The orientation of different segments of 4'-cyanophenyl 4-heptylbenzoate (7CPB) has been investigated using 13C NMR. The method of proton-encoded local field (PELF) spectroscopy in combination with off-magic-angle spinning (OMAS) of the sample was used. High resolution 2D spectra were obtained, from which the order parameters were calculated. Linear relations between the obtained order parameters and anisotropic chemical shifts determined by 1D 13C NMR were established and semi-empirical parameters were achieved. A 1:2 mixture of 7CPB and its chain-perfluorinated analogue (7PFCPB) showed interesting phase behaviour with the change of temperature. It was studied by the use of 13C NMR and polarizing optical microscopy. The order parameters of 7CPB in the smectic A phase of the mixture were calculated using the semi-empirical parameters obtained from the 2D NMR method.  相似文献

The orientational ordering of three liquid crystals (trans,trans-4-n-alkyl-4'-cyanobicyclohexanes) has been investigated using 13C NMR. 2D proton-encoded local field spectroscopy was used to determine the 13C-1H dipolar coupling constants, from which the order parameters were calculated. Semi-empirical linear relations between the obtained order parameters and anisotropic 13C chemical shifts were established. It was found that the order parameters of the major axis of the cyclohexane rings are smaller than those of liquid crystals with phenyl rings, and the order parameters of the C-H bonds in the aliphatic chains also behave differently.  相似文献

The conformational distributions in molecules that form liquid crystalline phases are predicted to depend strongly on orientational order. Results are presented here to test this hypothesis. The mesogen 4-hexyloxy-4'-cyanobiphenyl (6OCB) has been studied by NMR spectroscopy in the isotropic phase and in the nematic phase. In the isotropic phase the field-induced orientational ordering produces small dipolar couplings between 13C and 1H nuclei, which were determined from the 13C spectra. Couplings between 1H nuclei were also obtained using 2D selective refocusing experiments. In the nematic phase, both 1H-1H dipolar couplings and quadrupolar splittings for deuterium nuclei were measured for partially-deuterated samples. Both proton and deuterium spectra were also obtained for 6OCB in an equimolar mixture with 4-(ethoxybenzylidene)-4'-butylaniline (EBBA). This mixture exhibits SmA and SmB phases. The data obtained from these experiments has been analysed to yield the probability distribution of the conformations in this molecule generated by rotations about bonds. It is found that there is a substantial influence of the orientational order of the molecules on these distributions.  相似文献

The orientational ordering of a series of 4-alkenyl-substituted bicyclohexyl liquid crystals was studied by natural abundance 13C NMR spectroscopy. A combination of the methods of variable angle spinning (VAS) and separated local field spectroscopy (SLF) was used. Rapid sample spinning about an axis forming an angle of about 65° with respect to the magnetic field forces the nematic director to align parallel to the spinnin axis, leading to narrow peaks in the 13C NMR spectrum. The two-dimensional NMR spectroscopic method SLF allows the observation of decoupled 13C signals in the ω2 dimension and first-order C-H splitting patterns in the ω1 dimension, from which the C-H dipolar coupling constants for individual pairs of nuclei can be obtained. Then, the order parameters for different molecular segments can be calculated. The method was applied to five different 4-alkenyl-substituted cyanobicyclohexanes. For the compounds studied, the dependence of the ring order parameters on the alkenyl chains shows the same trend as the melting and clearing temperatures and the elastic constants.  相似文献

The orientational ordering of a series of ferroelectric thiobenzoate liquid crystals was studied by natural abundance 13C NMR spectroscopy. The technique used was a combination of variable angle spinning (VAS) and separated local field spectroscopy (SLF). With rapid sample spinning about an axis forming an angle of c. 45° with respect to the magnetic field, the smectic director aligns parallel to the spinning axis, leading to narrow peaks in the 13C NMR spectrum. The two-dimensional NMR spectroscopic method SLF allows the observation of decoupled 13C signals in the ω2 dimension and first-order Csbnd;H splitting patterns in the ω1 dimension, from which the dipolar C-H coupling constants for individual bonds can be obtained. The order parameters for different molecular segments of eight different compounds, all containing two phenyl rings linked by a thioester group, were obtained this way. A considerable influence of length, branching and chirality of the aliphatic chain on the order parameters was observed.  相似文献

