The reactions of Zr(NR(2))(4) (1, R = Me; 2, R = Et) with an asymmetrical tridentate pincer type pyrrole ligand precursor [C(4)H(2)NH(2-CH(2)NH(t)Bu)(5-CH(2)NMe(2))] and treatment of the derivatives with either PhNCS or PhNCO have been carried out and characterized. Reacting Zr(NR(2))(4) (1, R = Me; 2, R = Et) with [C(4)H(2)NH(2-CH(2)NH(t)Bu)(5-CH(2)NMe(2))] generates Zr[C(4)H(2)N(2-CH(2)N(t)Bu)(5-CH(2)NMe(2))](NR(2))(2) (3, R = Me; 4, R = Et) in high yield along with the elimination of 2 equiv of dimethylamine or diethylamine, respectively. Interestingly, while changing the solvent from Et(2)O to CH(2)Cl(2), the complex Zr[C(4)H(2)N(2-CH(2)N(t)Bu)(5-CH(2)NMe(2))][C(4)H(2)N(2-CH(2)NH(t)Bu)(5-CH(2)NMe(2))]Cl (5) is produced by undergoing C-Cl bond cleavage. Furthermore, reaction of either 3 or 4 with 1 or 2 equiv of PhNCS or PhNCO yields Zr[C(4)H(2)N(2-CH(2)N(t)Bu)(5-CH(2)NMe(2))](NMe(2))[PhNC(NMe(2))S] (6), Zr[C(4)H(2)N(2-CH(2)N(t)Bu)(5-CH(2)NMe(2))](NEt(2))[PhNC(NEt(2))O] (7) and Zr[C(4)H(2)N(2-CH(2)NH(t)Bu)(5-CH(2)NMe(2))][PhNC(NEt(2))O](3) (8), respectively. All the aforementioned complexes were characterized by (1)H and (13)C NMR spectrometry and the molecular structures of 5, 6, and 8 have been determined by single-crystal X-ray diffractometry. Complexes 4, 5, and 7 initiated the ethylene polymerization in the presence of MAO as the co-catalyst.  相似文献

The coordination chemistry of the hydrazine derivatives dimethylhydrazine (Hdmh) and N-trimethylsilyl-N'N'-dimethylhydrazine (Htdmh) at Ta, Zr and Hf was investigated aiming at volatile mixed ligand all-nitrogen coordinated compounds. The hydrazido ligands were introduced either by salt metathesis employing the Li salts of the hydrazines and the tetrachlorides MCl(4) (M = Zr, Hf) or by amine substitution using M(NR(2))(4) (R = Me, Et) and [(t-BuN)Ta(NR(2))(3)]. The new complexes were fully characterised including (1)H/(13)C NMR, mass spectrometry and a study of their thermal behaviour. The crystal structures of [ZrCl(tdmh)(3)] and the all-nitrogen coordinated complex [Ta(N-t-Bu)(NMe(2))(2)(tdmh)] are discussed as well as the structure of the by-product [Li(tdmh)(py)](2). Preliminary MOCVD experiments of the liquid compound [Ta(NEt(2))(2)(N-t-Bu)(tdmh)] were performed and the deposited TaN(Si) films were analysed by RBS and SEM.  相似文献

[NMe(4)][R(f)Te(SC(S)NR(2))(2)] derivatives are selectively formed by the oxidation of [NMe(4)]TeR(f) (R(f) = CF(3), C(2)F(5)) with [R(2)NC(S)S](2) (NR(2) = NEt(2), NBz(2), N(CH(2))(4)) in almost quantitative yields. An alternative route to obtain the dithiocarbamato complex anions offer reactions of Te[SC(S)NR(2)](2) (NR(2) = NEt(2), NBz(2)) with equimolar amounts of Me(3)SiR(f) and [NMe(4)]F. Some of the derivatives were recrystallized with bulky cations in order to determine the crystal structures. Structural elucidation by diffraction methods exhibit the structural feature of a distorted pentagonal planar environment (resembling "butterflies") around the tellurium centres. The carbamato tellurates can be transferred easily into the neutral derivatives, R(f)TeSC(S)NR(2), upon treatment with Ag[BF(4)]. In solution they equilibrate with Te(2)(R(f))(2) and [R(2)NC(S)S](2) and finally are transformed into Te(R(f))(2), Te[SC(S)NR(2)](2), and Te[SC(S)NR(2)](4), respectively. All compounds are fully characterized by NMR spectroscopic methods ((1)H, (13)C, (19)F, (125)Te). Additionally, synthesis and characterization of the hitherto unknown derivative [NMe(4)]TeC(2)F(5) are described.  相似文献

