环上的C原子上负电荷要比内层C原子更多,成为亲核取代反应中心.异构体分子前线轨道具有和η5-C5H5-相似的π键性质,ΔELUMO-HOMO反映的化学稳定性与结构能量稳定性趋势一致.  相似文献

摘要本文用INDO系列方法对C70NH的8种异构体构型进行计算,结果表明最稳定的构型是N原子加在C3-C3键和C4-C4键上形成具有CS对称性且不开环的三元环结构。研究了这两种最稳定构型的电荷分布,指出了C70NH的8种构型的^13CNMR谱。进行了UV-Vis光谱计算,结果表明C70NH主峰与C70一致,并在500nm以上产生特征吸收峰;C70NH与C70。相比将发生UV谱带红移的现象,同时讨论了谱带红移的原因。  相似文献

由激光产生的磷原子团簇正离子的质谱图中呈现很强的 P5 和 P5- 谱峰。使用分子图形学方法设计出 9种可能的同分异构体 ,对其中性及正负离子分子进行了分子力学、PM3半经验量子化学和 ADF密度泛函优化。在磷原子团簇模型中 ,磷原子采用 2、3或 4配位方式成键。从各异构体成键能量的比较可得知 ,最稳定的 P5 构型是四方锥的结构 ,最稳定的 P5-构型是平面五边形的结构 ,而最稳定的 P5构型是在最稳定的 P4的增加一个 2配位原子所生成的结构  相似文献

The spectral-polarization characteristics of absorption and phosphorescence of molecules of the initial form of nitro-substituted indolinospirobenzothiopyran were studied in oriented polyethylene films and in solutions with different polarity. An oscillator model of the electron transitions responsible for the formation of absorption and luminescence spectra was suggested. It was established that the principal differences in the spectral and photophysical properties of the compound studied and its oxygen-containing analog are associated with the fact that the electronegativity of the S atom is lower than that of the O atom. Two vanilloids, (5E)-8-(4-hydroxy-3-methoxyphenyl)oct-5-en-4-one (1) and 4-[3-hydroxydecyl]-2-methoxyphenol (2), isolated from the dried seeds of Grains of Paradise (Aframomum melegueta), were synthesized; the latter compound was made as the S-enantiomer and the material derived from the seeds was found to be a 1:1.7 mixture of the R and S isomers. The synthetic route used should allow the preparation of analogs having extended alkyl chains and consequently different lipophilicity, and 3, a homolog of 2, was also prepared.  相似文献

Main hydration products of two cement pastes, i.e. CSH-gel, portlandite (P) (and specific surface S) were studied by static heating, and by SEM, TEM and XRD, as a function of cement strength (C-33 and C-43) hydration time (th) and subsequent hydration in water vapour.Total change in mass on hydration and air drying, Mo, increased with strength of cement paste and with hydration time. Content of water escaping at 110 to 220°C, defined as water bound with low energy, mainly interlayer and hydrate water, was independent on cement strength but its content increased with (th). Content of chemically bound (zeolitic) water in CSH-gel, escaping at 220-400°C, was slightly dependent on strength and increased with (th). It was possibly derived from the dehydroxylation of CSH-gel and AFm phase. Portlandite water, escaping at 400-500°C, was independent on cement strength and was higher on longer hydration. Large P crystals were formed in the weaker cement paste C-33. Smaller crystals were formed in C-43 but they increased with (th). Carbonate formated on contact with air (calcite, vaterite and aragonite), decomposed in cement at 600-700oC. It was high in pastes C-33(1 month) and C-43(1 month), i.e. 5.7 and 3.3%, respectively; it was less than 1% after 6 hydration months (low sensitivity to carbonation) in agreement with the XRD study showing carbonates in the air dry paste (1month), and its absence on prolonged hydration (6 months) and on acetone treatment. Water vapour treatment of (6 months) pastes or wetting-drying increased this sensitivity.Nanosized P-crystals, detected by TEM, could contribute to the cement strength; carbonate was observed on the rims of gel clusters.This revised version was published online in November 2005 with corrections to the Cover Date.  相似文献

Cotton cellulose was swollen in a sodium hydroxide solution and carboxymethylated by a two-bath method for different periods of time for each process. The kinetics of acid hydrolysis and the crystallinity of the swollen and carboxymethylated samples were measured. The proportion of broken bonds, rate constants for hydrolysis, and permeability of cellulose to hydrolyzing agents were calculated. The susceptibility of glycosidic linkages to acid hydrolysis was improved by carboxymethylation more than by swelling in alkali. The increased accessibility of carboxymethylcellulose to acid was regarded as a consequence of increased intra-and intercrystalline swelling and of the glycosidic bonds' weakness caused by the electron-attracting carboxymethyl group on the C-6 position.  相似文献

非那雄胺能抑制5α-还原酶的活性,明显降低二氢睾酮水平,是一种治疗良性前列腺增生的有效药品。该合成工艺以甾烯酮酸为原料,将其与氯化亚砜反应,无须分离即与叔丁胺反应得17β-酰胺化合物,再氧化开环,环合,氢化,脱氢合成了非那雄胺。经元素分析、IR、1HNMR、13CNMR、MS分析表征了其结构。该法无须使用昂贵的2,2-二吡啶二硫化物和剧毒药品苯亚硒酸酐,且以乙酸铵代替氨气,降低了对设备的要求和腐蚀,更适用于工业生产。  相似文献

The heats of detonation of 20 simple high explosives and explosive mixtures were determined by means of an adiabatic detonation calorimeter designed by the authors. The results indicated that the performance of the instrument was reliable and the experimental data were very accurate. For explosive mixtures, there was a linear accumulative relationship between the heats of detonation of the explosive mixture and its components. Accordingly, the heats of detonation of explosive mixtures could be calculated directly from the heats of detonation of simple explosives and the characteristic heats of other components. The experiments showed that the gold or brass shell of the cylindrical charge could be substituted by a thick-walled porcelain shell, which had the advantage of cheapness.

The aim of the presented work was the investigation of thermal oxidation of ilmenite in static air atmosphere. The investigations were carried out by use of a derivatograph (MOM, Hungary). The changes of crystallographic structure of investigated samples were identified by X-ray diffractometry on Philips PW-1710 diffractometer. In temperature above 500°C appears structure of hematite Fe2O3. On the basis of the thermogravimetric measurements, the contracting area and contracting volume models were found as the best fitting experimental data. Cyclopropyl derivative of 2,6-di-tert-butylphenol is synthesized as a probe to investigate the mechanism of base-catalyzed autooxidation of phenol derivatives. Our study indicates that one electron reduction of molecular oxygen from phenolate gives phenoxyl radical 3, a key intermediate of autooxidation. The coupling of phenoxyl radical and superoxide radical gives peroxylate anion 4 and produces the final epoxy alcohol adduct 6.  相似文献
