A series of star‐like dopant/host single‐polymer systems with a D‐A type star‐shaped orange core and three blue polyfluorene arms were designed and synthesized. Through tuning the doping concentration of the orange core and thermal annealing treatment of white polymer light‐emitting diodes based on them, highly efficient white electroluminescence has been achieved. A typical single‐layer device (ITO/PEDOT:PSS/polymer/Ca/Al) realized pure white emission with a luminous efficiency of 16.62 cd A?1, an external quantum efficiency of 6.28% and CIE coordinates of (0.33, 0.36) for S‐WP‐002TPB3 containing 0.02 mol % orange core. The high efficiency of the devices could be mainly attributed to the suppressed concentration quenching of the dopant units, more efficient energy transfer from polymer host to orange dopant and thermal annealing‐induced α‐phase polyfluorene (PF) self‐dopant in amorphous PF host. © 2012 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. A new aromatic host polymer poly{[1,4‐bis(9‐decylcarbazole‐3‐yl)‐2,3,5,6‐tetrafluorobenzene‐3,3′‐diyl]‐alt‐[N‐methylisatin‐2‐one‐3,3‐diyl]} (PICzFB) containing carbazole–tetrafluorinebeneze–carbazole moiety in the π‐conjugated interrupted polymer backbone was synthesized by superacid‐catalyzed metal‐free polyhydroxyalkylation. The resulted copolymer PICzFB showed a comparatively wide band gap up to 3.32 eV and high triplet energy (ET) of 2.73 eV due to confined conjugation by the δ? C bond interrupted polymer backbone. Blue and green light‐emitting devices with PICzFB as host, FIrpic and Ir(mppy)3 as phosphorescent dopants showed the maximum luminous efficiencies of 5.0 and 27.6 cd/A, respectively. The results suggested that the strategy of incorporating bipolar unit into the π‐conjugated interrupted polymer backbone can be a promising approach to obtain host polymer with high triplet level for solution‐processed blue and green phosphorescent polymer light‐emitting diodes. © 2014 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. A series of novel styrene derived monomers with triphenylamine‐based units, and their polymers have been synthesized and compared with the well‐known structure of polymer of N,N′‐bis(3‐methylphenyl)‐N,N′‐diphenylbenzidine with respect to their hole‐transporting behavior in phosphorescent polymer light‐emitting diodes (PLEDs). A vinyltriphenylamine structure was selected as a basic unit, functionalized at the para positions with the following side groups: diphenylamine, 3‐methylphenyl‐aniline, 1‐ and 2‐naphthylamine, carbazole, and phenothiazine. The polymers are used in PLEDs as host polymers for blend systems with the following device configuration: glass/indium–tin–oxide/PEDOT:PSS/polymer‐blend/CsF/Ca/Ag. In addition to the hole‐transporting host polymer, the polymer blend includes a phosphorescent dopant [Ir(Me‐ppy)3] and an electron‐transporting molecule (2‐(4‐biphenyl)‐5‐(4‐tert‐butylphenyl)‐1,3,4‐oxadiazole). We demonstrate that two polymers are excellent hole‐transporting matrix materials for these blend systems because of their good overall electroluminescent performances and their comparatively high glass transition temperatures. For the carbazole‐substituted polymer (Tg = 246 °C), a luminous efficiency of 35 cd A?1 and a brightness of 6700 cd m?2 at 10 V is accessible. The phenothiazine‐functionalized polymer (Tg = 220 °C) shows nearly the same outstanding PLED behavior. Hence, both these polymers outperform the well‐known polymer of N,N′‐bis(3‐methylphenyl)‐N,N′‐diphenylbenzidine, showing only a luminous efficiency of 7.9 cd A?1 and a brightness of 2500 cd m?2 (10 V). © 2010 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. A series of blue light‐emitting hyperbranched polymers comprising poly(fluorene‐co‐dibenzothiophene‐S,S‐dioxide) as the branch and benzene, triphenylamine, or triphenyltriazine as the core were synthesized by an “A2 + A2' + B3” approach of Suzuki polymerization, respectively. All resulted copolymers exhibited quite comparable thermal properties with the glass transition temperatures in the range of 59–68 °C and relatively high decomposition temperatures over 420 °C. Photoluminescent