The new asymmetrical organic ligand 2‐{4‐[(1H‐imidazol‐1‐yl)methyl]phenyl}‐5‐(pyridin‐4‐yl)‐1,3,4‐oxadiazole ( L , C17H13N5O), containing pyridine and imidazole terminal groups, as well as potential oxdiazole coordination sites, was designed and synthesized. The coordination chemistry of L with soft AgI, CuI and CdII metal ions was investigated and three new coordination polymers (CPs), namely, catena‐poly[[silver(I)‐μ‐2‐{4‐[(1H‐imidazol‐1‐yl)methyl]phenyl}‐5‐(pyridin‐4‐yl)‐1,3,4‐oxadiazole] hexafluoridophosphate], {[Ag( L )]PF6}n, catena‐poly[[copper(I)‐di‐μ‐iodido‐copper(I)‐bis(μ‐2‐{4‐[(1H‐imidazol‐1‐yl)methyl]phenyl}‐5‐(pyridin‐4‐yl)‐1,3,4‐oxadiazole)] 1,4‐dioxane monosolvate], {[Cu2I2( L )2]·C4H8O2}n, and catena‐poly[[[dinitratocopper(II)]‐bis(μ‐2‐{4‐[(1H‐imidazol‐1‐yl)methyl]phenyl}‐5‐(pyridin‐4‐yl)‐1,3,4‐oxadiazole)]–methanol–water (1/1/0.65)], {[Cd( L )2(NO3)2]·2CH4O·0.65H2O}n, were obtained. The experimental results show that ligand L coordinates easily with linear AgI, tetrahedral CuI and octahedral CdII metal atoms to form one‐dimensional polymeric structures. The intermediate oxadiazole ring does not participate in the coordination interactions with the metal ions. In all three CPs, weak π–π interactions between the nearly coplanar pyridine, oxadiazole and benzene rings play an important role in the packing of the polymeric chains.  相似文献

Two new symmetric double‐armed oxadiazole‐bridged ligands, 4‐methyl‐{5‐[5‐methyl‐2‐(pyridin‐3‐ylcarbonyloxy)phenyl]‐1,3,4‐oxadiazol‐2‐yl}phenyl pyridine‐3‐carboxylate (L1) and 4‐methyl‐{5‐[5‐methyl‐2‐(pyridin‐4‐ylcarbonyloxy)phenyl]‐1,3,4‐oxadiazol‐2‐yl}phenyl pyridine‐4‐carboxylate (L2), were prepared by the reaction of 2,5‐bis(2‐hydroxy‐5‐methylphenyl)‐1,3,4‐oxadiazole with nicotinoyl chloride and isonicotinoyl chloride, respectively. Ligand L1 can be used as an organic clip to bind CuII cations and generate a molecular complex, bis(4‐methyl‐{5‐[5‐methyl‐2‐(pyridin‐3‐ylcarbonyloxy)phenyl]‐1,3,4‐oxadiazol‐2‐yl}phenyl pyridine‐3‐carboxylate)bis(perchlorato)copper(II), [Cu(ClO4)2(C28H20N4O5)2], (I). In compound (I), the CuII cation is located on an inversion centre and is hexacoordinated in a distorted octahedral geometry, with the pyridine N atoms of two L1 ligands in the equatorial positions and two weakly coordinating perchlorate counter‐ions in the axial positions. The two arms of the L1 ligands bend inward and converge at the CuII coordination point to give rise to a spirometallocycle. Ligand L2 binds CuI cations to generate a supramolecule, diacetonitriledi‐μ3‐iodido‐di‐μ2‐iodido‐bis(4‐methyl‐{5‐[5‐methyl‐2‐(pyridin‐4‐ylcarbonyloxy)phenyl]‐1,3,4‐oxadiazol‐2‐yl}phenyl pyridine‐4‐carboxylate)tetracopper(I), [Cu4I4(CH3CN)2(C28H20N4O5)2], (II). The asymmetric unit of (II) indicates that it contains two CuI atoms, one L2 ligand, one acetonitrile ligand and two iodide ligands. Both of the CuI atoms are four‐coordinated in an approximately tetrahedral environment. The molecule is centrosymmetric and the four I atoms and four CuI atoms form a rope‐ladder‐type [Cu4I4] unit. Discrete units are linked into one‐dimensional chains through π–π interactions.  相似文献

