The synthesis of molecularly imprinted beads for the recognition of the protein Staphylococcus enterotoxin B (SEB) is described. Two kinds of organic silane (3-aminopropyltrimethoxysilane (APTMS) and octyltrimethoxysilane (OTMS)) were polymerized on the surface of polystyrene microspheres after the SEB template was covalently immobilized by forming imine bonds. The resulting imprinted beads were selective for SEB. The Langmuir adsorption models were applied to describe the equilibrium isotherms. The results showed that an equal class of adsorption was formed in the molecularly imprinted polymer (MIP) with the maximum adsorption capacity of 3.86 mg SEB/g imprinted beads. The MIP has much higher adsorption capacity for SEB than the nonimprinted polymer, and the MIP beads have a higher selectivity for the template molecule.  相似文献

A novel approach to designing nitric oxide (NO) storage and releasing microporous agents based on very stable, zeolite-type silicates possessing framework unsaturated transition-metal centers has been proposed. This idea has been illustrated with ETS-4 [Na(9)Si(12)Ti(5)O(38)(OH)·xH(2)O], a titanosilicate that displays excellent NO adsorption capacity and a slow releasing kinetics. The performance of these materials has been compared to the performance of titanosilicate ETS-10, [(Na,K)(2)Si(5)TiO(13)·xH(2)O], of benchmark zeolites mordenite and CaA, and of natural and pillared clays. DFT periodic calculations have shown that the presence of water in the pores of ETS-4 promotes the NO adsorption at the unsaturated (pentacoordinated) Ti(4+) framework ions.  相似文献

For desulfurization of gasoline, novel chitosan-based molecularly imprinted polymer (MIP) was prepared by cross-linking chitosan with epichlorohydrin in the presence of dibenzothiophene (DBT) as the template. The influence of cross-linking ratio on the specific adsorption was evaluated. The effects of the types and the amounts of porogen on selectivity of the chitosan MIP were also examined. Results showed that MIP has a higher recognition property to DBT. The maximum rebinding capacities of the MIP reached 22.69 mg g−1 in the model solution. The adsorption behaviors of the MIP including adsorption kinetics, isotherms, and thermodynamic parameters were investigated and the experimental data agreed well with the Langmuir model. The dynamical adsorption behaved in first-order kinetics. Negative values for the Gibbs free energy showed that the adsorptions were spontaneous processes. The MIP was further used to selectively adsorb organosulfur from gasoline.  相似文献

羟基苯甲酸类化合物用途广泛,极性较强,在复杂水溶液体系中这些类似物的分离纯化与分析非常困难。 本文以磁性Fe3O4纳米颗粒为载体,没食子酸(GA)为模板分子,制备了磁性表面分子印迹聚合物(MIP)。 利用透射电子显微镜、红外光谱、磁强测定等检测手段对MIP进行了结构表征。 并对其吸附性能进行研究,比较了该MIP对GA及其它3种结构类似物的吸附性能差异。 结果表明,制备的以GA为模板的磁性分子印迹聚合物为核壳球形结构,键合牢固,对GA的吸附动力学符合准二级动力学方程模型,吸附过程属于Langmuir单分子层吸附。 该聚合物对GA表现出优异的选择性识别能力,其吸附量(318 K时37.736 mg/g)远远高于结构类似物。 该磁性分子印迹聚合物对模板分子不仅具有特异识别能力,而且能够磁控分离,分离效率高,可用于固相萃取。  相似文献

In this paper, adsorption properties of dibenzothiophene (DBT) on carbon nanotube, carbonnanotube supported oxide state and sulfide state CoMo catalysts are studied by using thermal gravi-metric analysis (TGA) technique and FT-IR spectroscopy. Activated carbon support, 7-A1203 supportand supported CoMo catalysts are also subjected to studies for comparison. It was found that sulfidestate CoMoS/MWCNT, CoMoS/AC and CoMoS/γ-A12O3 catalysts adsorbed much more DBT moleculesthan their corresponding oxide state catalysts, as well as their corresponding supports. The chemicallyadsorbed DBT aromatic molecules did not undergo decomposition on the surface of supports, supportedoxide state CoMo catalysts and sulfide state CoMo catalysts when out-gassing at 373 K. FT-IR results indicated that DBT molecules mainly stand upright on the active sites (acid sites and/or transition active phases) of CoMoS/MWCNT catalyst. However, DBT aromatic molecules mainly lie flat on MWCNT and CoMoO/MWCNT.  相似文献

