On the line of a previous work on the spectral properties of some of heteroaryl chalcone, the effect of medium acidity and photoreactivity of 3‐(4‐dimethylamino‐phenyl)‐1‐(2,5‐dimethyl‐thiophen‐3‐yl)‐propenone (DDTP) has been investigated in dimethylformamide and in chloromethane solvents such as methylenechloride, chloroform and carbon tetrachloride. The dye solution (ca. 5×10−4 mol·L−1 in DMF) gives a good laser emission in the range 470–560 nm with emission maximum at 515 nm upon pumping by nitrogen laser (λex=337.1 nm). The laser parameters such as gain coefficient (α), emission cross section (δe) and half life energy (E1/2) at maximum laser emission are also determined.  相似文献

Three η4‐(C=C–C=O) coordination cobalt(I) complexes 1 – 3 were synthesized by the reactions of cinnamaldehyde, p‐fluorocinnamaldehyde, and p‐chlorocinnamaldehyde with CoMe(PMe3)4. Complex 4 as η2‐(C=C) coordination was prepared by the reaction of chalcone with Co(PMe3)4. The structures of complexes 1 – 4 were confirmed by single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction. Although the reactions didn't undergo C–H bond activation and decarbonylation, the formation of complexes 1 – 4 deepens our understanding of the reactions between α,β‐unsaturated aldehyde or ketone with low‐valent central cobalt atom.  相似文献

Two new ring opening polymerization (ROP) initiators, namely, (3‐allyl‐2‐(allyloxy)phenyl)methanol and (3‐allyl‐2‐(prop‐2‐yn‐1‐yloxy)phenyl)methanol each containing two reactive functionalities viz. allyl, allyloxy and allyl, propargyloxy, respectively, were synthesized from 3‐allylsalicyaldehyde as a starting material. Well defined α‐allyl, α′‐allyloxy and α‐allyl, α′‐propargyloxy bifunctionalized poly(ε‐caprolactone)s with molecular weights in the range 4200–9500 and 3600–10,900 g/mol and molecular weight distributions in the range 1.16–1.18 and 1.15–1.16, respectively, were synthesized by ROP of ε‐caprolactone employing these initiators. The presence of α‐allyl, α′‐allyloxy and α‐allyl, α′‐propargyloxy functionalities on poly(ε‐caprolactone)s was confirmed by FT‐IR, 1H, 13C NMR spectroscopy, and MALDI‐TOF analysis. The kinetic study of ROP of ε‐caprolactone with both the initiators revealed the pseudo first order kinetics with respect to ε‐caprolactone consumption and controlled behavior of polymerization reactions. The usefulness of α‐allyl, α′‐allyloxy functionalities on poly(ε‐caprolactone) was demonstrated by performing the thiol‐ene reaction with poly(ethylene glycol) thiol to obtain (mPEG)2‐PCL miktoarm star copolymer. α‐Allyl, α′‐propargyloxy functionalities on poly(ε‐caprolactone) were utilized in orthogonal reactions i.e copper catalyzed alkyne‐azide click (CuAAC) with azido functionalized poly(N‐isopropylacrylamide) followed by thiol‐ene reaction with poly(ethylene glycol) thiol to synthesize PCL‐PNIPAAm‐mPEG miktoarm star terpolymer. The preliminary characterization of A2B and ABC miktoarm star copolymers was carried out by 1H NMR spectroscopy and gel permeation chromatography (GPC). © 2015 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. J. Polym. The catalytic properties of a set of ansa‐complexes (R‐Ph)2C(Cp)(Ind)MCl2 [R = tBu, M = Ti ( 3 ), Zr ( 4 ) or Hf ( 5 ); R = MeO, M = Zr ( 6 ), Hf ( 7 )] in α‐olefin homopolymerization and ethylene/1‐hexene copolymerization were explored in the presence of MAO (methylaluminoxane). Complex 4 with steric bulk tBu group on phenyl exhibited remarkable catalytic activity for ethylene polymerization. It was 1.6‐fold more active than complex 11 [Ph2C(Cp)(Ind)ZrCl2] at 11 atm ethylene pressure and was 4.8‐fold more active at 1 atm pressure. The introduction of bulk substituent tBu into phenyl groups not only increased the catalytic activity greatly but also enhanced the content of 1‐hexene in ethylene/1‐hexene copolymerization. The highest 1‐hexene incorporation was 25.4%. In addition, 4 was also active for propylene and 1‐hexene homopolymerization, respectively, and low isotactic polypropylene (mmmm = 11.3%) and isotactic polyhexene (mmmm = 31.6%) were obtained. A Ph3P‐catalyzed cyclization of α‐halogeno ketones 2 with dialkyl acetylenedicarboxylates (=dialkyl but‐2‐ynedioates) 3 produced halogenated α,β‐unsaturated γ‐butyrolactone derivatives 4 in good yields (Scheme 1, Table). The presence of electron‐withdrawing groups such as halogen atoms at the α‐position of the ketones was necessary in this reaction. Cyclization of α‐chloro ketones resulted in higher yields than that of the corresponding α‐bromo ketones. Dihalogeno ketones similarly afforded the expected γ‐butyrolactone derivatives in high yields.  相似文献