M(NMe(2))(4) (M = Ti, Zr, Hf) were found to react with H(2)SiR'Ph (R' = H, Me, Ph) to yield H(2), aminosilanes, and black solids. Unusual amide hydride complexes [(Me(2)N)(3)M(mu-H)(mu-NMe(2))(2)](2)M (M = Zr, 1; Hf, 2) were observed to be intermediates and characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. [(Me(2)N)(3)M(mu-D)(mu-NMe(2))(2)](2)M (1-d(2), 2-d(2)) were prepared through reactions of M(NMe(2))(4) with D(2)SiPh(2). Reactions of (Me(2)N)(3)ZrSi(SiMe(3))(3) (5) with H(2)SiR'Ph were found to give aminosilanes and (Me(2)N)(2)Zr(H)Si(SiMe(3))(3) (6). These reactions are reversible through unusual equilibria such as (Me(2)N)(3)ZrSi(SiMe(3))(3) (5) + H(2)SiPh(2) right arrow over left arrow (Me(2)N)(2)Zr(H)Si(SiMe(3))(3) (6) + HSi(NMe(2))Ph(2). The deuteride ligand in (Me(2)N)(2)Zr(D)Si(SiMe(3))(3) (6-d(1)) undergoes H-D exchange with H(2)SiR'Ph (R' = Me, H) to give 6 and HDSiR'Ph. The reaction of Ti(NMe(2))(4) with SiH(4) in chemical vapor deposition at 450 degrees C yielded thin Ti-Si-N ternary films containing TiN and Si(3)N(4). Ti(NMe(2))(4) reacts with SiH(4) at 23 degrees C to give H(2), HSi(NMe(2))(3), and a black solid. HNMe(2) was not detected in this reaction. The reaction mixture, upon heating, gave TiN and Si(3)N(4) powders. Analyses and reactivities of the black solid revealed that it contained -H and unreacted -NMe(2) ligands but no silicon-containing ligand. Ab initio quantum chemical calculations of the reactions of Ti(NR(2))(4) (R = Me, H) with SiH(4) indicated that the formation of aminosilanes and HTi(NR(2))(3) was favored. These calculations also showed that HTi(NH(2))(3) (3b) reacted with SiH(4) or H(3)Si-NH(2) in the following step to give H(2)Ti(NH(2))(2) (4b) and aminosilanes. The results in the current studies indicated that the role of SiH(4) in its reaction with Ti(NMe(2))(4) was mainly to remove amide ligands as HSi(NMe(2))(3). The removal of amide ligands is incomplete, and the reaction thus yielded "=Ti(H)(NMe(2))" as the black solid. Subsequent heating of the black solid and HSi(NMe(2))(3) may then yield TiN and Si(3)N(4), respectively, as the Ti-Si-N materials.  相似文献

Deprotonation of sodium acetylcyclopentadienide (11) was achieved by treatment with LDA in THF to generate the dianion equivalent [Cp-C(=CH(2))-O](2-)(12). Transmetalation with Cl(2)Ti(NMe(2))(2) gave ([Cp-C(=CH(2))-O]Ti(NMe(2))(2))(2) (17); treatment of 12 with Cl(2)Zr(NEt(2))(2)(THF)(2) furnished (([Cp-C(=CH(2))-O]Zr(NEt(2))(2))(2) (18). Cryoscopy in benzene revealed a dimeric structure of 18 in solution. Complex 18 was characterized further by an X-ray crystal structure analysis and by DFT calculations. The two zirconium centers of 18 are connected by means of two symmetry-equivalent eta(5):kappaO[Cp-C(=CH(2))-O] ligands. The ligand backbone shows no specific steric constraints, different from the formally related "constrained geometry" systems such as [Cp-SiMe(2)-NCMe(3)]Zr(NMe(2))(2) (1b). Nevertheless, upon treatment with MAO the CpCO group 4 metal complex system (18) generates an active homogeneous Ziegler-Natta catalyst for effective ethene/1-octene copolymerization, with up to 20% 1-octene having become incorporated in the resulting copolymer at 90 degrees C.  相似文献