The title compound, poly[[μ4‐5‐carboxy‐4‐carboxylato‐2‐(pyridin‐4‐yl)‐1H‐imidazol‐1‐ido]disilver(I)], [Ag2(C10H5N3O4)]n, was synthesized by reacting silver nitrate with 2‐(pyridin‐4‐yl)‐1H‐imidazole‐4,5‐dicarboxylic acid (H3PyIDC) under hydrothermal conditions. The asymmetric unit contains two crystallographically independent AgI cations and one unique HPyIDC2− anion. Both AgI cations are three‐coordinated in distorted T‐shaped coordination geometries. One AgI cation is coordinated by one N and two O atoms from two HPyIDC2− anions, while the other is bonded to one O and two N atoms from two HPyIDC2− anions. It is interesting to note that the HPyIDC2− group acts as a μ4‐bridging ligand to link the AgI cations into a three‐dimensional framework, which can be simplified as a diamondoid topology. The thermal stability and photoluminescent properties of the title compound have also been studied.  相似文献

Reaction of biotin {C10H16N2O3S, HL; systematic name: 5‐[(3aS,4S,6aR)‐2‐oxohexahydro‐1H‐thieno[3,4‐d]imidazol‐4‐yl]pentanoic acid} with silver acetate and a few drops of aqueous ammonia leads to the deprotonation of the carboxylic acid group and the formation of a neutral chiral two‐dimensional polymer network, poly[[{μ3‐5‐[(3aS,4S,6aR)‐2‐oxohexahydro‐1H‐thieno[3,4‐d]imidazol‐4‐yl]pentanoato}silver(I)] trihydrate], {[Ag(C10H15N2O3S)]·3H2O}n or {[Ag(L)]·3H2O}n, (I). Here, the AgI cations are pentacoordinate, coordinated by four biotin anions via two S atoms and a ureido O atom, and by two carboxylate O atoms of the same molecule. The reaction of biotin with silver salts of potentially coordinating anions, viz. nitrate and perchlorate, leads to the formation of the chiral one‐dimensional coordination polymers catena‐poly[[bis[nitratosilver(I)]‐bis{μ3‐5‐[(3aS,4S,6aR)‐2‐oxohexahydro‐1H‐thieno[3,4‐d]imidazol‐4‐yl]pentanoato}] monohydrate], {[Ag2(NO3)2(C10H16N2O3S)2]·H2O}n or {[Ag2(NO3)2(HL)2]·H2O}n, (II), and catena‐poly[bis[perchloratosilver(I)]‐bis{μ3‐5‐[(3aS,4S,6aR)‐2‐oxohexahydro‐1H‐thieno[3,4‐d]imidazol‐4‐yl]pentanoato}], [Ag2(ClO4)2(C10H16N2O3S)2]n or [Ag2(ClO4)2(HL)2]n, (III), respectively. In (II), the AgI cations are again pentacoordinated by three biotin molecules via two S atoms and a ureido O atom, and by two O atoms of a nitrate anion. In (I), (II) and (III), the AgI cations are bridged by an S atom and are coordinated by the ureido O atom and the O atoms of the anions. The reaction of biotin with silver salts of noncoordinating anions, viz. hexafluoridophosphate (PF6) and hexafluoridoantimonate (SbF6), gave the chiral double‐stranded helical structures catena‐poly[[silver(I)‐bis{μ2‐5‐[(3aS,4S,6aR)‐2‐oxohexahydro‐1H‐thieno[3,4‐d]imidazol‐4‐yl]pentanoato}] hexafluoridophosphate], {[Ag(C10H16N2O3S)2](PF6)}n or {[Ag(HL)2](PF6)}n, (IV), and catena‐poly[[[{5‐[(3aS,4S,6aR)‐2‐oxohexahydro‐1H‐thieno[3,4‐d]imidazol‐4‐yl]pentanoato}silver(I)]‐μ2‐{5‐[(3aS,4S,6aR)‐2‐oxohexahydro‐1H‐thieno[3,4‐d]imidazol‐4‐yl]pentanoato}] hexafluoridoantimonate], {[Ag(C10H16N2O3S)2](SbF6)}n or {[Ag(HL)2](SbF6)}n, (V), respectively. In (IV), the AgI cations have a tetrahedral coordination environment, coordinated by four biotin molecules via two S atoms, and by two carboxy O atoms of two different molecules. In (V), however, the AgI cations have a trigonal coordination environment, coordinated by three biotin molecules via two S atoms and one carboxy O atom. In (IV) and (V), neither the ureido O atom nor the F atoms of the anion are involved in coordination. Hence, the coordination environment of the AgI cations varies from AgS2O trigonal to AgS2O2 tetrahedral to AgS2O3 square‐pyramidal. The conformation of the valeric acid side chain varies from extended to twisted and this, together with the various anions present, has an influence on the solid‐state structures of the resulting compounds. The various O—H...O and N—H...O hydrogen bonds present result in the formation of chiral two‐ and three‐dimensional networks, which are further stabilized by C—H...X (X = O, F, S) interactions, and by N—H...F interactions for (IV) and (V). Biotin itself has a twisted valeric acid side chain which is involved in an intramolecular C—H...S hydrogen bond. The tetrahydrothiophene ring has an envelope conformation with the S atom as the flap. It is displaced from the mean plane of the four C atoms (plane B) by 0.8789 (6) Å, towards the ureido ring (plane A). Planes A and B are inclined to one another by 58.89 (14)°. In the crystal, molecules are linked via O—H...O and N—H...O hydrogen bonds, enclosing R22(8) loops, forming zigzag chains propagating along [001]. These chains are linked via N—H...O hydrogen bonds, and C—H...S and C—H...O interactions forming a three‐dimensional network. The absolute configurations of biotin and complexes (I), (II), (IV) and (V) were confirmed crystallographically by resonant scattering.  相似文献

