水溶液中2,4,6-三溴苯酚在银阴极上的选择性脱卤   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
采用循环伏安法比较了玻碳、光亮银和粗糙化银电极对2,4,6-三溴苯酚还原脱卤反应的电催化活性, 初步研究了碱性水溶液中2,4,6-三溴苯酚在粗糙化银电极上的还原脱卤历程; 在此基础上, 利用恒电位电解法进一步探索了2,4,6-三溴苯酚在粗糙化银电极上的电还原脱卤历程. 结果表明, 粗糙化银电极对2,4,6-三溴苯酚的选择性还原脱卤反应具有优良的电催化活性, 且其活性优于光亮银和玻碳电极; 2,4,6-三溴苯酚在粗糙化银电极上的还原反应是个逐步脱卤过程, 推测得出其邻位和对位C—Br键的还原断裂所需的活化能非常接近, 而反应中间产物2,4-二溴苯酚的对位C—Br键的还原断裂所需的活化能比邻位要低; 2,4,6-三溴苯酚能实现完全脱卤生成苯酚, 主要路径为2,4,6-三溴苯酚→2,4-二溴苯酚→2-溴苯酚→苯酚.  相似文献

本文研究了银电极上次黄嘌呤的电化学特性。在含次黄嘌呤的醋酸~醋酸钠缓冲溶液中(pH3.7),在0.35~0V电位区间内,银电极上出现一个还原峰,扫速50 mV/s时,其峰电位约在0.15V。该电极过程为单电子单质子过程。电化学和光谱电化学结果表明:这是由于次黄嘌呤与银形成难溶性化合物吸附于银电极表面而造成的。实验测得此难溶化合物的组成为1∶1,其溶度积为3.10×10-7。用DPSV作阴极溶出分析,峰电流与次黄嘌呤浓度在8.0×10-7~1.0×10-  相似文献

用常规循环伏安(CV)法和恒电位电解法研究了含0.1 mol·L-四丁基高氯酸铵(TBAP)乙腈溶剂中三氯化苄在银电极上的还原脱氯机理; 用以银和氯离子的氧化还原反应为基础的阳极区拓宽CV法探测了还原脱氯反应生成氯离子在银电极上的吸附情况. 循环伏安实验表明: (1) 银电极对三氯化苄的电还原脱氯反应具有比汞电极更优良的电催化活性; (2) 三氯化苄在低扫描速率(v)下得到的第一个还原峰对应反应受吸附控制, 电子转移系数约为0.25, 遵守协同电子转移机理; (3) 三氯化苄还原脱氯反应生成氯离子在银电极上的吸附电位为-0.75 - -1.75 V (vs Ag/Ag+). 电解实验表明, 通过改变银电极电位可以有效控制三氯化苄还原反应的电解产物.  相似文献

采用表面增强拉曼光谱技术研究了苯硫酚及其功能衍生物,对巯基苯胺和对苯硫酚在粗糙银电极上的吸附取向特征。结果表明:虽然3种分子的结构类似,但对位取代基直接影响各分子在电极上的吸附取向。3种分子都通过硫原子与银电极形成S-Ag键吸附在电极表面。苯硫酚采用倾斜的方式吸附,使得苯环与基底间表现一定程度的相互作用;吸附的对巯基苯胺则因质子化氨基间的静电相互作用而完全垂直于电极表面;而对苯硫酚则采用平躺于电极表面的方式吸附,致使苯环π体系与基底银之间具有较强的相互作用。  相似文献

本文利用表面增强拉曼光谱(SERS)技术研究了甘氨酸在金与银基底表面的吸附作用特征。研究表明甘氨酸分子以COO-的不对称形式吸附于金电极表面,且NH2也是其可能的吸附位点;而在银电极表面,则主要是通过COO-的对称形式而吸附。在此基础上,进一步研究了电极电位与溶液酸碱性对吸附于粗糙化银电极表面甘氨酸分子吸附作用的影响。研究结果表明,甘氨酸分子中去质子化羧基的吸附作用受电位影响较小,而电位对-NH3+吸附作用的影响程度较大。另一方面,溶液pH值对银电极表面的甘氨酸分子吸附行为的影响也较为显著。随着溶液酸性减小羧基倾向于相对于电极表面平行吸附。这是由于随着溶液碱性增大氨基质子化程度的减小,有利于氨基在银电极表面吸附。这将改变分子的吸附构型使其更接近于电极表面。这些变化主要出现在pH值大于10的条件下。  相似文献