Several tellurometalates of the general formula [MTe(7)](n)()(-) (n = 2, 3) have been isolated as salts of organic cations by reaction of suitable metal sources with polytelluride solutions in DMF. The [HgTe(7)](2)(-) anion has the same structure in both the NEt(4)(+) and the PPh(4)(+) salts except for a minor change in the ligand conformation. The [AgTe(7)](3)(-) and [HgTe(7)](2)(-) anions contain metal atoms coordinated in trigonal-planar fashion to eta(3)-Te(7)(4)(-) ligands. The central Te atom of an eta(3)-Te(7)(4)(-) ligand is coordinated to the metal atom and to two Te atoms in a "T"-shaped geometry consistent with a hypervalent 10 e(-) center. The planar [AuTe(7)](3)(-) anion may best be described as possessing a square-planar Au(III) atom coordinated to an eta(3)-Te(5)(4)(-) ligand and to an eta(1)-Te(2)(2)(-) ligand. The reaction of [NEt(4)](n)()[MTe(7)] (M = Hg, n = 2; M = Au, n = 3) with the activated acetylene dimethyl acetylenedicarboxylate (DMAD) has yielded the products [NEt(4)](n)()[M(Te(2)C(2)(COOCH(3))(2))(2)] (M = Hg, n = 2; M = Au, n = 1). The metal atoms are coordinated to two Te(COOCH(3))C=C(COOCH(3))Te(2)(-) ligands, for M = Hg in a distorted tetrahedral fashion and for M = Au in a square-planar fashion.  相似文献

The donor-functionalised alkoxides [Et(2)Ga(OR)](2)(R = CH(2)CH(2)NMe(2)(1), CH(CH(2)NMe(2))(2)(2), CH(2)CH(2)OMe (3), CH(CH(3))CH(2)NMe(2)(4), C(CH(3))(2)CH(2)OMe (5)) were synthesised by the 1:1 reaction of Et(3)Ga with ROH in hexane or dichloromethane at room temperature. Reaction of Et(3)Ga with excess ROH in refluxing toluene resulted in the isolation of a 1:1 mixture of [Et(2)Ga(OR)](2) and the ethylgallium bisalkoxide [EtGa(OR)(2)](R = CH(2)CH(2)NMe(2)(6) or CH(CH(3))CH(2)NMe(2)(7)). X-ray crystallography showed that compound 6 is monomeric and this complex represents the first structurally characterised monomeric gallium bisalkoxide. Homoleptic gallium trisalkoxides [Ga(OR)(3)](2) were prepared by the 1:6 reaction of [Ga(NMe(2))(3)](2) with ROH (R = CH(2)CH(2)NMe(2)(8), CH(CH(3))CH(2)NMe(2)(9), C(CH(3))(2)CH(2)OMe (10)). The decomposition of compounds 1, 4, 5 and 8 were studied by thermal gravimetric analysis. Low pressure CVD of 1 and 5 resulted in the formation of thin films of crystalline Ga(2)O(3).  相似文献