Mixed‐valence copper(I/II) atoms have been introduced successfully into a Pb/I skeleton to obtain two heterometallic iodoplumbates, namely poly[bis(tetra‐n‐butylammonium) [bis(μ3‐dimethyldithiocarbamato)dodeca‐μ3‐iodido‐hexa‐μ2‐iodido‐tetracopper(I)copper(II)hexalead(II)]], {(C16H36N)2[Cu4ICuIIPb6(C3H6NS2)2I18]}n , (I), and poly[[μ3‐iodido‐tri‐μ2‐iodido‐iodido[bis(1,10‐phenanthroline)copper(I)]copper(I)copper(II)lead(II)] hemiiodine], {[CuICuIIPbI5(C12H8N2)2]·0.5I2}n , (II), under solution and solvothermal conditions, respectively. Compound (I) contains two‐dimensional anionic layers, which are built upon the linkages of CuII(S2CNMe2)2 units and one‐dimensional anionic Pb/I/CuI chains. Tetra‐n‐butylammonium cations are located between the anionic layers and connected to them via C—H…I hydrogen‐bonding interactions. Compound (II) exhibits a one‐dimensional neutral structure, which is composed of [PbI5] square pyramids, [CuII4] tetrahedra and [CuIIN4I] trigonal bipyramids. Face‐to‐face aromatic π–π stacking interactions between adjacent 1,10‐phenanthroline ligands stabilize the structure and assemble compound (II) into a three‐dimensional supramolecular structure. I2 molecules lie in the voids of the structure.  相似文献

The cation‐templated self‐assembly of 1,4‐bis(2‐methyl‐1H‐imidazol‐1‐yl)butane (bmimb) with CuSCN gives rise to a novel two‐dimensional network, namely catena‐poly[2,2′‐dimethyl‐1,1′‐(butane‐1,4‐diyl)bis(1H‐imidazol‐3‐ium) [tetra‐μ2‐thiocyanato‐κ4S:S4S:N‐dicopper(I)]], {(C12H20N4)[Cu2(NCS)4]}n. The CuI cation is four‐coordinated by one N and three S atoms, giving a tetrahedral geometry. One of the two crystallographically independent SCN anions acts as a μ2S:S bridge, binding a pair of CuI cations into a centrosymmetric [Cu2(NCS)2] subunit, which is further extended into a two‐dimensional 44‐sql net by another kind of SCN anion with an end‐to‐end μ2S:N coordination mode. Interestingly, each H2bmimb dication, lying on an inversion centre, threads through one of the windows of the two‐dimensional 44‐sql net, giving a pseudorotaxane‐like structure. The two‐dimensional 44‐sql networks are packed into the resultant three‐dimensional supramolecular framework through bmimb–SCN N—H...N hydrogen bonds.  相似文献

