Chemical investigation of methanolic extracts of the two Indonesian marine sponges Stylissa massa and Stylissa flabelliformis yielded 25 bromopyrrole alkaloids including 2 new metabolites. The structures of all isolated compounds were unambiguously elucidated based on extensive 1D and 2D NMR, LR-MS and HR-MS analyses. All isolated compounds were assayed for their antiproliferative and protein kinase inhibitory activities. Several of the tested compounds revealed selective activity(ies) which suggested preliminary SARs of the isolated bromopyrrole alkaloids.  相似文献

In addition to lupeol (1a), three long-chain alkanoic acid esters of lupeol, in which two were new, were isolated from the hexane and ethyl acetate twigs extract of Dorstenia harmsiana Engl. (Moraceae). The structures of the new compounds were elucidated on the basis of 1D and 2D NMR experiments. Some isolated compounds were evaluated for their antimicrobial activities. The lupeol and its three long-chain alkanoic acid esters showed antifungal and antibacterial activities.  相似文献

The two new compounds (3-methyl-1-nonene-3-ol and 2',3'-dihydroxy propyl pentadecanoate) and four known compounds were isolated from Trifolium resupinatum L. var. microcephalum Zoh. (Leguminosae). An iridoid glucoside reptoside (1) has been isolated as a DNA damaging active agent by bioassay-guided fractionation of the methanol extract of Ajuga postii. Furthermore, from the acetone extract of A. postii two known triterpenic compounds ursolic acid, alpha-amyrin and two steroidal compounds (24S)-24-ethylcholesta-5,25-dien-3beta-ol and beta-sitosterol were isolated. Four new non-glycosidic iridoids, piscrocins D (1), E (2), F (6), and G (7), as well as two new iridoid glycosides, piscrosides A (8) and B (9), were isolated from the roots of Neopicrorhiza scrophulariiflora (Scrophulariaceae), together with seven known iridoids. The structures of the isolated compounds were established by means of 1D and 2D NMR spectroscopy and chemical methods. The hepatoprotective activities of these compounds were evaluated by measuring their effects on CCl(4)-induced hepatocytes damage in vitro, and the structure-activity relationships were also discussed.  相似文献

Six steroidal saponins and two pregnane glycosides were isolated from the BuOH subfraction of 70% EtOH extract of Smilax microphylla C.H.Wright, among them two were new compounds (1 and 7). Pregnane glycosides were firstly isolated from the genus Smilax (Smilacaceae). Structures of the new compounds were determined on the basis of HR‐ESI‐MS, 1D and 2D NMR spectroscopic analysis. Two compounds, apigenin-8-C-beta-D-glucopyranoside and 2-(hydroxymethylthio)ethanol, were extracted from the fermentation products of a strain of endophytic fungus, Colletotrichum sp. NTB-2, isolated from the leafstalk of Ginkgo biloba. The structures of the two compounds were determined on the basis of extensive spectroscopic analysis, including 1D and 2D NMR spectral data. Two new sesterterpenes, 1 and 2 , have been isolated from the lichen Leprocaulon microscopicum. In addition to classic chromatographic methods, a liquid‐liquid chromatography technique, namely centrifugal partition chromatography (CPC) was applied for the purification of compound 2 . The structures were determined by analyses of mass spectrometry and 1D‐ and 2D‐NMR data. The relative configuration of the isolated compounds was assigned on the basis of 2D‐NOESY experiments. The two compounds possess a rare pentacyclic carbon skeleton typical for lichen metabolism, and quite unusual in the vegetal kingdom.  相似文献

We report the isolation of a new sesquiterpene, named as syripinol (1), and two known compounds from the volatile oil of the stems of Syringa pinnatifolia, for the first time. The structures of the isolated compounds were elucidated on the basis of spectroscopic methods including UV, IR, ESI-MS, 1D and 2D NMR techniques. The crude aqueous ethanol extract of the cones of Alnus glutinosa (L.) Gaertn. (Betulaceae; black alder, European alder) was obtained and further partitioned between water and various organic phases. The active water and butanol phases were subjected to assay-guided (DPPH) fractionation using repetitive RP HPLC until individual compounds were isolated. Their antioxidative activities, measured as SC?? values, were evaluated. The chemical structures of the isolated compounds were elucidated with the help of mass spectroscopy, (1)H NMR technique, UV spectroscopy, and chemical approaches. One novel ellagitannin, glutinoin (2), along with two known compounds, pedunculagin (1) and praecoxin D (3), were isolated and found to contribute to antioxidative activity of the A. glutinosa cones extract. The activities (SC??) of 1-3 were evaluated as 0.95 (1), 1.00 (2) and 1.01?μg?mL?1 (3). The scavenging effects of glutinoin (2) and praecoxin D (3) were reported for the first time.  相似文献

Two new guaianolides, 8alpha-hydroxy-11alpha,13-dihydroglucozaluzanin C and 11alpha,13-dihydroglucozaluzanin C, were isolated from Ainsliaea fragrans, along with two known guaianolides, 8alpha-hydroxy-11alpha,13-dihydrozaluzanin C and glucozaluzanin C. The structures of the new compounds were unambiguously established by HR-ESI-MS, one-dimensional (1D) (DEPT), two-dimensional (2D) ((1)H-(1)H COSY, HSQC, HMBC, ROESY) NMR experiments and by comparison with structurally related compounds. The known compounds were identified by comparison of spectral data with published references. Some NMR data of the known compounds were reported for the first time.  相似文献