采用原位拉曼光谱结合循环伏安法研究银电极在0.1mol/L的Na2SO4溶液中不同电位下的氧化还原过程,在电位扫描过程中,实时记录的拉曼光谱表明,电极表面在0.2V开始生成吸附原子氧物种,当电位正于0.4V,部分吸附的原子氧扩散进入电极的亚表面区,而另一些则通过强的化学吸附与银表面成键;同时部分银氧化为+1价,各谱带的产生和消失与氧化还原电流峰有很好的对应关系,表明电化学原位拉曼光谱能在分子水平上  相似文献

对CN^-在铜和银电极上的吸附性质进行了相对论密度泛函簇模型计算。结果表明,电场微扰方法可以描述CN^-在铜和银电极上吸附的表面现象,电极势诱导的频率移动被理解为Stark效应所引起。内振动模式M-CN和C-N的耦合对电位诱导的C-N振动频率变化的大小起重要作用,计算所得的由Stark效应所引起C-N振动频率变化的斜率和实验结果相符。  相似文献

A roughed silver electrode modified with gold/silver nanoparticles is used as a substrate, on which high quality SERS of SWCNTs are obtained, indicating that the modified silver electrode is a high-quality SERS-active substrate for SWCNTs. Some new bands that indicate the structure of SWCNTs were obtained. The gold/silver nanoparticles modified on the roughed silver electrode surface can not only make sure the strong adsorption of SWCNTs in this system but also play an important role in magnifying the surface local electric field near the silver electrode surface through resonant surface plasmon excitation. From the rich information on the modified silver electrode obtained from the SERS and the potential dependent SERS, we may deduce the probable SERS mechanism in the process. The theory and experiment results indicate that it is can be used as a new technique for monitoring synthesis quality of SWCNTs. The probable reasons are given.  相似文献

The anodic oxidation of concentrated glycine based aqueous electrolyte on smooth platinum electrode leads to a strongly grafted polyglycine-like coating on the surface in an irreversible way. Due to the proton affinity towards amino groups of polyglycine (PG), the electrodeposited thin film was used as receptor for solid potentiometric pH sensor. In order to reach local pH measurement, we developed miniaturized microelectrodes on glass substrate thanks to photolithography process. We used silver chloride on silver as the reference electrode. The couple (silver chloride, PG based platinum electrode) of microelectrodes gives linear potentiometric response vs. pH in the range [2-12], reversibly and with a sensitivity of 52.4 mV/pH (for 1 mm electrode size). PG based pH electrode is compared to other organic polymer based pH receptor such as linear polyethylenimine (L-PEI), polyaniline (PANI) and glass membrane.  相似文献

The fabrication of the Screen-Printed Electrode (SPE) was performed using the graphite ink to print the working (WE) and counter electrodes (CE), and silver/silver chloride path as reference electrode (RE). All the electrodes are printed in a paper substrate using screen-printing technique. The resulting SPE is characterized using scanning electron microscopy, showing all the ink layer, and subsequently optimized. The paper sample presented the cellulose fibers entanglement, extremely rough, with highly porous network. Then the graphite ink was deposited and the surface became flat, thinner and very smooth. When the silver ink was painted on top of the graphite ink, the spherical silver particles, ranged from 2–3.5 μm in size, were observed. And finally, the silver ink was covered with a AgCl layer and the particle size becomes larger with an irregular sphere-like phase. The images showed that the layers appear to be homogeneously distributed with good coverage. Then fabrication process was optimized concerning type of paper, the sanding process, the hydrophobic barrier, the electrode design and size. In summary, the optimized values included using the previously sanded matte paper with a mineral spirit layer. The design and size of the electrode were also tested to achieve the best electrochemical performance (design 3 with 3.5 cm). The final SPE was a miniaturized and flexible paper-based electrochemical electrode. In order to evaluate the electrical properties, the ohmic resistance of each ink was tested using a multimeter and the obtained values were 2.18 kΩ for the graphite ink, 2.27 Ω for the silver ink and 38.33 kΩ for the silver/silver chloride ink. That can indicate the good conductivity of each ink used in the fabrication of the electrode and the correct deposition of Ag/AgCl. Finally, the electrode was used to measure the electrochemical response of K4[Fe(CN)6] in different concentrations. Then a calibration curve was obtained from the voltammograms and a linearity was observed between the current and concentration in the range of 0.50–2.00 mM. That indicates that the SPE has potential to be used as a voltammetric electrode.  相似文献