The three‐dimensional coordination polymer poly[[bis(μ3‐2‐aminoacetato)di‐μ‐aqua‐μ3‐(naphthalene‐1,5‐disulfonato)‐hexasilver(I)] dihydrate], {[Ag6(C10H6O6S2)(C2H4NO2)4(H2O)2]·2H2O}n, based on mixed naphthalene‐1,5‐disulfonate (L1) and 2‐aminoacetate (L2) ligands, contains two AgI centres (Ag1 and Ag4) in general positions, and another two (Ag2 and Ag3) on inversion centres. Ag1 is five‐coordinated by three O atoms from one L1 anion, one L2 anion and one water molecule, one N atom from one L2 anion and one AgI cation in a distorted trigonal–bipyramidal coordination geometry. Ag2 is surrounded by four O atoms from two L2 anions and two water molecules, and two AgI cations in a slightly octahedral coordination geometry. Ag3 is four‐coordinated by two O atoms from two L2 anions and two AgI cations in a slightly distorted square geometry, while Ag4 is also four‐coordinated by two O atoms from one L1 and one L2 ligand, one N atom from another L2 anion, and one AgI cation, exhibiting a distorted tetrahedral coordination geometry. In the crystal structure, there are two one‐dimensional chains nearly perpendicular to one another (interchain angle = 87.0°). The chains are connected by water molecules to give a two‐dimensional layer, and the layers are further bridged by L1 anions to generate a novel three‐dimensional framework. Moreover, hydrogen‐bonding interactions consolidate the network.  相似文献

Two polyoxometallate‐based compounds, tris[1,1′‐(butane‐1,4‐diyl)bis(1H‐imidazol‐3‐ium)] bis[tetracosa‐μ2‐oxido‐dodecaoxido‐μ12‐phosphato‐dodecamolybdenum(VI)], (C10H16N4)3[PMo12O40]2, (I), and 1,1′‐(butane‐1,4‐diyl)bis(1H‐imidazol‐3‐ium) 1‐[4‐(1H‐imidazol‐1‐yl)butyl]‐1H‐imidazol‐3‐ium tetracosa‐μ2‐oxido‐dodecaoxido‐μ12‐phosphato‐dodecamolybdenum(VI) dihydrate, (C10H16N4)(C10H15N4)[PMo12O40]·2H2O, (II), were synthesized by hydrothermal techniques at different pH values. The stoichiometric ratio between the polyoxometallate (POM) anions and organic cations is 2:3 in (I), with one of the cations lying on an inversion centre. The doubly protonated 1,1′‐(butane‐1,4‐diyl)diimidazole (BIM) cations are linked to the [PMo12O40]3− anions by hydrogen bonds to form a three‐dimensional supramolecular network. The stoichiometric ratio of POM anions and organic cations is 1:2 in (II), and the anion is located about a centre of inversion. The partly protonated BIM cations and solvent water molecules form hydrogen bonds with the [PMo12O40]3− anions, yielding a two‐dimensional supramolecular layer. The different lattice architectures of (I) and (II) may be governed by the ratio between the POM anions and organic cations, which, in turn, is determined by the pH value.  相似文献

A novel twofold interpenetrating two‐dimensional (2D) ZnII coordination framework, poly[[(μ‐1,3‐bis(2‐methyl‐1H‐imidazol‐1‐yl)benzene‐κ2N3:N3)(μ‐naphthalene‐2,6‐dicarboxylato‐κ2O2:O6)zinc(II)] dimethylformamide monosolvate], {[Zn(C12H6O4)(C14H14N4)]·C3H7NO}n or {[Zn(1,3‐BMIB)(NDC)]·DMF}n (I), where H2NDC is naphthalene‐2,6‐dicarboxylic acid, 1,3‐BMIB is 1,3‐bis(2‐methyl‐1H‐imidazol‐1‐yl)benzene and DMF is dimethylformamide, was prepared and characterized through IR spectroscopy, elemental analysis, thermal analysis and single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction. Single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction analysis revealed that (I) exhibits an unusual twofold interpenetrating 2D network. In addition, it displays strong fluorescence emissions and a high photocatalytic activity for the degradation of Rhodamine B (RhB) under UV‐light irradiation.  相似文献

