建立了采用固相萃取-液相色谱-质谱/质谱(SPE-LC-MS/MS)对蜂蜜中磺胺类、硝基咪唑类、喹诺酮类、大环内酯类、林可酰胺类和吡喹酮共计6大类54种药物残留同时测定的方法。蜂蜜经磷酸盐缓冲溶液(pH 8)稀释,Oasis HLB固相萃取柱净化后,通过液相色谱-质谱联用技术进行检测(正离子方式,多反应监测模式)。采用同位素稀释内标法或外标法进行定量,线性关系良好,相关系数大于0.992。方法的定量限(LOQ,以信噪比(S/N)大于10计)分别为磺胺类和硝基咪唑类药物1.0 μg/kg,喹诺酮类和林可酰胺类药物2.0 μg/kg,大环内酯类药物3.0 μg/kg,吡喹酮0.3 μg/kg。总体回收率为32.6%~114%,相对标准偏差为1.3%~28.9%。该方法的定量限满足目前国内外药物的最大残留限量要求,可作为蜂蜜中相关药物残留量的筛选检测方法。  相似文献

将线叶旋覆花两个入药部位分开裁剪,用水洗净后干燥、粉碎,过孔径为0.25 mm筛网。分取0.02 g粗粉于20 mL顶空瓶中,于120℃加热30 min。所得挥发性成分进入气相色谱仪,以DB-5色谱柱在程序升温条件下分离,用配电子轰击离子源的质谱仪检测,以保留时间、碎片离子峰定性,以面积归一化法定量。结果显示:从线叶旋覆花中鉴定出的挥发性成分分别有46种(茎叶中)和30种(花中),其峰面积占总挥发性成分峰面积的71.11%,99.98%。花和茎叶中共有挥发性成分有8种,特有挥发性成分有22,38种;茎叶中挥发性成分包括烯烃类、酸类、醇类、醛类、烷烃类、芳香烃类、酯类、酮类和其他类化合物各13,5,4,9,7,2,3,2,1种,相对含量分别为18.11%,17.32%,12.16%,8.76%,4.05%,0.41%,0.80%,0.32%,9.18%;花中挥发性成分包括烯烃类、醇类、醛类、芳香烃类和其他类化合物各18,2,5,2,3种,相对含量分别为52.67%,29.35%,11.50%,2.07%,4.39%。不同入药部位中活性成分烯烃类化合物相对含量均较高,挥发性成分的种类和相对...  相似文献

为解决食品接触用纸中“异味”问题,保证食品接触用纸的安全,采用静态顶空/气相色谱-质谱联用法(SHS/GC-MS)结合谱库检索和保留指数(RI)对食品接触用纸中的挥发性气味物质进行定性,借助峰面积归一法进行半定量,并通过计算相对气味活性值(ROAV)鉴别构成纸张“异味”的主体气味物质。在所有纸样中共检测到119种化合物,鉴别出51种挥发性气味成分,包括醛类、酮类、醇类、烷烃类、芳香烃类、烯烃类、杂环类、酯类、醚类、羧酸类等10大类。结果表明,(E,E)-2,4-壬二烯醛、壬醛、癸醛、(E)-2-壬烯醛、2-正戊基呋喃、正十八烷和苯乙烯是食品接触用纸中关键的气味物质。该方法方便且高效,可为食品接触用纸行业的工艺改进、挥发性气味检测与分析提供技术支持。 关键词  相似文献

用溶剂提取法提取了灰竹的挥发性物质,用GC-MS法鉴定出22种化合物,其中主要成分(相对含量)为烯类(19.0%),醇类(39.9%),酯类(1.0%)、酸类(10.9%),酮类(2.3%)、芳香烃类(19.8%)和烷烃类(3.6%)化合物,占总检出量约97%。  相似文献