spectra exhibited slight variation with the molar ratio of the dibenzothiophene‐S,S‐dioxide unit and the size of the core units. Polymer light‐emitting devices demonstrated blue emission with excellent stability of electroluminescence. Copolymers based on smaller core units of benzene and triphenylamine exhibited enhanced device performances regarding to that of triphenyltriazine. With the device configuration of ITO/PEDOT:PSS/polymer/CsF/Al, a maximum luminous efficiency of 4.5 cd A?1 was obtained with Commission Internationale de L'.Eclairage (CIE) coordinates of (0.16, 0.19) for the copolymer PFSO15B. These results indicated that hyperbranched structure can be a promising strategy to attain spectrally stable blue‐light‐emitting polymers with high efficiency. © 2015 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. J. A series of random copolymers POC10{Poly(2,5‐bis[(5‐decyloxy‐phenyl)‐1,3,4‐oxadiazole]styrene)}‐co‐Poly(N‐vinylcarbazole) (PVK) with different nvk content were synthesized through common radical polymerization and were incorporated into light emitting diodes as emitting layers. The structures and properties of the copolymers were characterized and evaluated by GPC, TGA, DSC, UV, PL, CV, and EL analyses. All the polymers enjoy high thermal stability. Cyclic voltammetry revealed that, with the incorporation of N‐vinylcarbazole to the copolymer, these copolymers had high‐lying HOMO energy values, which facilitated hole injection. PL peaks in the film show blue‐shift compared with those in solutions and fluorescent quantum efficiency decreased with the nvk content increasing, which supported the efficient energy transfer from nvk units to the oxadiazole units. Single‐layer LEDs with the configuration of ITO/PEDOT/PC10‐nvk/Mg:Ag/Ag were fabricated, which emit a blue light around 440 and 490 nm with a maximum brightness of 675.3 cd/m2 and luminous efficiency of 0.108 cd/A. Moreover, we fabricated electrophosphorescent device from bipolar transport copolymer PC10‐nvk4 as host material and an orange‐light‐emitting iridium phosphor IrMDPP as guest. The maximum luminous efficiency of 0.548 cd/A was obtained. © 2008 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. J Polym Sci Part A: Polym Chem 46: 5452–5460, 2008  相似文献

Two new molecules, CzFCBI and CzFNBI , have been tailor‐made to serve as bipolar host materials to realize high‐efficiency electrophosphorescent devices. The molecular design is configured with carbazole as the hole‐transporting block and N‐phenylbenzimidazole as the electron‐transporting block hybridized through the saturated bridge center (C9) and meta‐conjugation site (C3) of fluorene, respectively. With structural topology tuning of the connecting manner between N‐phenylbenzimidazole and the fluorene core, the resulting physical properties can be subtly modulated. Bipolar host CzFCBI with a C connectivity between phenylbenzimidazole and the fluorene bridge exhibited extended π conjugation; therefore, a low triplet energy of 2.52 eV was observed, which is insufficient to confine blue phosphorescence. However, the monochromatic devices indicate that the matched energy‐level alignment allows CzFCBI to outperform its N‐connected counterpart CzFNBI while employing other long‐wavelength‐emitting phosphorescent guests. In contrast, the high triplet energy (2.72 eV) of CzFNBI imparted by the N connectivity ensures its utilization as a universal bipolar host for blue‐to‐red phosphors. With a common device configuration, CzFNBI has been utilized to achieve highly efficient and low‐roll‐off devices with external quantum efficiency as high as 14 % blue, 17.8 % green, 16.6 % yellowish‐green, 19.5 % yellow, and 18.6 % red. In addition, by combining yellowish‐green with a sky‐blue emitter and a red emitter, a CzFNBI ‐hosted single‐emitting‐layer all‐phosphor three‐color‐based white electrophosphorescent device was successfully achieved with high efficiencies (18.4 %, 36.3 cd A?1, 28.3 lm W?1) and highly stable chromaticity (CIE x=0.43–0.46 and CIE y=0.43) at an applied voltage of 8 to 12 V, and a high color‐rendering index of 91.6.  相似文献