The 1H, 13C and 1H, 13C COSY NMR spectra of salicylohydroxamic acid (sha) were measured in DMSO-d6 solution. The B3LYP GIAO method with the 6-311++G(d,p) basis set was chosen to reproduce the experimental spectra. All possible zusammen and entgegen conformers of monomeric sha were computed. After geometry optimisation (B3LYP/6-311++G(d,p)) only nine independent models of the molecule were shown to be stable. Additionally, the NMR chemical shifts of the Onsager model of the most stable monomer were calculated. The computed chemical shifts for the labile protons for all aforementioned geometries meaningfully underestimated experimental results suggesting the existence of the H-bonded structure of sha in DMSO solution. The most probable two dimeric structures along with two solvent-bounded aggregates were subsequently calculated at the same level of theory. The best agreement was obtained for sha H-bonded with two DMSO molecules (confirmed by the absence of concentration effect). The relative error not exceeding 10 and 4% for chemical shifts in 1H and 13C NMR spectra of sha–(DMSO)2, respectively, showed that the applied method with the B3LYP/6-311++G(d,p) basis set was efficient to predict the NMR shifts of a compound with strong H-bonds. Thus, this allows to assign properly NMR resonances to specific structure formed in DMSO solution.  相似文献

endo-Dicyclopentadiene (1) can be metalated by use of simple procedures with good overall yields. The attack occurs at the various vinyl, rather than at the allyl, positions of 1 as was confirmed by trapping the carbanions with Me3SnCl. When t-BuLi/TMEDA are used, the 8- and 9-stannyl derivatives (3 and 4) are formed, whereas an excess of n-BuLi/t-BuOK leads to doubly stannylated derivatives with Me3Sn groups in position 4/8 (6), 4/9 (7), and 3/9 (8) in addition to 3 and 4. Furthermore the latter reaction yields 5,5-bis(trimethylstannyl)cyclopentadiene (5). With stoichiometric amounts of n-BuLi/t-BuOK the formation of 3 and 4 predominates over that of 5–8. 5 is obtained from 1 after deprotonation at the allyl position, followed by an extremely fast retro-Diels-Alder reaction and then by further deprotonation. This follows from two experiments: (1) exo- and endo-5-trimethylstannyl-endo-dicyclopentadiene (11 and 12) which are synthesized from 1 in three steps give cyclopentadienyllithium and 1 when treated with methyllithium at −78°C; (2) cyclopentadiene reacts with an excess of n-BuLi/t-BuOK and Me3SnCl to give 5. When 12 is heated syn-10-trimethylstannyl-endo-dicyclopentadiene (13) is obtained. The eight stannyl derivatives of 1 are identified mainly from the following NMR parameters: δ(119Sn), δ(13C), δ(1H), nJ(119/117Sn---13C), and 6J(119Sn---119/117Sn). The 13C NMR satellite spectrum of 1 yields the isotope shifts 1Δ13(i(13C(j)) and 1J(13C---13C). The latter lead to the revision of earlier signal assignments.  相似文献

The regio- and stereoisomeric composition of the product mixture in the Diels–Alder reaction between dicyclopentadiene and bicyclononadiene is determined by 2D 1H–13C HMQC and HMBC and 1H 2D DQF COSY and NOESY NMR techniques. The absence in the experimental mixture of one of the expected products is explained by high-level quantum chemical density functional theory calculations.  相似文献

Stemmosides C and D, two novel pregnane glycosides characterized by an unusual C-17 side chain were isolated from the pericarps of Solenostemma argel. In addition, stemmoside D displays an uncommon 14β proton configuration, apparently being the first pregnane isolated from plants known to have a 15 keto, cis CD ring junction. Their structures have been established by ESIMS and NMR experiments. The relative configuration of the molecules was determined using a strategy based on the simulation of 1H, 13C, and J coupling NMR parameters. DFT calculations of 1H and 13C chemical shifts, and of the 1H homonuclear spin–spin coupling constants were performed with the mPW1PW91 functional using the 6-31G(d,p) basis set on the fully optimized geometries of all the possible stereoisomers.  相似文献

