The title compound, meso‐5,7,7,12,14,14‐hexamethyl‐4,11‐diaza‐1,8‐diazoniacyclotetradecane bis(3‐carboxy‐5‐nitrobenzoate), C16H38N42+·2C8H4NO6?, is a salt in which the cation is present as two configurational isomers, disordered across a common centre of inversion in P, with occupancies of 0.847 (3) and 0.153 (3). The anions are linked into chains by a single O—H?O hydrogen bond [H?O 1.71 Å, O?O 2.5063 (15) Å and O—H?O 156°] and the cations link these anion chains into sheets by means of a range of N—H?O hydrogen bonds [H?O 1.81–2.53 Å, N?O 2.718 (5)–3.3554 (19) Å and N—H?O 146–171°]. 相似文献

The title compound, [Ni2(C8H4O4)(C10H24N4)2(H2O)2](ClO4)2, contains two independent octahedral NiII centres with trans‐NiN4O2 chromophores. The bridging benzenedicarboxylate ligand is bonded to the two Ni atoms, each via one O atom of each carboxylate, while the other O atom participates in an intramolecular N—H?O hydrogen bond, forming an S(6) motif. The cations are linked to the perchlorate anions via O—H?O and N—H?O hydrogen bonds [O?O 2.904 (6) and 2.898 (6) Å; O—H?O 158 (6) and 165 (6)°; N?O 3.175 (7) and 3.116 (7) Å; N—H?O 168 and 166°] to form molecular ladders. These ladders are linked by further O—H?O and N—H?O hydrogen bonds [O?O 2.717 (6) and 2.730 (5) Å; O—H?O 170 (4) and 163 (6)°; N?O 3.373 (7) and 3.253 (7) Å; N—H?O 163 and 167°] to form a continuous three‐dimensional framework. The adduct 1,6‐diaminohexane–1,1,1‐tris(4‐hydroxyphenyl)ethane (1/2) is a salt {hexane‐1,6‐diyldiammonium–4‐[1,1‐bis(4‐hydroxyphenyl)ethyl]phenolate (1/2)}, C6H18N22+·2C20H17O3?, in which the cation lies across a centre of inversion in space group P. The anions are linked by two short O—H?O hydrogen bonds [H?O 1.74 and 1.76 Å, O?O 2.5702 (12) and 2.5855 (12) Å, and O—H?O 168 and 169°] into a chain containing two types of R(24) ring. Each cation is linked to four different anion chains by three N—H?O hydrogen bonds [H?O 1.76–2.06 Å, N?O 2.6749 (14)–2.9159 (14) Å and N—H?O 156–172°]. In the adduct 2,2′‐bipyridyl–1,1,1‐tris(4‐hydroxyphenyl)ethane (1/2), C10H8N2·2C20H18O3, the neutral diamine lies across a centre of inversion in space group P21/n. The tris(phenol) molecules are linked by two O—H?O hydrogen bonds [H?O both 1.90 Å, O?O 2.7303 (14) and 2.7415 (15) Å, and O—H?O 173 and 176°] into sheets built from R(38) rings. In the title compound, C4H12N22+·2C8H7O3?·2CH4O, the cations lie across centres of inversion and are disordered over two orientations with equal occupancy; there are equal numbers of (R)‐ and (S)‐mandelate anions present (mandelate is α‐hydroxybenzeneacetate). The anions and the neutral water molecules are linked by O—H?O hydrogen bonds [O?O 2.658 (3) and 2.682 (3) Å, and O—H?O 176 and 166°] into deeply folded zigzag chains. Each orientation of the cation forms two symmetry‐related two‐centre N—H?O hydrogen bonds [N?O 2.588 (4) and 2.678 (4) Å, and N—H?O 177 and 171°] and two asymmetric, but planar, three‐centre N—H?(O)2 hydrogen bonds [N?O 2.686 (4)–3.137 (4) Å and N—H?O 137–147°], and by means of these the cations link the anion/water chains into bilayers. 相似文献