For the purpose of making hyperbranched polymer (Hb‐Ps)‐based red, green, blue, and white polymer light‐emitting diodes (PLEDs), three Hb‐Ps Hb‐ terfluorene ( Hb‐TF ), Hb ‐4,7‐bis(9,9′‐dioctylfluoren‐2‐yl)‐2,1,3‐benzothiodiazole ( Hb‐BFBT ), and Hb‐ 4,7‐bis[(9,9′‐dioctylfluoren‐2‐yl)‐thien‐2‐yl]‐2,1,3‐benzothiodiazole ( Hb‐BFTBT ) were synthesized via [2+2+2] polycyclotrimerization of the corresponding diacetylene‐functionalized monomers. All the synthesized polymers showed excellent thermal stability with degradation temperature higher than 355 °C and glass transition temperatures higher than 50 °C. Photoluminance (PL) and electroluminance (EL) spectra of the polymers indicate that Hb‐TF , Hb‐BFBT , and Hb‐BFTBT are blue‐green, green, and red emitting materials. Maximum brightness of the double‐layer devices of Hb‐TF , Hb‐BFBT , and Hb‐BFTBT with the device configuration of indium tin oxide/poly(3,4‐ethylene dioxythiophene):poly(styrene sulfonate)/light‐emitting polymer/CsF/Al are 48, 42, and 29 cd/m2; the maximum luminance efficiency of the devices are 0.01, 0.02, and 0.01 cd/A. By using host–guest doped system, saturated red electrophosphorescent devices with a maximum luminance efficiency of 1.61 cd/A were obtained when Hb‐TF was used as a host material doped with Os(fptz)2(PPh2Me2)2 as a guest material. A maximum luminance efficiency of 3.39 cd/A of a red polymer light‐emitting device was also reached when Hb‐BFTBT was used as the guest in the PFO (Poly(9,9‐dioctylfluorene)) host layer. In addition, a series of efficient white devices were, which show low turn‐on voltage (3.5 V) with highest luminance efficiency of 4.98 cd/A, maximum brightness of 1185 cd/m2, and the Commission Internationale de l'Eclairage (CIE) coordinates close to ideal white emission (0.33, 0.33), were prepared by using BFBT as auxiliary dopant. © 2011 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. A series of novel arylene ether polymers (P5F‐BCzVFs) containing both pentafluorene (5F) and distyrylarylene derivative (BCzVF) units in the side chains for efficient pure blue light emission were prepared by a facile, metal‐free condensation polymerization. The emission spectra indicated that color tuning could be achieved through efficient Förster energy transfer from the deep‐blue 5F host to the pure‐blue BCzVF dopant. Single‐layer polymer light‐emitting diodes (PLEDs) based on P5F‐BCzVFs (ITO/(PEDOT:PSS)/polymer/Ca/Al) exhibited voltage‐independent and stable pure blue emission with a Commission International de L'Eclairage (CIE) coordinate of (0.15, 0.15), a maximum brightness of 3576 cd/m2, and a maximum luminous efficiencies of 2.15 cd/A, respectively. As most polymers with dopant‐host systems, the luminous efficiencies of all P5F‐BCzVFs surpassed that of the host‐only polymer (P5F), due to the energy transfer and charge trapping from the host to the dopant. © 2011 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. A new carbazole–fluorenyl hybrid compound, 3,3′(2,7‐di(naphthaline‐2‐yl)‐9H‐fluorene‐9,9‐diyl)bis(9‐phenyl‐9H‐carbazole) (NFBC) was synthesized and characterized. The compound exhibits blue‐violet emission both in solution and in film, with peaks centered at 404 and 420 nm. In addition to the application as a blue emitter, NFBC is demonstrated to be a good host for phosphorescent dopants. By doping Ir(2‐phq)3 in NFBC, a highly efficient orange organic light‐emitting diode (OLED) with a maximum efficiency of 32 cd A?1 (26.5 Lm W?1) was obtained. Unlike most phosphorescent OLEDs, the device prepared in our study shows little efficiency roll‐off at high brightness and maintains current efficiencies of 31.9 and 26.8 cd A?1 at a luminance of 1000 and 10 000 cd m?2, respectively. By using NFBC simultaneously as a blue fluorescence emitter and as a host for a phosphorescent dopant, a warm white OLED with a maximum efficiency of 22.9 Lm W?1 (21.9 cd A?1) was also obtained.  相似文献