The reactions of (R)‐ and (S)‐4‐(1‐carboxyethoxy)benzoic acid (H2CBA) with 1,3‐bis(2‐methyl‐1H‐imidazol‐1‐yl)benzene (1,3‐BMIB) ligands afforded a pair of homochiral coordination polymers (CPs), namely, poly[[[μ‐1,3‐bis(2‐methyl‐1H‐imidazol‐1‐yl)benzene][μ‐(S)‐4‐(1‐carboxylatoethoxy)benzoato]zinc(II)] monohydrate], {[Zn(C10H8O5)(C14H14N4)]·H2O}n or {[Zn{(S)‐CBA}(1,3‐BMIB)]·H2O}n ( 1‐L ), and poly[[[μ‐1,3‐bis(2‐methyl‐1H‐imidazol‐1‐yl)benzene][μ‐(R)‐4‐(1‐carboxylatoethoxy)benzoato]zinc(II)] monohydrate] ( 1‐D ). Three kinds of helical chains exist in compounds 1‐D and 1‐L , which are constructed from ZnII atoms, 1,3‐BMIB ligands and/or CBA2? ligands. When the as‐synthesized crystals of 1‐L and 1‐D were further heated in the mother liquor or air, poly[[μ‐1,3‐bis(2‐methyl‐1H‐imidazol‐1‐yl)benzene][μ‐(S)‐4‐(1‐carboxylatoethoxy)benzoato]zinc(II)], [Zn(C10H8O5)(C14H14N4)]n or [Zn{(S)‐CBA}(1,3‐BMIB)]n ( 2‐L ), and poly[[μ‐1,3‐bis(2‐methyl‐1H‐imidazol‐1‐yl)benzene][μ‐(R)‐4‐(1‐carboxylatoethoxy)benzoato]zinc(II)] ( 2‐D ) were obtained, respectively. The single‐crystal structure analysis revealed that 2‐L and 2‐D only contained one type of helical chain formed by ZnII atoms and 1,3‐BMIB and CBA2? ligands, which indicated that the helical chains were reconstructed though solid‐to‐solid transformation. This result not only means the realization of helical transformation, but also gives a feasible strategy to build homochiral CPs.  相似文献

In the organometallic silver(I) supramolecular complex poly[[silver(I)‐μ3‐3‐[4‐(2‐thienyl)‐2H‐cyclopenta[d]pyridazin‐1‐yl]benzonitrile] perchlorate methanol solvate], {[Ag(C18H11N3S)](ClO4)·CH3OH}n, there is only one type of AgI center, which lies in an {AgN2Sπ} coordination environment. Two unsymmetric multidentate 3‐[4‐(2‐thienyl)‐2H‐cyclopenta[d]pyridazin‐1‐yl]benzonitrile (L) ligands link two AgI atoms through π–AgI interactions into an organometallic box‐like unit, from which two 3‐cyanobenzoyl arms stretch out in opposite directions and bind two AgI atoms from neighboring box‐like building blocks. This results in a novel two‐dimensional network extending in the crystallographic bc plane. These two‐dimensional sheets stack together along the crystallographic a axis to generate parallelogram‐like channels. The methanol solvent molecules and the perchlorate counter‐ions are located in the channels, where they are fixed by intermolecular hydrogen‐bonding interactions. This architecture may provide opportunities for host–guest chemistry, such as guest molecule loss and absorption or ion exchange. The new fulvene‐type multidentate ligand L is a good candidate for the preparation of Cp–AgI‐containing (Cp is cyclopentadienyl) organometallic coordination polymers or supramolecular complexes.  相似文献