The multigram syntheses of the protio ligands (2-NC(5)H(4))CH(2)N(CH(2)CH(2)NHSiMe(2)R)(2) (R = Me, H(2)N(2)NN' 3; R = (t)Bu, H(2)N(2)NN() 4) are described via reactions of the previously reported (2-NC(5)H(4))CH(2)N(CH(2)CH(2)NH(2))(2) (1). A new synthesis of 1 is reported starting from 2-aminomethylpyridine and N-tosylaziridine, proceeding via (2-NC(5)H(4))CH(2)N(CH(2)CH(2)NHTs)(2) (2). Reaction of H(2)N(2)NN' or H(2)N(2)NN* with (n)BuLi gives good yields of the dilithiated derivatives Li(2)N(2)NN' and Li(2)N(2)NN*. Reaction of H(2)N(2)NN' or H(2)N(2)NN* with [MCl(2)(CH(2)SiMe(3))(2)(Et(2)O)(2)] gives the cis-dichloride complexes [MCl(2)(L)] (L = N(2)NN', M = Zr 7 or Hf 8; L = N(2)NN(), M = Zr 9). The corresponding reactions of H(2)N(2)NN' or H(2)N(2)NN* with [Zr(NMe(2))(4)] afford the bis(dimethylamide) derivatives [Zr(NMe(2))(2)(L)] (L = N(2)NN' 10 or N(2)NN* 11). All of these protonolysis reactions proceed smoothly and in good yields. Attempts to prepare the titanium complexes [Ti(X)(2)(N(2)NN')] (X = Cl or NMe(2)) were unsuccessful. The X-ray crystal structures of (2-NC(5)H(4))CH(2)N(CH(2)CH(2)NHTs)(2).EtOH, [ZrCl(2)(N(2)NN')].0.5C(6)H(6), [Zr(NMe(2))(2)(N(2)NN')], and [Zr(NMe(2))(2)(N(2)NN*)] are reported.  相似文献

X-ray crystal structures are reported for the following complexes: [Ru(2)Cl(3)(tacn)(2)](PF(6))(2).4H(2)O (tacn = 1,4,7-triazacyclononane), monoclinic P2(1)/n, Z = 4, a = 14.418(8) ?, b = 11.577(3) ?, c = 18.471(1) ?, beta = 91.08(5) degrees, V = 3082 ?(3), R(R(w)) = 0.039 (0.043) using 4067 unique data with I > 2.5sigma(I) at 293 K; [Ru(2)Br(3)(tacn)(2)](PF(6))(2).2H(2)O, monoclinic P2(1)/a, Z = 4, a = 13.638(4) ?, b = 12.283(4) ?, c = 18.679(6) ?, beta = 109.19(2) degrees, V = 3069.5 ?(3), R(R(w)) = 0.052 (0.054) using 3668 unique data with I > 2.5sigma(I) at 293 K; [Ru(2)I(3)(tacn)(2)](PF(6))(2), cubic P2(1)/3, Z = 3, a = 14.03(4) ?, beta = 90.0 degrees, V = 2763.1(1) ?(3), R (R(w)) = 0.022 (0.025) using 896 unique data with I > 2.5sigma(I) at 293 K. All of the cations have cofacial bioctahedral geometries, although [Ru(2)Cl(3)(tacn)(2)](PF(6))(2).4H(2)O, [Ru(2)Br(3)(tacn)(2)](PF(6))(2).2H(2)O, and [Ru(2)I(3)(tacn)(2)](PF(6))(2) are not isomorphous. Average bond lengths and angles for the cofacial bioctahedral cores, [N(3)Ru(&mgr;-X)(3)RuN(3)](2+), are compared to those for the analogous ammine complexes [Ru(2)Cl(3)(NH(3))(6)](BPh(4))(2) and [Ru(2)Br(3)(NH(3))(6)](ZnBr(4)). The Ru-Ru distances in the tacn complexes are longer than those in the equivalent ammine complexes, probably as a result of steric interactions.  相似文献

Reactions of (Et(2)N)(2)P-P(SiMe(3))Li with [Cp(2)MCl(2)] (M = Zr, Hf) in toluene or pentane yield the related terminal phosphanylphosphido complexes [Cp(2)M(Cl){η(1)-(Me(3)Si)P-P(NEt(2))(2)}]. The solid state structure of [Cp(2)Hf(Cl){η(1)-(Me(3)Si)P-P(NEt(2))(2)}] was established by single crystal X-ray diffraction. The reaction of (Et(2)N)(2)P-P(SiMe(3))Li with [Cp(2)ZrCl(2)] in THF or DME solutions leads to the formation of deep red crystals of the first neutral diamagnetic zirconocene-phosphanylphosphinidene dimer [Cp(2)Zr{μ(2)-P-P(NEt(2))(2)}(2)ZrCp(2)]. The molecular structure of this compound was confirmed by X-ray diffraction. The reactions of (R(2)N)(2)P-P(SiMe(3))Li with [CpZrCl(3)] yield the related tetraphosphetanes R(2)NP(μ(2)-PSiMe(3))(2)PNR(2), which apparently are formed as a result of a transfer of NR(2) groups from a P atom to the Zr atom.  相似文献