建立了采用固相萃取-液相色谱-串联质谱同时测定麦冬、玄参、延胡索中7种甲氧基丙烯酸酯类杀菌剂残留量的方法。样品经乙酸乙酯提取,氨基固相萃取柱净化后,经C18色谱柱分离,以甲醇和1.0‰甲酸溶液为流动相梯度洗脱,电喷雾正离子模式离子化,选择反应监测方式监测,串联质谱测定,外标法定量。结果显示,各目标物在1或2个数量级浓度范围内的线性关系良好,相关系数均大于0.996。醚菌胺、啶氧菌酯和肟菌酯的定量限为2 μg/kg,嘧菌酯和吡唑醚菌酯的定量限为4 μg/kg, Z-苯氧菌胺和醚菌酯的定量限为10 μg/kg。各杀菌剂的回收率为60.4%~110%,相对标准偏差为1.2%~17%。该方法能满足麦冬、玄参、延胡索中7种目标杀菌剂残留量的检测。  相似文献

建立了气相色谱-负化学源质谱(GC-NCI/MS)测定蜂蜜和王浆中4种杀虫剂残留量的方法。蜂蜜样品由乙酸乙酯提取、乙二胺-N-丙基硅烷(PSA)净化,而王浆样品经乙腈-水(1:1,v/v)提取、C18固相萃取柱净化,采用GC-NCI/MS测定,外标法定量。结果表明:在50~500 μg/L范围内4种农药的线性良好;所有农药的LOD在0.12~5.0 μg/kg之间,LOQ在0.40~16.5 μg/kg之间;在10、15、20 μg/kg 3个添加水平下,4种农药的平均回收率在78.2%~110.0%之间,且RSD均小于14%。所有农药的测定均没有出现干扰峰。该方法简单、快速,准确度、精密度和选择性高,抗干扰能力强,可用于蜂蜜和王浆中这4种农药的快速检测。  相似文献

建立了水果、蔬菜、茶叶、蜂蜜、粮谷和动物源性食品中抗倒胺残留的高效液相色谱-串联质谱(HPLC-MS/MS)分析方法。样品经乙腈提取,混合使用乙二胺-N-丙基硅烷和十八烷基硅烷键合相基质分散净化后,用HPLC-MS/MS检测和确证,外标法定量。质谱分析采用电喷雾电离,正离子扫描,多反应监测模式。该方法通过建立基质标准曲线消除基质效应,抗倒胺在1~100 μg/kg范围内具有良好的线性关系,相关系数在0.998~0.999之间;样品中添加5、10、50 μg/kg的标准品,其添加回收率在85.2%~112.4%之间,相对标准偏差均小于8.5%;检出限(LOD)在0.08~1.64 μg/kg之间,定量限(LOQ)在0.30~5.48 μg/kg之间。实验结果表明,该方法提取效果好,具有良好的灵敏度、回收率和重复性。  相似文献

建立了亲水作用色谱-串联质谱(HILIC-MS/MS)测定蜂蜜中链霉素和双氢链霉素的分析方法。样品中链霉素和双氢链霉素经20 g/L三氯乙酸水溶液(含50 mmol/L磷酸盐,pH 6.8)提取,HLB固相萃取柱净化,采用HILIC-MS/MS对目标物进行定性和定量分析。采用SIELC Obelisc R色谱柱,以0.5%(体积分数)甲酸水溶液和乙腈为流动相进行梯度洗脱分离,在正离子模式下检测,外标法定量。该方法在2.5~100 μg/L范围内线性关系良好(r>0.99),检出限(LOD)为2.0 μg/kg,定量限(LOQ)为5.0 μg/kg。在空白蜂蜜样品中进行5.0、20.0、100.0 μg/kg 3个水平的加标回收试验,方法的平均回收率为86.9%~113.2%,精密度在10%以下。该方法简单、快速、灵敏,重复性好,可用于蜂蜜中链霉素和双氢链霉素的定量测定。  相似文献

建立了气相色谱-串联质谱(GC-MS/MS)检测肉制品中10种挥发性N-亚硝胺类化合物残留量的方法。肉制品样品经同时蒸馏萃取法(SDE)萃取,采用冷冻去脂净化法,在多反应监测模式下分析,外标法定量。结果表明,采用优化后的条件,10种挥发性N-亚硝胺类化合物在1.00~1000 μg/L范围内线性关系良好,相关系数均在0.99以上。方法的检出限(LOD,S/N=3)和定量限(LOQ,S/N=10)分别为0.01~0.02 μg/kg和0.04~0.07 μg/kg。选取3种不同类型的肉制品(火腿肠、中式香肠和腌渍腊肉),在空白样品添加水平为LOQ水平、1.0、2.0 μg/kg时,10种挥发性N-亚硝胺类化合物的平均回收率为74.8%~94.3%,相对标准偏差小于8.3%。市售3类肉制品中6种挥发性N-亚硝胺类化合物(N-亚硝基二甲胺、N-亚硝基二乙胺、N-亚硝基吡咯烷、N-亚硝基哌啶、N-亚硝基二丁胺、N-亚硝基二丙胺)均有不同程度检出,且腌渍腊肉中每种挥发性N-亚硝胺类化合物的检出值最高。该方法操作简单,萃取充分,灵敏度高,试剂用量少,可满足实验室大量样品的日常检测需求。  相似文献

