研究了聚氯乙烯与固相法氯化聚乙烯的相容性与氯含量、共混方式以及CPE链结构的关系,动态力学性能表明PVC/CPE为部分相容体系,CPE中类似PVC的链段与PVC形成相间过渡层,共混方式影响共混体系的相容程度,透射电镜结构表明CPE呈连续网络结构分布于PVC粒子表面,共混条件一定时,共混物的抗张强度随相容性的改改善而增加。 相似文献

本文应用取代基效应方法研究了氯化聚乙烯~(13)C NMR谱的归属。讨论了它的链结构并指出中氯含量氯化聚乙烯的结构特征是分子链中出现1,2-二氯乙烷式的结构,从氯化聚乙烯的~(13)C谱中归纳出取代基参数,发现氯含量和温度的改变对取代基参数没有明显的影响。而在溶剂ODCB中加入C_2Cl_4后,取代基参数S_1减小0.48ppm。文章最后研究了氯化聚乙烯的序列分布,讨论了氯含量对序列结构的影响。 相似文献

用FTIR、DSC等方法研究了含恶唑啉官能力的聚苯乙烯(RPS)与氯化聚乙烯(CPE)之间的反应。RPS、CPE、PS、PE在不同温度下用反应式挤出要熔融共辊,结果表明,RPS/CPE对PS/PE共混物具有增容作用,提高了共混物的力学性能。此反应性共混适宜在较低温度下进行,对RPSCPE共混物还进行了动态力学表征,并与RPS进行比较以进一步了解共混物的特征。 相似文献

本文研究在不同条件固相氯化聚乙烯(CPE)的红外光谱,探讨了一步和两步氯化合成的CPE的结构差别,着重讨论了两步氯化的CPE结构特点。从观察表征结晶结构和—(CH_2)_n—链段氯分布的特征频率变化表明,低温固相氯化主要发生在无定形区,并且在CPE中形成高氯化和低氯化链段(或未氯化)的嵌段结构。在两步固相氯化时,晶区受到较大程度的破坏,氯化作用已不局限在无定形区,其结晶结构的破坏主要同第二步氯化程度有关,即使CPE氯含量相同,若前后两步氯化程度不同,结构有很大差异。 相似文献

The thermal properties of chlorosulfonated polyethylene (CSM), which was prepared via gas–solid phase method, were studied in this article. The thermal curves were completely tested by differential thermal analysis, thermogravimetry, and differential thermogravimetry. The results showed that CSM 3550 and CSM 3570 prepared by gas–solid phase method had more excellent thermal properties (high initial/final temperature of degradation) than those via solution method, due to the uniform chlorine distribution of them in macromolecular chain. The differential scanning calorimetry curves showed that the transitions of CSM 3550 and CSM 3570 from glassy to the elastic state were also higher than those via solution method. Particularly, CSM 3570 was amorphous and no clear melting peak was observed during the melting process. 相似文献

The substituent chemical shift (SCS) has been applied to the assignment of the ~(13)C NMRspectrum of chlorinated polyethylene (CPE). CPE of different chlorine contents has been em-ployed and their sequence structure discussed. The results show that characteristic of CPEwith medium chlorine content is the dichloroethane structure in molecular chain. SCS param-etets have been obtained from the ~(13)C NMR spectra. It was found that the effects of chlorinecontent and temperature on SCS are negligible, but the substituent parameter S_1 reduced by0.39 ppm when C_2Cl_4 was added to solvent ODCB. 相似文献

Through kinetic method, the reaction mechanism and the rate equations of chlorination of polyethylene are suggested in this paper. The rate of chlorination is second order with respect to the concentration of methylene remained and chlorine, respectively. Apparent changes in crystallinity during chlorination processes were determinated by differential scanning calorimetry(DSC). The mathematical model relating crystallinety with kinetic parameters and function of sequence length distribution are derived. 相似文献

vap of the produced lead chloride volatilization was obtained by the application of Clausius-Clapeyron equation considering the
process in an equilibrium state.

以双环戊二烯二羧酸钾 [DCPD(COOK) 2 ]为交联剂 ,通过共混反应法制得了共价交联的氯化聚乙烯(CPE)热塑性弹性体 (TPE) ,研究了共混反应条件 (温度、时间及交联剂用量等 )对TPE物性的影响 .反应溶解性和IR测定数据证明 ,DCPD(COOK) 2 与CPE分子链上的活性氯反应形成共价酯键而交联 ;物性测定数据表明 ,交联CPE的主要力学性能接近CPE常规硫化胶 ,不同的是该交联聚合物具备可塑性 ,经反复加工三次后 ,其力学性能还略有提高 相似文献
