The new alkaloid foliphorin is isolated fromHaplophyllum foliosum (Rutaceae). Spectral data establish the structure as 1-methyl-4-methoxy-8(2′-O-acetyl-3′-hydroxy-3′-methylbutyloxy)-2-quinolone. Dihydrohaplamine, which is observed for the first time in nature, is obtained fromHaplophyllum perforatum. Berberine, -allocryptopine. oxyacanthine, glaucine, thalicmidine, isocorydine, O-methylcorypalline and the new bases densinine and densiberine have been isolated. The structures of the new alkaloids have been established by a study of spectral characteristics and chemical transformations. This is the first time that any of the known alkaloids, apart from berberine, have been isolated from a plant of this pecies and it is the first time that -allocryptopine and O-methylcorypalline have been isolated from theBerberis genus.  相似文献

The alkaloid composition of young shoots and leaves ofBerberis heteropoda Schrenk has been studied. In addition to known alkaloids, two new ones have been isolated — N-methyldihydroberberine and 8-oxoberberrubine, the structures of which were established by chemical transformations and a study of spectral properties. Of known alkaloids, berbamunine, aromoline, glaucine, thalicmidine, isocorydine, and reticuline have been found in this plant for the first time. Pseudopalmitine and laudanosine have been found for the first time in plants of the genusBerberis.Andizhan State Medical Institute. The rates of the photochemical oxidation of quinazoline alkaloids — deoxypeganine, peganine, pentamethylenequinazoline, and peganol — to the corresponding oxo derivatives have been studied. It has been shown by HPLC that the oxidation of deoxypeganine proceeds through a stage of the formation of a carbinolamine (peganol); in the case of its hydrochloride, the reaction takes place by the same scheme but four times more slowly. Tetra- and pentamethylenequinazolines have been synthesized and information on their melting points in the literature has been corrected. In the series trimethylenequinazoline-pentamethyl-enequinazoline-tetramethylenequinazoline the stability falls from left to right.