建立了强阳离子固相萃取-高效液相色谱-串联质谱法用于测定蜂蜜中野百合碱、克氏千里光宁、倒千里光碱、千里光菲啉和千里光宁等5种双稠吡咯啶类生物碱。蜂蜜样品用0.1 mol/L盐酸溶解,强阳离子交换固相萃取柱富集净化后,高效液相色谱-串联质谱进行定性和定量。以Phenomenex C18柱(100 mm×4.6 mm, 2.6 μm)为分析柱,乙腈和0.1%(体积分数)甲酸-5 mmol/L乙酸铵水溶液为流动相进行梯度洗脱,在电喷雾正离子多反应监测模式下进行检测。结果表明,5种双稠吡咯啶类生物碱在1~100 μg/L范围内线性关系良好,线性相关系数均大于0.99。在1、20和50 μg/kg加标水平下,11种不同种类蜂蜜中的5种双稠吡咯啶类生物碱的平均回收率为73.1%~107.1%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为4.1%~17.0%,方法检定量限可达到1.0 μg/kg。该方法准确灵敏,可适用于不同种类进出口蜂蜜中双稠吡咯啶类生物碱的监控分析。利用该方法对来自中国8个省及自治区的洋槐蜜、葵花蜜、棉花蜜、油菜蜜、荆条蜜、枣花蜜、荞麦蜜和来自新西兰、西班牙、澳大利亚等国家的进口蜂蜜进行了筛查。结果发现,野百合碱、克氏千里光宁和倒千里光碱均未检出,而千里光菲啉和千里光宁在大多数蜂蜜中均能检出,千里光菲啉含量在11.0~31.1 μg/kg范围内,千里光宁含量在8.3~29.1 μg/kg范围内。  相似文献

The solubilities of anthracene, tetracene, 1,2-benzanthracene, chrysene, pyrene, perylene, ,'-dinaphtyl, rubrene, and decacyclene in solvents of different nature and polarity (hydrocarbons and halogenated hydrocarbons, alcohols, ketones, ethers, and esters) were determined at 20±1°C. The distribution of benzene and naphthalene in the organic solvent-water system was studied. 将甲烷催化裂解法生产的经过纯化的多壁碳纳米管(PMWCNTs)、活性炭、石墨 化碳黑(Carbopack B)分别填装成气相色谱填充柱,比较它们分离烷烃、芳香烃、 卤代烃、醇、酮、醚、酯类的性能。分别在PMWCNTs和Carbopack B上涂清5%(w/w) 的Carbowax 20M,填装成气相色谱填充柱后,比较它们分离醇、酮、醚、酯、有机 酸类的性能。结果表明,PMWCNTs是一种性能优异的气相色谱固定相。与相同比表 面积的Carbopack B石墨化碳黑相比较,它有更强的保留能力,适合于分析沸点相 对较低的化合物;具有更均匀的表面,表现为极性化合物亦可得到对称的峰形;理 论塔板数较小。此外,和Carbopack B一样,PMWCNTs涂清5% (w/w) Carbowax 20M 后可用来分离极性化合物,甚至是强极性的小分子有机酸。  相似文献

