The reaction of the diazine ligand 3,5‐bis(2‐pyridinyl)‐1,3,4‐oxadiazole (pod, C12H8N4O), with Cu(CF3SO3)2 or Ni(ClO4)2 afforded the title complexes diaquabis[3,5‐bis(2‐pyridinyl)‐1,3,4‐oxadiazole‐N2,N3]copper(II) bis(trifluoromethanesulfonate), [Cu(pod)2(H2O)2](CF3SO3)2, and diaquabis[3,5‐bis(2‐pyridinyl)‐1,3,4‐oxadiazole‐N2,N3]nickel(II) diperchlorate, [Ni(pod)2(H2O)2](ClO4)2. Both complexes present a crystallographically centrosymmetric mononuclear cation structure which consists of a six‐coordinated CuII or NiII ion with two pod molecules acting as bidentate ligands and two axially coordinated water molecules.  相似文献

catena‐Poly[[[tetraaquanickel(II)]‐μ‐4,4′‐bipyridine‐κ2N:N′] thiosulfate dihydrate], {[Ni(C10H8N2)(H2O)4]S2O3·2H2O}n, (I), and catena‐poly[[[tetraaquanickel(II)]‐μ‐4,4′‐bipyridine‐κ2N:N′] sulfate methanol solvate monohydrate], {[Ni(C10H8N2)(H2O)4]SO4·CH4O·H2O}n, (II), are built up of {[Ni(4,4′‐bipy)(H2O)4]2+}n chains (4,4′‐bipy is 4,4′‐bipyridine) interwoven in an unusual P31 fashion. Voids are filled by the corresponding counter‐anions and solvate molecules, defining a complex three‐dimensional network surrounding them. In both structures, the cationic chains evolve around a set of twofold axes passing through the NiII ions and bisecting the aromatic amines through their N (and their opposite C) atoms.  相似文献

The title complexes, trans‐diaquabis(quinoline‐2‐carboxylato‐κ2N,O)cobalt(II)–water–methanol (1/2/2), [Co(C10H6NO2)2(H2O)2]·2CH4O·2H2O, and trans‐diaquabis(quinoline‐2‐carboxylato‐κ2N,O)nickel(II)–water–methanol (1/2/2), [Ni(C10H6NO2)2(H2O)2]·2CH4O·2H2O, are isomorphous and contain CoII and NiII ions at centers of inversion. Both complexes have the same distorted octahedral coordination geometry, and each metal ion is coordinated by two quinoline N atoms, two carboxylate O atoms and two water O atoms. The quinoline‐2‐carboxylate ligands lie in trans positions with respect to one another, forming the equatorial plane, with the two water ligands occupying the axial positions. The complex molecules are linked together by hydrogen bonding involving a series of ring patterns which include the uncoordinated water and methanol molecules.  相似文献

The title compound, [Ni(C3H10N2)2(H2O)2](C6H6NO3S)2, contains alternating layers of sulfanilate anions and diaquabis(1,3‐propanediamine)nickel(II) cations. The Ni atom lies on an inversion centre and is hexacoordinated by the 1,3‐propanediamine ligands, which function as N,N′‐bidentate ligands, and the water molecules, which are in a trans arrangement. The sulfanilate anions are arranged in layers, with the sulfonate and amine groups directed towards opposite sides of the layer. The structure is stabilized by a network of hydrogen bonding between the O and N atoms of the sulfanilate anions, the water molecules, and the N atoms of the 1,3‐propanediamine ligands.  相似文献

