The structures of the Mg, Ca, Sr and Ba salts of 1‐naphthoic acid are examined and compared with analogous structures of salts of benzoate derivatives. It is shown that catena‐poly[[[diaquabis(1‐naphthoato‐κO)magnesium(II)]‐μ‐aqua] dihydrate], {[Mg(C11H7O2)2(H2O)3]·2H2O}n, exists as a one‐dimensional coordination polymer that propagates only through Mg—OH2—Mg interactions along the crystallographic b direction. In contrast with related benzoate salts, the naphthalene systems are large enough to prevent inorganic chain‐to‐chain interactions, and thus species with inorganic channels rather than layers are formed. The Ca, Sr and Ba salts all have metal centres that lie on a twofold axis (Z′ = ) and all have the common name catena‐poly[[diaquametal(II)]‐bis(μ‐1‐naphthoato)‐κ3O,O′:O3O:O,O′], [M(C11H7O2)2(H2O)2]n, where M = Ca, Sr or Ba. The Ca and Sr salts are essentially isostructural, and all three species form one‐dimensional coordination polymers through a carboxylate group that forms three M—O bonds. The polymeric chains propagate via c‐glide planes and through MOMO four‐membered rings. Again, inorganic channel structures are formed rather than layered structures, and the three structures are similar to those found for Ca and Sr salicylates and other substituted benzoates.  相似文献

A series of energetic coordination compounds [Co(tza)2}n ( 1 ), [Bi(tza)3]n ( 2 ), {[Cu4(tza)6(OH)2] · 4H2O}n ( 3 ), [Mn(tza)2]n ( 4 ), {[Bi(tza)(C2O4)(H2O)] · H2O}n ( 5 ) and [Fe3O(tza)6(H2O)3]NO3 ( 6 ) based on tetrazole‐1‐acetic acid (Htza) were synthesized though environmentally friendly methods. The coordination compounds were characterized by elemental analyses, IR spectroscopy, single‐crystal and powder X‐ray diffraction (PXRD), thermogravimetric analyses (TG), and differential scanning calorimetry (DSC). Their catalytic performances and the synergetic catalytic effects between 1 and 2 , 3 and 4 , 5 and 6 on the thermal decomposition of octahydro‐1,3,5,7‐tetranitro‐1,3,5,7‐tetrazocine (HMX) were all investigated by DSC. The results revealed that compounds 1 – 6 are thermally stable energetic compounds and they all exhibit high catalytic action for HMX thermal decomposition. The catalytic effects of the compounds on HMX thermal decomposition are closely related to the oxides, which come from the decomposition of the compounds, but have no positive relationships with the heat releases of the compounds themselves. Moreover, the synergetic catalytic effects between 1 and 2 , 3 and 4 , 5 and 6 were observed. Their mixtures at different mass ratio have different synergetic catalytic effects, and the sequence of the biggest synergetic index (SI) in each system is copper‐manganese system (compounds 3 and 4 ) > iron‐bismuth system (compounds 5 and 6 ) > cobalt‐bismuth system (compounds 1 and 2 ), indicating that the synergistic catalytic effects are mainly related to the combination and the proportion of the compounds.  相似文献

The reaction of 1H‐tetrazole‐1‐acetic acid (Htza) and perchloric acid with cuprous chloride with slow evaporation at room temperature gave a novel 3D porous CuII coordination polymer, [Cu2(tza)4] · ClO4 · 4H2O ( 1 ), (tza = tetrazole‐1‐acetate). The structure exhibits an unusual 3D microporous coordination framework built up by four coordinated CuII nodes and bidentate bridging tza ligands with lvt‐type topology. Furthermore, the magnetic properties of complex 1 were also investigated.  相似文献

Two cadmium(II) and two zinc(II) coordination complexes with diverse structural motifs, [Cd2(HL)I3H2O] · H2O ( 1 ), [Cd2(H2L)2(H2O)4] · 2SO4 · 14H2O ( 2 ), [Zn3(L′)2(H2O)6] · 4H2O · 2(NO3) ( 3 ), and [Zn3L'2(H2O)2Cl2] · H2O ( 4 ) [H2L = 1,1‐bis(5‐(pyrid‐2‐yl)‐1,2,4‐triazol‐3‐yl)methane; H2L′ = 1,1‐bis(5‐(pyrid‐2‐yl)‐1,2,4‐triazol‐3‐yl)methanone] were synthesized through a hydrothermal method. These coordination complexes were characterized by single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction, powder X‐ray diffraction (PXRD), FT‐IR spectroscopy, and photo‐luminescent experiments. Single crystal structural analysis revealed that 1 – 4 belong to polynuclear coordination compounds. PXRD analysis of 1 – 4 unambiguously confirmed the purity of the as‐synthesized coordination compounds. It is the first time to synthesize coordination compounds based on H2L′, which reacted from the original material H2L through in‐situ hydrothermal conditions. In addition, photo‐luminescent experiments revealed that 1 – 4 have real‐time sensing effects for benzaldehyde through fluorescence quenching. For 1 – 4 , the photo‐luminescent quenching effect for benzaldehyde was also compared and the coordination complexes 3 and 4 based on H2L′ have higher photo‐luminescent quenching effect than compounds 1 and 2 .  相似文献