The homoleptic aluminum thiolate complex [Al(mu-S-t-Bu)(S-t-Bu)(2)](2) was prepared by reacting AlBr(3) with NaS-t-Bu while the analogous 2-propanethiolate complex [Al(mu-S-i-Pr)(S-i-Pr)(2)](2) was synthesized by reacting AlH(3)(OEt(2)) with i-PrSH. In the solid state, the dimers have tetrahedral Al atoms and anti-Al(mu-SR)(2)Al four-member rings. The attempted synthesis of [Al(mu-S-t-Bu)(S-t-Bu)(2)](2) by reacting Al(N-i-Pr(2))(3) with t-BuSH in THF solvent yielded the thermally stable THF adduct Al(S-t-Bu)(3)(THF). The same reaction in diethyl ether solvent produced a mixture of [Al(mu-mgr;-S-t-Bu)(S-t-Bu)(2)](2) and the salt [i-Pr(2)NH(2)][Al(S-t-Bu)(4)]. In the solid-state structure of the salt, the anion [Al(S-t-Bu)(4)](-) has a distorted tetrahedral geometry. Reactions of [Al(NMe(2))(3)](2) and AlH(3)(NMe(2)Et) with the alkanethiols yielded stable amine adducts Al(SR)(3)(R'NMe(2)) (R = i-Pr or t-Bu; R' = H or Et). The ligand adducts Al(S-i-Pr)(3)(HNMe(2)) and Al(S-t-Bu)(3)(THF) have distorted trigonal pyramidal geometries in the solid state. Three of the new compounds, [Al(mu-S-i-Pr)(S-i-Pr)(2)](2) and Al(SR)(3)(HNMe(2)) (R = i-Pr or t-Bu), are viable precursor candidates for the chemical vapor deposition of aluminum sulfide films because they are thermally stable, volatile liquids at moderate temperatures.  相似文献

Self-assembly of silver(I) salts and three ortho-hydroxyl and carboxyl groups decorated arenesulfonic acids affords the formation of nine silver(I)-sulfonates, (NH(4))·[Ag(HL1)(NH(3))(H(2)O)] (1), {(NH(4))·[Ag(3)(HL1)(2)(NH(3))(H(2)O)]}(n) (2), [Ag(2)(HL1)(H(2)O)(2)](n) (3), [Ag(2)(HL2)(NH(3))(2)]·H(2)O (4), [Ag(H(2)L2)(H(2)O)](n) (5), [Ag(2)(HL2)](n) (6), [Ag(3)(L3)(NH(3))(3)](n) (7), [Ag(2)(HL3)](n) (8), and [Ag(6)(L3)(2)(H(2)O)(3)](n) (9) (H(3)L1 = 2-hydroxyl-3-carboxyl-5-bromobenzenesulfonic acid, H(3)L2 = 2-hydroxyl-4-carboxylbenzenesulfonic acid, H(3)L3 = 2-hydroxyl-5-carboxylbenzenesulfonic acid), which are characterized by elemental analysis, IR, TGA, PL, and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. Complex 1 is 3-D supramolecular network extended by [Ag(HL1)(NH(3))(H(2)O)](-) anions and NH(4)(+) cations. Complex 2 exhibits 3-D host-guest framework which encapsulates ammonium cations as guests. Complex 3 presents 2-D layer structure constructed from 1-D tape of sulfonate-bridged Ag1 dimers linked by [(Ag2)(2)(COO)(2)] binuclear units. Complex 4 exhibits 3-D hydrogen-bonding host-guest network which encapsulates water molecules as guests. Complex 5 shows 3-D hybrid framework constructed from organic linker bridged 1-D Ag-O-S chains while complex 6 is 3-D pillared layered framework with the inorganic substructure constructing from the Ag2 polyhedral chains interlinked by Ag1 dimers and sulfonate tetrahedra. The hybrid 3-D framework of complex 7 is formed by L3(-) trianions bridging short trisilver(I) sticks and silver(I) chains. Complex 8 also presents 3-D pillared layered framework, and the inorganic layer substructure is formed by the sulfonate tetrahedrons bridging [(Ag1O(4))(2)(Ag2O(5))(2)](∞) motifs. Complex 9 represents the first silver-based metal-polyhedral framework containing four kinds of coordination spheres with low coordination numbers. The structural diversities and evolutions can be attributed to the synthetic methods, different ligands and coordination modes of the three functional groups, that is, sulfonate, hydroxyl and carboxyl groups. The luminescent properties of the nine complexes have also been investigated at room temperature, especially, complex 1 presents excellent blue luminescence and can sensitize Tb(III) ion to exhibit characteristic green emission.  相似文献