Purified multi-walled carbon nanotubes (PMWCNTs), activated charcoal and graphitized carbon black (Carbopack B) were used as column packing materials to compare their separation ability and other gas chromatographic behavior for aromatic hydrocarbons, alkanes, halogenated hydrocarbons, alcohols, ketones, esters, and ethers. The results show that PMWCNTs can be an excellent gas chromatographic packing material. Compared to Carbopack B with the same surface area, PMWCNTs had a stronger retention ability, a more homogenous surface and smaller theoretical plate numbers. Polar compounds can present symmetric peaks on PMWCNTs. PMWCNTs were found to be an interesting alternative adsorbent to activated charcoal and Carbopack B as gas chromatographic column packing material for volatile compounds, especially those with relatively low boiling points.  相似文献

Summary An analytical procedure has been developed for simultaneous determination of solvent mixture vapors to enable evaluation of occupational exposure. To determine the desorption efficiency the volatile components of the solvent mixtures were generated from a glass tube filled with glass wool. This device is easy to prepare and use. These vapors were then collected in activated charcoal tubes and analyzed by capillary gas chromatography. The method was tested with a mixture of 22 solvents, including aliphatic and aromatic hydrocarbons, alcohols, ethers, esters, and ketones, all at low concentrations. All the components were detected. When a 99∶1 mixture of carbon disulfide-dimethylformamide was used for desorption the efficiency was>75% for most of the solvents.  相似文献

初步研究了CO2在烃类、醇类、酯类、酮类、醚类等溶剂中的溶解度与分子结构的关系.结果表明:在研究范围内,碳链越长,溶剂吸收CO2的效果越好;在碳链相同或接近的情况下,羟基个数越多,吸收效果越差;羧基和醚(氧)键的个数越多,吸收效果越好.以分子连接性指数、取代基的个数、取代基的类型为参数,建立亨利常数定量模型,计算值和实验值吻合良好,线性相关系数R^2〉0.97.  相似文献

The association of bis (p-chlorophenyl) phosphoric acid with various organic solvents as well as its dimerization in these solvents was investigated. In inert solvents like kerosene, carbon tetrachloride and benzene, dimerization is very high and decreases with increasing polarity of the solvent. In polar solvents like alcohols and ketones, a strong association between HA and solvent molecules exists. The association constants were determined; the values may be regarded as a measure for the basicity of the solvents in question. The following order of the increasing basicity of the solvents was established: hydrocarbons and chlorinated hydrocarbons < ethers < ketones < alcohols.  相似文献

Summary The analysis of the volatile fraction from honey requires the sugar matrix to be separated prior to the analysis by GC-MS. In this study, three extraction techniques, simultaneous extraction-distillation, liquid-liquid extraction and solid-phase extraction, were compared to the extraction of the volatile compounds of a rosemary honey. Analysis of these fractions by gas chromatography—mass spectrometry enabled the tentative identification of up to 122 volatile compounds (alcohols, ketones, aldehydes, acids, esters, terpenes, hydrocarbons, phenol, furan and pyran compounds). SDE extracts were rich in terpenes and esters, while the other two techniques avoided the formation of artefacts due to heating the sample.  相似文献

The leaching behavior of two different residual oils is investigated with 24 organic solvents including alkanes, aromatics, esters, ethers ketones, alcohols and nitrogen compounds. A 2-g portion of sample oil is shaken with 20 ml of the organic solvent. The leaching of the organic matrix of the oil is determined by weighing the dissolved organic matrix after removal of solvent. The leaching of vanadium, iron and nickel was determined by flame atomic absorption spectrophotometry after ashing of the dissolved fraction. The leaching of those metals depends strongly on the solvent used; for example, vanadine is almost completely leached into toluene, but only slightly into methanol. The leaching of iron is poor compared with that of vanadium or nickel. In most solvents, leaching of those metal-containing species is poorer than that of organic material. Exceptionally, N,N-dimethylformamide is more efficient in leaching vanadium species than organic material.  相似文献

A new type of fullerene-containing polysiloxane was synthesized by reacting [60]fullerene with azidopropyl polysiloxane directly. The polysiloxanes have been used successfully as stationary phases for capillary gas chromatography. They displayed high column efficiency, wide operational temperature and high thermostability, and exhibited unique selectivity for many organic substances, such as alkanes, alcohols, ketones and aromatic compounds. The stationary phase was especially suitable for separation of high boiling-point compounds like polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons and phthalic esters, etc. It was also found that some alcoholic or aromatic positional isomers could be well separated on the column. The influence of the fullerene content on the separation was also investigated.  相似文献