In the centrosymmetric dinuclear anions of the title bimetallic complex, {[Mg(H2O)6][Cu2(C8H2NO7)2]·2H2O}n, each CuII ion is strongly coordinated by four O atoms in a distorted square‐planar geometry. Two of these O atoms belong to phenolate groups and the other two to carboxylate groups from 5‐nitro‐2‐oxidoisophthalate (L1) trianions, derived from 5‐nitrobenzene‐1,2,3‐tricarboxylic acid (O2N–H3L). The phenolate O atoms bridge the two CuII ions in the anion. In addition, each CuII cation interacts weakly with a symmetry‐related carboxylate O atom of an adjacent L1 ligand, giving a square‐pyramidal coordination geometry. The copper residue forms a ladder‐like linear coordination polymer via L1 ligands. The [Mg(H2O)6]2+ cations sit on centres of inversion. The polymeric anions, cations and free water molecules are self‐assembled into a three‐dimensional supramolecular network via O—H...O hydrogen bonds.  相似文献

Bis(acetylacetonate)alumo‐oxo‐tetraphenyldisiloxane‐metal(II) dihydrates [(acac)2Al(O–SiPh2–O–SiPh2–O)]2M(H2O)2 (M = Mg, Fe, Co, Ni) were obtained from the corresponding acetyl‐acetonate‐dihydrates (acac)2M(H2O)2 by reaction with the alumosiloxane [O–Ph2Si–O–SiPh2–O]4Al4(OH)4. These new compounds display two acac ligands at the aluminum atoms as well as disilatrioxy chains linking the two aluminum atoms forming a (Al–O–Si–O–Si–O)2 cycle (X‐ray structure analyses). Within this cycle the divalent metal ions M2+, to which two water molecules in trans positions are linked, are installed in almost planar MO4 coordination spheres. Using water free (acac)2Ni a different product forms: both reactants combine in a 2:1 ratio to yield [O–Ph2Si–O–SiPh2–O]4Al4(OH)2O(OH2)Ni2(acac)4. Here, three of the acac ligands were transposed to the aluminum atoms. The nickel atoms are in a distorted octahedral coordination mode from oxygen atoms of the ligands. When iron(III)tris(acetylacetonate) reacts with the alumosiloxane [O–Ph2Si–O–SiPh2–O]3Al2O(OH)Fe2(acac)3 was isolated, in which the two iron atoms still display one of the acac ligands. One of the aluminum atoms is in a tetrahedral oxygen environment, whereas the other is in the center of a trigonal bi‐pyramid formed of oxygen atoms either of the siloxane or of acac. The iron atoms have five‐ or sixfold coordination from oxygen atoms of siloxane, acac, hydroxide or oxide.  相似文献

Three different tetrazole‐carboxylate ligands, Hpymtza, Hpytza, and H2dtzeda were chosen to be reacted with Ca(NO3)2 · 4H2O, resulting in the formation of three coordination compounds, [Ca(pymtza)2(H2O)4] ( 1 ), [Ca(pytza)2(H2O)2] ( 2 ), and [Ca(dtzeda)(H2O)2] ( 3 ) [Hpymtza = 5‐(2‐pyrimidyl)tetrazole‐1‐acetic acid, Hpytza = 5‐(3‐pyridyl)tetrazole‐2‐acetic acid, and H2dtzeda = 1, 2‐bis(tetrazol‐5‐yl)ethane‐N1, N1′‐diacetic acid]. X‐ray diffraction analysis revealed that compound 1 displays a mononuclear structure, compound 2 is a one dimensional zigzag chain structure, whereas 3 shows a three‐dimensional structure. The structures were controlled by not only the different substituents of the tetrazolyl ring, but also the complementary hydrogen bonds. Furthermore, the luminescence properties of compounds 1 – 3 were investigated at room temperature in the solid state. These emissions can be tentatively attributed to the ligand centered emission.  相似文献