二苯并噻吩(DBT)在80 ℃下,保持24 h即可在催化剂表面发生自发单层分散,通过XRD分析测定其分散阈值为0.23 gDBT/g MoO3/γ-Al2O3,大于经计算得出的0.15 g/g的平躺吸附密置单层分散容量,在排除实验误差后,推测DBT在MoO3/γ-Al2O3表面存在通过硫原子的端连吸附,FT-IR分析结果与上述推测相一致,分析认为DBT可能通过硫原子吸附在MoO3/γ-Al2O3表面的酸中心上。  相似文献

Three kinds of molecularly imprinted polymers (MIPs) were obtained with surface molecular imprinting technique on functionalized potassium tetratitanate whisker (F-PTW). The results of adsorption experiments indicated that MIP prepared using PTW modified with N-(2-aminoethyl)-3-(trimethoxysilyl)propylamine (AAPTS) (F-PTW A) as support [MIP(1)] was superior to the other two polymers, then MIP(1) was selected to analyze the 4-nitrophenol (4-NP) adsorption process from aqueous solution in this study. AAPTS offered hydrophilic exterior that allowed to self-assemble with the template 4-NP through intermolecular interaction rather than based on the interactions between the functional monomers and template. Equilibrium adsorption data were analyzed by the Langmuir and Freundlich isotherm models at various temperatures. Kinetic properties were successfully investigated by pseudo-first-order model, pseudo-second-order model, intraparticle diffusion equation, initial adsorption rate, half-adsorption time. A diffusion-controlled process as the essential adsorption rate-controlling step was also proposed. The performance of such imprinted polymer was further demonstrated by high-performance liquid chromatography, and the results showed that the selectivity of MIP(1) exhibited higher affinity for template 4-NP over competitive phenolic compounds than that of non-imprinted polymer NIP(1). MIP(1) could be reused four times without significant loss in the adsorption capacity.  相似文献

采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了Fe3+掺杂的Fe-K2La2Ti3O10光催化剂, 并通过X射线衍射(XRD)、紫外-可见漫反射(DRS)、X射线光电子能谱(XPS)等技术对其进行了表征和分析, 考察了不同掺杂量对K2La2Ti3O10的性质及光催化分解水制氢活性的影响. 结果表明, Fe-K2La2Ti3O10在400-650 nm范围内显示强吸收, 光谱响应扩展到可见光区(λ>400 nm), 掺杂Fe3+后, K2La2Ti3O10的可见光区的光催化制氢活性显著提高, 掺杂量为nFe/nTi=0.04时活性最佳, 当催化剂用量为0.1 g, 反应液为CH3OH(30 mL)+H2O(90 mL)时, 产氢量达到1.92 μmol·h-1, 为未掺杂时的4倍.  相似文献

结合分子印迹技术,MOF199为基体,以二苯并噻吩(DBT)为模板分子,甲基丙烯酸(MAA)为功能单体,制备了新型表面分子印迹聚合物材料MOF@SMIP。采用SEM、BET、FT-IR等对其结构和形貌进行表征,在模拟油样中进行吸附评测,吸附平衡时间为1.5 h。MOF@SMIP对DBT吸附量为130.73 mg/g较MOF199吸附量37.79 mg/g有很大提升,同时MOF@SMIP吸附量对比MOF@NIP吸附量(57.13 mg/g)优势明显,印记因子f_(imp)为2.29。吸附行为遵循伪一阶动力学模型说明吸附主要为物理过程。选择性吸附实验表明,MOF@SMIP对目标分子DBT表现出比对结构类似物苯并噻吩(BT)和联苯更高的亲和力,吸附DBT对干扰物BT和联苯的相对选择系数k'分别达到2.55和2.14。  相似文献

