In the crystal structure of the title compound, 4‐cyano‐N‐(4‐methoxybenzylidene)phenylamine N‐oxide, C15H12N2O2, the 4‐methoxyphenyl is approximately coplanar with the nitrone moiety but significantly rotated with respect to the 4‐cyanophenyl moiety. The extent of this rotation is significantly different for the two crystallographically independent molecules of the asymmetric unit [dihedral angles of 19.4 (1) and 26.5 (1)°]. The geometry about the C=N bond is Z. The two molecules are related to one another by a pseudo inversion centre.  相似文献

The structures of the title compounds, C15H13N3O4, (I), and C16H15N3O5 [IUPAC name: ethyl 6‐amino‐5‐cyano‐2‐methyl‐4‐(3‐nitrophenyl)‐4H‐pyrano‐3‐carboxylate], (II), are very similar, with the heterocyclic rings adopting boat conformations. The pseudo‐axial m‐nitrophenyl substituents are rotated by 84.0 (1) and 98.7 (1)° in (I) and (II), respectively, with respect to the four coplanar atoms of the boat. The dihedral angles between the phenyl rings and nitro groups are 12.1 (2) and 8.4 (2)° in (I) and (II), respectively. The two compounds have similar patterns of intermolecular N—H?O and N—H?N hydrogen bonding, which link molecules into infinite tapes along b .  相似文献

The crystal structure of [2‐(4‐bromophenyl)‐4‐cyano‐5‐ferrocenylpyrazolo[2,3‐a]pyridin‐7‐yl]acetonitrile, C26H17N4FeBr or [Fe(C5H5)(C21H12BrN4)], shows that the pyrazolopyridine ring system (PP), the bromophenyl ring (BP) and the cyclopentadiene ring (Cp) are nearly planar. The PP ring system is twisted out of the plane of the BP and Cp rings by about 20°.  相似文献

The title compound, C27H27N5O3·H2O, is built up from pyrazolinone, phenyl and acetophenone oxime moieties. The 2‐phenyl substituent is nearly perpendicular to the pyrazolinone ring, with a dihedral angle of 87.66 (1)°. The acetophenone oxime moieties are twisted out of the pyrazolinone‐ring plane by 47.04 (1)°. The molecules in the crystal pack in an antiparallel fashion and are held together by hydrogen‐bonded water molecules and intermolecular O—H⋯O and O—H⋯N hydrogen bonds.  相似文献

The crystal structures of the first stable α‐diol from the α‐halogenopyruvamide series, 3‐chloro‐2,2‐dihydroxy‐3‐phenylpropanamide, C9H10ClNO3, and three products [3‐(4‐chlorophenyl)‐2‐cyano‐2,3‐epoxypropanamide, C10H7ClN2O2, 3‐bromo‐2‐cyano‐2‐hydroxy‐3‐p‐tolylpropanamide, C11H11BrN2O2, 3‐bromo‐2‐oxo‐3‐p‐tolylpropanamide, C10H10BrNO2] obtained during the systematic synthesis of α‐halogenopyruvamides are reported. The crystal structures are dominated by hydrogen bonds involving an amide group. The stability of the geminal diol could be ascribed to hydrogen bonds which involve both hydroxyl groups.  相似文献

The title compound, C28H27N3O4S, crystallizes in the centrosymmetric space group P21/n, with one molecule in the asymmetric unit. In the indole ring, the dihedral angle between the fused rings is 3.6 (1)°. The phenyl ring of the sulfonyl substituent makes a dihedral angle of 79.2 (1)° with the best plane of the indole moiety. The phenyl ring of the dimethylaminophenyl group is orthogonal to the phenyl ring of the phenylsulfonyl group. The dihedral angle formed by the weighted least‐squares planes through the pyrrole ring and the phenyl ring of the dimethylaminophenyl group is 7.8 (1)°. The molecular structure is stabilized by C—H?O and C—H?N interactions.  相似文献

The title compound, 3‐[4‐(dimethylamino)phenyl]‐1‐(2‐hydroxyphenyl)prop‐2‐en‐1‐one, C17H17NO2, is a chalcone derivative substituted by 2′‐hydroxyl and 4′′‐dimethylamino groups. The crystal structure indicates that the aniline and hydroxyphenyl groups are nearly coplanar, with a dihedral angle of 10.32 (16)° between their phenyl rings. The molecular planarity of this substituted chalcone is strongly affected by the 2′‐hydroxyl group.  相似文献

Bis(2,5‐dimethoxy‐4‐methylphenyl)methane, C19H24O4, (IIa), was obtained and characterized as a minor product from the reaction of toluhydroquinone dimethyl ether (1,4‐dimethoxy‐2‐methylbenzene) with N‐(hydroxymethyl)trifluoroacetamide. Similarly, bis(2,5‐dimethoxy‐3,4,6‐trimethylphenyl)methane, C23H32O4, (IIb), was prepared from the corresponding reaction of trimethylhydroquinone dimethyl ether (2,5‐dimethoxy‐1,3,4‐trimethylbenzene). The molecules of (IIa) and (IIb) each lie on a twofold axis passing through the methylene group. The dihedral angle between the planar phenyl rings is 73.4 (1)° in (IIa) and 77.9 (1)° in (IIb). The external bond angles around the bridging methylene group are 116.6 (2) and 117.3 (2)° for (IIa) and (IIb), respectively. In (IIa), the methoxy substituents lie in the plane of the ring and are conjugated with the aromatic system, whereas in (IIb), they are almost perpendicular to the phenyl ring and are positioned on opposite sides.  相似文献