The pendant‐armed ligands L1 and L2 were synthesized by N‐alkylation of the four secondary amine groups of the macrocyclic precursor L using o‐nitrobenzylbromide (L1) and p‐nitrobenzylbromide (L2). Nitrates and perchlorates of CuII, NiII and CoII were used to synthesize the metal complexes of both ligands and the complexes were characterized by microanalysis, MS‐FAB, conductivity measurements, IR and UV‐Vis spectroscopy and magnetic studies. The crystal structures of L1, [CuL1](ClO4)2·CH3CN·H2O, [CuL2](ClO4)2·6CH3CN, [CuL2][Cu(NO3)4]·5CH3CN·0.5CH3OH and [NiL2](ClO4)2·3CH3CN·H2O were determined by single crystal X‐ray crystallography. These structural analysis reveal the free ligand L1, three mononuclear endomacrocyclic complexes {[CuL1](ClO4)2·CH3CN·H2O, [CuL2](ClO4)2·6CH3CN and [NiL2](ClO4)2·3CH3CN·H2O} and one binuclear complex {[CuL2][Cu(NO3)4]·5CH3CN·0.5CH3OH} in which one of the metals is in the macrocyclic framework and the other metal is outside the ligand cavity and coordinated to four nitrate ions.  相似文献

Three new coordination compounds, [Pb(HBDC‐I4)2(DMF)4]( 1 ) and [M(BDC‐I4)(MeOH)2(DMF)2]n (M = ZnII for 2 and MnII for ( 3 ) (H2BDC‐I4 = 2, 3, 5, 6‐tetraiodo‐1, 4‐benzenedicarboxylic acid), were synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, IR spectroscopy, thermogravimetric (TG) analysis, and X‐ray single crystal structure analysis. Single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction reveals that 1 crystallizes in the monoclinic space group C2/c and has a discrete mononuclear structure, which is further assembled to form a two‐dimensional (2D) layer through intermolecular O–H ··· O and C–H ··· O hydrogen bonding interactions. The isostructural compounds 2 and 3 crystallize in the space group P21/c and have similar one‐dimensional (1D) chain structures that are extended into three‐dimensional (3D) supramolecular networks by interchain C–H ··· π interactions. The PbII and ZnII complexes 1 and 2 display similar emissions at 472 nm in the solid state, which essentially are intraligand transitions.  相似文献

In the title compound [systematic name: triaqua(1,4,7,10,13,16‐hexaoxacyclooctadecane‐κ6O)(2‐nitrophenolato‐κO)barium(II)–aqua(1,4,7,10,13,16‐hexaoxacyclooctadecane‐κ6O)‐ bis(2‐nitrophenolato‐κ2O,O′)barium(II)–2‐nitrophenolate (1/1/1)], [Ba(C12H24O6)(C6H4NO3)(H2O)3][Ba(C12H24O6)(C6H4NO3)2(H2O)](C6H4NO3), the two BaII atoms encapsulated by the 18‐crown‐6 rings have different coordinations. Although both BaII atoms are coordinated to the six O atoms of the crowns, in the neutral moiety, the BaII atom is coordinated to one terminal O atom from a water molecule, two phenolate O atoms and two nitro‐group O atoms, while in the cationic moiety, the BaII atom is coordinated to three terminal O atoms from water molecules and one phenolate O atom. Both the crowns are eclipsed and translated along the b direction. In the asymmetric unit, the three components are interconnected by four O—H?O interactions. The packing is stabilized by two intermolecular C—H?O interactions and by one O—H?O interaction.  相似文献

The title complexes, trans‐diaquabis(quinoline‐2‐carboxylato‐κ2N,O)cobalt(II)–water–methanol (1/2/2), [Co(C10H6NO2)2(H2O)2]·2CH4O·2H2O, and trans‐diaquabis(quinoline‐2‐carboxylato‐κ2N,O)nickel(II)–water–methanol (1/2/2), [Ni(C10H6NO2)2(H2O)2]·2CH4O·2H2O, are isomorphous and contain CoII and NiII ions at centers of inversion. Both complexes have the same distorted octahedral coordination geometry, and each metal ion is coordinated by two quinoline N atoms, two carboxylate O atoms and two water O atoms. The quinoline‐2‐carboxylate ligands lie in trans positions with respect to one another, forming the equatorial plane, with the two water ligands occupying the axial positions. The complex molecules are linked together by hydrogen bonding involving a series of ring patterns which include the uncoordinated water and methanol molecules.  相似文献

