传统的单头基单烷烃链表面活性剂由于离子头基间的电荷斥力或水化引起的分离倾向使得它们在界面或分子聚集体中难以紧密排列,造成表面活性偏低 .为克服这一缺陷进行了大量尝试,例如添加无机电解质屏蔽离子头基的电荷斥力、升高温度以降低头基的水化,甚至采用合适的二元表面活性剂复配等等 .当前一种从根本上克服头基间分离倾向的化学方法正受到关注 [1],这种方法通过化学键将二个单头基单烷烃链表面活性剂在离子头基处用联接基团( spacer)使其联接起来,从而获得称之为 Gemini的新型表面活性剂 [2]. Gemini表面活性剂大大促进了其 "…  相似文献

Gemini双季铵盐表面活性剂性能优异但生物和化学降解性差,在Gemini双季铵盐表面活性剂结构中引入酯基官能团可以提升产物性能。酯基Gemini双季铵盐表面活性剂含有酯基和双季铵盐基,具有高表面活性、吸附、絮凝、抗盐、湿润、乳化、杀菌防腐和易生物分解等优点,应用前景广阔。本文综述了酯基Gemini双季铵盐表面活性剂的合成路线、性能和石油化工的应用状况,结合发展需求对酯基Gemini双季铵盐表面活性剂的未来发展进行了分析和展望。  相似文献

氨基酸基Gemini表面活性剂因具有高表面活性、独特的流变性能和优异的生物相容性等诸多优点受到科研工作者的青睐。本文按照氨基酸类型和亲水基种类对其进行归纳和总结,综述了氨基酸基Gemini表面活性剂的合成、性能和应用研究进展,指出开发简单合成步骤制备新型结构的高光学纯度的氨基酸基Gemini表面活性剂、探讨手性碳原子的立体构型对于其自组装行为的影响是今后的研究重点。  相似文献

Gemini表面活性剂是通过联接基团将两个具有亲水亲油性质的两亲结构单元在其亲水头基上或靠近亲水头基处以共价键方式连接而成的一类表面活性剂。这类表面活性剂由于联接基团的引入具有比传统单链表面活性剂更高的表面活性,同时分子结构中更多的可调控因素使其在水溶液中表现出更为丰富的自聚集行为,而且分子不同部位结构的改变对分子内或分子间相互作用产生不同的影响,可实现通过分子结构的设计有效调控其自聚集能力和聚集体结构。本综述将从联接基团、烷基链、亲水头基、反离子和其它功能性基团这五个方面概述近些年Gemini表面活性剂水溶液中聚集行为方面的研究进展,总结人们对Gemini表面活性剂分子间相互作用规律的认识,期望对于进一步发展这类高效的表面活性剂体系提供有益的帮助。  相似文献

本文合成了含酰胺基团和不含酰胺基团的两类Gemini阳离子表面活性剂,测定了其表面活性参数,研究了酰胺基团对表面活性剂的表面活性和聚集行为的影响。结果表明,酰胺基团提高了Gemini阳离子表面活性剂的临界胶团浓度,降低了胶团聚集数,增强了胶团微极性,增大了表面活性剂的饱和吸附量。  相似文献

合成了5种m-6-m型Gemini双季铵盐表面活性剂,在对产物结构和表面活性进行分析的基础上,分别采用紫外分光光度法和荧光分光光度法考察了m-6-m型Gemini双季铵盐表面活性剂与DNA的相互作用.结果表明,m-6-m型Gemini表面活性剂的CMC随烷基疏水链的增长呈逐渐下降趋势.几种表面活性剂均没有使DNA的紫外吸收峰发生红移或蓝移现象,说明复合物无嵌插作用或氢键形成,表面活性剂与DNA作用后的吸光度随表面活性剂浓度的增大而增强,当表面活性剂的浓度相同时,吸光度随疏水链的增大而逐渐减弱.Gemini表面活性剂浓度增大导致荧光强度降低,表面活性剂与DNA作用时的猝灭为静态猝灭,随着疏水链长度的增长,荧光猝灭常数降低,表面活性剂与DNA之间的作用力减弱.  相似文献

Gemini表面活性剂是一类高效的新型表面活性剂,而醇是工业界和日化领域最常采用的表面活性剂助剂,因此研究不同结构的醇对Gemini表面活性剂表面活性和胶束化行为的影响规律和机理对于促进Gemini表面活性剂的发展和实际应用具有重要意义.利用表面张力、电导、等温滴定微量热,低温透射电镜和核磁共振研究了直链醇1-戊醇和具有相同主链的支链醇2-己醇与3-庚醇对具有不同长度连接基团阳离子季铵盐型Gemini表面活性剂C12CSC12Br2S=2,4,6,8,10,12)的表面活性和胶束化行为的影响,结果发现,支链醇能够显著影响表面活性剂在气/液界面的排布,使得C20 (使溶剂的表面张力降低20 mN/m所需的表面活性剂浓度)和γCMC (CMC时表面张力值)随醇支化度的增加而显著降低,而支链醇对表面活性剂在溶液中的临界胶束浓度以及胶束的尺寸和形貌均没有明显影响,同时这些醇对Gemini表面活性剂的影响与连接基团的长度相关.阐述了上述结果产生的机理,将有助于指导如何选择合适结构的醇助剂去调控Gemini表面活性剂的表面和溶液性质.  相似文献