Novel conjugated polyfluorene copolymers, poly[9,9‐dihexylfluorene‐2,7‐diyl‐co‐(2,5‐bis(4′‐diphenylaminostyryl)‐phenylene‐1,4‐diyl)]s (PGs), have been synthesized by nickel(0)‐mediated polymerization from 2,7‐dibromo‐9,9‐dihexylfluorene and 1,4′‐dibromo‐2,5‐bis(4‐diphenylaminostyryl)benzene with various molar ratios of the monomers. Because of the incorporation of triphenylamine (TPA) moieties, PGs exhibit much higher HOMO levels than the corresponding polyfluorene homopolymers and are able to facilitate hole injection into the polymer layer from the anode electrode in light‐emitting diodes. Conventional polymeric light‐emitting devices with the configuration ITO/PEDOT:PSS/polymer/Ca/Al have been fabricated. A light‐emitting device produced with one of the PG copolymers (PG10) as the emitting layer exhibited a voltage‐independent and stable bluish‐green emission with color coordinates of (0.22, 0.42) at 5 V. The maximum brightness and current efficiency of the PG10 device were 3370 cd/m2 (at 9.6 V) and 0.6 cd/A, respectively. To realize a white polymeric light‐emitting diode, PG10 as the host material was blended with 1.0 wt % of a red‐light‐emitting polymer, poly[9,9‐dioctylfluorene‐2,7‐diyl‐alt‐2,5‐bis(2‐thienyl‐2‐cyanovinyl)‐1‐(2′‐ethylhexyloxy)‐4‐methoxybenzene‐5′,5′‐diyl] (PFR4‐S), and poly[2‐methoxy‐5‐(2′‐ethylhexyloxy)‐1,4‐phenylenevinylene] (MEH‐PPV). The device based on PG10:PFR4‐S showed an almost perfect pure white electroluminescence emission, with Commission Internationale de l'Eclairage (CIE) coordinates of (0.33, 0.36) at 8 V; for the PG10:MEH‐PPV device, the CIE coordinates at this voltage were (0.30, 0.40) with a maximum brightness of 1930 cd/m2. Moreover, the white‐light emission from the PG10:PFR4‐S device was stable even at different driving voltages and had CIE coordinates of (0.34, 0.36) at 6 V and (0.31, 0.35) at 10 V. © 2007 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. New deep‐red light‐emitting phosphorescent dendrimers with hole‐transporting carbazole dendrons were synthesized by reacting tris(2‐benzo[b]thiophen‐2‐yl‐pyridyl) iridium (III) complex with carbazolyl dendrons by DCC‐catalyzed esterification. The resulting first‐, second‐, and third‐generation dendrimers were found to be highly efficient as solution‐processable emitting materials and for use in host‐free electrophosphorescent light‐emitting diodes. We fabricated a host‐free dendrimer EL device with configuration ITO/PEDOT:PSS (40 nm)/dendrimer (55 nm)/BCP (10 nm)/Alq3 (40 nm)/LiF (1 nm)/Al (100 nm) and characterized the device performance. The multilayered devices showed luminance of 561 cd/m2 at 383.4 mA/cm2 (12 V) for 15 , 1302 cd/m2 at 321.3 mA/cm2 (14 V) for 16 , and 422 cd/m2 at 94.4 mA/cm2 (18 V) for 17 . The third‐generation dendrimer, 17 (ηext = 6.12% at 7.5 V), showed the highest external quantum efficiency (EQE) with an increase in the density of the light‐harvesting carbazole dendron. Three dendrimers exhibited considerably pure deep‐red emission with CIE 1931 (Commission International de L'Eclairage) chromaticity coordinates of x = 0.70, y = 0.30. The CIE coordinates remained very stable with the current density. The integration of rigid hole‐transporting dendrons and phosphorescent complexes provides a new route to design highly efficient solution‐processable materials for dendrimer light‐emitting diode (DLED) applications. © 2008 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. In this paper, we describe a bipolar molecular design for small molecule solution‐processed organic light emitting diodes (OLEDs). Combining the rigidity of the conjugated emissive cores and the flexibility of the peripheral alkyl‐linked carbazole groups, two series of highly efficient bipolar RGB (red, green, blue) emitters have been synthesized and characterized. The emissive cores are composed of electron‐withdrawing groups; the carbazole groups endow the materials electron‐donating units. Such bipolar structures are advantageous for the carrier injection and balance. Four peripheral carbazole groups are introduced in T‐series materials (TCDqC, TCSoC, TCBzC, TCNzC), and another four in O‐series materials (OCDqC, OCSoC, OCBzC, OCNzC). With the single‐layer device configuration of ITO/PEDOT:PSS/emitting layer/CsF/Al, two green devices exhibited excellent performance with a maximum luminescence efficiency of over 6.4 cd A?1, and a high maximum luminance of more than 6700 cd m?2. In addition, compared with the T‐series, the luminescence efficiency of blue and red devices based on O‐series materials increased from 1.6 to 2.8 cd A?1 and 0.2 to 1.3 cd A?1, respectively. To our knowledge, the performance of the blue device based on OCSoC is among the best of the blue small‐molecule solution‐processed single‐layer devices reported so far.  相似文献