trans‐Diaquabis(isoquinoline‐1‐carboxylato‐κ2N,O)cobalt(II) dihydrate, [Co(C10H6NO2)2(H2O)2]·2H2O, and trans‐diaquabis(isoquinoline‐1‐carboxylato‐κ2N,O)nickel(II) dihydrate, [Ni(C10H6NO2)2(H2O)2]·2H2O, contain the same isoquinoline ligand, with both metal atoms residing on a centre of symmetry and having the same distorted octahedral coordination. In the former complex, the Co—O(water) bond length in the axial direction is 2.167 (2) Å, which is longer than the Co—O(carboxylate) and Co—N bond lengths in the equatorial plane [2.055 (2) and 2.096 (2) Å, respectively]. In the latter complex, the corresponding bond lengths for Ni—O(water), Ni—O(carboxylate) and Ni—N are 2.127 (2), 2.036 (2) and 2.039 (3) Å, respectively. Both crystals are stabilized by similar stacking interactions of the ligand, and also by hydrogen bonds between the hydrate and coordinated water molecules.  相似文献

Hydrothermal reactions of tridentate rigid 2,4,6‐tris‐(benzimidazolyl‐2‐yl)pyridine (pytbzim) ligand and Zn(II)/Cd(II) salts generate binuclear complexes {[Cd2Cl2(pytbzim)2(H2O)2]·2NO3}n ( 1 ) and two isomorphs {[M2Cl2(pytbzim)2(H2O)2]Cl2·2H2O}n [M=Cd ( 2 ), Zn ( 3 )]. All complexes include [M2Cl2(pytbzim)2(H2O)2] dimers, which are further connected into a three‐dimensional supramolecular networks through ?‐? stacking interaction and hydrogen bonds. The solid state photoluminescent studies reveal good fluorescent properties of the pytbzim ligand and complexes 1 – 2 at room temperature.  相似文献

The imidazole‐based dicarboxylate ligand 2‐(4‐(pyridin‐4‐yl)phenyl)‐1H‐imidazole‐4,5‐dicarboxylic acid (H3PyPhIDC), was synthesized and its coordination chemistry was studied. Solvothermal reactions of CaII, MnII, CoII, and NiII ions with H3PyPhIDC produced four coordination polymers, [Ca(μ3‐HPyPhIDC)(H2O)2]n ( 1 ), {[M32‐H2PyPhIDC)23‐HPyPhIDC)26(H2O)2] · 6H2O}n [M = Mn ( 2 ), Co ( 3 )], and {[Ni(μ3‐HPyPhIDC)(H2O)] · H2O}n ( 4 ). Compounds 1 – 4 were analyzed by IR spectroscopy, elemental analyses, and single‐crystal and powder X‐ray diffraction. Compound 1 displays a one‐dimensional (1D) infinite chain. Compounds 2 and 3 are of similar structure, showing 2D network structures with a (4,4) topology based on trinuclear clusters. Compound 4 has another type of 2D network structure with a 3‐connected (4.82) topology. The results revealed that the structural diversity is attributed to the coordination numbers and geometries of metal ions as well as the coordination modes and conformations of H3PyPhIDC. Moreover, the thermogravimetric analyses of all the compounds as well as luminescence properties of the H3PyPhIDC ligand and compound 1 were also studied.  相似文献

Three coordination polymers, namely {[Cu(5‐nipa)(L22)](H2O)2}n ( 1 ), [Zn(5‐nipa)(L22)(H2O)]n ( 2 ), and {[Cd2(5‐nipa)2(L22)(H2O)3](H2O)3.6}n ( 3 ), were prepared under similar synthetic method based on 1,2‐(2‐pyridyl)‐1,2,4‐triazole (L22) and ancillary ligand 5‐nitro‐isophthalic acid (5‐H2nipa) with CuII, ZnII, and CdII perchlorate, respectively. All the complexes were characterized by IR spectroscopy, elemental analysis, and powder X‐ray diffraction (PXRD) patterns. Single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction indicates that complexes 1 and 2 show similar 1D chain structures, whereas complex 3 exhibits the 2D coordination network with hcb topology. The central metal atoms show distinct coordination arrangements ranging from distorted square‐pyramid for CuII in 1 , octahedron for ZnII in 2 , to pentagonal‐bipyramid for CdII in 3 . The L22 ligand adopts the same (η32) coordination fashion in complexes 1 – 3 , while the carboxyl groups of co‐ligand 5‐nipa2– adopt monodentate fashion in 1 and 2 and bidentate chelating mode in 3 . These results indicate that the choice of metal ions exerts a significant influence on governing the target complexes. Furthermore, thermal stabilities of complexes 1 – 3 and photoluminescent properties of 2 and 3 were also studied in the solid state.  相似文献