以2-异戊基环戊酮为虚拟模板,采用沉淀聚合法制备了粒径20~50 μm的分子印迹微球。 用傅里叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)研究了分子印迹微球的表面化学特征及粒径分布,测试了印迹聚合物对玫瑰醚的吸附动力学、等温吸附性能及吸附选择性。 考察了分子印迹固相萃取玫瑰醚的应用效能。 结果表明:分子印迹聚合物(MIPs)对玫瑰醚的吸附可在25 min达到平衡,具有较快的吸附动力学,一级动力学模型更适合描述其吸附动力学行为。 Freundlich模型最适合描述MIPs对玫瑰醚的等温吸附行为,聚合物材料最大的印迹位点数目为149.3 μmol/g。 聚合物对玫瑰醚的平均吸附能为166 kJ/mol,表明主要为化学吸附。 虚拟模板印迹聚合物对玫瑰醚的选择因子相对于香叶醇和香茅醇分别为3.710和5.636,且对含玫瑰醚的混合物中的目标化合物仍具有较高的选择吸附能力(竞争吸附量为18.02 mg/g)。 在优化洗涤(1 mL乙腈+1 mL乙腈和水混合溶剂(体积比9.5:0.5)+2 mL乙腈、甲醇和水混合溶剂(体积比8:1:2)和洗脱(3 mL甲醇和醋酸混合溶剂(体积比9:1))条件下,通过分子印迹固相萃取可实现玫瑰醚的有效分离和富集,回收率为96.23%。  相似文献

We report here on a new electron-transfer mechanism for visible-light photooxidation of sulfides in which no superoxide ion is involved. Visible-light irradiation of 2-(4-methoxyphenyl)-4, 6-diphenylpyrylium tetrafluoroborate (MOPDPP(+)BF(4)(-)) in an O(2)-saturated acetonitrile solution containing dibenzothiophene (DBT) results in nearly 100% conversion to oxygenated products, DBT sulfoxide and sulfone. The photooxidation of DBT is initiated by a photoinduced electron-transfer process, where the excited MOPDPP(+) traps an electron from the ground-state DBT to form MOPDPP(*) and DBT radical cation. Such a mechanism is consistent with the studies of laser flash photolysis, electron spin resonance, and fluorescence quenching of the irradiated system. The photogenerated DBT radical cation undergoes a coupling reaction with O(2) to produce the intermediate responsible for the formation of the oxygenated products. The presence of O(2) has no effect on the decay kinetics of the transient absorption of MOPDPP(*), indicating that no redox reaction occurs between MOPDPP(*) and O(2), and thus no superoxide ion (O(2)(*-)) is formed. Moreover, the ESR signal of MOPDPP(*) was significantly enhanced in the presence of O(2), consistent with the assumption that the photogenerated DBT radical cation couples with O(2) to form the oxygen-adduct, which is subject to further reactions (Scheme 3) leading to the final oxygenated products. Similar results have been obtained when using 10-methylacridine hexafluorophosphate (AcrH(+)PF(6)(-), which has similar reduction potential in the ground state as MOPDPP(+)) as the sensitizer. This finding provides a possibility for the photooxidation of sulfides with dioxygen utilizing visible light (solar energy) and is also of significance in clarification of the reaction mechanism.  相似文献

The dititanium-containing 19-tungstodiarsenate(III) [Ti(2)(OH)(2)As(2)W(19)O(67)(H(2)O)](8-) (1) has been synthesized and characterized by IR, TGA, elemental analysis, electrochemistry, and catalytic studies. Single-crystal X-ray analysis was carried out on Cs(8)[Ti(2)(OH)(2)As(2)W(19)O(67)(H(2)O)].2CsCl.12H(2)O (Cs-1), which crystallizes in the monoclinic system, space group P2(1)/m, with a=12.7764(19), b=19.425(3), c=18.149(3) A, beta=110.234(3) degrees, and Z=2. Polyanion 1 comprises two (B-alpha-As(III)W(9)O(33)) Keggin moieties linked through an octahedral {WO(5)(H(2)O)} fragment and two unprecedented square-pyramidal {TiO(4)(OH)} groups, leading to a sandwich-type structure with nominal C(2v) symmetry. Synthesis of 1 was accomplished by reaction of TiOSO(4) and K(14)[As(2)W(19)O(67)(H(2)O)] in a 2:1 molar ratio in aqueous, acidic medium (pH 2). Polyanion 1 could also be isolated as a tetra-n-butyl ammonium (TBA) salt, {(n-C(4)H(9))(4)N}(5)H(3)[Ti(2)(OH)(2)As(2)W(19)O(67)(H(2)O)] (TBA-1). TBA-1 was studied by cyclic voltammetry in acetonitrile (MeCN) solutions containing 0.1 M LiClO(4) and compared with the results obtained with Cs-1 in aqueous media. In MeCN, the Ti(IV) and W(VI) waves could not be separated distinctly. An important adsorption phenomenon on the glassy carbon working electrode was encountered both in cyclic voltammetry and in controlled potential electrolysis and was confirmed by Electrochemical Quartz Crystal Microbalance (EQCM) studies on a carbon film. TBA-1, dissolved in MeCN, reacts with H(2)O(2) to give peroxo complexes stable enough for characterization by UV-visible spectroscopy, cyclic voltammetry, and EQCM. TBA-1 shows high catalytic activity (TOF=11.3 h(-1)) in cyclohexene oxidation with aqueous H(2)O(2) producing products typical of a heterolytic oxidation mechanism. The stability of TBA-1 under turnover conditions was confirmed by using IR, UV-visible spectroscopy as well as cyclic voltammetry.  相似文献

