近二年来,在教育必须为社会主义建设服务和科技工作必须面向经济建设等方针的指导下,综合大学理科纷纷设置应用理科和技术学科类专业。在化学方面,目前全国综合大学共设有应用化学类本科专业31个,其中今年初经国家教委批准新办的就有11个专业,发展很快。许多学校认为,综合大学理科是培养基础和理论研究人才的,十分重要,不但不能削弱,而且应当加强。但是,加强基础和理论研究人才的培养,并不等于要扩大和增设很多纯理科专业。随着我国研究生教育的发展,理科本科毕业生直接从事基础和理论研究工作的比例较五十年代和六十年代相对减少。因此,纯理科本科生的数量不宜发展过多,主要应努力提高质量。当前,我国科技工作要进一步贯彻面向经济建  相似文献

In order to bridge the gap between the supply and the demand of talent cultivation, the existing talent cultivation system of applied chemistry specialty is reformed and a new "113" talent cultivation system is guided by Outcome-Based Education (OBE) education. The advanced engineering education mode is adopted to provide students with an engineering education based on the background environment of the conceptual-design-implementation-operation (CDIO) process. The characteristic "three modernizations" education mechanism, namely, cooperative education, family training and personalized guidance, are implemented. By building a new system of "113" talents training, an engineering talent training environment is formed, which takes the family as a unit, the enterprise as the background, and the project as the carrier. The problem of separating the supply from the demand of talents training for applied chemistry specialty will be fundamentally solved.  相似文献

Owing to the rapid development of new technologies, new forms of business, new industries and the major national development strategies of "Maritime power strategy", the applied chemistry specialty of Qingdao University is reformed and upgraded according to emerging engineering education (3E) project and featured with "marine chemical industry and medicine". In this paper, combined with the revision of the professional training program, the specialty of applied chemistry has increased the characteristic courses and course module of marine resources chemistry. Based on the development prospect of cosmetics industry, the advantage of light industry characteristic and the foundation of applied chemistry in Jiangnan University, a systematic upgrading of applied chemistry was carried out through "emerging engineering education (3E)" project "upgrade and practice of chemistry-related majors of local and/or trade university responding to the social developments" supported by the Ministry of Education. On the basis of investigation and analysis, the orientation and training goal of applied chemistry were updated first, and then the curriculum system was determined and the curriculum construction is strengthened, so as to achieve more distinctive characteristics, more solid foundation and more comprehensive quality. In view of the new requirements of the 3E for talent training, some practices have been formed in the aspects of multi-disciplinary integration, multi-angle coordination and close integration to industry. Contributing the development of cosmetics industry and seizing the commanding point of science and technology from the perspective of talent training, will play a unique role in human social progress.  相似文献

Based on building emerging engineering education of "energy chemistry", we investigated the state key petro-chemical enterprises according to the industrial development and the demand of professional talents. The research report summarizes, analyzes and discusses the current priority development fields of industry, the talent training status, curriculum structure and education program of the chemistry and chemical engineering in universities. It is necessary to develop new engineering-directed applied chemistry major on the basis of chemistry major and to remodel the current applied chemistry education according to the concept of emerging engineering. Herein, emendation in 2020 version of applied chemistry education plan and researches on teaching renovations for applied chemistry major in Hunan University is introduced. Through the adjustments of education goals, course systems, teaching contents and teaching models, we wish to highlight the central status of the educations that integrates morality and ability. At present, a new round of scientific and technological revolution and industrial transformation is accelerating, which has put forward higher requirements for the discipline of new energy science and engineering with typical interdisciplinary characteristics. On the background of emerging engineering education, the "new energy science and engineering" discipline is building at Nankai University to cater for the development of renewable energy and to explore the strategies of talent cultivation. The models for talent training, settings of new curriculum system, and forms of teaching practice are presented. Classroom activity and effectivity is a common problem that high-level universities have not solved well for a long time. After ten years of teaching reform, Sichuan University has formed a prototype of the "Sichuan-University Mode" for talent training. Based on the macro perspective of the development and demands of the society, this essay reexamines the educational mission of the new age and analyzes the undergraduates and the inconsistency of their subjective and objective needs. Based on the results, the value of the academic achievement assessment reform of non-standard-answer exam to the talent cultivation is evaluated. We argued that the assessment reformation stems from the concept of non-standardization of education. It embodies the capacity and the tolerance of universities and teachers. It is an effective approach to nourish the students' mind and to optimize their thinking pattern. It is a combination of moral education, innovative education and professional education. It strongly supports the goal of first-class talent training and is easy to operate in class. Hopefully, non-standard-answer examination could become a teaching paradigm benefiting to the classroom.  相似文献