The title pendent‐arm macrocyclic hexaamine ligand binds stereospecifically in a hexadentate manner, and we report here its isomorphous NiII and ZnII complexes (both as perchlorate salts), namely (cis‐6,13‐dimethyl‐1,4,8,11‐tetraazacyclotetradecane‐6,13‐diamine‐κ6N)nickel(II) diperchlorate, [Ni(C12H30N6)](ClO4)2, and (cis‐6,13‐dimethyl‐1,4,8,11‐tetraaza‐cyclotetradecane‐6,13‐diamine‐κ6N)zinc(II) diperchlorate, [Zn(C12H30N6)](ClO4)2. Distortion of the N—M—N valence angles from their ideal octahedral values becomes more pronounced with increasing metal‐ion size and the present results are compared with other structures of this ligand.  相似文献

catena‐Poly[[[tetraaquazinc(II)]‐μ‐4,4′‐bipyridine‐κ2N:N′] [[μ‐thiosulfato‐κ2O:S‐bis[(thiosulfato‐κS)zinc(II)]]‐di‐μ‐4,4′‐pyridine‐κ4N:N′] dihydrate], {[Zn(C10H8N2)(H2O)4][Zn2(S2O3)3(C10H8N2)2]·2H2O}n, is a polymeric zinc complex built up from thiosulfate‐containing anionic chains, where the Zn atom is tetrahedrally coordinated, and aqua‐containing cationic chains incorporating octahedrally coordinated Zn. In each type of chain, the 4,4′‐bipyridine units act as spacers, and the chains run along three non‐intersecting almost orthogonal directions in space. The profusion of hydrogen‐bond donors (all the H atoms of the water molecules) and acceptors (the thiosulfate O and S atoms) generates a very complex hydrogen‐bonding scheme.  相似文献

The structures of two new sulfate complexes are reported, namely di‐μ‐sulfato‐κ3O,O′:O′′‐bis{aqua[2,4,6‐tris(2‐pyridyl)‐1,3,5‐triazine‐κ3N1,N2,N6]cadmium(II)} tetrahydrate, [Cd2(SO4)2(C16H12N6)2(H2O)2]·4H2O, and di‐μ‐sulfato‐κ2O:O′‐bis[(2,2′:6′,2′′‐terpyridine‐κ3N1,N1′,N1′′)zinc(II)] dihydrate, [Cd2(SO4)2(C15H11N3)2]·2H2O, the former being the first report of a Cd(tpt) complex [tpt is 2,4,6‐tris(2‐pyridyl)‐1,3,5‐triazine]. Both compounds crystallize in the space group P and form centrosymmetric dimeric structures. In the cadmium complex, the metal center is heptacoordinated in the form of a pentagonal bipyramid, while in the zinc complex, the metal ion is in a fivefold environment, the coordination geometry being intermediate between square pyramidal and trigonal bipyramidal. Packing of the dimers leads to the formation of planar structures strongly linked by hydrogen bonding.  相似文献

The structure of the title compound, [Co(C12H8N2)(H2O)4](NO3)2, consists of tetraaqua(1,10‐phenanthroline)cobalt(II) cations and nitrate anions. The Co atom is located on a twofold rotation axis and is coordinated by the two N atoms of a 1,10‐phenanthroline ligand and four O atoms of water molecules. The cations and anions are linked by hydrogen‐bond interactions into a three‐dimensional supramolecular network.  相似文献

The title complexes, catena‐poly[[aqua(1,10‐phenanthroline‐κ2N,N′)cobalt(II)]‐μ‐benzene‐1,4‐dicarboxylato‐κ2O1:O4], [Co(C8H4O4)(C12H8N2)(H2O)], (I), and catena‐poly[[[(di‐2‐pyridyl‐κN‐amine)copper(II)]‐μ‐benzene‐1,4‐dicarboxylato‐κ4O1,O1′:O4,O4′] hydrate], [Cu(C8H4O4)(C10H9N3)]·H2O, (II), take the form of zigzag chains, with the 1,4‐benzenedicarboxylate ion acting as an amphimonodentate ligand in (I) and a bis‐bidentate ligand in (II). The CoII ion in (I) is five‐coordinate and has a distorted trigonal–bipyramidal geometry. The CuII ion in (II) is in a very distorted octahedral 4+2 environment, with the octahedron elongated along the trans O—Cu—O bonds and with a trans O—Cu—O angle of only 137.22 (8)°.  相似文献