Reaction of the diborane(4) B(2)(NMe(2))(2)I(2) with two equivalents of K[(eta(5)-C(5)H(5))M(CO)(3)] (M=Cr, Mo, W) yielded the dinuclear boryloxycarbyne complexes [[(eta(5)-C(5)H(5))(OC)(2)M(triple bond)CO](2)B(2)(NMe(2))(2)] (4 a, M=Mo; b, M=W; c, M=Cr), which were fully characterised in solution by multinuclear NMR methods. The Mo and W complexes 4 a, b proved to be kinetically favoured products of this reaction and underwent quantitative rearrangement in solution to afford the complexes [[(eta(5)-C(5)H(5))(OC)(2)M(triple bond)CO]B(NMe(2))B(NMe(2))[M(CO)(3)(eta(5)-C(5)H(5))]] (5 a, M=Mo; b, M=W); 5 a was characterised by X-ray crystallography in the solid state. Corresponding reactions of B(2)(NMe(2))(2)I(2) with only one equivalent of K[(eta(5)-C(5)H(5))M(CO)(3)] (M=Mo, W) initially afforded 1:1 mixtures of the boryloxycarbyne complexes 4 a, b and unconsumed B(2)(NMe(2))(2)I(2). This mixture, however, yielded finally the diborane(4)yl complexes [(eta(5)-C(5)H(5))(OC)(3)M[B(NMe(2))B(NMe(2))I]] (6 a, M=Mo; b, M=W) by [(eta(5)-C(5)H(5))(OC)(3)M] transfer and rearrangement. Density functional calculations were carried out for 4 c and 5 a, b.  相似文献

Reactions of Fe[N(SiMe(3))(2)](2) with 1 and 2 equiv of Ph(3)SiSH in hexane afforded dinuclear silanethiolato complexes, [Fe(N(SiMe(3))(2))(mu-SSiPh(3))](2) (1) and [Fe(SSiPh(3))(mu-SSiPh(3))](2) (2), respectively. Various Lewis bases were readily added to 2, generating mononuclear adducts, Fe(SSiPh(3))(2)(L)(2) [L = CH(3)CN (3a), 4-(t)BuC(5)H(4)N (3b), PEt(3) (3c), (LL) = tmeda (3d)]. From the analogous reactions of M[N(SiMe(3))(2)](2) (M = Mn, Co) and [Ni(NPh(2))(2)](2) with Ph(3)SiSH in the presence of TMEDA, the corresponding silanethiolato complexes, M(SSiPh(3))(2)(tmeda) [M = Mn (4), Co (5), Ni (6)], were isolated. Treatment of 3a with (PPh(4))(2)[MoS(4)] or (NEt(4))(2)[FeCl(4)] resulted in formation of a linear trinuclear Fe-Mo-Fe cluster (PPh(4))(2)[MoS(4)(Fe(SSiPh(3))(2))(2)] (7) or a dinuclear complex (NEt(4))(2)[Fe(2)(SSiPh(3))(2)Cl(4)] (8). On the other hand, the reaction of 3a with [Cu(CH(3)CN)(4)](PF(6)) gave a cyclic tetranuclear copper cluster Cu(4)(SSiPh(3))(4) (9), where silanethiolato ligands were transferred from iron to copper. Silicon-sulfur bond cleavage was found to occur when the cobalt complex 5 was treated with (NBu(4))F in THF, and a cobalt-sulfido cluster Co(6)(mu(3)-S)(8)(PPh(3))(6) (10) was isolated upon addition of PPh(3) to the reaction system. The silanethiolato complexes reported here are expected to serve as convenient precursors for sulfido cluster synthesis.  相似文献

