The title compound, [CuNa(C4H3O7S)(C10H8N2)(H2O)3]n, consists of one CuII cation, one NaI cation, one 2‐sulfonatobutanedioate trianion (SSC3−), one 2,2′‐bipyridyl (bpy) ligand and three coordinated water molecules as the building unit. The coordination of the CuII cation is composed of two pyridyl N atoms, one water O atom and two carboxylate O atoms in a distorted square‐pyramidal coordination geometry with an axial elongation. The NaI cation is six‐coordinated by three water molecules and three carboxylate O atoms from three SSC3− ligands in a distorted octahedral geometry. Two SSC3− ligands link two CuII cations to form a Cu2(SSC)2(bpy)2 macrocyclic unit lying across an inversion centre, which is further linked by NaI cations via Na—O bonds to give a one‐dimensional chain. Interchain hydrogen bonds link these chains to form a two‐dimensional layer, which is further extended into a three‐dimensional supramolecular framework through π–π stacking interactions. The thermal stability of the title compound has also been investigated.  相似文献

The asymmetric unit of the title compound, [Pb2(C8H3IO4)2(CH4O)]n, contains two PbII atoms, two 5‐iodoisophthalate (5‐IIP2−) ligands and one coordinated methanol molecule. One Pb atom is eight‐coordinated, surrounded by seven carboxylate O atoms from five 5‐IIP2− ligands and one O atom from the terminal methanol ligand. The other Pb atom is seven‐coordinated in a hemidirected geometry, surrounded by seven carboxylate O atoms from five 5‐IIP2− ligands. Both Pb atoms are connected by carboxylate groups to form a one‐dimensional infinite rod along the a axis; neighbouring rods are further linked by the aromatic rings of 5‐IIP2− to generate the final three‐dimensional structure with channels in the a direction. An O—H...O hydrogen bond between the methanol ligand and one of the carboxylate groups of a 5‐IIP2− ligand stablizes the three‐dimensional framework. Interestingly, a centrosymmetric rhombus‐shaped I4 unit is formed by four 5‐IIP2− ligands, with I...I distances of 3.8841 (8) and 3.9204 (8) Å.  相似文献

The title compound, {[Cd2(C10H12N2O8)(H2O)]·H2O}n, consists of two crystallographically independent CdII cations, one ethylenediaminetetraacetate (edta) tetraanion, one coordinated water molecule and one solvent water molecule. The coordination of one of the Cd atoms, Cd1, is composed of five O atoms and two N atoms from two tetraanionic edta ligands in a distorted pentagonal–bipyramidal coordination geometry. The other Cd atom, Cd2, is six‐coordinated by five carboxylate O atoms from five edta ligands and one water molecule in a distorted octahedral geometry. Two neighbouring Cd1 atoms are bridged by a pair of carboxylate O atoms to form a centrosymmetric [Cd2(edta)2]4− unit located on the inversion centre, which is further extended into a two‐dimensional layered structure through Cd2—O bonds. There are hydrogen bonds between the coordinated water molecules and carboxylate O atoms within the layer. The solvent water molecules occupy the space between the layers and interact with the host layers through O—H...O and C—H...O interactions.  相似文献

The title CdII compound, {[Cd2(C13H7NO4)2(H2O)4]·5H2O}n, was synthesized by the hydrothermal reaction of Cd(NO3)2·4H2O and 5‐(pyridin‐4‐yl)isophthalic acid (H2L). The asymmetric unit contains two crystallographically independent CdII cations, two deprotonated L2− ligands, four coordinated water molecules and five isolated water molecules. One of the CdII cations adopts a six‐coordinate octahedral coordination geometry involving three O atoms from one bidentate chelating and one monodentate carboxylate group of two different L2− ligands, one N atom of another L2− ligand and two coordinated water molecules. The second CdII cation adopts a seven‐coordinate pentagonal–bipyramidal coordination geometry involving four O atoms from two bidentate chelating carboxylate groups of two different L2− ligands, one N atom of another L2− ligand and two coordinated water molecules. Each L2− ligand bridges three CdII cations and, likewise, each CdII cation connects to three L2− ligands, giving rise to a two‐dimensional graphite‐like 63 layer structure. These two‐dimensional layers are further linked by O—H...O hydrogen‐bonding interactions to form a three‐dimensional supramolecular architecture. The photoluminescence properties of the title compound were also investigated.  相似文献