Two isomeric trans‐4‐aminoazoxybenzenes, trans‐1‐(4‐aminophenyl)‐2‐phenyldiazene 2‐oxide (α, C12H11N3O) and trans‐2‐(4‐aminophenyl)‐1‐phenyldiazene 2‐oxide (β, C12H11N3O), have been characterized by X‐ray diffraction. The α isomer is almost planar, having torsion angles along the Caryl—N bonds of only 4.9 (2) and 8.0 (2)°. The relatively short Caryl—N bond to the non‐oxidized site of the azoxy group [1.401 (2) Å], together with the significant quinoid deformation of the respective phenyl ring, is evidence of conjugation between the aromatic sextet and the π‐electron system of the azoxy group. The geometry of the β isomer is different. The non‐substituted phenyl ring is twisted with respect to the NNO plane by ca 50°, whereas the substituted ring is almost coplanar with the NNO plane. The non‐oxidized N atom in the β isomer has increased sp3 character, which leads to a decrease in the N—N—C bond angle to 116.8 (2)°, in contrast with 120.9 (1)° for the α isomer. The deformation of the C—C—C angles (1–2°) in the phenyl rings at the substitution positions is evidence of the different character of the oxidized and non‐oxidized N atoms of the azoxy group. In the crystal structures, molecules of both isomers are arranged in chains connected by weak N—H?O (α and β) and N—H?N (β) hydrogen bonds.  相似文献

The title molecule, C13H9ClFN, is substantially planar. The phenyl and 3‐chloro‐4‐fluorophenyl rings are on opposite sides of the C=N bond. There is an intermolecular C—H?F short contact with a C?F distance of 3.348 (2) Å and a C—H?F angle of 137.4 (1)°. The molecules are held in layers parallel to the bc plane.  相似文献

Three related compounds containing a pyrazole moiety with vicinal phenyl rings featuring a methylsulfonyl substituent are described, namely 3‐methyl‐1‐[4‐(methylsulfonyl)phenyl]‐5‐phenyl‐1H‐pyrazole, C17H16N2O2S, ethyl 1‐[4‐(methylsulfonyl)phenyl]‐5‐phenyl‐1H‐pyrazole‐3‐carboxylate, C19H18N2O4S, and 1‐[4‐(methylsulfonyl)phenyl]‐3‐[3‐(morpholino)phenoxymethyl]‐5‐phenyl‐1H‐pyrazole, C27H27N3O4S. The design of these compounds was based on celecoxib, a selective cyclooxygenase‐2 (COX‐2) inhibitor, in order to study the influence of various substituents on COX‐2 and 5‐lipoxygenase (5‐LOX) inhibition.  相似文献

The molecules of the title compound, C26H15N3S, have a pentacyclic ring system which is almost planar, with the central ring in a flattened boat conformation. The folding angle between the two quinoline rings is 6.75 (7)°. The 14‐phenyl substituent is in a quasi‐axial conformation, while the 14‐cyano substituent is in a quasi‐equatorial conformation with respect to the thiopyran ring. The S⋯C—Cphenyl and S⋯C—CCN angles are 116.8 (2) and 129.3 (2)°, respectively. The plane of the phenyl group is nearly coplanar with the plane bisecting the dihedral angle of the pentacyclic ring system.  相似文献

Two isoindolin‐1‐one derivatives, (Z)‐3‐benzylidene‐N‐phenylisoindolin‐1‐one, C21H15NO, (II), and (Z)‐3‐benzylidene‐N‐(4‐methoxyphenyl)isoindolin‐1‐one, C22H17NO2, (III), were synthesized by the palladium‐catalysed heteroannulation. The molecules of both compounds have a Z configuration. The interplanar angles between the five‐ and six‐membered rings of the isoindolinone moiety in (II) and (III) are 1.66 (11) and 2.26 (7)°, respectively. The phenyl rings at the N‐position in (II) and (III) are twisted out of the C4N ring plane by 62.77 (11) and 67.10 (7)°, respectively. The substitutions at the N and C‐3 positions of the isoindolinone system have little influence on the molecular dimensions of the resulting compounds.  相似文献

The title compound, C22H24N4O4, was prepared from propyl chloroformate and 3,6‐diphenyl‐1,2‐dihydro‐s‐tetrazine. This reaction yields the title compound rather than dipropyl 3,6‐diphenyl‐1,4‐dihydro‐s‐tetrazine‐1,4‐dicarboxylate. The 2,3‐diazabutadiene group in the central six‐membered ring is not planar; the C=N double‐bond length is 1.285 (2) Å, and the average N—N single‐bond length is 1.401 (3) Å, indicating a lack of conjugation. The ring has a twist conformation, in which adjacent N atoms lie 0.3268 (17) Å from the plane of the ring. The molecule has twofold crystallographic symmetry.  相似文献

