Crystal structures are reported for three fluoro‐ or chloro‐substituted 1′‐deoxy‐1′‐phenyl‐β‐D‐ribofuranoses, namely 1′‐deoxy‐1′‐(2,4,5‐trifluorophenyl)‐β‐D‐ribofuranose, C11H11F3O4, (I), 1′‐deoxy‐1′‐(2,4,6‐trifluorophenyl)‐β‐D‐ribofuranose, C11H11F3O4, (II), and 1′‐(4‐chlorophenyl)‐1′‐deoxy‐β‐D‐ribofuranose, C11H13ClO4, (III). The five‐membered furanose ring of the three compounds has a conformation between a C2′‐endo,C3′‐exo twist and a C2′‐endo envelope. The ribofuranose groups of (I) and (III) are connected by intermolecular O—H...O hydrogen bonds to six symmetry‐related molecules to form double layers, while the ribofuranose group of (II) is connected by O—H...O hydrogen bonds to four symmetry‐related molecules to form single layers. The O...O contact distance of the O—H...O hydrogen bonds ranges from 2.7172 (15) to 2.8895 (19) Å. Neighbouring double layers of (I) are connected by a very weak intermolecular C—F...π contact. The layers of (II) are connected by one C—H...O and two C—H...F contacts, while the double layers of (III) are connected by a C—H...Cl contact. The conformations of the molecules are compared with those of seven related molecules. The orientation of the benzene ring is coplanar with the H—C1′ bond or bisecting the H—C1′—C2′ angle, or intermediate between these positions. The orientation of the benzene ring is independent of the substitution pattern of the ring and depends mainly on crystal‐packing effects. 相似文献

The title compounds, C11H11BrO3, (I), and C11H11NO5, (II), respectively, are derivatives of 6‐hydroxy‐5,7,8‐trimethylchroman‐2‐one substituted at the 5‐position by a Br atom in (I) and by a nitro group in (II). The pyranone rings in both molecules adopt half‐chair conformations, and intramolecular O—H...Br [in (I)] and O—H...Onitro [in (II)] hydrogen bonds affect the dispositions of the hydroxy groups. Classical intermolecular O—H...O hydrogen bonds are found in both molecules but play quite dissimilar roles in the crystal structures. In (I), O—H...O hydrogen bonds form zigzag C(9) chains of molecules along the a axis. Because of the tetragonal symmetry, similar chains also form along b. In (II), however, similar contacts involving an O atom of the nitro group form inversion dimers and generate R22(12) rings. These also result in a close intermolecular O...O contact of 2.686 (4) Å. For (I), four additional C—H...O hydrogen bonds combine with π–π stacking interactions between the benzene rings to build an extensive three‐dimensional network with molecules stacked along the c axis. The packing in (II) is much simpler and centres on the inversion dimers formed through O—H...O contacts. These dimers are stacked through additional C—H...O hydrogen bonds, and further weak C—H...O interactions generate a three‐dimensional network of dimer stacks. 相似文献

The molecule of N,N′‐bis(4‐pyridylmethyl)oxalamide, C14H14N4O2, (I) or 4py‐ox, has an inversion center in the middle of the oxalamide group. Adjacent molecules are then linked through intermolecular N—H...N and C—H...O hydrogen bonds, forming an extended supramolecular network. 4,4′‐{[Oxalylbis(azanediyl)]dimethylene}dipyridinium dinitrate, C14H16N4O22+·2NO3−, (II), contains a diprotonated 4py‐ox cation and two nitrate counter‐anions. Each nitrate ion is hydrogen bonded to four 4py‐ox cations via intermolecular N—H...O and C—H...O interactions. Adjacent 4py‐ox cations are linked through weak C—H...O hydrogen bonding between an α‐pyridinium C atom and an oxalamide O atom, forming a two‐dimensional extended supramolecular network. 相似文献

In the title compound, C24H18ClNO2, the phenyl ring and the tetralone moiety are approximately orthogonal to the isoxazoline ring. The isoxazoline ring adopts an envelope conformation, while the cyclohexenone ring of the tetralone moiety has an intermediate sofa/half‐chair conformation. In this structure, one C—H?N intermolecular and two C—H?O intramolecular hydrogen bonds occur; the H?A distances are 2.60, and 2.35 and 2.57 Å, respectively. The molecules are held together by an intermolecular C—H?N hydrogen bond, forming a one‐dimensional chain along the [100] direction. 相似文献

The title compound, C9H12N6O3, shows a syn‐glycosylic bond orientation [χ = 64.17 (16)°]. The 2′‐deoxyfuranosyl moiety exhibits an unusual C1′‐exo–O4′‐endo (1T0; S‐type) sugar pucker, with P = 111.5 (1)° and τm = 40.3 (1)°. The conformation at the exocyclic C4′—C5′ bond is +sc (gauche), with γ = 64.4 (1)°. The two‐dimensional hydrogen‐bonded network is built from intermolecular N—H...O and O—H...N hydrogen bonds. An intramolecular bifurcated hydrogen bond, with an amino N—H group as hydrogen‐bond donor and the ring and hydroxymethyl O atoms of the sugar moiety as acceptors, constrains the overall conformation of the nucleoside. 相似文献