The direct electron transfer reaction of glucose oxidase (GOx) at a bare silver electrode is verified. The electron transfer number n = 2, electron transfer coefficient α = 0.45 and rate constant of the electrochemical reaction Ks = 0.1 s−1 are obtained. This communication presents a multimolecular adsorption model to explain the properties of the direct electron reaction between GOx and bare silver electrodes. The residual valence force may be an important factor to ensure a direct electron transfer reaction on the bare electrode. On the basis of the experimental fact that only biologically active GOx exhibits electrochemical activity in solution, a facile analytical method for analyzing the active GOx concentration is developed. The results determined correspond very well to that of a spectrometric method.  相似文献

以硝酸银、凹凸棒石和硫代乙酰胺为原料制得硫化银/凹凸棒-Ag2S/ATT电极,并探讨了硫代乙酰胺配比、增塑剂用量、膜厚度以及溶液pH值等因素对电极性能的影响. 结果表明,新型银离子选择电极有较好的能斯特响应,其响应斜率48.0 mV·decade-1,Ag+浓度线性响应范围1.0×10-1 ~ 1.0×10-6 mol·L-1. 在pH = 2.0 ~ 8.0溶液中该电极电势可稳定72 h,对常见阳离子如Na+、Ca2+、Fe2+、Cu2+等呈现较强的抗干扰能力.  相似文献

The aim of this research is to investigate the electro-oxidation of methane on roughened Pd electrode (RP) in acidic media. The results showed that RP electrode has large surface-to-volume ratio, good reversibility, and facile electron transfer kinetics. Electro-oxidation of methane on RP electrode was studied by cyclic voltammetry and differential pulse voltammetry. Higher electro-catalytic activity and shorter response time for methane oxidation were found on the RP electrode in acidic media at ambient temperatures than those found on the smooth Pd electrode. Differential pulse voltammetry was employed to study the response of RP electrode to various concentrations of methane. The increase in peak current was monitored and related to the methane concentration. The mechanisms for electro-oxidation of methane on RP electrode were also discussed.  相似文献

This report described the direct voltammetric detection of peroxynitrite (ONOO) at a novel cyanocobalamin modified glassy carbon electrode prepared by electropolymeriation method. The electrochemical behaviors of peroxynitrite at the modified electrode were studied by cyclic voltammetry. The results showed that this new electrochemical sensor exhibited an excellent electrocatalytic activity to oxidation of peroxynitrite. The mechanism of catalysis was discussed. Based on electrocatalytic oxidation of peroxynitrite at the poly(cyanocobalamin) modified electrode, peroxynitrite was sensitively detected by differential pulse voltammetry. Under optimum conditions, the anodic peak current was linear to concentration of peroxynitrite in the range of 2.0 × 10−6 to 3.0 × 10−4 mol L−1 with a detection limit of 1.0 × 10−7 mol L−1 (S/N of 3). The proposed method has been applied to determination of peroxynitrite in human serum with satisfactory results. This poly(cyanocobalamin) modified electrode showed high selectivity and sensitivity to peroxynitrite determination, which could be used in quantitative detection of peroxynitrite in vivo and in vitro.  相似文献
