在对叔丁基硫杂杯[4]芳烃的下缘1,3位引入芳醛基, 合成了硫杂杯[4]二醛基衍生物2. 化合物2与苯胺、水杨酰肼、烟酰肼、异烟酰肼等通过席夫碱缩合反应得到新型硫杂杯[4]氮杂衍生物3a~3d, 产率分别为83%, 80%, 77%和79%. 化合物2与邻苯二胺、乙二酰肼、丙二酰肼、己二酰肼等通过“1+1”分子间缩合得到新型1,3-桥联硫杂杯[4]氮杂衍生物4a~4d, 产率53%, 51%, 59%和66%. 新化合物的结构经IR, 1H NMR, MS和元素分析等证实. 相似文献

以对叔丁基硫桥杯[4]芳烃(1)为原料, 在碳酸钾存在下与碘甲烷反应, 生成1,3-二取代桥杯[4]芳烃(2), 其分别与1,2-二溴乙烷, 1,3-二溴丙烷在碳酸钾的存在下进行烷基化反应, 生成硫桥杯[4]芳烃衍生物3和4. 在氢氧化钠存在下,其与过量的含不同官能团的2-巯基-1,3,4-噻二唑反应, 生成下缘含1,3,4-噻二唑基的硫桥杯[4]芳烃衍生物5a, 5b, 6a和6b, 并通过了1H NMR, 13C NMR, IR, MS和元素分析的确证. 同时, X射线分析确定了硫桥杯[4]芳烃3和5a的晶体结构. 相似文献

以杯[4]芳烃为平台,构筑结构与识别性能独特的杯[4]芳烃衍生物是有机超分子化学的重要研究领域.本文中,杯[4]二芳胺基衍生物3与异硫氰酸苯酯反应得到开链的二硫脲基杯[4]衍生物4,产率为95%.化合物3与等物质的量对二异硫氰酸苯酯反应得到二硫脲基桥连杯[4]衍生物5,产率为80%.与过量的对二异硫氰酸苯酯反应则以产率为82%得到化合物6.化合物6进一步与水杨酰肼反应得到含硫脲基的多重氮杂杯[4]衍生物7,产率为75%.紫外光谱配合实验表明新主体分子4~7对测试的4种有机染料分子(橙黄Ⅰ、茜绿素、维多利亚蓝和亚甲基蓝)均显示出较强的配合能力,配合常数的数量级达10~5,配合比为1∶1.开链结构与多重胺基和芳基结构更有利于配位包合能力的提高. 相似文献

By reacting thiacalix[4]arene with p-tosyloxyethoxylbenzaldehyde 1, 3-bis(benzaldehyde-4-oxyethyloxy)-p-tert-butylthiacalix[4]arene (2) were prepared in yield of 65%. Refluxing compound 2 with aniline, salicylic hydrazide, nicotinic hydrazide and isonicotinic hydrazide, novel ringopening 1,3-bis-arylformyl-hydrazone substituted thiacalix[4]arene derivatives (3a–3d) were obtained in yields of 77–89%. Refluxing compound 2 with o-phenylendiamine, oxalyl dihydrazide, malonic dihydrazide and adipic dihydrazide in “1 + 1” intermolecular condensation mode under diluted condition, novel 1,3-bis-acyl hydrazone-bridged calix[4]arene derivatives (4a–4d) were prepared in good yields. Moreover, by condensating compound 2 with 1,3-bis(hydrazinocarbonyl-methoxy)-p-tert-butylcalix[4]arene (5), the first example of hydrazone-bridged biscalixarene (6) with calix[4]arene and thiacalix[4]arene subunits was facilely synthesized in yield of 90%. The noncompetitive and competitive extracting experiments showed that these novel hosts were good receptors for both metal cations and α-amino acids. Compounds 3a–3d and 4a–4d showed similar binding properties with high extraction percentage but low extracting selectivities. Biscalixarene 6 exhibited not only high extracting abilities but also good extracting selectivities. 相似文献