A series of fluorene‐based copolymers composed of blue‐ and orange‐light‐emitting comonomers were synthesized through palladium‐catalyzed Suzuki coupling reactions. 9,9‐Dihexylfluorene and 2‐(2,6‐bis‐{2‐[1‐(9,9‐dihexyl‐9H‐fluoren‐2‐yl)‐1,2,3,4‐tetrahydroquinolin‐6‐yl]‐vinyl}‐pyran‐4‐ylidene)‐malononitrile (DCMF) were used as the blue‐ and orange‐light‐emitting chromophores, respectively. The resulting single polymers exhibited simultaneous blue (423/450 nm) and orange (580–600 nm) emissions from these two chromophores. By adjusting the fluorene and DCMF contents, white light emission could be obtained from a single polymer; a device with an ITO/PEDOT:PSS/polymer/Ca/Al configuration was found to exhibit pure white electroluminescence with Commission Internationale de L'Eclairage (CIE) coordinates of (0.33, 0.31), a maximum brightness of 1180 cd/m2, and a current efficiency of 0.60 cd/A. Furthermore, the white light emission of this device was found to be very stable with respect to variation of the driving voltage. The CIE coordinates of the device were (0.32, 0.29), (0.32, 0.29), and (0.33, 0.31) for driving voltages of 7, 8, and 10 V, respectively. © 2007 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. With the aim of developing all-organic bipolar semiconductors with high charge mobility and efficient E-type fluorescence (so-called TADF) as environmentally friendly light-emitting materials for optoelectronic applications, four noble metals-free dyes with linear and V-shapes were designed using accepting pyridine-3,5-dicarbonitrile and donating carbazole units. By exploiting a donor-acceptor design strategy and using moieties with different donating and accepting abilities, TADF emitters with a wide variety of molecular weights were synthesized to achieve the optimum combination of charge-transporting and fluorescent properties in one TADF molecule. Depending on molecule structures, different TADF emitters capable of emitting in the range from 453 to 550 nm with photoluminescence quantum yields up to 98 % for the solutions in oxygen-free toluene were obtained. All compounds showed bipolar charge-transport. Hole mobility of 2.8×10−3 cm2/Vs at 7×105 V cm−1 was observed for the compound containing two di-tert-butyl-substituted carbazole moieties. The compounds were tested in both non-doped and doped organic light-emitting diodes using different hosts. It was shown that the developed TADF emitters are suitable for different color devices with electroluminescence ranging from blue to yellow and with brightness, maximum current and external quantum efficiencies exceeding 10 000 cd m−2, 15 cd/A, and 7 %, respectively.  相似文献

Novel poly(fluorene-alt-carbazole) (PFCz) based copolymers with 3,6-carbazole-N-alkyl grafted iridium complex using 2,3-diphenylpyrazine as ligand (IrBpz) were synthesized by Suzuki polycondensation. The emission of host polymer, PFCz, was completely quenched when the copolymer with 1 mol% of iridium complex. An orange-red emission with CIE coordinate of (0.56, 0.42) was observed from Phosphorescent polymer light-emitting diodes (PhPLEDs). The PhPLEDs made by this copolymer-iridium complex showed a maximum luminous efficiency (LE) of 5.58 cd/A and a maximal luminance of 8625 cd/m2. White light with CIE coordinate of (0.33, 0.27) was observed from white PhPLEDs (WPhPLEDs) made by the copolymer containing 0.4 mol% iridium complex. A LE of 2.30 cd/A with luminance of 2068 cd/m2 was observed from WPhPLEDs.  相似文献