Six metal carbido-carbonyl clusters have been isolated and recognized as members of a multivalent family based on the dioctahedral Rh(10)(C)(2) frame, with variable numbers of CO ligands, AuPPh(3) moieties, and anionic charge: [Rh(10)(C)(2)(CO)(x)(AuPPh(3))(y)](n-) (x = 18, 20; y = 4, 5, 6; n = 0, 1, 2). Anions [Rh(10)(C)(2)(CO)(18)(AuPPh(3))(4)](-) ([2](-)) and [Rh(10)(C)(2)(CO)(18)(AuPPh(3))(4)](2-) ([2](2-)) have been obtained by the reduction of [Rh(10)(C)(2)(CO)(18)(AuPPh(3))(4)] (2) under N(2), while [Rh(10)(C)(2)(CO)(18)(AuPPh(3))(5)](-) ([3](-)) was obtained from [Rh(10)(C)(2)(CO)(20)(AuPPh(3))(4)] (1) by reduction under a CO atmosphere. [3](-) can be better obtained by the addition of AuPPh(3)Cl to [2](2-). [Rh(10)(C)(2)(CO)(18)(AuPPh(3))(6)] (4) is obtained from [3](-) and 2 as well by the reduction and subsequent addition of AuPPh(3)Cl. The molecular structures of [2](2-) ([NBu(4)](+) salt), [3](-) ([NMe(4)](+) salt), and 4 have been determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The redox activities of complexes 1, 2 and [3](-) have been investigated by electrochemical and electron paramagnetic resonance (EPR) techniques. The data from EPR spectroscopy have been accounted for by theoretical calculations.  相似文献

The reaction between [Rh(mu-OH)(COD)](2) (COD = 1,5-cyclooctadiene) and 73% HF in THF gives [Rh(3)(mu(3)-OH)(2)(COD)(3)](HF(2)) (1). Its crystal structure, determined by ab initio X-ray powder diffraction methods (from conventional laboratory data), contains complex trimetallic cations linked together in 1D chains by a mu(3)-OH...F-H-F...HO-mu(3) sequence of strong hydrogen bonds. The complex [Rh(mu-F)(COE)(2)](2) (COE = cyclooctene; 2), prepared by reacting [Rh(mu-OH)(COE)(2)](2) with NEt(3).3HF (3:2), has been characterized. Complex 1 reacts with PR(3) (1:3) to give [RhF(COD)(PR(3))] [R = Ph (3), C(6)H(4)OMe-4 (4), (i)Pr (5), Cy (6)] that can be prepared directly by reacting [Rh(mu-OH)(COD)](2) with 73% HF and PR(3) (1:2:2). The reactions of 1 with PPh(3) or Et(3)P have been studied by NMR spectroscopy at different molar ratios. Complexes [RhF(PEt(3))(3)] (7), [RhF(COD)(PEt(3))] (8), and [RhF(PPh(3))(3)] (9) have been detected. The complex [Rh(F)(NBD)(iPr(3)P)] (NBD = norbornadiene; 10) was prepared by the sequential treatment of [Rh(mu-OMe)(NBD)](2) with 1 equiv of NEt(3).3HF and (i)Pr(3)P. The first isolated bifluoride rhodium(I) complexes [Rh(FHF)(COD)(PR(3))] [R = Ph (11), (i)Pr (12), Cy (13)], obtained by reacting fluoro complexes 3, 5, and 6 with NEt(3).3HF (3:1), have been characterized. The crystal structures of 3 and 11 have been determined.  相似文献