The new nickel(II) coordination polymer poly[diaquanickel(II)-μ-(pyrazine-2,3,5,6-tetracarboxylato)-tetraaquanickel(II)], {[{Ni(C8N2O8)(H2O)2}Ni(H2O)4]}n, has been synthesized and characterized both spectroscopically and crystallographically, by X-ray powder diffraction analysis. In this two-dimensional coordination polymer, NiII ions are bridged by pyrazine-2,3,5,6-tetracarboxylic acid, coordinating in a bis-bidentate manner, so forming one-dimensional polymeric chains. The chains are linked by a second NiII ion, via an O atom of the coordinated carboxylate group, resulting in the formation of a two-dimensional layer-like polymer. The remaining coordination sites of the two independent octahedral NiII ions are occupied by water molecules. The layers are connected via hydrogen bonds involving all six coordinated water molecules.  相似文献

Extensive intermolecular hydrogen‐bonding interactions involving coordinated and uncoordinated water molecules and the carboxyl O atoms of the dipicolinate ligand, as well as a stacking interaction involving the phenanthroline rings, are observed in the crystal structure.  相似文献

Two differently hydrated crystal forms of the title compound, viz. bis(acetato‐κ2O,O′)(2,9‐dimethyl‐1,10‐phenanthroline‐κ2N,N′)mercury(II), [Hg(C2H3O2)2(C14H12N2)] or [HgAc2(dmph)] [dmph is 2,3‐dimethyl‐1,10‐phenantroline (neocuproine) and Ac is acetate], (I), and tris[bis(acetato‐κ2O,O′)(2,9‐dimethyl‐1,10‐phenanthroline‐κ2N,N′)mercury(II)] hexadecahydrate, [Hg(C2H3O2)2(C14H12N2)]3·16H2O or [HgAc2(dmph)]3·16H2O, (II), are presented. Both structures are composed of very simple monomeric units, which act as the building blocks of complex packing schemes stabilized by a diversity of π–π and hydrogen‐bonding interactions.  相似文献

The asymmetric unit of the title one‐dimensional coordination polymer, catena‐poly[[μ‐pyridine‐2,3‐dicarboxylato‐1κO:2κ2N,O′‐bis[diaquacobalt(II)]]‐μ‐pyridine‐2,3‐dicarboxylato‐1κ2N,O:2κO′:1′κO′], [Co(C7H3NO4)(H2O)2]n, is composed of a cobalt(II) ion, a pyridine‐2,3‐dicarboxylate dianion and two water molecules. The polymer has a zigzag structure consisting of a chain of edge‐fused rings, and the polymer chains are linked by O—H⃛O hydrogen bonds into a three‐dimensional framework.  相似文献

A hydrogen‐bonded coordination supramolecule, (meso‐5,7,7,12,14,14‐hexamethyl‐1,4,8,11‐tetraazacyclotetradecane‐κ4N)nickel(II) [N,No‐phenylenebis(oxamato)‐κ4O,N,N′,O′]nickelate(II) dihydrate, [Ni(C16H36N4)][Ni(C10H4N2O6)]·2H2O or [Ni(meso‐cth)][Ni(opba)]·2H2O, has been prepared and characterized by X‐ray crystallographic analysis. The two complex ions, i.e. [Ni(meso‐cth)]2+ and [Ni(opba)]2?, are hydrogen bonded to each other, resulting in two‐dimensional neutral supramolecular sheets. The sheets stack along the a direction to produce a three‐dimensional architecture with one‐dimensional channels in which hydrogen‐bonded chains of water molecules are included.  相似文献