4‐Hydroxypyridine‐2,6‐dicarboxylic acid (chelidamic acid, hypydc[H]H2) reacts with MnCl2·2H2O in the presence of piperazine in water to afford the title complex, {[Mn3(C7H2NO5)2(H2O)8]·3H2O}n or {[Mn3(hypydc)2(H2O)8]·3H2O}n. This compound is a one‐dimensional coordination polymer, with the twofold symmetric repeat unit containing three metal centres. Two different coordination geometries are observed for the two independent MnII metal centres, viz. a distorted pentagonal bipyramid and a distorted octahedron. The 4‐oxidopyridine‐2,6‐dicarboxylate anions and two of the water molecules act as bridging ligands. The zigzag‐like geometry of the coordination polymer is stabilized by hydrogen bonds. O—H...O and C—H...O hydrogen bonds and water clusters consolidate the three‐dimensional network structure.  相似文献

Bis(pyridine‐2,6‐dimethanol‐N,O,O′)cobalt(II) disaccharinate dihydrate, [Co(C7H9NO2)2](C7H4NO3S)2·2H2O, (I), and bis(pyridine‐2,6‐dimethanol‐N,O,O′)copper(II) disaccharinate dihydrate, [Cu(C7H9NO2)2](C7H4NO3S)2·2H2O, (II), collectively [M(dmpy)2](sac)2·2H2O (where M is CoII or CuII, sac is the saccharinate anion and dmpy is pyridine‐2,6‐dimethanol), are isostructural. The [M(dmpy)2]2+ cations exhibit distorted octahedral geometry in which the two neutral dmpy species act as tripodal N,O,O′‐tridentate ligands. The crystal packing is determined by hydrogen bonding, as well as by weak pyridine–saccharinate π–π‐stacking interactions.  相似文献

Reactions of H3tda (H3tda = 1H‐1, 2, 3‐triazole‐4, 5‐dicarboxylic acid) with Sm(NO3)3 · 6H2O, Eu(NO3)3 · 6H2O, and Tb(NO3)3 · 6H2O, in the presence of NaOH under hydrothermal conditions, produced three new coordination polymers, [Ln2(tda)2(H2O)3] · 5H2O [Ln = Sm ( 1 ), Eu ( 2 ), Tb ( 3 )]. These compounds were structurally characterized by elemental analysis, IR spectroscopy, thermogravimetric analysis (TGA), PXRD and single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction. The single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction studies of compounds 1 – 3 reveal that all compounds are three‐dimensional porous structures with chiral frameworks. Furthermore, the luminescence studies of compound 2 and 3 in the solid state reveal that they are potential luminescent materials at room temperature.  相似文献

A new coordination polymer, [Ni(3,4‐pybz)2(H2O)]n ( 1 ), was hydrothermally synthesized from Ni(NO3)2 · 6H2O and an unsymmetrical 3‐pyridin‐4‐yl‐benzoic acid (3,4‐Hpybz). It was characterized by IR spectroscopy, elemental analysis, thermogravimetric analysis, and single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction. In complex 1 , the 3,4‐pybz ligands act as linear linkers to join 4‐connected nickel(II) ion nodes, to build a 3D 4‐connected twofold interpenetrated 658‐cds coordination framework. In addition, the magnetic and thermal properties of complex 1 were also investigated.  相似文献

The crystal structures of the title complexes, namely trans‐bis(isoquinoline‐3‐carboxylato‐κ2N,O)bis(methanol‐κO)cobalt(II), [Co(C10H6NO2)2(CH3OH)2], and the corresponding nickel(II) and copper(II) complexes, [Ni(C10H6NO2)2(CH3OH)2] and [Cu(C10H6NO2)2(CH3OH)2], are isomorphous and contain metal ions at centres of inversion. The three compounds have the same distorted octahedral coordination geometry, and each metal ion is bonded by two quinoline N atoms, two carboxylate O atoms and two methanol O atoms. Two isoquinoline‐3‐carboxylate ligands lie in trans positions, forming the equatorial plane, and the two methanol ligands occupy the axial positions. The complex molecules are linked together by O—H⋯O hydrogen bonds between the methanol ligands and neighbouring carboxylate groups.  相似文献
