O-甲基-α-羟基烃基膦酸酯单金属盐的合成

以KF-Al2O3为催化剂，通过亚膦酸二甲酯与各种酮加成反应，生成一系列α-羟基烃基膦酸酯，它们再与不同的碱金属盐作用合成了12个未见文献报道的O-甲基-α-羟基烃基膦酸酯单金属盐。通过^1H NMR，IR和元素分析确证了它们的结构。

尿苷5′-O-α-(苄氧羰基氨基)芳甲基膦酸酯的合成及其生物活性研究

设计合成了一系列含氨基芳甲基膦酸酯的核苷衍生物，并研究了有关反应，产物结构经元素分析，IR，^1H NMR和^31P NMR证实，部分化合物作了抗肿瘤活性初步测定。     

大环Schiff碱化合物的合成、表征及其荧光活性研究

含乙酰丙酮类大环Schiff碱化合物一般都具有良好的荧光活性．采用模板合成法,用对苯二胺与乙酰丙酮反应合成得到的Schiff碱配体（H2L）与烷基二胺（即1,2-乙二胺,1,3-丙二胺,1,4-丁二胺）反应合成了3种新型大环Schiff碱化合物,通过元素分析,^1H NMR,IR,MS,UV,摩尔电导等手段对合成得到的化合物进行了组成和结构表征,同时在DMF溶液中对大环Schiff碱锌（Ⅱ）配合物的荧光活性进行了初步研究．     

3,6-双(1氢-1,2,3,4-四唑-5-氨基)-1,2,4,5-四嗪的合成与表征

研究了低感度高氮化合物3，6-双(1氢-1，2，3，4-四唑-5-氨基)-1，2，4，5-四嗪的合成，其结构经元素分析，IR，^1H NMR和^13C NMR表征。     

2-氨基-4,5-二取代烃嘧啶类衍生物的新合成方法

研究了2-氨基-4,5-二烃基取代嘧啶类衍生物的一个新的简易合成方法,该方法以简单且廉价的4个芳香醛和3个脂肪醛为原料,经过四步反应得到12个2-氨基-4,5-二烃基取代嘧啶类化合物,总收率在40%～70%,经氢核磁共振(1H NMR)、碳核磁共振(13C NMR)和高效液质联用(LC-MS)对其目标产物进行表征.     

N-糖基-N＇-酰氨基硫脲及其环合产物的合成

以L-α-氨基酸为起始原料，经酯化、氨基保护、肼解制得N-对甲苯磺酰基-L—α-氨基酸酰肼2，再与糖基异硫氰酸酯3～5反应，得到9种新型N-糖基-N＇-酰氨基硫脲6～8，然后在Hg（OAc）2／EtOH条件下关环，合成了一系列新的2-对甲苯磺酰氨基烃基-5-糖氨基-1，3，4-噁二唑类化合物9～11．所有新化合物的结构均经IR，^1H NMR，MS谱和元素分析确证．     

Microwave-assisted synthesis and biological activity of new Schiff bases derived from dimers of 4-amino-3-[3-(1-benzyl)indole]-5-thiomethyl-1,2,4-triazole

An expeditious method with microwave irradiation has been developed for synthesis of novel Schiff bases from dimers of 4-amino-3-[3-(1-benzyl)indole]-5-thiomethyl-1,2,4-triazole. Its distinct advantages are short reaction times and good conversion. The structures of these new Schiff bases were established by ¹H NMR, IR, and mass spectroscopy, and elemental analysis. The antibacterial activity of ten novel Schiff bases against three bacterial strains was studied by the disk diffusion method. Preliminary results indicated that some of the compounds had strong antibacterial activity.     

Assembling of Complex Heterocyclic Ensembles, Schiff Bases, from 5-Amino-3-[2-(4,5,6,7-tetrahydroindolyl)]pyrazoles and 1-Vinyl(ethyl)-2-formylimidazoles

Condensation of 5-amino-3-(2-pyrrolyl)pyrazoles with 1-vinyl(ethyl)-2-formylimidazoles afforded complex heterocyclic ensembles: Schiff bases containing pyrrole, pyrazole, and imidazole rings. The cis,trans-orientation of CH = N and CH₂ = CH groups and E-isomeric structure of the Schiff bases under study with respect to the imine fragment, and also the presence of intra- and intermolecular hydrogen bonds were established.     

(苯并-15-冠-5)双Schiff 碱的合成

由苯并-15-冠-5经硝化、还原两步反应,制得4',5'-二氨基苯并-15-冠-5(2)。后者与水杨醛或其取代衍生物缩合,合成了一系列新的冠醚化双Schiff碱化合物1a～1h,经元素分析、IR、^1^HNMR和MS确证了其结构。     

Synthesis of 5-(4-aminophenyl)-2-(arylamino)-1,3,4-thiadiazoles and their schiff base derivatives as antimycobacterial agents

The condensation reaction of 5-(4-aminophenyl)-N-aryl-1,3,4-thiadiazol-2-ylamines with salicyl-aldehyde, 3-hydroxybenzaldehyde, 4-hydroxybenzaldehyde, 5-bromosalicylaldehyde, 5-chlorosalicyl-aldehyde, 4-methoxybenzaldehyde, 3-nitrobenzaldehyde, and 4-nitrobenzaldehyde results in series of new Schiff bases. The synthesized compounds were tested for their antimicrobial efficiency against Mycobacterium smegmatis PTCC 1307 in vitro. All compounds showed significant antiproliferative activity against M. smegmatis.