The title compounds, hexaaquacobalt(II) bis(hypophosphite), [Co(H2O)6](H2PO2)2, and hexaaquacobalt(II)/nickel(II) bis(hypophosphite), [Co0.5Ni0.5(H2O)6](H2PO2)2, are shown to adopt the same structure as hexaaquamagnesium(II) bis(hypophosphite). The packing of the Co(Ni) and P atoms is the same as in the structure of CaF2. The CoII(NiII) atoms have a pseudo‐face‐centred cubic cell, with a = b~ 10.3 Å, and the P atoms occupy the tetrahedral cavities. The central metal cation has a slightly distorted octahedral coordination sphere. The geometry of the hypophosphite anion in the structure is very close to ideal, with point symmetry mm2. Each O atom of the hypophosphite anion is hydrogen bonded to three water molecules from different cation complexes, and each H atom of the hypophosphite anion is surrounded by three water molecules from further different cation complexes.  相似文献

The crystal structure of the title compound, (2,2′‐bipyridyl‐κ2N,N′)(tetraallyl 3,3,3′,3′‐tetramethyl‐1,1′‐bicyclopropane‐1,1′,2,2′‐tetracarboxylato‐κ2C2,C2′)palladium(II), [Pd(C26H32O8)(C10H8N2)], is disordered above 194 K. A doubling of the unit cell is observed on cooling. The structure at 143 K contains two ordered molecules related by a pseudo‐translation vector of approximately (0.44,0.00,0.50) or a pseudo‐inversion center at approximately (0.22,0.00,0.25). Weak intermolecular C—H?O interactions are enhanced in the low‐temperature structure.  相似文献

trans‐Diaquabis(isoquinoline‐1‐carboxylato‐κ2N,O)cobalt(II) dihydrate, [Co(C10H6NO2)2(H2O)2]·2H2O, and trans‐diaquabis(isoquinoline‐1‐carboxylato‐κ2N,O)nickel(II) dihydrate, [Ni(C10H6NO2)2(H2O)2]·2H2O, contain the same isoquinoline ligand, with both metal atoms residing on a centre of symmetry and having the same distorted octahedral coordination. In the former complex, the Co—O(water) bond length in the axial direction is 2.167 (2) Å, which is longer than the Co—O(carboxylate) and Co—N bond lengths in the equatorial plane [2.055 (2) and 2.096 (2) Å, respectively]. In the latter complex, the corresponding bond lengths for Ni—O(water), Ni—O(carboxylate) and Ni—N are 2.127 (2), 2.036 (2) and 2.039 (3) Å, respectively. Both crystals are stabilized by similar stacking interactions of the ligand, and also by hydrogen bonds between the hydrate and coordinated water molecules.  相似文献

Crystalline N,N‐dimethyl‐n‐tetradecylamine oxide has been prepared by reaction of liquid N,N‐dimethyl‐n‐tetradecylamine with 70% H2O2 in the presence of CO2 as catalyst. The resulting soft low‐melting solid was crystallized as the dihydrate, viz. C16H35NO·2H2O. The extended hydrocarbon chains pack in a parallel fashion, with the N‐oxide ends of the molecules forming hydrogen bonds with the water molecules in hydrophilic layers. The N—O distance is 1.411 (3) Å.  相似文献

In order to model processes of chemisorption in organic salts formed between dinitrobenzoic acids (DNBH) and secondary amines (R2NH), a series of compounds of composition [MII(3,5‐DNB)2(DMSO)2(H2O)2] (where MII is Zn, Cu, Ni or Co, 3,5‐DNB is the 3,5‐dinitrobenzoate ion, and DMSO is dimethyl sulfoxide) have been prepared. In diaquabis(dimethyl sulfoxide)bis(3,5‐DNB)zinc(II), [Zn(C7H3N2O6)2(C2H6OS)2(H2O)2], the 3,5‐DNB ions and molecules of DMSO are monodentate ligands that are coordinated to the Zn atom through their O atoms. These ligands, together with two molecules of water, form a slightly distorted octahedral coordination environment for the Zn atom, which lies on a center of symmetry.  相似文献
