A report is given on the PME-spectroscopic determination of the proportion of isomers in “glycerinformal” which is a pharmaceutical product. For resolution of the PMR signals the shift reagent Eu(fod)31 was used. “Glycerinformal” consists of 57% 1,3-dioxan-5-ol and 43% 1,3-dioxolan-4-methanol. The conformation of 1,3-dioxan-5-ol was determined and that of the benzoate of 1,3-dioxan-5-ol discussed.  相似文献

A concise synthesis of some new classes of heterocycles (4-aryl-11-oxo-1,2,3,11-tetrahydro-1,3a-diaza-cyclopenta[a]anthracen-6-carbonitriles and 5-aryl-12-oxo-1,3,4,12-tetrahydro-2H-1,4a-diazabenzo[a]anthracene-7-carbonitriles) has been developed by the ring transformation of suitably functionalized 2H-pyran-2-one with α-oxoketene cyclic aminals to intermediates (8-aroyl-5-aryl-2,3-dihydro-1H-imidazo[1,2-a]pyridine-7-ylidene)-acetonitriles and (9-aroyl-6-aryl-1,2,3,4-tetrahydropyrido[1,2-a]pyrimidin-8-ylidene)-acetonitriles) followed by their photocyclization either in CHCl3 or acetonitrile. This reaction was further explored for the synthesis of methyl 4-aryl-11-oxo-1,2,3,11-tetrahydro-1,3a,9-triaza-cyclopenta[a]anthracene-6-carboxylate, 4-aryl-11-oxo-1,2,3,11-tetrahydro-1,3a,9-triaza-cyclopenta[a]anthracene-6-carbonitriles, 5-aryl-12-oxo-1,3,4,12-tetrahydro-2H-1,4a,10-triazabenzo[a]anthracene-7-carbonitriles, 4-aryl-10-oxo-1,2,3,10-tetrahydro-9-thia-1,3a-diazadicyclopenta[a,g]naphthalene-6-carbonitriles and 5-aryl-11-oxo-1,3,4,11-tetrahydro-2H-10-thia-1,4a-diazacyclopenta[b]phenanthrene-7-carbonitriles from the similar reactions.  相似文献

Previously unknown methyl 2-aryl-5-chlorosulfonyl-1,3-oxazole-4-carboxylates have been synthesized. Their reactions with amines and amidines have yielded the corresponding sulfonamides and 6H,7H-[1,3]oxazolo-[5,4-d]pyrimidin-7-ones.  相似文献

The rotational barriers of cyclohexanol and 1,3-dioxan-5-ol are calculated by means of the INDO and ab initio STO-3G methods. STO-3G calculations show that the greater stability of the axial conformer of 1,3-dioxan-5-ol is due to electrostatic interaction between the hydrogen atom of the hydroxyl group and the ring oxygens.  相似文献

Efficient syntheses of novel 10-aryl-5a-(arylamino)-9-hydroxy-5a,6,7,8-tetrahydroindeno[1,2-b]chromen-11(10H)-one derivatives has been reported by [4+2] cycloaddition reactions of electron-deficient 2-(arylmethylene)-1H-indene-1,3(2H)-dione heterodienes with electron-rich enaminones in [bmim]BF4 at 80?°C and in acetic acid at 80?°C. Dimedone/cyclohexane-1,3-dione enaminones have been used as dienophiles in Inverse Electron Demand hetero-Diels-Alder reactions. The products were obtained in high yields by a simple work up.  相似文献

The 1H and 13C NMR spectra of a series of 1,3-dioxan-2-ylium salts substituted at C-2 and C-4, C-5, C-6 have been measured. The atomic charge distribution in 1,3-dioxan- and 1,3-dioxolan-2-ylium cations has been calculated with the MINDO/3 method, leading to a linear correlation between π-charge and 13C chemical shift at C-2. The strong C-21-proton downfield shift is caused by the anisotropic influence of the mesomeric cation system. The conformations of substituted 1,3-dioxan-2-ylium cations are discussed.  相似文献

An unprecedented C4-methyl regioselective halogenation of 4,5-dimethyl-2-aryl-1,3-thiazoles (1) has been accomplished. The reaction of compound 1 with N-chlorosuccinimide and N-bromosuccinimide under mild conditions provides an efficient and operationally simple method for obtaining 4-chloromethyl-5-methyl-2-aryl-1,3-thiazoles (2) and 4-bromomethyl-5-methyl-2-aryl-1,3-thiazoles (3), respectively, in good yields without the formation of 4-methyl-5-halomethyl regioisomers.  相似文献

Alkyl isocyanides react with 2-hydroxybenzaldehyde or 2-hydroxy-5-nitrobenzaldehyde to afford N-alkyl-2-aryl-2-oxoacetamides and N2,N4-dialkyl-2-aryl-4H-1,3-benzodioxine-2,4-dicarboxamides in nearly 1:1 ratios. Treatment of 2,6-dimethylphenyl isocyanide with 2-hydroxy-5-nitrobenzaldehyde affords only the 2-oxoacetamide derivative.  相似文献