The title compound, C20H25N3O, an important precursor for the preparation of benzovesamicol analogues for the diagnosis of Alzheimer's disease, has been synthesized and characterized by FT–IR, and 1H and 13C NMR spectroscopic analyses. The crystal structure was analysed using powder diffraction as no suitable single crystal was obtained. The piperazine ring has a chair conformation, while the cyclohexene ring assumes a half‐chair conformation. The crystal packing is mediated by weak contacts, principally by complementary intermolecular N—H...O hydrogen bonds that connect successive molecules into a chain. Further stabilization is provided by weak C—H...N contacts and by a weak intermolecular C—H...π interaction. 相似文献

The cocrystallization of adamantane‐1,3‐dicarboxylic acid (adc) and 4,4′‐bipyridine (4,4′‐bpy) yields a unique 1:1 cocrystal, C12H16O4·C10H8N2, in the C2/c space group, with half of each molecule in the asymmetric unit. The mid‐point of the central C—C bond of the 4,4′‐bpy molecule rests on a center of inversion, while the adc molecule straddles a twofold rotation axis that passes through two of the adamantyl C atoms. The constituents of this cocrystal are joined by hydrogen bonds, the stronger of which are O—H...N hydrogen bonds [O...N = 2.6801 (17) Å] and the weaker of which are C—H...O hydrogen bonds [C...O = 3.367 (2) Å]. Alternate adc and 4,4′‐bpy molecules engage in these hydrogen bonds to form zigzag chains. In turn, these chains are linked through π–π interactions along the c axis to generate two‐dimensional layers. These layers are neatly packed into a stable crystalline three‐dimensional form via weak C—H...O hydrogen bonds [C...O = 3.2744 (19) Å] and van der Waals attractions. 相似文献

The title compound, C15H16N2O, crystallizes in the space group P212121 with Z′ = 1. The seven‐membered ring adopts a chair‐type conformation with the hydroxy and pyridyl substituents in equatorial sites. Molecules are linked into a three‐dimensional framework structure by a combination of O—H...N, C—H...O and C—H...π(arene) hydrogen bonds, but N—H...O and N—H...π(arene) interactions are absent from the structure. Comparisons are made with some related compounds. 相似文献

In the title compounds, 2‐methoxyethyl 6‐amino‐5‐cyano‐2‐methyl‐4‐(1‐naphthyl)‐4H‐pyran‐3‐carboxylate, C21H20N2O4, (II), isopropyl 6‐amino‐5‐cyano‐2‐methyl‐4‐(1‐naphthyl)‐4H‐pyran‐3‐carboxylate, C21H20N2O3, (III), and ethyl 6‐amino‐5‐cyano‐2‐methyl‐4‐(1‐naphthyl)‐4H‐pyran‐3‐carboxylate, C20H18N2O3, (IV), the heterocyclic pyran ring adopts a flattened boat conformation. In (II) and (III), the carbonyl group and a double bond of the heterocyclic ring are mutually anti, but in (IV) they are mutually syn. The ester O atoms in (II) and (III) and the carbonyl O atom in (IV) participate in intramolecular C—H...O contacts to form six‐membered rings. The dihedral angles between the naphthalene substituent and the closest four atoms of the heterocyclic ring are 73.3 (1), 71.0 (1) and 74.3 (1)° for (II)–(IV), respectively. In all three structures, only one H atom of the NH2 group takes part in N—H...O [in (II) and (III)] or N—H...N [in (IV)] intermolecular hydrogen bonds, and chains [in (II) and (III)] or dimers [in (IV)] are formed. In (II), weak intermolecular C—H...O and C—H...N hydrogen bonds, and in (III) intermolecular C—H...O hydrogen bonds link the chains into ladders along the a axis. 相似文献

In the title compound, C31H40N2O·H2O, the outer two six‐membered rings are in chair conformations, while the central ring is in an 8β,9α‐half‐chair conformation. The five‐membered ring adopts a 13β‐envelope conformation and the cyanobenzylidene moiety has an E configuration with respect to the hydroxyl group at position 17. The steroid nuclei are linked by intermolecular O—H?O and O—H?N hydrogen bonds to form a molecular network. The molecular packing has an interesting feature, with the steroids aligned parallel to the b axis, forming a closed loop through hydrogen bonds linked via water molecules. 相似文献