Two eremophilane-type sesquiterpenoids from the rhizomes of Ligularia veitchiana(Hemsl.) Greenm were isolated and determined as 10α,11-endoperoxide-1(2)-en-7α-hydroeremophilane(1) and 1(10)-en-2-oxo-7α-isopropanol-eremophilane(2).Compound 1 was a new compound and compound 2 was a new natural product.The structures of the two compounds were established by means of spectral methods including 1H NMR,13C NMR,2D NMR and MS.  相似文献

N-(ω-carboxyalkyl)morpholine hydrochlorides, OC4H8N(CH2)nCOOH·HCl, n=1–5, were obtained and analyzed by 13C cross polarization (CP) magic angle spinning (MAS) NMR, FTIR and PM3 calculations. The structure of N-(3-carboxypropyl)morpholine hydrochloride (n=3) has been solved by X-ray diffraction method at 100 K and refined to the R=0.031. The crystals are monoclinic, space group P21/c, a=14.307(3), b=9.879(2), c=7.166(1) Å, β=93.20(3)°, V=1011.3(3) Å3, Z=4. In this compound the nitrogen atom is protonated and two molecules form a centrosymmetric dimer, connected by two N+–HCl (3.095(1) Å) and two O–HCl (3.003(1) Å) hydrogen bonds. 13C CP MAS NMR spectra, contrary to the solution, showed non-equivalence of the ring carbon atoms. The PM3 calculations predict a molecular dimer without proton transfer for an HCl complex, while for an HBr complex an ion pairs with proton transfer, and reproduces correctly the conformation of both dimers but overestimates H-bond distances. Shielding constants calculated from the PM3 geometry of ion pairs gave a linear correlation with the 13C chemical shifts in solids.  相似文献

为寻找更为有效的抗肿瘤药物,改善汉防己甲素的抗肿瘤活性,本文以汉防己甲素为原料,经过Suzuki反应设计并合成了6个新的双苄基异喹啉类衍生物。新化合物经过质谱(MS)、核磁共振氢谱(~1H NMR)、核磁共振碳谱(~(13)C NMR)等技术手段进行了结构确证。采用细胞计数试剂盒(CCK-8)法初步评价了6个新化合物对人肺癌细胞(A549)和小鼠白血病细胞(P388)的抗肿瘤活性。结果表明,化合物均有不同程度的抗肿瘤活性,其中化合物H1、H4、H6对A549细胞的抗肿瘤活性(IC5010μmol/L)明显优于阳性对照汉防己甲素。  相似文献

The 1H and 13C NMR chemical shifts for six toxaphene congeners: 2-exo,3-endo,6-exo,8,9,10-hexachloro- (1), 2-exo,3-endo,5-exo,9,9,10,10-heptachloro- (2), 2-exo,3-endo,6-exo,8,9,10,10-heptachloro- (3), 2-exo,3-endo,5-exo,6-endo,8,9,10-heptachloro- (4), 2-exo,3-endo,5-exo,6-endo,8,9,9,10-octachlorobornane (5) and 2,5-endo,6-exo,8,9,9,10,10-octachloro-2-bornene (6) are reported. Their chemical shift assignments have been obtained by means of Pulsed Field Gradient (PFG) Double Quantum Filtered (DQF) 1H,1H correlation spectroscopy (COSY), PFG 1H,13C Heteronuclear Multiple Quantum Coherence (HMQC) and PFG 1H,13C Heteronuclear Multiple Bond Correlation (HMBC) experiments. A single crystal X-ray structural analysis was made for compounds 1, 3, 4 and 6. The prevalences of two octachlorobornene rotamers (6a,6b) were elucidated by ab initio MO method and single point DFT/GIAO calculations for 13C chemical shifts. Theoretical calculations proved that the single crystal structure of 6 corresponds its most stable conformer in solution.  相似文献