A series of novel dinuclear tungsten(IV) oxo complexes with disubstituted 4,4'-R,R-2,2'-bipyridyl (R(2)bpy) ligands of the type [(Cp*W(R(2)bpy)(mu-O))(2)][PF(6)](2) (R=NMe(2), tBu, Me, H, Cl) was prepared by hydrolysis of the tungsten(IV) trichloro complexes [Cp*W(R(2)bpy)Cl(3)]. Cyclic voltammetry measurements for the tungsten(IV) oxo compounds provided evidence for one reversible oxidation and two reversible reductions leading to the oxidation states W(V)W(IV), W(IV)W(III) and W(III)W(III). The corresponding complexes [(Cp*W(R(2)bpy)(mu-O))(2)](n+) [PF(6)](n) (n=0 for R=Me, tBu, and 1, 3 for both R=Me) could be isolated after chemical oxidation/reduction of the tungsten(IV) oxo complexes. The crystal structures of the complexes [(Cp*W(R(2)bpy)(mu-O))(2)][BPh(4)](2) (R=NMe(2), tBu) and [(Cp*W(Me(2)bpy)(mu-O))(2)](n+)[PF(6)](n) (n=0, 1, 2, 3) show a cis geometry with a puckered W(2)O(2) four-membered ring for all compounds except [(Cp*W(Me(2)bpy)(mu-O))(2)] which displays a trans geometry with a planar W(2)O(2) ring. Examining the interaction of these novel tungsten oxo complexes with protons, we were able to show that the W(IV)W(IV) complexes [(Cp*W(R(2)bpy)(mu-O))(2)][PF(6) (-)](2) (R=NMe(2), tBu) undergo reversible protonation, while the W(III)W(III) complexes [(Cp*W(R(2)bpy)(mu-O))(2)] transfer two electrons forming the W(IV)W(IV) complex and molecular hydrogen.  相似文献

Reactions of Cu(I) salts with Na(S(2)CR) (R = N(n)Pr(2), NEt(2), aza-15-crown-5), and (Bu(4)N)(BH(4)) in an 8:6:1 ratio in CH(3)CN solution at room temperature yield the monocationic hydride-centered octanuclear Cu(I) clusters, [Cu(8)(H){S(2)CR}(6)](PF(6)) (R = N(n)Pr(2), 1(H); NEt(2), 2(H); aza-15-crown-5, 3(H)). Further reactions of [Cu(8)(H){S(2)CR}(6)](PF(6)) with 1 equiv of (Bu(4)N)(BH(4)) produced neutral heptanuclear copper clusters, [Cu(7)(H){S(2)CR}(6)] (R = N(n)Pr(2), 4(H); NEt(2), 5(H); aza-15-crown-5, 6(H)) and clusters 4-6 can also be generated from the reaction of Cu(BF(4))(2), Na(S(2)CR), and (Bu(4)N)(BH(4)) in a 7:6:8 molar ratio in CH(3)CN. Reformation of cationic Cu(I)(8) clusters by adding 1 equiv of Cu(I) salt to the neutral Cu(7) clusters in solution is observed. Intriguingly, the central hydride in [Cu(8)(H){S(2)CN(n)Pr(2)}(6)](PF(6)) can be oxidatively removed as H(2) by Ce(NO(3))(6)(2-) to yield [Cu(II)(S(2)CN(n)Pr(2))(2)] exploiting the redox-tolerant nature of dithiocarbamates. Regeneration of hydride-centered octanuclear copper clusters from the [Cu(II)(S(2)CN(n)Pr(2))(2)] can be achieved by reaction with Cu(I) ions and borohydride. The hydride release and regeneration of Cu(I)(8) was monitored by UV-visible titration experiments. To our knowledge, this is the first time that hydride encapsulated within a copper cluster can be released as H(2) via chemical means. All complexes have been fully characterized by (1)H NMR, FT-IR, UV-vis, and elemental analysis, and molecular structures of 1(H), 2(H), and 6(H) were clearly established by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. Both 1(H) and 2(H) exhibit a tetracapped tetrahedral Cu(8) skeleton, which is inscribed within a S(12) icosahedron constituted by six dialkyl dithiocarbamate ligands in a tetrametallic-tetraconnective (μ(2), μ(2)) bonding mode. The copper framework of 6(H) is a tricapped distorted tetrahedron in which the four-coordinate hydride is demonstrated to occupy the central site by single crystal neutron diffraction. Compounds 1-3 exhibit a yellow emission in both the solid state and in solution under UV irradiation at 77 K, and the structureless emission is assigned as a (3)metal to ligand charge transfer (MLCT) excited state. Density functional theory (DFT) and time-dependent density functional theory (TDDFT) calculations on model compounds match the experimental structures and provide rationalization of their bonding and optical properties.  相似文献