The title compound, [Cd3(C8H10O4)3(C12H9N3)2(H2O)2]n or [Cd3(chdc)3(4‐PyBIm)2(H2O)2]n, was synthesized hydrothermally from the reaction of Cd(CH3COO)2·2H2O with 2‐(pyridin‐4‐yl)‐1H‐benzimidazole (4‐PyBIm) and cyclohexane‐1,4‐dicarboxylic acid (1,4‐chdcH2). The asymmetric unit consists of one and a half CdII cations, one 4‐PyBIm ligand, one and a half 1,4‐chdc2− ligands and one coordinated water molecule. The central CdII cation, located on an inversion centre, is coordinated by six carboxylate O atoms from six 1,4‐chdc2− ligands to complete an elongated octahedral coordination geometry. The two terminal rotationally symmetric CdII cations each exhibits a distorted pentagonal–bipyramidal geometry, coordinated by one N atom from 4‐PyBIm, five O atoms from three 1,4‐chdc2− ligands and one O atom from an aqua ligand. The 1,4‐chdc2− ligands possess two conformations, i.e.e,etrans‐chdc2− and e,acis‐chdc2−. The cis‐1,4‐chdc2− ligands bridge the CdII cations to form a trinuclear {Cd3}‐based chain along the b axis, while the trans‐1,4‐chdc2− ligands further link adjacent one‐dimensional chains to construct an interesting two‐dimensional network.  相似文献

The title compound, {[Cd2(C9HNO8)(H2O)4]·H2O}n, consists of two crystallographically independent CdII cations, one tetrabasic pyridine‐2,3,5,6‐tetracarboxylate (pdtc) anion, four coordinated water molecules and one solvent water molecule. The CdII cations have distorted square‐antiprismatic (one pyridine N, six carboxylate O and one water O atom) and octahedral (three carboxylate O and three water O atoms) coordination environments. Each pdtc ligand employs its pyridine and carboxylate groups to chelate and bridge seven CdII cations. The square‐antiprismatic coordinated CdII cations are linked by pdtc ligands into a lamellar framework structure, while the octahedral coordinated CdII cations are bridged by the μ2‐carboxylate O atoms and the pdtc ligands into a chain network that further joins neighbouring lamellae into a three‐dimensional porous network. The cavities are filled with solvent water molecules that are linked to the host through complex hydrogen bonding.  相似文献

In the title compound, [Pb(C6H4NO2)(N3)(H2O)]n, the Pb ion is seven‐coordinated by three N atoms from three azide ligands, two O atoms from two isonicotinate (inic) ligands and two O atoms from two coordinated water molecules, forming a distorted monocapped triangular prismatic coordination geometry. Each azide ligand bridges three PbII ions in a μ1,1,3 coordination mode to form a two‐dimensional three‐connected 63 topology network extending in the bc plane. The carboxylate group of the inic unit and the aqua ligand act as coligands to bridge PbII ions. Adjacent two‐dimensional layers are connected by hydrogen‐bonding interactions between the isonicotinate N atom and the water molecule, resulting in an extended three‐dimensional network. The title complex is the first reported coordination polymer involving a p‐block metal, an azide and a carboxylate.  相似文献

In the title coordination compound, [Cd(C8H3NO6)(C5H8N3)0.5(H2O)]n, each CdII atom is six‐coordinated in a distorted octahedral environment surrounded by three carboxylate O atoms from two different 5‐nitroisophthalate (5‐NIP2−) ligands, two N atoms from two distinct 1,6‐bis(1,2,4‐triazol‐1‐yl)hexane (bth) ligands and one water molecule. The CdII centres are bridged by the bth ligands, which lie across centres of inversion, to give a honeycomb‐like two‐dimensional layer structure; the layers are further connected by the bridging 5‐NIP2− ligands with a κ21‐μ2 coordination mode to generate the final three‐dimensional structure. Topologically, taking the the CdII atoms and the bth ligands as different four‐connected nodes and the 5‐NIP2− ligands as linkers, the three‐dimensional structure can be simplified to a rare `mesh of trees' (mot) net with the Schäfli symbol (66)(64.82)2.  相似文献