Physisorption of N(2), O(2), and CO was studied on fully oxidized TiO(2)(110) using beam reflection and temperature-programmed desorption (TPD) techniques. Sticking coefficients for all three molecules are nearly equal (0.75 +/- 0.05) and approximately independent of coverage suggesting that adsorption occurs via a precursor-mediated mechanism. Excluding multilayer coverages, the TPD spectra for all three adsorbates exhibit three distinct coverage regimes that can be interpreted in accord with previous theoretical studies of N(2) adsorption. At low coverages (0-0.5 N(2)/Ti(4+)), N(2) molecules bind head-on to five-coordinated Ti(4+) ions. The adsorption occurs preferentially on the Ti(4+) sites that do not have neighboring adsorbates. This arrangement minimizes the repulsive interactions between the adsorbed molecules along the Ti(4+) rows resulting in a relatively small shift of the TPD peak (105 --> 90 K) with increasing coverage. At higher N(2) coverages (0.5-1.0 N(2)/Ti(4+)) the nearest-neighbor Ti(4+) sites become occupied. The close proximity of the adsorbates results in strong repulsion thus giving rise to a significant shift of the TPD leading edges (90 --> 45 K) with increasing coverage. For N(2)/Ti(4+) > 1, an additional low-temperature peak (approximately 43 K) is present and is ascribed to N(2) adsorption on bridge-bonded oxygen rows. The results for O(2) and CO are qualitatively similar. The repulsive adsorbate-adsorbate interactions are largest for CO, most likely due to alignment of CO dipole moments. The coverage-dependent binding energies of O(2), N(2), and CO are determined by inverting TPD profiles.  相似文献

Despite the industrial importance of the process, the detailed chemistry of the high-temperature oxidation of titanium tetrachloride (TiCl4) to produce titania (TiO2) nanoparticles remains unknown, partly due to a lack of thermochemical data. This work presents the thermochemistry of many of the intermediates in the early stages of the mechanism, computed using quantum chemistry. The enthalpies of formation and thermochemical data for TiOCl, TiOCl2, TiOCl3, TiO2Cl2, TiO2Cl3, Ti2O2Cl3, Ti2O2Cl4, Ti2O3Cl2, Ti2O3Cl3, Ti3O4Cl4, and Ti5O6Cl8 were calculated using density functional theory (DFT). The use of isodesmic and isogyric reactions was shown to be important for determining standard enthlapy of formation (Delta(f)H(degree)(298K)) values for these transition metal oxychloride species. TiOCl2, of particular importance in this mechanism, was also studied with CCSD(T) and found to have Delta(f)H(degree)(298K) = -598 +/- 20 kJ/mol. Finally, equilibrium calculations were performed to identify which intermediates are likely to be most prevalent in the high temperature industrial process, and as a first attempt to identify the size of the critical nucleus.  相似文献

A new soft-chemical transformation of layered perovskite oxides is described wherein K2O is sequentially extracted from the Ruddlesden-Popper (R-P) phase, K2La2Ti3O10 (I), yielding novel anion-deficient KLa2Ti3O(9.5) (II) and La2Ti3O9 (III). The transformation occurs in topochemical reactions of the R-P phase I with PPh4Br and PBu4Br (Ph = phenyl; Bu = n-butyl). The mechanism involves the elimination of KBr accompanied by decomposition of PR4+ (R = phenyl or n-butyl) that extracts oxygen from the titanate. Analysis of the organic products of decomposition reveals formation of Ph3PO, Ph3P, and Ph-Ph for R = phenyl, and Bu3PO, Bu3P along with butane, butene, and octane for R = butyl. The inorganic oxides II and III crystallize in tetragonal structures (II: P4/mmm, a = 3.8335(1) A, c = 14.334(1) A; III: I4/mmm, a = 3.8565(2) A, c = 24.645(2) A) that are related to the parent R-P phase. II is isotypic with the Dion-Jacobson phase, RbSr2Nb3O10, while III is a unique layered oxide consisting of charge-neutral La2Ti3O9 anion-deficient perovskite sheets stacked one over the other without interlayer cations. Interestingly, both II and III convert back to the parent R-P phase in a reaction with KNO3. While transformations of the R-P phases to other related layered/three-dimensional perovskite oxides in ion-exchange/metathesis/dehydration/reduction reactions are known, the simultaneous and reversible extraction of both cations and anions in the conversions K2La2Ti3O10 right harpoon over left harpoon KLa2Ti3O9.5 right harpoon over left harpoon La2Ti3O9 is reported here for the first time.  相似文献