β‐Methyl‐α‐methylene‐γ‐butyrolactone (MMBL) was synthesized and then was polymerized in an N,N‐dimethylformamide (DMF) solution with 2,2‐azobisisobutyronitrile (AIBN) initiation. The homopolymer of MMBL was soluble in DMF and acetonitrile. MMBL was homopolymerized without competing depolymerization from 50 to 70 °C. The rate of polymerization (Rp) for MMBL followed the kinetic expression Rp = [AIBN]0.54[MMBL]1.04. The overall activation energy was calculated to be 86.9 kJ/mol, kp/kt1/2 was equal to 0.050 (where kp is the rate constant for propagation and kt is the rate constant for termination), and the rate of initiation was 2.17 × 10?8 mol L?1 s?1. The free energy of activation, the activation enthalpy, and the activation entropy were 106.0, 84.1, and 0.0658 kJ mol?1, respectively, for homopolymerization. The initiation efficiency was approximately 1. Styrene and MMBL were copolymerized in DMF solutions at 60 °C with AIBN as the initiator. The reactivity ratios (r1 = 0.22 and r2 = 0.73) for this copolymerization were calculated with the Kelen–Tudos method. The general reactivity parameter Q and the polarity parameter e for MMBL were calculated to be 1.54 and 0.55, respectively. © 2003 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. The preparation and spectroscopic and structural characterization of three ZnII complexes with bis[N‐(2,6‐dimethylphenyl)imine]acenaphthene, L1, and with bis[N‐(2‐ethylphenyl)imine]acenaphthene, L2, are decribed herein. Two of the complexes were prepared from ZnCl2 and the third from Zn(NCS)2. One‐pot reaction techniques were used, leading to high yields. The complexes were characterized by microanalysis, IR and 1H NMR spectroscopy, and single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction. The structures of the complexes are significantly different, with the chloride‐containing species forming distorted tetrahedra around the metal, whereas its thiocyanate analog is dimeric, with each metal at the center of a distorted square pyramid, with bridging and terminal [SCN] ligands.  相似文献

The synthesis, characterization and ε‐caprolactone polymerization behavior of lanthanide amido complexes stabilized by ferrocene‐containing N‐aryloxo functionalized β‐ketoiminate ligand FcCOCH2C(Me)N(2‐HO‐5‐But‐C6H3) (LH2, Fc = ferrocenyl) are described. The lanthanide amido complexes [LLnN(SiMe3)2(THF)]2 [Ln = Nd ( 1 ), Sm ( 2 ), Yb ( 3 ), Y ( 4 )] were synthesized in good yields by the amine elimination reactions of LH2 with Ln[N(SiMe3)2]3(µ‐Cl)Li(THF)3 in a 1:1 molar ratio in THF. These complexes were characterized by IR spectroscopy and elemental analysis, and 1H NMR spectroscopy was added for the analysis of complex 4 . The definitive molecular structures of complexes 1 and 3 were determined by X‐ray diffraction studies. Complexes 1 – 4 can initiate the ring‐opening polymerization of ε‐caprolactone with moderate activity. Copyright © 2011 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.  相似文献