The title CdII coordination framework, [Cd(C15H8O5)(H2O)]n or [Cd(bpdc)(H2O)]n [H2bpdc is 2‐(4‐carboxybenzoyl)benzoic acid], has been prepared and characterized using IR spectroscopy, elemental analysis, thermal analysis and single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction. Each CdII centre is six‐coordinated by two O atoms from one 2‐(4‐carboxylatobenzoyl)benzoate (bpdc2−) ligand in chelating mode, three O‐donor atoms from three other bpdc2− anions and one O atom from a coordinated water molecule in an octahedral coordination environment. Two crystallographically equivalent CdII cations are bridged by one O atom of the 2‐carboxylate group of one bpdc2− ligand and by both O atoms of the 4‐carboxylate group of a second bpdc2− ligand to form a binuclear [(Cd)2(O)(OCO)] secondary building unit. Adjacent secondary building units are interlinked to form a one‐dimensional [Cd(OCO)2]n chain. The bpdc2− ligands link these rod‐shaped chains to give rise to a complex two‐dimensional [Cd(bpdc)]n framework with a 4,4‐connected binodal net topology of point symbol {43.62.8}. The compound exhibits a strong fluorescence emission and typical ferroelectric behaviour in the solid state at room temperature.  相似文献

In the title mixed‐ligand metal–organic polymeric complex [Cd(C14H8O6S)(C16H16N2)(H2O)]n, the asymmetric unit contains a crystallographically unique CdII atom, one doubly deprotonated 4,4′‐sulfonyldibenzoic acid ligand (H2SDBA), one 3,4,7,8‐tetramethyl‐1,10‐phenanthroline (TMPHEN) molecule and one water molecule. Each CdII centre is coordinated by two N atoms from the chelating TMPHEN ligand, three O atoms from monodentate carboxylate groups of three different SDBA2− ligands and one O atom from a coordinated water molecule, giving a distorted CdN2O4 octahedral geometry. Single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction analysis reveals that the compound is a one‐dimensional double‐chain polymer containing 28‐membered rings based on Cd2O2 clusters, with a Cd...Cd separation of 3.6889 (4) Å. These chains are linked by O—H...O and C—H...O hydrogen bonds to form a three‐dimensional supramolecular framework. The framework is reinforced by π–π and C—O...π interactions.  相似文献

The title compound, {[Ag(C13H14N2)](C10H6O6S2)0.5·2H2O}n, (I), features a three‐dimensional supramolecular sandwich architecture that consists of two‐dimensional cationic layers composed of polymeric chains of silver(I) ions and 1,3‐bis(4‐pyridyl)propane (bpp) ligands, linked by Ag...Ag and π–π interactions, alternating with anionic layers in which uncoordinated naphthalene‐1,5‐disulfonate (nds2−) anions and solvent water molecules form a hydrogen‐bonded network. The asymmetric unit consists of one AgI cation linearly coordinated by N atoms from two bpp ligands, one bpp ligand, one half of an nds2− anion lying on a centre of inversion and two solvent water molecules. The two‐dimensional {[Ag(bpp)]+}n cationic and {[(nds)·2H2O]2−}n anionic layers are assembled into a three‐dimensional supramolecular framework through long secondary coordination Ag...O interactions between the sulfonate O atoms and AgI centres and through nonclassical C—H...O hydrogen bonds.  相似文献