We propose the novel σ–π conjugated polymer poly(biphenyl germanium) grafted with two electron‐donating acridan moieties on the Ge atom for use as the host material in a polymer light‐emitting diode (PLED) with the sky‐blue‐emitting thermally activated delayed fluorescence (TADF) material DMAC‐TRZ as the guest. Its high triplet energy (ET) of 2.86 eV is significantly higher than those of conventional π–π conjugated polymers (ET=2.65 eV as the limit) and this guest emitter (ET=2.77 eV). The TADF emitter emits bluer emission than in other host materials owing to the low orientation polarizability of the germanium‐based polymer host. The Ge atom also provides an external heavy‐atom effect, which increases the rate of reverse intersystem crossing in this TADF guest, so that more triplet excitons are harvested for light emission. The sky‐blue TADF electroluminescence with this host/guest pair gave a record‐high external quantum efficiency of 24.1 % at maximum and 22.8 % at 500 cd m?2.  相似文献

We reported a new way to synthesize single‐chain white light‐emitting polyfluorene (WPF) with an increased molecular weight using azide‐alkyne click reaction. Four basic polymers with specific end‐capping, which exhibited high‐glass transition temperatures (Tg > 100 °C) and excellent thermal stability, were used as foundations of the WPF's synthesis; a blue‐light polymer (PFB2) end‐capped with azide groups can easily react with acetylene end‐capped polymers (PFB1, PFG1, and PFR1, which are emitting blue‐, green‐ and red‐light, respectively) to form triazole‐ring linkages in polar solvents such as N,N‐dimethylforamide/toluene co‐solvent at moderate temperature of 100 °C, even without metal‐catalyst. Several WPFs that consist of these four basic polymers in certain ratios were derived, and the polymer light‐emitting diode device based on the high‐molecular weight WPF was achieved and demonstrated a maximum brightness of 7551 cd/m2 (at 12.5 V) and a maximum yield of 5.5 cd/A with Commission Internationale de l'Eclairage coordinates of (0.30, 0.33) using fine‐tuned WPF5 as emitting material. © 2011 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Self‐host thermally activated delayed fluorescence (TADF) materials have recently been identified as effective emitters for solution‐processed nondoped organic light‐emitting diodes (OLEDs). However, except for the carbazole unit, few novel dendrons have been developed to build self‐host TADF emitters. This study reports two self‐host blue materials, tbCz‐SO and poCz‐SO, with the same TADF emissive core and different dendrons. The influence of the peripheral dendrons on the photophysical properties and electroluminescent performances of the self‐host materials were systematically investigated. The transient fluorescence and electroluminescence spectra indicated that the diphenylphosphoryl carbazole units could effectively encapsulate the emissive core to reduce the concentration quenching effect and to enhance reverse intersystem crossing. By using tbCz‐SO and poCz‐SO as host‐free blue emitters, the performance of the solution‐processed nondoped OLED device demonstrated that a more balanced charge transfer from the bipolar dendrons would offer a better current efficiency of 10.5 cd A−1 and stable color purity with Commission Internationale de L'Eclairage units of (0.18, 0.27).  相似文献

A blue fluorescent polymer based on poly(vinyl carbazole) (PVK) and terfluorene, combined to make a chemical hybrid at the carbazole unit (PVK‐TF), is fully characterized in this study. PVK‐TF shows useful emission features, such as peaks at 400, 420, 437, 460, and 496 nm, depending on the processing conditions. It possesses a relatively high triplet energy level (2.23 eV), electrochemical stability, good film‐forming ability, and morphological stability. Based on this blue fluorescent material, highly efficient orange phosphorescent polymer light‐emitting diodes (PLEDs) were fabricated with a maximum efficiency of 21.99 cd A?1, and a maximum luminance of 19552.3 cd m?2. Single‐layer hybrid white PLEDs were developed, with a high color rendering index of 81.9 that emitted across the whole visible spectrum from 380 to 780 nm, corresponding to the Commission International de L'Eclairage coordinates x, y values of around (0.38, 0.40) and CCT = 3774, with a maximum current efficiency of 10.69 cd A?1, and a maximum brightness of 15723.3 cd m?2. © 2014 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.