The η2‐thio‐indium complexes [In(η2‐thio)3] (thio = S2CNC5H10, 2 ; SNC4H4, (pyridine‐2‐thionate, pyS, 3 ) and [In(η2‐pyS)22‐acac)], 4 , (acac: acetylacetonate) are prepared by reacting the tris(η2‐acac)indium complex [In(η2‐acac)3], 1 with HS2CNC5H10, pySH, and pySH with ratios of 1:3, 1:3, and 1:2 in dichloromethane at room temperature, respectively. All of these complexes are identified by spectroscopic methods and complexes 2 and 3 are determined by single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction. Crystal data for 2 : space group, C2/c with a = 13.5489(8) Å, b = 12.1821(7) Å, c = 16.0893(10) Å, β = 101.654(1)°, V = 2600.9(3) Å3, and Z = 4. The structure was refined to R = 0.033 and Rw = 0.086; Crystal data for 3 : space group, P21 with a = 8.8064 (6) Å, b = 11.7047 (8) Å, c = 9.4046 (7) Å, β = 114.78 (1)°, V = 880.13(11) Å3, and Z = 2. The structure was refined to R = 0.030 and Rw = 0.061. The geometry around the metal atom of the two complexes is a trigonal prismatic coordination. The piperidinyldithiocarbamate and pyridine‐2‐thionate ligands, respectively, coordinate to the indium metal center through the two sulfur atoms and one sulfur and one nitrogen atoms, respectively. The short C‐N bond length in the range of 1.322(4)–1.381(6) Å in 2 and C‐S bond length in the range of 1.715(2)–1.753(6) Å in 2 and 3 , respectively, indicate considerable partial double bond character.  相似文献

Zinc complexes supported by tertiary 1,3,5‐triazapenta‐1,3‐dienate ligand (L1) and N ‐benzoyl‐N′ ‐arylbenzamidinate [aryl =2,6‐diisopropylphenyl (L2), phenyl (L3)] ligands have been synthesized and characterized. The reaction of L1H with ZnEt2 affords a mononuclear zinc complex [L1ZnEt] ( 1 ) in good yield. Tetra nuclear zinc complex [(L1)2Zn4O(OAc)4] ( 2 ) is prepared by treating L1H with one equivalent of Zn(OAc)2 in toluene. Further, dinuclear zinc complexes [L2ZnEt]2 ( 3 ) and [L3ZnEt]2 ( 4 ) are obtained in good yields from L2H and L3H with ZnEt2 in toluene respectively. The complexes 1–4 have been characterized by 1H/13C NMR spectroscopy and single crystal X‐ray diffraction studies. All of the complexes have been explored for their catalytic activity toward the ring‐opening polymerization (ROP) of ε ‐caprolactone. It has been found that complex 1 is an active catalyst for the polymerization of ε ‐caprolactone in presence of a cocatalyst benzyl alcohol (BnOH). While complex 2 is as active as 1 there is no need for a cocatalyst for the polymerization to proceed. Dinuclear zinc complexes 3 and 4 show very high activity for the ROP of ε ‐caprolactone (CL) and rac ‐lactide (LA) without requiring a cocatalyst. The resultant polymers are found to have very high molecular weight (M n = 296 X 103 g mol−1) and relatively narrow polydispersity index compared to 1 and 2 .  相似文献

A series of para‐phenyl‐substituted α‐diimine nickel complexes, [(2,6‐R2‐4‐PhC6H2N═C(Me))2]NiBr2 (R = iPr ( 1 ); R = Et ( 2 ); R = Me ( 3 ); R = H ( 4 )), were synthesized and characterized. These complexes with systematically varied ligand sterics were used as precatalysts for ethylene polymerization in combination with methylaluminoxane. The results indicated the possibility of catalytic activity, molecular weight and polymer microstructure control through catalyst structures and polymerization temperature. Interestingly, it is possible to tune the catalytic activities ((0.30–2.56) × 106 g (mol Ni·h)?1), polymer molecular weights (Mn = (2.1–28.6) × 104 g mol?1) and branching densities (71–143/1000 C) over a very wide range. The polyethylene branching densities decreased with increasing bulkiness of ligand and decreasing polymerization temperature. Specifically, methyl‐substituted complex 3 showed high activities and produced highly branched amorphous polyethylene (up to 143 branches per 1000 C).  相似文献