Ti-MWW分子筛具有10元环(10MR)孔道体系和12MR超笼以及外表面杯状空穴,在以H2O2水溶液为氧化剂的催化氧化反应中表现出不同于其他钛硅分子筛的特殊溶剂效应和立体选择性.已有的实验和密度泛函理论(DFT)计算研究表明,骨架Ti(IV)可能分布在10MR孔道和12MR超笼中.最近,我们采用DFT计算研究了Ti-MWW分子筛中骨架钛落位,通过比较Ti/Si替代能和红外振动光谱,提出Ti(IV)最可能落位在T1和T3位,并以[Ti(OSi)4]形态存在,显示960 cm–1钛特征振动峰.[Ti(OSi)4]物种水解时Ti–O键发生选择性断裂,生成具有翻转Ti–OH的[Ti(OSi)3OH]物种.由于Ti中心具有Lewis酸性,与配体分子络合后使Ti(IV)的配位状态改变. Ti-MWW分子筛中不同的骨架Ti(IV)落位和形态可能呈现不同的催化选择性.本文应用DFT研究了Ti-MWW分子筛中T1和T3位上不同钛物种与H2O和NH3的吸附作用,考察了其几何结构、吸附能以及红外振动光谱性质,为深入理解骨架Ti(IV)的微观结构及实验红外光谱表征提供参考数据.计算采用36T簇模型,从MWW分子筛晶体结构中分别以T1和T3为中心截取七层骨架原子,末端设为Si–H键并固定为1.46?.结构优化时松弛内部四层骨架原子并固定最外三层骨架原子.所有计算在B3LYP/6-31G(d,p)理论水平完成,计算的吸附能都经过BSSE校正,计算的频率以约化因子0.961校正.所有计算在Gaussian 09软件包完成.计算结果表明,四配位的[Ti(OSi)4]和[Ti(OSi)3OH]物种都能与H2O或NH3分子作用生成三角双锥的五配位络合物. H2O或NH3分子有选择性地进攻Ti–O键的Ti端,形成近乎直线的L–Ti–O键, L–Ti距离可达2.2–2.4?. T1位钛物种的Lewis酸性比T3位的略高.对于[Ti(OSi)3OH]物种, Ti–OH的存在使得Ti(IV)的酸性大大增强,表现出很强的吸附作用.此外,[Ti(OSi)3OH]物种也能通过Ti–OH基团与H2O和NH3形成氢键络合物,但是其吸附能比形成配位络合物的能量更小,说明配体分子更趋向于吸附在Ti中心形成配位络合物.自然键轨道分析表明, Ti(IV)中心的Lewis酸性归因于Ti的空4p轨道接受配体提供的孤对电子,并且属于LUMO+3.所有吸附络合物的特征振动频率分布在两个区域,即钛特征振动区域和羟基振动区域. T1和T3位的[Ti(OSi)4]物种的钛特征振动频率都在960 cm–1,与H2O形成五配位的吸附络合物之后,钛特征振动频率位移到970 cm–1.[Ti(OSi)3OH]物种的钛特征振动频率分别为990 cm–1(T1位)和970 cm–1(T3位),吸附H2O分子后都位移到980 cm–1.相应的NH3吸附络合物的钛特征振动峰频率都高出5 cm–1.分析表明,钛特征振动模式归属于Ti–O–Si键的不对称伸缩振动的协同振动.在羟基伸缩振动区域,气相H2O、末端Si–OH基团以及Ti–OH基团的羟基伸缩振动在3600–3760 cm–1.吸附H2O后,羟基伸缩振动移到3460–3150 cm–1区域.[Ti(OSi)3OH]物种与NH3和H2O形成氢键络合物后,钛羟基的伸缩振动频率分别红移500和1100 cm–1,出现在2700和3200 cm–1区域.吸附分子的O–H和N–H的伸缩振动频率略微蓝移,这反映了Ti物种具有Lewis酸性.  相似文献