Photochemical reactions of group VIB metal carbonyls with heterocyclic Schiff bases derived from 4-amino -3-hydrazino-5-mercapto-1,2,4-triazole

The new complexes, M(CO)₅(Schiff base) [M?=?Cr; 1, Mo; 2, W; 3, Schiff base?=?4-salicylidenamino-3-hydrazino-5-mercapto-1,2,4-triazole, SAHMT, a; 4-(2-hydroxynaphthylidenamino)-3-hydrazino-5-mercapto-1,2,4-triazole, 2HNAHMT, b; 4-(3-hydroxybenzylidenamino)-3-hydrazino-5-mercapto-1,2,4- triazole, 3HBAHMT, c; 4-(4-hydroxybenzylidenamino)-3-hydrazino-5-mercapto-1,2,4- triazole, 4HBAHMT, d; 4-(5-bromosalicylidenamino)-3-hydrazino-5-mercapto-1,2,4-triazole, 5BrSAHMT, e; were synthesized by photochemical reaction of metal carbonyls M(CO)₆ (M?=?Cr, Mo, W) with new heterocyclic Schiff bases derived from 4-amino-3-hydrazino-5-mercapto-1,2,4-triazole, a–e. The ligands and complexes have been characterized by elemental analysis, EI-mass spectrometry, FT-IR, ¹H and ¹³C-{¹H}-NMR spectroscopy. The spectroscopic studies show that Schiff bases, a–e, are monodentate and coordinate via azomethine N donor to the central metal atom in M(CO)₅(Schiff base) (M?=?Cr, Mo, W).     

Synthesis, potentiometric and antimicrobial studies on metal complexes of isoxazole Schiff bases

The metal complexes of Cu(II), Ni(II) and Co(II) with Schiff bases of 3-(2-hydroxy-3-ethoxybenzylideneamino)-5-methyl isoxazole [HEBMI] and 3-(2-hydroxy-5-nitrobenzylidene amino)-5-methyl isoxazole [HNBMI] which were obtained by the condensation of 3-amino-5-methyl isoxazole with substituted salicylaldehydes have been synthesized. Schiff bases and their complexes have been characterized on the basis of elemental analysis, magnetic moments, molar conductivity, thermal analysis and spectral (IR, UV, NMR and Mass) studies. The spectral data show that these ligands act in a monovalent bidentate fashion, co-ordinating through phenolic oxygen and azomethine nitrogen atoms. Chelates of Co(II), Ni(II) appear to be octahedral and Cu(II) appears to be distorted octahedral. To investigate the relationship between formation constants of binary complexes and antimicrobial activity, the dissociation constants of Schiff bases and stability constants of their binary metal complexes have been determined potentiometrically in aqueous solution at 30+/-1 degrees C and at 0.1 M KNO3 ionic strength and discussed. Antimicrobial activities of the Schiff bases and their complexes were screened. The structure-activity correlation in Schiff bases and their metal(II) complexes are discussed, based on the effect of their stability constants. It is observed that the activity enhances upon complexation and the order of activity is in accordance with stability order of metal ions.     

Synthesis of 3-[4-(1-Benzofuran-2-yl)-1,3-thiazol-2-yl]-2-(4-aryl)-1,3-thiazolidin-4-one Derivatives as Biological Agents

A protocol for the synthesis of 3-[4-(1-benzofuran-2-yl)-1,3-thiazol-2-yl]-2-(4-aryl)-1,3-thiazolidin-4-one derivatives (5a–e) has been developed from 1-(1-benzofuran-2-yl)-2-bromoethanone (2),which served as a key intermediate for the synthesis of the title compounds. The reaction of compound 2 with thiourea furnished 4-(1-benzofuran-2-yl)-1,3-thiazol-2-amine 3, which upon further reaction with various aromatic aldehydes, gave Schiff bases 4a–e. These Schiff bases, when treated with thioacetic acid in the presence of catalytic amount of anhydrous ZnCl₂, yielded thiazolidinone derivatives 5a–e. All the newly synthesized compounds have been characterized by analytical and spectral data and screened for their antimicrobial and analgesic activity.

在低价钛试剂作用下,以四氢呋喃为溶剂,研究了2-(2-硝基苯基)咪唑与席夫碱的分子间还原偶联反应.结果发现席夫碱中C-N键的断裂优于其与硝基的偶联成环,生成了5,6-二氢化咪唑并[1,2-c]喹唑啉.     

含三氟甲基均三唑环的Mannich碱的合成

以3-三氟甲基-4-氨基-5-巯基-1,2,4-三唑(1)为原料,与芳醛在冰醋酸中缩合得相应Schiff碱(2～5),(2～5)与各种仲胺和芳胺在室温下反应,制得24个新的Mannich碱(6～9),利用IR,^1HNMR、MS和元素分析确定了这些化合物的结构。