The crystal structure of the title potassium salt, K+·C8HN4O2, of the organic anion 3‐cyano‐4‐(dicyanomethylene)‐5‐oxo‐4,5‐dihydro‐1H‐pyrrol‐2‐olate shows that the dicyanomethylene moiety is able to accept an electron in the same way as does tetracyanoethylene, to yield the novel product. The organic anion is nearly planar, with deviations caused by steric crowding among the exocyclic cyano groups. The K+ cations lie within tricapped trigonal prisms that stack to form channels. The three‐dimensional structure is completed by the formation of hydrogen‐bonded chains by the anions.  相似文献

The preparation, characterization, and molecular and crystal structures of the title compound [IUPAC name: 2‐nitrophenyl 2‐methyl‐2‐(para‐toluenesulfonylamino)propanoate], C17H18N2O6S, are reported. The phenyl group is almost perpendicular to the plane of the adjacent ester moiety. One O atom of the nitro group is wedged between the two ester O atoms. The implications of this peculiar conformation for the chemistry of ortho‐nitrophenyl esters in peptide synthesis are discussed.  相似文献

The title compound, catena‐poly[[μ‐cyano‐1:2κ2C:N‐dicyano‐1κ2Ctrans‐bis[N‐(2‐hydroxyethyl)ethane‐1,2‐diamine‐2κ2N,N′]cadmium(II)nickel(II)]‐μ‐cyano‐1:2′κ2C:N], [CdNi(CN)4(C4H12N2O)2], consists of alternating square‐planar Ni(CN)4 fragments, formally dianionic, and Cd(hydet‐en)2 moieties [hydet‐en is N‐(2‐hydroxyethyl)ethylenediamine], with the two bridging cyanide ligands in a mutually trans disposition at the Ni atom and cis at the Cd atom. The resulting one‐dimensional zigzag chain structure has the Ni atom on an inversion center, while the distorted octahedron centered on the Cd atom lies on a twofold axis. The polymer chains are connected into undulating sheets by weak interchain N—H⋯N, N—H⋯O and O—H⋯N hydrogen bonds, which are also present between successive sheets.  相似文献

In the centrosymmetric title complex, [Ni(C7H7N4O3)2(C5H5N)2], the coordination geometry about the Ni2+ ion is octahedral, with two deprotonated 1‐methyl‐3‐(p‐nitrophenyl)triazenide 1‐oxide ions, viz. [O2NC6H4NNN(O)CH3]?, acting as bidentate ligands (four‐electron donors). Two neutral pyridine (py) molecules complete the coordination sphere in positions trans to each other. The triazenide 1‐oxide ligand is almost planar, the largest interplanar angle of 8.80 (12)° being between the phenyl ring of the p‐nitrophenyl group and the plane defined by the N3O moiety. The Ni—Ntriazenide, Ni—O and Ni—Npy distances are 2.0794 (16), 2.0427 (13) and 2.1652 (18) Å, respectively.  相似文献

The two title 5‐oxa‐2,6‐diazaspiro[3.4]octan‐1‐one adducts, 7‐benzoyl‐2‐(4‐methoxyphenyl)‐6‐phenyl‐5‐oxa‐2,6‐diazaspiro[3.4]octan‐1‐one, C25H22N2O4, (III), and 6‐tert‐butyl‐2‐(4‐methylphenyl)‐7‐phenyl‐5‐oxa‐2,6‐diazaspiro[3.4]octan‐1‐one, C22H26N2O2, (IV), were obtained from a stereospecific [3+2] 1,3‐cycloaddition of 3‐methylene azetidin‐2‐ones as dipolarophiles with nitrones. The lactam ring is conjugated with the p‐methoxyphenyl or p‐methylphenyl moiety. The envelope conformations of the isoxazolidine rings in (III) and (IV) are different, leading the substituents to be pseudo‐axial in (III) and pseudo‐equatorial in (IV).  相似文献

The crystal structure of the title mixed azine, C17H17ClN2O, contains four independent molecules, AD, and molecule B is disordered. All four molecules have an N—N gauche conformation, with C—N—N—C torsion angles of 136.5 (4), 137.0 (4), ?134.7 (4) and ?134.7 (4)°, respectively. The phenyl rings are also somewhat twisted with respect to the plane defined by Cipso and the imine bond. On average, the combined effect of these twists results in an angle of 64.7° between the best planes of the two phenyl rings. Arene–arene double T‐contacts are the dominant intermolecular interaction. The methoxy‐substituted phenyl ring of one azine molecule interacts to form a T‐contact with the methoxy‐substituted phenyl ring of an adjacent molecule and, similarly, two chloro‐substituted phenyl rings of neighboring molecules interact to form another T‐contact. The only exception is for molecule B, for which the disorder leads to the formation of T‐contacts between methoxy‐ and chloro‐substituted phenyl rings. The prevailing structural motif of T‐contact formation between like‐substituted arene rings results in a highly dipole‐parallel‐aligned crystal structure.  相似文献