A novel three‐dimensional coordination polymer, {[Pb(C14H8N2O4)(H2O)]·0.5C12H10N2}n, has been synthesized by hydrothermal reaction of Pb(OAc)2·3H2O (OAc is acetate), 2,2′‐(diazene‐1,2‐diyl)dibenzoic acid (H2L) and 1,2‐bis(pyridin‐4‐yl)ethylene (bpe). The asymmetric unit contains a crystallographically independent PbII cation, one L2− ligand, an aqua ligand and half a bpe molecule. Each PbII centre is seven‐coordinated by six O atoms of bridging–chelating carboxylate groups from L2− ligands and by one O atom from a coordinated water molecule. The PbII cations are bridged by L2− ligands, forming [PbO2]n chains along the a axis. These chains are further connected by L2− ligands along the b and c axes to give a three‐dimensional framework with a 41263 topology. The channel voids are occupied by bpe molecules.  相似文献

In the title polymeric heterometallic compound, {[Cu3Gd(C6H4NO2)3Cl3(H2O)2]·0.5H2O}n, comprising copper(I) and gadolinium(III) cations bridged by nicotinate (nic) ligands and chloride anions, the GdIII centers display a bicapped trigonal prismatic geometry, defined by six carboxylate O atoms and two water molecules. For copper(I), one Cu center is three‐coordinated by three chloride ions and displays a trigonal–planar geometry; the other two Cu centers are four‐coordinated and display a very distorted tetrahedral geometry. The chloride anions act in μ2‐ and μ3‐bridging modes, linking the CuI ions into an infinite chain. The nic ligand exhibits a tridentate coordination mode, with the carboxylate O atoms linking to two GdIII ions and the N atom linking to one CuI ion. Thus, a novel three‐dimensional heterometallic coordination polymer is constructed from Gd–carboxylate subunits and Cu—Cl chains. In addition, intra‐ and intermolecular O—H...O and O—H...Cl hydrogen bonds are also observed within the three‐dimensional structure. Topologically, the framework represents an unusual 3,6‐connected (4.82)3(410.65) net.  相似文献

In the title mixed‐ligand metal–organic polymeric compound, {[Cd(C14H8O6S)(C16H16N2)]·3H2O}n, the asymmetric unit contains a crystallographically unique CdII atom, one doubly deprotonated 4,4′‐sulfonyldibenzoic acid (H2SDBA) ligand, one 3,4,7,8‐tetramethyl‐1,10‐phenanthroline (TMPHEN) molecule and three solvent water molecules. Each CdII centre is six‐coordinated by two O atoms from a chelating carboxylate group of a SDBA2− ligand, two O atoms from monodentate carboxylate groups of two different SDBA2− ligands and two N atoms from a chelating TMPHEN ligand. There are two coordination patterns for the carboxylate groups of the SDBA2− ligand, with one in a μ1‐η11 chelating mode and the other in a μ2‐η11 bis‐monodentate mode. Single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction analysis revealed that the title compound is a one‐dimensional double‐chain polymer containing 28‐membered rings based on the [Cd2(CO2)2] rhomboid subunit. More interestingly, a chair‐shaped water hexamer cluster is observed in the compound.  相似文献

The crystal structure of the title compound, {[Tm(C8H3O7S)(H2O)5]·1.5C10H8N2·0.5H2O}n, is built up from two [Tm(SIP)(H2O)5] molecules (SIP3− is 5‐sulfonatobenzene‐1,3‐dicarboxylate), three 4,4′‐bipyridyl (bpy) molecules and one solvent water molecule. One of the bpy molecules and the solvent water molecule are located on an inversion centre and a twofold rotation axis, respectively. The TmIII ion coordination is composed of four carboxylate O atoms from two trianionic SIP3− ligands and five coordinated water molecules. The Tm3+ ions are linked by the SIP3− ligands to form a one‐dimensional zigzag chain propagating along the c axis. The chains are linked by interchain O—H...O hydrogen bonds to generate a two‐dimensional layered structure. The bpy molecules are not involved in coordination but are linked by O—H...N hydrogen bonds to form two‐dimensional layers. The two‐dimensional layers are further bridged by the bpy molecules as pillars and the solvent water molecules through hydrogen bonds, giving a three‐dimensional supramolecular structure. π–π stacking interactions between the parallel aromatic rings, arranged in an offset fashion with a face‐to‐face distance of 3.566 (1) Å, are observed in the crystal packing.  相似文献