5‐[(Imidazol‐1‐yl)methyl]benzene‐1,3‐dicarboxylic acid (H2L) was synthesized and the dimethylformamide‐ and dimethylacetamide‐solvated structures of its adducts with CuII, namely catena‐poly[[copper(II)‐bis[μ‐3‐carboxy‐5‐[(imidazol‐1‐yl)methyl]benzoato]] dimethylformamide disolvate], {[Cu(C12H9N2O4)2]·2C3H7NO}n, (I), and catena‐poly[[copper(II)‐bis[μ‐3‐carboxy‐5‐[(imidazol‐1‐yl)methyl]benzoato]] dimethylacetamide disolvate], {[Cu(C12H9N2O4)2]·2C4H9NO}n, (II), the formation of which are associated with mono‐deprotonation of H2L. The two structures are isomorphous and isometric. They consist of one‐dimensional coordination polymers of the organic ligand with CuII in a 2:1 ratio, [Cu(μ‐HL)2]n, crystallizing as the dimethylformamide (DMF) or dimethylacetamide (DMA) disolvates. The CuII cations are characterized by a coordination number of six, being located on centres of crystallographic inversion. In the polymeric chains, each CuII cation is linked to four neighbouring HL ligands, and the organic ligand is coordinated via Cu—O and Cu—N bonds to two CuII cations. In the corresponding crystal structures of (I) and (II), the coordination chains, aligned parallel to the c axis, are further interlinked by strong hydrogen bonds between the noncoordinated carboxy groups in one array and the coordinated carboxylate groups of neighbouring chains. Molecules of DMF and DMA (disordered) are accommodated at the interface between adjacent polymeric assemblies. This report provides the first structural evidence for the formation of coordination polymers with H2Lvia multiple metal–ligand bonds through both carboxylate and imidazole groups.  相似文献

A novel two‐dimensional (2D) ZnII coordination framework, poly[[μ‐1,3‐bis(2‐methyl‐1H‐imidazol‐1‐yl)benzene](μ‐5‐nitrobenzene‐1,3‐dicarboxylato)zinc(II)], [Zn(C8H3NO6)(C14H14N4)]n or [Zn(NO2‐BDC)(1,3‐BMIB)]n [1,3‐BMIB is 1,3‐bis(2‐methyl‐1H‐imidazol‐1‐yl)benzene and NO2‐H2BDC is 5‐nitrobenzene‐1,3‐dicarboxylic acid], has been prepared and characterized by IR, elemental analysis, thermal analysis and single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction. Single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction analysis revealed that the compound is a new 2D polymer with a 63 topology parallel to the (10) crystal planes based on left‐handed helices, right‐handed helical NO2‐BDC–Zn chains and [Zn2(1,3‐BMIB)2]n clusters. In the crystal, adjacent layers are further connected by C—H…O hydrogen bonds, C—H…π interactions, C—O…π interactions and N—O…π interactions to form a three‐dimensional structure in the solid state. In addition, the compound exhibits strong fluorescence emissions in the solid state at room temperature.  相似文献

A two‐dimensional MnII coordination polymer (CP), poly[bis[μ2‐2,6‐bis(imidazol‐1‐yl)pyridine‐κ2N3:N3′]bis(thiocyanato‐κN)manganese] [Mn(NCS)2(C11H9N5)2]n, (I), has been obtained by the self‐assembly reaction of Mn(ClO4)2·6H2O, NH4SCN and bent 2,6‐bis(imidazol‐1‐yl)pyridine (2,6‐bip). CP (I) was characterized by FT–IR spectroscopy, elemental analysis and single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction. The crystal structure features a unique two‐dimensional (4,4) network with one‐dimensional channels. The luminescence and nitrobenzene‐sensing properties were explored in a DMF suspension, revealing that CP (I) shows a strong luminescence emission and is highly sensitive for nitrobenzene detection.  相似文献