1-Chlorobenzyl isocyanates react with 4-hydroxy-6-methylpyran-2-one and 4-hydroxycoumarin forming 4-aryl-3,4-dihydro-2H,5H-pyrano(chromeno)[3,4-e][1,3]oxazine-2,5-diones. Reactions of aryl trifluoromethyl ketone imines with 2-sulfanylacetic and 3-sulfanylpropanoic acids afforded 2-aryl-2-trifluoromethyl-1,3-thiazolidin-4-ones and 2-aryl-2-trifluoromethyltetrahydro-4H-1,3-thiazin-4-ones, respectively. Their subsequent oxidation with hydrogen peroxide gave the corresponding 2-aryl-2-trifluoromethyl-1,3-thiazolidin-4-one 1-oxides and 2-aryl-2-trifluoromethyltetrahydro-4H-1,3-thiazin-4-one 1-oxides and 1,1-dioxides.  相似文献

π-Deficient ethynyl hetarenes were used as dipolarophiles in a 1,3-dipolar cycloaddition reaction with azomethine imines (2-arylidene-5-oxopyrazolidin-2-ium-1-ides). Both CuI-catalyzed and catalyst-free thermally induced reactions proceeded with high regioselectivity providing 6-hetaryl-5-aryl-2,3-dihydropyrazolo[1,2-a]pyrazol-1(5H)-ones in moderate to excellent yields. The ethynyl hetarenes (pyridines, pyrazines, quinoxalines, pteridines and pyrimido[4,5-c]pyridazines) with ortho-methyl, ortho-cyano and ortho-alkynyl substituents were applicable to this reaction. 1,3-Dipolar cycloaddition reactions of alkynyl hetarenes with azomethine imines or other 1,3-dipole reagents can be considered as an alternative synthetic approach to heterobiaryls.  相似文献

Cycloalkylation of N-phenyl-N′-R-thiourea with 3-aryl-2-propenoyl chlorides in acetone gives as products 6-aryl-3-phenyl-2-(R-imino)-2,3,5,6-tetrahydro-4H-1,3-thiazin-4-one and their hydrochlorides. The same reaction carried out in acetone in the presence of K2CO3 leads to the formation of 6-aryl-3-phenyl-2-(R-imino)-2,3,5,6-tetrahydro-4H-1,3-thiazin-4-ones, N-(3-aryl-2-propenoyl)-N-phenylthioureas, 3-aryl-2-propenoylanilides, and phenyl isothiocyanate.  相似文献

The high efficient palladium-catalyzed Suzuki-Miyaura reactions of potassium aryltrifluoroborates 3 with 5-iodo-1,3-dioxin-4-ones 2a-b in water as only solvent in the presence of n-Bu4NOH as base is reported. The respective 5-aryl-1,3-dioxin-4-ones 4a-n were obtained in good to excellent yields. The catalyst system provides high efficiency at low load using electronically diverse coupling partners. The obtained 2,2,6-trimethyl-5-aryl-1,3-dioxin-4-ones were transformed into corresponding α-aryl-β-ketoesters 6 by reaction with an alcohol in the absence of solvent.  相似文献

Reactions of 5-alkyl- and 5-aryl-3H-furan-2-ones with 1,3- and 1,4-binucleophiles of aromatic series were carried out for the first time under various conditions. In the presence of a base the reaction resulted in 1-R-1,3-dihydro-2Н-pyrrol-2-ones, under milder conditions intermediates were isolated, 4-aryl-4-oxobutanamides. The structure of the latter was proved by spectral methods. By an example of 1-R-1,3-dihydro-2Н-pyrrol-2-ones the possibility was demonstrated of their functionalization via introducing an aryldiazenyl fragment.  相似文献

Reaction of 3-formylchromones with 2-aryl-4-hydroxy-6H-1,3-thiazin-6-ones in the presence of pyridine leads to formation of a mixture of novel N-thioaroyl-5-hydroxy-2H,5H-pyrano[3,2-с]chromen-2-one-3-carboxamides and 2-aryl-5-(4′-oxochromen-3′-yl)-6,7-dihydro-4H,5H-pyrano[2,3-d][1,3]thiazine-4,7-diones. The reaction of 4-chloro-5-amino-6-(1,3-dihydroxy-2-propyl)aminopyrimidine with excess ethyl orthoformate gave a cyclic acetal, viz., 6-chloro-9-(2-ethoxy-1,3-dioxan-5-yl)purine, amination of which yielded 6-amino-9-(2-ethoxy-1,3-dioxan-5-yl)purine. The presence of two configurational isomers with a diaxial orientation of the purine ring and the ethoxy group in the trans isomer and an equatorial orientation of the ethoxy group in the cis isomer was established for these compounds by 1H and 13C NMR and IR spectroscopy. The three-dimensional structure of trans-6-chloro-9-(2-ethoxy-1,3-dioxan-5-yl)purine was determined by an x-ray difraction study, and the trans-diaxial orientation of the purine ring and the ethoxy group was confirmed; it is shown that the dioxane ring is in an anti conformation relative to the purine ring.Translated from Khimiya Geterotsiklicheskikh Soedinenii, No. 7, pp. 976–983, July, 1979.  相似文献

Various novel 3,5a,6,11b-tetrahydro-2H,5H-chromeno[4′,3′:4,5]thiopyrano[2,3-d][1,3]thiazol-2-ones were synthesized in 60-80% yields via domino-Knoevenagel-hetero-Diels-Alder reactions of 4-thioxo-1,3-thiazolidin-2-one with 3,7-dimethyl-6-octenal, 2-allyloxybenzaldehydes and 2-formylphenyl (E)-3-aryl-2-propenoates with base catalysis.