The title compound, {[Ba2(C13H8N2O6S)2(H2O)6]·C10H8N2}n, possesses a novel two‐dimensional porous coordination network, in which each BaII ion is nine‐coordinated by three carboxylate O atoms, two sulfonate O atoms and four water molecules in an irregular coordination environment. Hydrogen‐bond interactions between coordinated water molecules and sulfonate/hydroxyl groups hold the network layers together and produce a three‐dimensional supramolecular architecture.  相似文献

In the title coordination polymer, [Ag2(C4H4O4S)], each AgI cation is four‐coordinated by three of the four carboxylate O atoms and the S atom from symmetry‐related sulfanediyldiacetate ligands, thus defining a distorted tetrahedral geometry at the metal centre. The AgI cations are bridged by sulfanediyldiacetate groups, leading to a two‐dimensional layer structure. These layers are interconnected via Ag—S bonds to form a three‐dimensional coordination polymer network overall.  相似文献

The title compound, [Zn2(C9H4O6)2(C6H6N4)2], consists of two ZnII ions, two 5‐carboxybenzene‐1,3‐dicarboxylate (Hbtc2−) dianions and two 2,2′‐bi‐1H‐imidazole (bimz) molecules. The ZnII centre is coordinated by two carboxylate O atoms from two Hbtc2− ligands and by two imidazole N atoms of a bimz ligand, in a distorted tetrahedral coordination geometry. Two neighbouring ZnII ions are bridged by a pair of Hbtc2− ligands, forming a discrete binuclear [Zn2(Hbtc)2(bimz)2] structure lying across an inversion centre. Hydrogen bonds between carboxyl H atoms and carboxylate O atoms and between imidazole H atoms and carboxylate O atoms link the binuclear units. These binuclear units are further extended into a three‐dimensional supramolecular structure through extensive O—H...O and N—H...O hydrogen bonds. Moreover, the three‐dimensional nature of the crystal packing is reinforced by the π–π stacking. The title compound exhibits photoluminescence in the solid state, with an emission maximum at 415 nm.  相似文献

In the title coordination polymer, {[Cd(C6H8O4S)(C13H14N2)]·H2O}n, the CdII atom displays a distorted octahedral coordination, formed by three carboxylate O atoms and one S atom from three different 3,3′‐thiodipropionate ligands, and two N atoms from two different 4,4′‐(propane‐1,3‐diyl)dipyridine ligands. The CdII centres are bridged through carboxylate O atoms of 3,3′‐thiodipropionate ligands and through N atoms of 4,4′‐(propane‐1,3‐diyl)dipyridine ligands to form two different one‐dimensional chains, which intersect to form a two‐dimensional layer. These two‐dimensional layers are linked by S atoms of 3,3′‐thiodipropionate ligands from adjacent layers to form a three‐dimensional network.  相似文献

In the title compound, [Mn(C5H2N2O4)(C12H9N3)2]·H2O, the MnII centre is surrounded by three bidentate chelating ligands, namely, one 6‐oxido‐2‐oxo‐1,2‐dihydropyrimidine‐5‐carboxylate (or uracil‐5‐carboxylate, Huca2−) ligand [Mn—O = 2.136 (2) and 2.156 (3) Å] and two 2‐(2‐pyridyl)‐1H‐benzimidazole (Hpybim) ligands [Mn—N = 2.213 (3)–2.331 (3) Å], and it displays a severely distorted octahedral geometry, with cis angles ranging from 73.05 (10) to 105.77 (10)°. Intermolecular N—H...O hydrogen bonds both between the Hpybim and the Huca2− ligands and between the Huca2− ligands link the molecules into infinite chains. The lattice water molecule acts as a hydrogen‐bond donor to form double O...H—O—H...O hydrogen bonds with the Huca2− O atoms, crosslinking the chains to afford an infinite two‐dimensional sheet; a third hydrogen bond (N—H...O) formed by the water molecule as a hydrogen‐bond acceptor and a Hpybim N atom further links these sheets to yield a three‐dimensional supramolecular framework. Possible partial π–π stacking interactions involving the Hpybim rings are also observed in the crystal structure.  相似文献