Although it has not proved possible to crystallize the newly prepared cyclam–methylimidazole ligand 1‐[(1‐methyl‐1H‐imidazol‐2‐yl)methyl]‐1,4,8,11‐tetraazacyclotetradecane (LIm1), the trans and cis isomers of an NiII complex, namely trans‐aqua{1‐[(1‐methyl‐1H‐imidazol‐2‐yl)methyl]‐1,4,8,11‐tetraazacyclotetradecane}nickel(II) bis(perchlorate) monohydrate, [Ni(C15H30N6)(H2O)](ClO4)2·H2O, (1), and cis‐aqua{1‐[(1‐methyl‐1H‐imidazol‐2‐yl)methyl]‐1,4,8,11‐tetraazacyclotetradecane}nickel(II) bis(perchlorate), [Ni(C15H30N6)(H2O)](ClO4)2, (2), have been prepared and structurally characterized. At different stages of the crystallization and thermal treatment from which (1) and (2) were obtained, a further two compounds were isolated in crystalline form and their structures also analysed, namely trans‐{1‐[(1‐methyl‐1H‐imidazol‐2‐yl)methyl]‐1,4,8,11‐tetraazacyclotetradecane}(perchlorato)nickel(II) perchlorate, [Ni(ClO4)(C15H30N6)]ClO4, (3), and cis‐{1,8‐bis[(1‐methyl‐1H‐imidazol‐2‐yl)methyl]‐1,4,8,11‐tetraazacyclotetradecane}nickel(II) bis(perchlorate) 0.24‐hydrate, [Ni(C20H36N6)](ClO4)2·0.24H2O, (4); the 1,8‐bis[(1‐methyl‐1H‐imidazol‐2‐yl)methyl]‐1,4,8,11‐tetraazacyclotetradecane ligand is a minor side product, probably formed in trace amounts in the synthesis of LIm1. The configurations of the cyclam macrocycles in the complexes have been analysed and the structures are compared with analogues from the literature.  相似文献

A one‐dimensional AgI coordination complex, catena‐poly[[silver(I)‐μ‐{2‐[2‐(pyridin‐4‐yl)‐1H‐benzimidazol‐1‐ylmethyl]phenol‐κ2N2:N3}] perchlorate monohydrate], {[Ag(C19H15N3O)]ClO4·H2O}n, was synthesized by the reaction of 2‐[2‐(pyridin‐4‐yl)‐1H‐benzimidazol‐1‐ylmethyl]phenol (L) with silver perchlorate. In the complex, the L ligands are arranged alternately and link AgI cations through one benzimidazole N atom and the N atom of the pyridine ring, leading to an extended zigzag chain structure. In addition, the one‐dimensional chains are extended into a three‐dimensional supramolecular architecture via O—H...O hydrogen‐bond interactions and π–π stacking interactions. The complex exhibits photoluminescence in acetonitrile solution, with an emission maximum at 390 nm, and investigation of the thermal stability reveals that the network structure is stable up to 650 K.  相似文献

A new nano‐sized rigid double‐armed oxadiazole‐bridged organic ligand, 2,5‐bis{2‐methyl‐5‐[2‐(pyridin‐3‐yl)ethenyl]phenyl}‐1,3,4‐oxadiazole, C30H20N4O, L or (I), which adopts a cis conformation in the solid state, has been synthesized and used to create the two novel metallocycle complexes (2,5‐bis{2‐methyl‐5‐[2‐(pyridin‐3‐yl‐κN)ethenyl]phenyl}‐1,3,4‐oxadiazole)diiodidocadmium(II) dichloromethane monosolvate, [CdI2(C30H20N4O)]·CH2Cl2, (II), and di‐μ‐iodido‐bis[(2,5‐bis{2‐methyl‐5‐[2‐(pyridin‐3‐yl‐κN)ethenyl]phenyl}‐1,3,4‐oxadiazole)copper(I)], [Cu2I2(C30H20N4O)2], (III). Molecules of complex (II) adopts a 20‐membered `0'‐shaped metallocycle structure with crystallographic mirror symmetry. The discrete units are linked into one‐dimensional chains through intermolecular π–π and C—H...π interactions. In (III), the two I atoms and two CuI atoms form a {Cu2(μ‐I)2} cluster. One {Cu2(μ‐I)2} cluster and two L ligands form two 20‐membered monometallic rings in a head‐to‐head fashion, leading to a discrete centrosymmetric `8'‐shaped metallocyclic complex. These metallocycles stack together via two kinds of intermolecular π–π interactions to generate a two‐dimensional network in the ac plane. The luminescence properties of (I)–(III) were investigated in the solid state at room temperature and displayed an obvious red shift.  相似文献