Phenanthrene derivatives were prepared by reacting an α,α‐dicyanoolefin with different α,β‐unsaturated carbonyl compounds resulting from Wittig reaction of ninhydrin and phosphanylidene or condensation of barbituric acid and an aldehyde. The easy procedure, mild and metal‐catalyst free, reaction conditions, good yields, and no need for chromatographic purifications are important features of this protocol. The structures of the product of type 3 and 5 were corroborated spectroscopically (IR, 1H‐ and 13C‐NMR, and EI‐MS). A plausible mechanism for this type of reaction is proposed (Scheme 1).  相似文献

Ring‐opening polymerization of ε‐caprolactone (ε‐CL) was carried out using β‐diketiminato‐supported monoaryloxo ytterbium chlorides L1Yb(OAr)Cl(THF) (1) [L1 = N,N′‐bis(2,6‐dimethylphenyl)‐2,4‐pentanediiminato, OAr = 2,6‐di‐tert‐butylphenoxo‐], and L2Yb(OAr′)Cl(THF) (2) [L2 = N,N′‐bis(2,6‐diisopropylphenyl)‐2,4‐pentanediiminato, OAr′ = 2,6‐di‐tert‐butyl‐4‐methylphenoxo‐], respectively, as single‐component initiator. The influence of reaction conditions, such as polymerization temperature, polymerization time, initiator, and initiator concentration, on the monomer conversion, molecular weight, and molecular weight distribution of the resulting polymers was investigated. Complex 1 was well characterized and its crystal structure was determined. Some features and kinetic behaviors of the CL polymerization initiated by these two complexes were studied. The polymerization rate is first order with respect to monomer. The Mn of the polymer increases linearly with the increase of the polymer yield, while polydispersity remained narrow and unchanged throughout the polymerization in a broad range of temperatures from 0 to 50 °C. The results indicated that the present system has a “living character”. © 2005 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. J Polym Sci Part A: Polym Chem 44: 1147–1152, 2006  相似文献

A detailed investigation of the reactions of PhSO2CF2H and PhSO2CH2F with (E)‐chalcone (=(E)‐1,3‐diphenylprop‐2‐en‐1‐one) at low temperatures revealed that these two reactions were kinetically controlled, and the ratios of 1,2‐ vs. 1,4‐adducts, which did not change much over time at these temperatures, reflect the relative rates of the two reaction pathways. The controlled experiments of converting the PhSO2CF2‐ and PhSO2CHF‐substituted 1,2‐adducts to 1,4‐adducts showed that these isomerizations are not favored due to the low stability and hard‐soft nature of PhSO2CF and PhSO2CHF? anions. Moreover, taking advantage of the remarkable stability and softness of (PhSO2)2CF? anion, an efficient thermodynamically controlled isomerization of (PhSO2)2CF‐substituted 1,2‐adduct to 1,4‐adduct was achieved for the first time.  相似文献

Fifteen organometallic Ir(III) half‐sandwich complexes ( 1A – 5C ) having the general formula [(η5‐Cpx)Ir(N^N)Cl]PF6 (Cpx = Cp*, tetramethyl(phenyl)cyclopentadienyl (Cpxph) or tetramethyl(biphenyl)cyclopentadienyl (Cpxbiph); N^N = diamine) have been synthesized and characterized. The molecular structure of 1A was determined using single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction analysis. The hydrolysis of 1A – 5C was monitored using UV–visible spectra. Complexes 3A – 3C showed catalytic activity for the oxidation of NADH to NAD+, where 3C showed the highest turnover number of 29.9 within 450 min. Cytotoxicity examination by MTT assay was carried out against two human cancer cell lines (HeLa and A549) after 24 or 48 h drug treatment. The complexes showed high potency, where the most potent complex ( 3C ; IC50 = 3.4 μM) was six times more active than cisplatin against A549 cells after 24 h drug exposure. Cytotoxic potency towards A549 cells increased with phenyl substitution on Cp ring: Cpxbiph > Cpxph > Cp*. In addition, the biological studies showed that 3C caused cell apoptosis and cell cycle arrest at G1 phase in A549 cancer cells. Moreover, 3C increased the level of reactive oxygen species markedly after 24 h, which may provide an important basis for killing cancer cells. Confocal laser scanning microscopy was used to track 3C in A549 cells. The cellular localization experiment showed that 3C targeted lysosomes and caused lysosomal damage.  相似文献