以CO_2/N_2为开关,在CO_2的作用下连接基1,6-己二醇硫酸酯钠盐与N,N-二甲基烷基胺发生相互作用,制备出不同链长的Gemini型CO_2/N_2开关表面活性剂,鼓泡通入N_2后会使该类表面活性剂的表面活性消失,重复通入CO_2和N_24次,能可逆地控制Gemini表面活性剂表面活性的有无.测量了3种不同疏水链碳数(14,16和18)的Gemini型CO_2/N_2开关表面活性剂水溶液的表面性能,实验结果显示随着表面活性剂疏水链长的增加,临界胶束浓度(ccmc)和气液界面最大吸附量(Γmax)逐渐减小,表面活性剂在界面的单分子面积(Amin)和效率因子(pc20)值逐渐增大,表面压(πcmc)受疏水链长影响较小,表现出较高的表面活性.以CO_2和N_2为开关还可控制表面活性剂起泡性能,循环4次,对起泡能力没有影响.  相似文献

利用分子动力学模拟方法研究了系列离子液体型Gemini咪唑表面活性剂在水溶液中的表面活性和胶束化能力. 模拟结果表明,压力张量法得到的表面张力模拟值偏小,需乘以修正系数矫正;分子动力学模拟得到的临界胶束浓度变化规律与实验相符,可以定性比较不同结构的离子液体型Gemini咪唑分子间的胶束化能力;温度的升高会加剧分子的热运动,不利于离子液体型Gemini咪唑表面活性剂在水溶液中形成胶束;此外,研究还发现联接基不同的离子液体型Gemini咪唑表面活性剂可能遵循不同的胶束化机理.S≤6时,单个分子自组装成胶球后发生聚合形成大胶团.随着咪唑上长烷烃链碳数的增加,[Cn-4-Cnim]胶束化能力提高;而随着联接链长度增加,[C10-S-C10im]胶束化能力降低;当S >6时,分子联接基弯曲并伸入其它分子烷烃链内部以减小头基分离力,从而形成稳定的胶束或胶团.随着联接基团亚甲基数的增加,头基斥力减小,附加疏水相互作用增强,[C10-S-C10im]胶束化能力提高.  相似文献

表面活性剂可以与污泥表面的胞外聚合物(EPS)吸附形成胶束,释放出自由水和结合水,从而达到改善污泥脱水性能的目的.本文采用粗粒化的分子动力学模拟方法,研究了Gemini表面活性剂与EPS形成复合物的过程和结构.聚电解质链的亲疏水性对吸附过程有显著影响,亲水聚电解质链与Gemini表面活性剂吸附的主要驱动力为静电吸引,Gemini表面活性剂头基吸附在链上,尾链朝向溶剂;疏水聚电解质链与Gemini表面活性剂吸附过程由静电作用与疏水作用共同促进,Gemini表面活性剂以平行于聚电解质链的构型存在.Gemini表面活性剂联结基团长度对吸附过程的影响甚微;聚电解质链的电荷密度对亲水聚电解质链的吸附产生协同作用,对疏水聚电解质链的吸附不产生作用.  相似文献

A series of novel cationic gemini surfactants with diethylammonium headgroups and a diamido spacer were synthesized, and their surface and bulk properties were investigated by surface tension, electrical conductivity, fluorescence, viscosity, dynamic light scattering (DLS), and transmission electron microscopy (TEM) measurements. An interesting phenomenon, that is, the obvious decline in surface tension upon increasing concentration above the critical micelle concentration (cmc), was found in these gemini surfactant solutions, and two explanations were proposed. This surface tension behavior could be explained by the rapid increase in the counterion activity in the bulk phase or the continued filling of the interface with increasing surfactant concentration above the cmc. More interestingly, not only vesicles but also the surfactant-concentration-induced vesicle to larger aggregate (spongelike aggregate) transition and the salt-induced vesicle and spongelike aggregate to micelle transition were found in the aqueous solutions of these gemini surfactants. The spongelike aggregate that is first reported in the cationic gemini surfactant-water binary system is probably caused by the adhesion and fusion of vesicles at high surfactant concentration.  相似文献

