of lanthanide(III) nitrates with 4-cyanopyridine under conditions of hydro-thermal synthesis. X-ray diffraction study demonstrated
that the lanthanide atoms in the coordination polymers are bridged in chains through coordination to the carboxyl group of

Reactions of 1,4,7-triazacyclononane-1,4,7-triyl-tris(methylenephosphonic acid) [notpH(6), C(9)H(18)N(3)(PO(3)H(2))3] with different lanthanide salts result in four types of Ln-notp compounds: [Ln{C(9)H(20)N(3)(PO(3)H)(2)(PO(3))}(NO(3))(H(2)O)].4H2O (1), [Ln = Eu (1 Eu), Gd (1 Gd), Tb (1 Tb)], [Ln{C(9)H(20)N(3)(PO(3)H)(2)(PO(3))}(H2O)]Cl.3H2O (2) [Ln = Eu (2 Eu), Gd (2 Gd), Tb (2 Tb)], [Ln{C(9)H(20)N(3)(PO(3)H)(2)(PO(3))}(H2O)]ClO4.8H2O, (3) [Ln = Eu (3 Eu), Gd (3 Gd)], and [Ln{C(9)H(20)N(3)(PO(3)H)(2)(PO(3))}(H2O)]ClO4.3H2O (4), [Ln = Gd (4 Gd), Tb (4 Tb)]. Compounds within each type are isostructural. In compounds 1, dimers of {Ln2(notpH4)2(NO3)2(H2O)2} are found, in which the two lanthanide atoms are connected by two pairs of O-P-O and one pair of mu-O bridges. The NO3- ion serves as a bidentate terminal ligand. Compounds 2 contain similar dimeric units of {Ln2(notpH4)2(H2O)2} that are further connected by a pair of O-P-O bridges into an alternating chain. The Cl- ions are involved in the interchain hydrogen-bonding networks. A similar chain structure is also found in compounds 3; in this case, however, the chains are linked by ClO4- counterions through hydrogen-bonding interactions, forming an undulating layer in the (011) plane. These layers are fused through hydrogen-bonding interactions, leading to a three-dimensional supramolecular network with large channels in the [100] direction. Compounds 4 show an interesting brick-wall-like layer structure in which the neighboring lanthanide atoms are connected by a pair of O-P-O bridges. The ClO4- counterions and the lattice water molecules are between the layers. In all compounds the triazamacrocyclic nitrogen atoms are not coordinated to the Ln(III) ions. The anions and the pH are believed to play key roles in directing the formation of a particular structure. The fluorescence spectroscopic properties of the Eu and Tb compounds, magnetic properties of the Gd compounds, and the catalytic properties of 4 Gd were also studied. 相似文献

Synthesis, X-ray structural investigation, and study of the thermal properties of new aquadimethylsulfoxide complexes [Ln(DMSO)n(H2O)m][Mo3S7
Br7] containing the rare earth metals (Ln=Pr, Nd, Eu, Tm) were performed. In all complexes DMSO is co-ordinated through the
O atoms. Thermal transformations of these salts were studied by quasi-equilibrium thermogravimetry a variant of CRTA (Controlled
Rate Thermal Analysis) with constant rate of mass loss (0.3 mg min-1); helium flow keeps the partial pressure of self-generated
DMSO/H2O atmosphere ~0.01 atm.
[Pr(DMSO)6H2O]X where X=[Mo3S7Br7] decomposes with the formation of the intermediate phases Pr(DMSO)5X at 100-190°C and Pr(DMSO)3X
at 250-270°C. Thermal decomposition of [Nd(DMSO)6(H2O)X·CH3CN leads to the intermediate phase Nd(DMSO)5X at 200-210°C. [Eu(DMSO)7(H2O)]X
forms the intermediate phases Eu(DMSO)6X at 50-150°C and Eu(DMSO)5X at 190-210°C. Thermal decomposition of [Tm(DMSO)6(H2O)]X
gives the intermediate phases Tm(DMSO)5X at 170-200°C and Tm(DMSO)4X at 240-250°C. The further decomposition takes place continuously
for all phases.