Four aluminum alkyl compounds, [CH{(CH3)CN‐2,4,6‐MeC6H2}2AlMe2] ( 1 ), [CH{(CH3)CN‐2,4,6‐MeC6H2}2AlEt2] ( 2 ), [CH{(CH3)CN‐2‐iPrC6H4}2AlMe2] ( 3 ), and [CH{(CH3)CN‐2‐iPrC6H4}2AlEt2] ( 4 ), bearing β‐diketiminate ligands [CH{(Me)CN‐2,4,6‐MeC6H2}]2 (L1H) and [CH{(Me)CN‐2‐iPrC6H4}]2 (L2H) were obtained from the reactions of trimethylaluminum, triethylaluminum with the corresponding β‐diketiminate, respectively. All compounds were characterized by 1H NMR and 13C NMR spectroscopy, single‐crystal X‐ray structural analysis, and elemental analysis. Compounds 1 – 4 were found to catalyze the ring‐opening polymerization (ROP) of ε‐caprolactone (ε‐CL) with good activity.  相似文献

The free‐radical copolymerization of m‐isopropenyl‐α,α′‐dimethylbenzyl isocyanate (TMI) and styrene was studied with 1H NMR kinetic experiments at 70 °C. Monomer conversion vs time data were used to determine the ratio kp × kt?0.5 for various comonomer mixture compositions (where kp is the propagation rate coefficient and kt is the termination rate coefficient). The ratio kp × kt?0.5 varied from 25.9 × 10?3 L0.5 mol?0.5 s?0.5 for pure styrene to 2.03 × 10?3 L0.5 mol?0.5 s?0.5 for 73 mol % TMI, indicating a significant decrease in the rate of polymerization with increasing TMI content in the reaction mixture. Traces of the individual monomer conversion versus time were used to map out the comonomer mixture composition drift up to overall monomer conversions of 35%. Within this conversion range, a slight but significant depletion of styrene in the monomer feed was observed. This depletion became more pronounced at higher levels of TMI in the initial comonomer mixture. © 2002 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. J Polym Sci Part A: Polym Chem 40: 1064–1074, 2002  相似文献

The synthesis and structure of heteroleptic tetrylenes containing bifunctional β‐diketiminate ligand are reported. Compounds were prepared via a protolytic reaction of free β‐diketimine {N‐[(2‐MeO)C6H5]}N═C(Me)CH═C(Me)N(H){N′‐[(2‐MeO)C6H5]} (LCOH) and {N‐[(2‐MeO)C6H5]}N?CHCH?CHN(H){N′‐[(2‐MeO)C6H5]} (LHOH), respectively, with corresponding bis(amide) – M[N(SiMe3)2]2 (M = Ge, Sn, Pb) – in equimolar ratio or via the salt elimination route from lithium precursors generated from LHOH/LCOH species and slight excess of SnCl2 or GeCl2.dioxane complex. Only heteroleptic complexes were obtained by the mentioned methods. Products were characterized by multinuclear NMR spectroscopy techniques and structures of four of them have been determined by X‐ray diffraction methods. Complexes LHOGeCl and LCOSnN(SiMe3)2 crystallize as monomers with the three‐coordinated metal centres by one chloro or amido ligand and one bidentate β‐diketiminato unit, in contrast to the structure of LCOSnCl, which reveals a dimeric character and compound LCOPbN(SiMe3)2, where the central atom of lead is five‐coordinated by methoxy groups of the ligand. Complex LCOSnN(SiMe3)2 was tested as a catalyst for polymerization of various epoxides. Copyright © 2014 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.  相似文献

The enantiopure ketoimine of benzil – the ( S )‐(‐)‐(1‐phenylethylimino)benzyl phenyl ketone ( 1 ) obtained under microwave irradiation in solvent‐free conditions – reacts with Na2[PdCl4] to give the new chiral mono‐ and dinuclear Pd‐complexes 2 and 3 , which have been partly characterized by IR, 1H and 13C NMR spectroscopies along with MS‐FAB+ spectrometry. The crystal and molecular structures of both complexes has been fully confirmed by single‐crystal X‐ray studies. On the other hand, investigations in vitro of 2 and 3 have displayed growth inhibition against different classes of cancer: leukemia (K‐562 CML), colon cancer (HCT‐15), cancer breast (MCF‐7), central nervous system (U‐251 Glio) and prostate cancer (PC‐3) cell lines.  相似文献