Reduced-sugar based gemini surfactants with an α,ω-diamino-(oxa)alkyl spacer exhibit a rich pH-dependent aggregation behavior and are efficient DNA carriers in gene transfection. Herein, we describe an improved synthetic procedure for these amphiphiles. First, a series of novel nonionic bolaform amphiphiles with identical headgroups and α,ω-diamino-(oxa)alkyl spacers were synthesized by reductive aminations involving α,ω-diaminoalkanes and the appropriate sugars or aldehydes. The bolaform compounds were used as starting materials for the synthesis of the corresponding reduced-sugar based gemini surfactants in a reductive alkylation reaction employing a polymer-bound cyanoborohydride. 分子结构对称的gemini 表面活性剂是通过联接链将两个相同头基和相同烷烃链的普通表面活性剂在头基或靠近头基处以化学键方式联接在一起,这种表面活性剂产生了新颖且复杂的自组织行为,引起人们的高度关注。但由于合成上的困难,迄今为止较少研究分子结构不对称的gemini 表面活性剂(又称为杂双子表面活性剂,heterogemini surfactant) 。初步研究显示heterogeminis 在分子自组织过程中具有更多可调控的分子结构因素,获得了某些新颖的结果,例如明显增大了自组织过程的焓驱动力,正-负离子头基分子构成了无反离子的体系,长-短烷烃主链分子成功地将形成的囊泡串接起来等。本文综述当前的研究进展,并提出某些潜在的研究意义。  相似文献

研究了阳离子型双子表面活性剂,二溴化-N,N'-二(二甲基烷基)乙(已)二铵,以及它们与阴离子表面活性剂十二烷基苯磺酸钠(SDBS)复配体系的表面活性,测定上述体系的平衡态表面张力。结果表明:双子表面活性剂的表面活性大大高于十二烷基三甲溴化铵(DTAB);对于两种双子表面活性剂,其表面活性和表面张力时间效应受其联接基团的影响远大于其烷基链的影响。双子表面活性剂与SDAB复配,其协同效应不如DTAB。动表面张力测定得到它们的各种参:t~i,t~m,γ~m,t*和n等值,结果表面双子表面活性剂的瞬时活性也高于DTAB。  相似文献

The condensation of calf thymus DNA into the cholesteric-like psi-phase was observed by circular dichroism in liposome suspensions formulated with specific cationic gemini surfactants. The stereochemistry of the gemini spacer, the presence of specific functional groups, and the covalent link between the headgroups are fundamental issues in the condensation of DNA. Transmission electron microscopy images showed a multilamellar morphology, which corresponds with condensation.  相似文献

A series of homologous gemini surfactants possessing identical hydrophobic chains but different ionic head groups (cationic, anionic, zwitterionic) were synthesized, and their aqueous solution properties were examined. The results showed that the surface activities of gemini surfactants are superior to those of corresponding conventional monomeric surfactants, and molecular arrangements of gemini surfactants at the air-water interface are tighter than those of corresponding conventional surfactants. It was also found that zwitterionic gemini surfactant possesses the highest surface activity among the three surfactants. The behavior at the air-water interface is closely related to the molecular structural features of surfactants, which provide an indication for synthesizing highly-efficient surfactants.   相似文献

The interactions of cationic gemini surfactants, 1,2-bis(alkyldimethylammonio)ethane dibromide (m-2-m: m is hydrocarbon chain length, m = 10 and 12), and an anionic polymer, sodium poly(styrene sulfonate) (PSS), have been characterized by several techniques such as tensiometry, fluorescence spectroscopy, and dynamic light scattering. The surface tension of gemini surfactant/PSS mixed systems decreases with surfactant concentration, reaching break points, which are taken as critical aggregation concentrations (cac). The surface tension at the cac of mixtures is higher than that of single surfactants, and it is found that at concentrations above the cac, the surfactant molecules are associated with the polymer in the bulk. The 12-2-12/PSS mixed system shows higher surface activity than both 10-2-10/PSS and the monomeric surfactant of dodecyltrimethylammonium bromide/PSS systems. Fluorescence measurements of these mixed systems suggest the formation of a complex with a highly hydrophobic environment in the bulk of the solution. Additionally, dynamic light scattering measurements show that the hydrodynamic diameter of the 12-2-12/PSS mixed system is smaller than that of PSS only at low concentration, indicating interactions between surfactant and polymer. These result from the electrostatic attraction between ammonium and sulfate headgroups as well as the hydrophobic interaction between their hydrocarbon chains.  相似文献

The properties of didodecyldiphenylether disulfonate gemini-type surfactants have been studied and compared to mono-alkylated and monosulfonated analogous surfactants. Dynamic and equilibrium surface tension measurements indicate that the gemini surfactants have a higher surface activity compared to that of the monoalkyl analogues. The gemini-type surfactants have much larger surface area per molecule, opposite effect of carbon number on CMC and considerable swelling of the micelles upon increasing surfactant concentration. Determination of aggregation numbers by fluorescence measurements reveals that the longer chain gemini surfactants form micelles having less than 10 molecules per micelle.  相似文献