A detailed in situ 13C and 1H NMR spectroscopic characterization of the following families of alkylperoxo complexes of titanium is presented: Ti(η2-OOtBu)n(OiPr)4−n, where n = 1–4; binuclear complexes [(iPrO)3Ti(μ-OiPr)2Ti(OiPr)22-OOtBu)] and [(η2-OOtBu)(iPrO)2Ti(μ-OiPr)2Ti(OiPr)22-OOtBu)]; complexes with β-diketonato ligands: Ti(LL)2(OEt)(η2-OOtBu), Ti(LL)2(OiPr)(η2-OOtBu), Ti(LL)22-OOtBu)2, Ti(LL)2(OtBu)(η1-OOtBu), where HLL = acetylacetone, dipivaloylmethane. These alkylperoxo complexes could not be isolated due to their instability and were studied in situ at low temperatures. Whereas the side-on (η2) coordination mode of tert-butylperoxo ligand is generally preferable, the end-on (η1) coordination caused by spatial hindrance from surrounding bulky ligands is found in two cases. The quantitative data on the reactivity of alkylperoxo complexes found towards sulfides and alkenes were obtained. The system TiO(acac)2/tBuOOH in C6H6 was reinvestigated using 13C and 1H NMR spectroscopy. The structure of the complex Ti(acac)2{CH3C(O)(OOtBu)COO} actually formed in this system was elucidated. Four types of titanium(IV) alkylperoxo complexes were detected in the Sharpless–Katsuki catalytic system using 13C NMR spectroscopy.  相似文献

合成了一种具有超支化结构的新型水杨醛亚胺配体及其Ni(Ⅱ)配合物, 利用元素分析、 电喷雾电离质谱(ESI-MS)、 傅里叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)、 紫外-可见光谱(UV-Vis)、 氢核磁共振谱(1H NMR)和碳核磁共振谱(13C NMR)对其结构进行了表征. 以甲基铝氧烷(MAO)为助催化剂, 考察了超支化水杨醛亚胺镍配合物对乙烯齐聚反应的催化活性及聚合条件(Al/Ni摩尔比、 聚合温度)对催化剂活性及聚合产物分布的影响. 结果表明, 在反应温度为25 ℃、 Al/Ni摩尔比为500时, 该催化剂的活性最高达到5.59×105 g/(mol Ni·h), 得到的聚合产物为全馏分烯烃, 其中高碳烯烃C10~C18的含量最高达91%.  相似文献

Using phosphorus pentachloride as a substrate, a new carbacyclamidophosphate, N,N″-bis (2,6-dimethylmorpholino), N″-dichloroacetyl phosphoric triamide (1) has been synthesized and characterized by 1H, 31P and 13C NMR, IR spectroscopy and elemental analysis. Due to the presence of methyl disubstituted morpholine rings and the dichloroacetamide group, several conformers can be considered for this molecule. The 31P{1H} NMR spectra for the isomeric mixture of synthesized compound showed four signals with the ratio 67.1; 19.0; 12.2; 1.7, which indicates four independent conformers. The 1H NMR spectra confirmed these results. The conformational space and the molecular geometry of the molecule in the gaseous phase have been studied using the B3LYP method of approximation, with 6-31G and 6-311++G** basis sets.  相似文献

13C and 1H NMR spectral parameters are investigated for 13CH3Br in gaseous matrices. It is found that both the 13C and 1H chemical shifts of 13CH3Br are linearly dependent on solvent density. Similar dependence is also detected for one-bond spin–spin coupling, 1J(CH). For the first time the 13C and 1H magnetic shielding constants and 1J(CH) spin–spin coupling are obtained for an isolated 13CH3Br molecule together with the coefficients responsible for solute–solvent molecular interactions in gaseous matrices. The present experimental results confirm the accuracy of some recent ab initio calculations of nuclear magnetic shielding performed for bromomethane.  相似文献

Novel phosphorus-containing polyoxamacrocycles with one to two reactive thiophosphoryl chloride groups 5, 6, 7, 8 were synthesized from bishydroxyl compounds 1, 2, 3, 4 and thiophosphoryl chloride respectively. A series of new imidazolyl and 1H-1,2,4-triazolyl derivatives of (η6-arene)(η5cyclopentadienyl)iron(II) salts have been prepared by reaction of the corresponding chloroarene complexes with the sodium salts of the heterocycles. Good yields of N-substituted products were obtained in all cases under very mild conditions. In contrast to substitution by primary and secondary amines, both chlorines were displaced from [(η5-1,2-dichlorobenzene)(η5-Cp)Fe][PF6], indicating electron withdrawal by the imidazolyl and triazolyl groups. Detailed 1H and 13C NMR analysis confirmed this point. NOE difference spectra were used for 13C assignments, and evidence for conformational isomers in the 1,2-disubstituted complexes is presented.  相似文献