Molecules of the title compounds N2‐(benzoyloxy)benzamidine, C14H12N2O2, (I), N2‐(2‐hydroxybenzoyloxy)benzamidine, C14H12N2O3, (II), and N2‐benzoyloxy‐2‐hydroxybenzamidine, C14H12N2O3, (III), all have extended chain conformations, with the aryl groups remote from one another. In (I), the molecules are linked into chains by a single N—H⋯N hydrogen bond [H⋯N = 2.15 Å, N⋯N = 3.029 (2) Å and N—H⋯N = 153°] and these chains are linked into sheets by means of aromatic π–π stacking interactions. There is one intramolecular O—H⋯O hydrogen bond in (II), and a combination of one three‐centre N—H⋯(N,O) hydrogen bond [H⋯N = 2.46 Å, H⋯O = 2.31 Å, N⋯N = 3.190 (2) Å, N⋯O = 3.146 (2) Å, N—H⋯N = 138° and N—H⋯O = 154°] and one two‐centre C—H⋯O hydrogen bond [H⋯O = 2.46 Å, C⋯O = 3.405 (2) Å and C—H⋯O = 173°] links the molecules into sheets. The structure of the title compound, C9H8N4, comprises non‐planar molecules that associate via pyrimidine N—H?N dimer R(8) hydrogen‐bonding associations [N?N 3.1870 (17) Å] and form linear hydrogen‐bonded chains via a pyrimidine N—H?N(pyridyl) interaction [N?N 3.0295 (19) Å]. The dihedral angle between the two rings is 24.57 (5)°. The structure of the 1:1 adduct with 4‐aminobenzoic acid, C9H8N4·C7H7NO2, exhibits a hydrogen‐bonding network involving COOH?N(pyridyl) [O?N 2.6406 (17) Å], pyrimidine N—H?N [N?N 3.0737 (19) and 3.1755 (18) Å] and acid N—H?O interactions [N?O 3.0609 (17) and 2.981 (2) Å]. The title compound, [HgBr(C7H4NO4)(H2O)], was obtained by the reaction of an aqueous solution of mercury(II) bromide and pyridine‐2,6‐dicarboxylic acid (picolinic acid, dipicH2). The shortest bond distances to Hg are Hg—Br 2.412 (1) Å and Hg—N 2.208 (5) Å; the corresponding N—Hg—Br angle of 169.6 (1)° corresponds to a slightly distorted linear coordination. There are also four longer Hg—O interactions, three from dipicH? [2.425 (4) and 2.599 (4) Å within the asymmetric unit, and 2.837 (4) Å from a symmetry‐related molecule] and one from the bonded water molecule [2.634 (4) Å]. The effective coordination of Hg can thus be described as 2+4. The molecules are connected to form double‐layer chains parallel to the y axis by strong O—H?O hydrogen bonds between carboxylic acid groups of neighbouring molecules, and by weaker hydrogen bonds involving both H atoms of the water molecule and the O atoms of the carboxylic acid groups. 相似文献

In the title compounds, C6H8N3O2+·NO3? and C5H6N3O2+·CH3SO3?, respectively, the cations are almost planar; the twist of the nitramino group about the C—N and N—N bonds does not exceed 10°. The deviations from coplanarity are accounted for by intermolecular N—H?O interactions. The coplanarity of the NHNO2 group and the phenyl ring leads to the deformation of the nitramino group. The C—N—N angle and one C—C—N angle at the junction of the phenyl ring and the nitramino group are increased from 120° by ca 6°, whereas the other junction C—C—N angle is decreased by ca 5°. Within the nitro group, the O—N—O angle is increased by ca 5° and one O—N—N angle is decreased by ca 5°, whereas the other O—N—N angle remains almost unchanged. The cations are connected to the anions by relatively strong N—H?O hydrogen bonds [shortest H?O separations 1.77 (2)–1.81 (3) Å] and much weaker C—H?O hydrogen bonds [H?O separations 2.30 (2)–2.63 (3) Å]. 相似文献