Ligands based on polycarboxylic acids are excellent building blocks for the construction of coordination polymers; they may bind to a variety of metal ions and form clusters, as well as extended chain or network structures. Among these building blocks, biphenyltetracarboxylic acids (H4bpta) with C 2 symmetry have recently attracted attention because of their variable bridging and multidentate chelating modes. The new luminescent three‐dimensional coordination polymer poly[(μ5‐1,1′‐biphenyl‐2,2′,4,4′‐tetracarboxylato)bis[μ2‐1,4‐bis(1H‐imidazol‐1‐yl)benzene]dizinc(II)], [Zn2(C16H6O8)(C12H10N4)]n , was synthesized solvothermally and characterized by single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction, elemental analysis and IR spectroscopy. The crystal structure contains two crystallographically independent ZnII cations. Both metal cations are located on twofold axes and display distorted tetrahedral coordination geometries. Neighbouring ZnII centres are bridged by carboxylate groups in the syn anti mode to form one‐dimensional chains. Adjacent chains are linked through 1,1′‐biphenyl‐2,2′,4,4′‐tetracarboxylate and 1,4‐bis(1H‐imidazol‐1‐yl)benzene ligands to form a three‐dimensional network. In the solid state, the compound exhibits blue photoluminescence and represents a promising candidate for a thermally stable and solvent‐resistant blue fluorescent material.  相似文献

Two new metal–organic frameworks (MOFs), namely, three‐dimensional poly[diaquabis{μ2‐1,4‐bis[(2‐methyl‐1H‐imidazol‐1‐yl)methyl]benzene}bis(μ2‐glutarato)dinickel(II)] monohydrate], {[Ni2(C5H6O4)2(C16H18N4)2(H2O)2]·H2O}n or {[Ni2(Glu)2(1,4‐mbix)2(H2O)2]·H2O}n, ( I ), and two‐dimensional poly[[{μ2‐1,4‐bis[(2‐methyl‐1H‐imidazol‐1‐yl)methyl]benzene}(μ2‐glutarato)zinc(II)] tetrahydrate], {[Zn(C5H6O4)(C16H18N4)]·4H2O}n or {[Zn(Glu)(1,4‐mbix)]·4H2O}n ( II ), have been synthesized hydrothermally using glutarate (Glu2?) mixed with 1,4‐bis[(2‐methyl‐1H‐imidazol‐1‐yl)methyl]benzene (1,4‐mbix), and characterized by single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction, IR and UV–Vis spectroscopy, powder X‐ray diffraction, and thermogravimetric and photoluminescence analyses. NiII MOF ( I ) shows a 4‐connected 3D framework with point symbol 66, but is not a typical dia network. ZnII MOF ( II ) displays a two‐dimensional 44‐ sql network with one‐dimensional water chains penetrating the grids along the c direction. The solid‐state photoluminescence analysis of ( II ) was performed at room temperature and the MOF exhibits highly selective sensing toward Fe3+ and Cr2O72? ions in aqueous solution.  相似文献

Solvothermal reactions of Cu2(OH)2CO3 with 1,3‐bis(pyridin‐4‐yl)propane (bpp) in the presence of aqueous ammonia in 4‐iodotoluene/CH3CN or 1,4‐diiodobenzene/CH3CN afforded two [Cu2I2]‐based coordination polymers, namely catena‐poly[[[di‐μ‐iodido‐dicopper(I)]‐bis[μ‐1,3‐bis(pyridin‐4‐yl)propane‐κ2N:N′]] p‐toluidine tetrasolvate], {[Cu2I2(C13H14N2)2]·4C7H9N}n, (I), and the analogous 1,4‐diiodobenzene monosolvate, {[Cu2I2(C13H14N2)2]·C6H4I2}n, (II). The [Cu2I2] unit of (I) lies on a centre of symmetry at the mid‐point of the two I atoms, while that of (II) has a twofold axis running through the I...I line. In (I) and (II), each Cu centre is tetrahedrally coordinated by two μ‐I and two N atoms from two different bpp ligands. Each rhomboid [Cu2I2] unit can be considered as a four‐connecting node linked to the symmetry‐related [Cu2I2] units via two pairs of bpp ligands to form a one‐dimensional double chain along the c axis. The dimensions of the [Cu2I2(bpp)2]2 rings in (I) and (II) are different, which may be due to the presence of different guest solvent molecules in the structures. In (I), one p‐toluidine molecule, derived from an Ullmann coupling reaction of 4‐iodotoluene with ammonia, interacts with the [Cu2I2] cluster fragment through N—H...I hydrogen bonds, while the two p‐toluidine molecules interact via N—H...N hydrogen bonds. In (II), two I atoms of each 1,4‐diiodobenzene molecule are linked to the I atoms of the [Cu2I2] fragments from a neighbouring chain via I...I secondary interactions.  相似文献