Cocrystallization of imidazole or 4‐methylimidazole with 2,2′‐dithiodibenzoic acid from methanol solution yields the title 2:1 and 1:1 organic salts, 2C3H5N2+·C14H10O4S22−, (I), and C4H7N2+·C14H10O4S2−, (II), respectively. Compound (I) crystallizes in the monoclinic C2/c space group with the mid‐point of the S—S bond lying on a twofold axis. The component ions in (I) are linked by intermolecular N—H...O hydrogen bonds to form a two‐dimensional network, which is further linked by C—H...O hydrogen bonds into a three‐dimensional network. In contrast, by means of N—H...O, N—H...S and O—H...O hydrogen bonds, the component ions in (II) are linked into a tape and adjacent tapes are further linked by π–π, C—H...O and C—H...π interactions, resulting in a three‐dimensional network. 相似文献

The title compounds, dimethylammonium 2‐{4‐[1‐(4‐carboxymethoxyphenyl)‐1‐methylethyl]phenoxy}acetate, C2H8N+·C19H19O6−, (I), and 2,2′‐[isopropylidenebis(p‐phenyleneoxy)]diacetic acid–4,4′‐bipyridine (1/1), C19H20O6·C10H8N2, (II), are 1:1 adducts of 2,2′‐[isopropylidenebis(p‐phenyleneoxy)]diacetic acid (H2L) with dimethylammonium or 4,4′‐bipyridine. The component ions in (I) are linked by N—H...O, O—H...O and C—H...O hydrogen bonds into continuous two‐dimensional layers parallel to the (001) plane. Adjacent layers are stacked via C—H...O hydrogen bonds into a three‐dimensional network with an –ABAB– alternation of the two‐dimensional layers. In (II), two H2L molecules, one bipy molecule and two half bipy molecules are linked by O—H...N hydrogen bonds into one‐dimensional chains and rectanglar‐shaped rings. They are assembled viaπ–π stacking interactions and C—H...O hydrogen bonds into an intriguing zero‐dimensional plus one‐dimensional poly(pseudo)rotaxane motif. 相似文献

The asymmetric unit of the title compound, C12H18O2, contains two independent molecules. They differ only slightly in conformation but form completely different intermolecular hydrogen‐bonded arrays. One molecule exhibits disorder in the hydroxy group region, but this does not influence the formation of hydrogen bonds. The bulky tert‐butyl group on one side of the carbinol C atom and the benzene ring on the other side promote the formation of discrete dimeric motifs via hydrogen‐bridged hydroxy groups. Dimers are further joined by strong hydroxy–methoxy O—H...O bonds to form chains with dangling alcohol groups. Weaker intermolecular C—H...O interactions mediate the formation of a two‐dimensional network. 相似文献

The molecules of (I) and (II) are linked into centrosymmetric dimers and simple chains, respectively, by C—H...O hydrogen bonds, augmented only in (I) by a C—H...π hydrogen bond. The molecules of (III) are linked by a combination of C—H...O and C—H...π hydrogen bonds into a chain of edge‐fused centrosymmetric rings, further linked by weak hydrogen bonds into supramolecular arrays in two or three dimensions. The heterocyclic molecules in (IV) are linked by two independent C—H...O hydrogen bonds into sheets, from which the partial‐occupancy ethanol molecules are pendent. The significance of this study lies in its finding of a very wide range of supramolecular aggregation modes dependent on rather modest changes in the peripheral substituents remote from the main hydrogen‐bond acceptor sites. 相似文献

The title compounds, C8H11NO, (I), and 2C8H12NO+·C4H4O42−, (II), both crystallize in the monoclinic space group P21/c. In the crystal structure of (I), intermolecular O—H...N hydrogen bonds combine the molecules into polymeric chains extending along the c axis. The chains are linked by C—H...π interactions between the methylene H atoms and the pyridine rings into polymeric layers parallel to the ac plane. In the crystal structure of (II), the succinate anion lies on an inversion centre. Its carboxylate groups interact with the 2‐ethyl‐3‐hydroxy‐6‐methylpyridinium cations via intermolecular N—H...O hydrogen bonds with the pyridine ring H atoms and O—H...O hydrogen bonds with the hydroxy H atoms to form polymeric chains, which extend along the [01] direction and comprise R44(18) hydrogen‐bonded ring motifs. These chains are linked to form a three‐dimensional network through nonclassical C—H...O hydrogen bonds between the pyridine ring H atoms and the hydroxy‐group O atoms of neighbouring cations. π–π interactions between the pyridine rings and C—H...π interactions between the methylene H atoms of the succinate anion and the pyridine rings are also present in this network. 相似文献

The asymmetric unit of the title compound, C10H10N22+·2C2HO4−, consists of one half of a 4,4′‐bipyridinium cation, which has inversion symmetry, and a hydrogen oxalate anion, in which an intramolecular hydrogen bond exists. The cations and anions are connected by O—H...O, N—H...O and C—H...O hydrogen bonds, forming a two‐dimensional network, whereas π–π stacking interactions involving the 4,4′‐bipyridinium cations lead to the formation of a three‐dimensional supramolecular structure. An unusual deca‐atomic ring is formed between two hydrogen oxalate anions, which are linked side‐to‐side via O—H...O hydrogen‐bonding interactions. 相似文献