By formylation of calix[4]-1,3-aza-crown in hexamethylenetetramine/trifluoroacetic acid system, the first formylated calix[4]-aza-crown derivative 6 was synthesized in yield of 61%. Reacting compound 6 with salicyloyl hydrazine, 2,4-dinitrophenyl hydrazine, nicotinyl hydrazine or phenyl thiosemicarbazide afforded four novel calix[4]crown hydrazone derivatives 7a–d in yields of 70–90%. By condensating compound 6 with series of bifunctional reagents, the novel mono-bridged biscalix[4]-aza-crown hydrazone derivatives 8a–c were prepared in high yields. The extraction experiments showed that all new compounds were good receptors for metal cations, especially, for soft metal cations. The extraction results suggested that the hydrazone groups produced favorable influences for binding soft cations. The two calix[4]arene units in compounds 8a–c could bind metal cations concurrently. 相似文献

The first examples of lariat calix[4]-1,3-aza-crowns with chiral amino acid groups as branched chains (5a and 5b) were designed and synthesized via a 1 + 1 addition reaction of calix[4]-1,3-substituted benzaldehyde derivative (4) and amino acid hydrazide derivatives (3a and 3b) in yields of 70% and 75%, respectively. In the present study, two novel calix[4]arene receptors containing triphenylamine units in 1,3-alternate conformation have been synthesized and characterized in detail. First, the 25,27-dipropoxy-26,28-bis[(3-aminopropyl)oxy]-calix[4]arene 4 and 25,26,27,28-tetra[(3-aminopropyl)oxy]-calix[4]arene 7 were prepared by using convenient reagents. Then, these amino derivatives of calix[4]arene were converted to Schiff base derivatives appended to triphenylamine of calix[4]arene (5 and 8) using 4-formyltriphenylamine via condensation. The 1,3-alternate conformation of the synthesized calix[4]arenes was determined by 1H and 13C NMR analyses. Also, their structures have been characterized by using 1H and 13C NMR, infrared, and elemental analyses. Supplemental materials are available for this article. By formylation of 1,3-bisubstituted calix[4]arene anthraquinone derivative 1 in hexamethylenetetramine/trifluoroacetic acid system, the corresponding formylated gecalix[4]arene anthraquinone derivative 2 was synthesized in yield of 63%. By further reacting compound 2 with salicylic hydrazide, 2,4-dinitrophenyl hydrazine, nicotinyl hydrazine or phenyl thiosemicarhazide, novel calix[4]arene derivatives with anthraquinone and hydrazone groups 3a–3d were obtained in yields of 74–83%. The extracting experiments for series of metallic cations showed that compounds 3a–3d possessed high extracting abilities and extracting selectivity for tested cations. The complexation UV-Vis spectra for a series of anions indicated compounds 3a–3d exhibited the strong complexation abilities for tested anions. The 1H-NMR titration study showed that compound 3d possessed excellent complexation abilities for ion-pair of NaH2PO4 in 1:1 host-guest complex with the association constant of 4.6 × 104 M?1. 相似文献

Inherently chiral biscalixarenes with hetero-cavities were synthesized by a covalent assembly of p-tert-butylcalix[5]arene with a 1,3-substituted calix[4]arene via 1,3-alkylation reaction and subsequent desymmetrization. The racemates were resolved by chiral HPLC method. 1H NMR spectra, VT-NMR spectra, and theoretical calculations support that the calix[5]arene subunit of the inherently chiral calix[4][5]arene ester adopts a cone-in conformation, with the aromatic ring bearing the CH2CO2Et group tilting inward the calix[5]arene cavity. By contrast, such a cone-in structural feature of the calix[5]arene subunit disappears for the corresponding inherently chiral calix[4][5]arene carboxylic acid, due to the intramolecular hydrogen bonding between the carboxyl group and an ethereal oxygen of the glycolic chain. 相似文献

A series of novel calix[4](aza)crowns 2a–2d containing acylhydrazone groups was designed and synthesized via 1+1 condensation of calix[4]‐1,3‐substituted benzaldehyde derivative 1 with bis‐hydrazides in 85–90% yields. They showed good complexation abilities toward α‐amino acids and exhibited complexation selectivity toward tryptophane. 相似文献