合成了四个新左氧氟沙星铜(Ⅱ)配合物:[Cu(Lvfx)(Bipy)(H2O)]Cl.4H2O(1),[Cu(Lvfx)(Phen)(H2O)]Cl.5H2O(2),[Cu(Lvfx)(Tatp)(H2O)]Cl.5H2O(3),[Cu(Lvfx)(Dppz)(H2O)]Cl.4.5H2O(4){Lvfx=左氧氟沙星,Bipy=2,2’-联吡啶,Phen=1,10-邻菲罗啉,Tatp=1,4,8,9-四氮三联苯,Dppz=二吡啶并[3,2-a:2’,3’-c]吩嗪},并通过红外光谱法、紫外-可见光谱法、元素分析、原子吸收光谱法、摩尔电导率分析和差热-热重分析对配合物进行了表征。用滤纸片扩散法和试管二倍稀释法分别测试了配合物及配体对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌的抗菌活性,结果显示配合物(3)对大肠杆菌具有最佳的抑菌效果。采用荧光光谱法初步研究了配合物与BSA的相互作用。结果表明,四个配合物均对BSA的荧光有较强的猝灭作用,且发生了能量转移,其与BSA的结合常数(K)分别为4.7×102、5.7×103、5.0×103和1.7×103L.mol-1,结合位点n分别为0.59、0.83、0.81和0.69。 相似文献

A new compound has been synthesized under hydrothermal conditions and characterized by IR,elemental analysis,XPS and single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. The title compound [Mn(en)3]2en0.5[HV16O38(Cl)]·4.5H2O crystallizes in monoclinic,space group C2/c,with a=17.016(4),b=18.858(4),c=18.872(4),β=93.667(4)o,V=6043(2)3,Z=4,Dc=2.242 g/cm3,Mr=2040.12,F(000)=4020,μ=2.895 mm-1,Rint=0.0921,R=0.0649 and wR=0.1325. Single-crystal X-ray structure analysis indicates that the title compound consists of a polyanion [HV8VV8IVO38(Cl)]4-cage,two [Mn(en)3]22+ cations,four and a half lattice waters and a half ethylenediamine. In addition,intermolecular O-H···N,O-H···O,N-H···O and C-H···O hydrogen bonds link the molecules together to form a three-dimensional structure. 相似文献

Reactions of four different tetrazole‐containing carboxylic acids with GdCl3 · 6H2O, produced the coordination compounds, [Gd4(pytza)5(H2O)10(μ‐O) Cl] · 4H2O · 2Cl ( 1 ) [pytza = 2‐(5‐(pyridine‐4‐yl)‐2H‐tetrazole‐2‐yl)acetato], [Gd(pztza)2(H2O)6] · pztza · 3H2O ( 2 ), [pztza = 2‐(5‐(pyrazin‐2‐yl)‐2H‐tetrazol‐2‐yl) acetato], [Gd(pmtza)2(H2O)6]Cl · 2H2O ( 3 ), [pmtza = 2‐(5‐(pyrimidyl‐2‐yl)‐2H‐tetrazol‐2‐yl) acetato], and Gd(tzpya)2(H2O)5]Cl · 4H2O ( 4 ) [tzpya = 2‐(4‐(5H‐tetrazol‐5‐yl)pyridin‐1(4H)‐yl) acetato]. The compounds were structurally characterized by elemental analysis, IR spectroscopy, and single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction. X‐ray diffraction analysis reveals that compound 1 displays a 2D single layered network and compounds 2 – 4 are mononuclear. Compounds 1 – 4 are self‐assembled to form 3D networks by hydrogen bonding interactions. Furthermore, the luminescent properties in the solid state at room temperature were investigated. 相似文献
