1 INTRODUCTION With the development of high power InGaAs laser diode (LD) as pump sources, the Yb3+-doped laser crystals have received much attention. Nd^3 :GdAl3(BO3)4(NGAB) crystal with the size of 30 mm was grown from the solvent system of K2O-Gd2O3-MoO3-B2O3 by combining accelerated seed rotation technology with medium seeded solution growth (MSSG) method,and its crystal structure has been determined by X-ray powder diffraction.It crystallizes in the trigonal system,space group R32 with a=9.2743(2),c=7.2438(1)A,V=538A^3,Z=3and Dc=4.379g/cm^3,The absorption and emission spectra of NGAB in the function of σ and π polarizations at room temperature have been measured.UV generation tuneable in 378-382nm,green(531nm) generation and blue generation tuneable in 436-443 nm as well as red(669)nm generation by self-frequency changing were obtained with the oupput of 105, 119.5,445and 19μJ/pulse,respectively,when the crystal was pumped by a dye laser.  相似文献

Crystal of Yb3+-doped Ba3Gd(BO3)3 has been grown by the Czochralski method. The spectroscopic characterizations have been investigated at room temperature. The Yb3+:Ba3Gd(BO3)3 crystal exhibits broad absorption at 976nm with FWHM of 7nm and large overall spitting of 2F7/2 manifold (823cm-1). The absorption and emission cross sections are 5.09×10-21cm2 at 976nm and 0.97×10-21cm2 at 1040nm,respectively. The fluorescence lifetime is 2.84 ms.  相似文献

<正>The crystal of Nd0.06Y0.94Sr6Sc(BO3)6 with the dimensions up to 35 mm × 28 mm × 13 mm was grown by a top-seeded solution growth method from Li6B4O9 flux. The grown crystal was characterized by X-ray powder diffraction. The optical absorption of the crystal shows that it has a strong absorption band at 8070 A, and the absorption coefficient is 2.17cm-1 with a FWHM of 41 A, which can match with the wavelength of the diode-laser (LD) and is suitable for the LD pumping. Based on the Judd-Ofelt theory, the three parameters of line oscillator strength Ω(λ) (λ = 2, 4 and 6) of the Nd3+ion in the crystal were calculated as follows: Ω2= 1.194 × 10-20, Ω4= 4.186 × 10-20 and Ω6 = 3.351 × 10-20cm2, which are relatively larger. The results indicate that the crystal Nd0.06Y0.94Sr6Sc(BO3)6 may be a kind of high-efficient laser material for diode-pumped.  相似文献

Single crystal of Li2Zn2(MoO4)3 has been grown from a flux of Li2MoO4 by the top-seeded solution-growth method,and its structure was refined by the Rietveld method. It belongs to the orthorhombic system,space group Pnma with a=5.1114,b=10.4906 and c=17.6172. 报道了掺铬高温相硼酸镧钪Cr^3 :LaSc3(BO3)4(α-CLSB)晶体的光谱特性,吸收光谱表明:CLSB晶体在可见光区有两个吸收带,吸收峰值分别位于457和654nm处,吸收系数均为19.07。室温荧光光谱则表现为一个源自于4T2→4A2能级跃迁的780-1120nm的宽带发射,其半峰宽为167nm,峰值为963nm,其荧光寿命为17us。通过计算得出了铬离子所处的晶场强度Dq和拉卡参数B分别为1529和675cm^-1,Dq/B=2.26,研究结果表明:掺铬高温相硼酸镧钪有望成为一种新的可调谐激光晶体。  相似文献

The preparation of EnH2[IrCl6] is described. Crystal data for C2H10Cl6IrN2 are: a = 6.8972(11) Å, b = 6.9435(16) Å, c = 7.3354(11) Å; α = 88.269(3)°, β = 65.495(2)°, γ = 60.305(2)°, V = 270.76(9) Å3, space group P1, Z = 1, dcalc = 2.864 g/cm3. Crystal chemical analysis of the general motif of the structure was performed by the translation sublattice identification technique. It has been found that complex anions [IrCl6]2? follow the nodes of a rather regular rhombohedral subcell with the parameters ac = 7.1 Å, αc = 64°.  相似文献

The paper describes the preparation techniques for β-fac-[Rh(NO2)3(NH3)3]. The complex crystallizes as colorless prisms belonging to the monoclinic crystal system. Crystal data: a = 6.6338(2) Å, b = 11.0627(3) Å, c = 11.5314(3) Å; β = 96.608(1)°, V = 840.64(4) Å3, space group P21/n, Z = 4, dcalc = 2.308 g/cm3. The structure is molecular and contains neutral complex molecules having the fac configuration. Crystal chemical analysis of the complex in comparison to α-fac-[Rh(NO2)3(NH3)3] is performed.  相似文献

Lanthanum(III) tris-tartrato lanthanate(III) decahydrate, La[La(C4H4O6)3]·10H2O has been synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, IR, electronic spectral and X-ray powder diffraction studies. Thermal studies (TG, DTG and DTA) in air showed a complex decomposition pattern with the generation of an anhydrous species at ~170°C. The end product was found to be mainly a mixture of La2O3 and carbides at ~970°C through the formation of several intermediates at different temperature. The residual product in DSC study in nitrogen at 670°C is assumed to be a similar mixture generated at 500°C in TG in air. Kinetic parameters, such as, E*, ΔH, ΔS, etc. obtained from DSC are discussed. IR and X-ray powder diffraction studies identified some of the decomposition products. The tentative mechanism for the thermal decomposition in air of the compound is proposed. This revised version was published online in July 2006 with corrections to the Cover Date.  相似文献

Phase relations in the ternary systems Ce-M-Sb (M=Si, Ge, Sn) in composition regions CeSb2-Sb-M were studied by optical and electron microscopy, X-ray diffraction, and electron probe microanalysis on arc-melted alloys and specimens annealed in the temperature region from 850 to 200 °C. The results, in combination with an assessment of all literature data available, were used to construct solidus surfaces and a series of isothermal sections. No ternary compounds were found to form in the Ce-Si-Sb system whilst Ce12Ge9−xSb23+x (3.3<x<4.2) and CeSnxSb2 (0.1<x<0.8) participate in phase equilibria in the composition region investigated. Crystallographic parameters for the ternary compound Ce12Ge9−xSb23+x (x=3.8±0.1) were determined from X-ray single crystal and powder diffraction. For the binary system Ge-Sb a eutectic was defined L⇔(Ge)+(Sb) at 591.6 °C and 22.5 at%. Ge EPMA revealed a maximal solubility of 6.3 at% Ge in (Sb) at the eutectic temperature.  相似文献

Synthesis and investigation of a binary complex salt [Cr(NH3)5Cl][PdCl4]·H2O is reported. The compound is isostructural with [Rh(NH3)5Cl][PdCl4]·H2O studied earlier; it was characterized by element analysis and powder and single crystal X-ray diffraction.
