Homoleptic tetramethylaluminate complexes [Ln(AlMe4)3] (Ln=La, Nd, Y) reacted with HCpNMe2 (CpNMe2=1‐[2‐(N,N‐dimethylamino)‐ethyl]‐2,3,4,5‐tetramethyl‐cyclopentadienyl) in pentane at ?35 °C to yield half‐sandwich rare‐earth‐metal complexes, [{C5Me4CH2CH2NMe2(AlMe3)}Ln(AlMe4)2]. Removal of the N‐donor‐coordinated trimethylaluminum group through donor displacement by using an equimolar amount of Et2O at ambient temperature only generated the methylene‐bridged complexes [{C5Me4CH2CH2NMe(μ‐CH2)AlMe3}Ln(AlMe4)] with the larger rare‐earth‐metal ions lanthanum and neodymium. X‐ray diffraction analysis revealed the formation of isostructural complexes and the C? H bond activation of one aminomethyl group. The formation of Ln(μ‐CH2)Al moieties was further corroborated by 13C and 1H‐13C HSQC NMR spectroscopy. In the case of the largest metal center, lanthanum, this C? H bond activation could be suppressed at ?35 °C, thereby leading to the isolation of [(CpNMe2)La(AlMe4)2], which contains an intramolecularly coordinated amino group. The protonolysis reaction of [Ln(AlMe4)3] (Ln=La, Nd) with the anilinyl‐substituted cyclopentadiene HCpAMe2 (CpAMe2=1‐[1‐(N,N‐dimethylanilinyl)]‐2,3,4,5‐tetramethylcyclopentadienyl) at ?35 °C generated the half‐sandwich complexes [(CpAMe2)Ln(AlMe4)2]. Heating these complexes at 75 °C resulted in the C? H bond activation of one of the anilinium methyl groups and the formation of [{C5Me4C6H4NMe(μ‐CH2)AlMe3}Ln(AlMe4)] through the elimination of methane. In contrast, the smaller yttrium metal center already gave the aminomethyl‐activated complex at ?35 °C, which is isostructural to those of lanthanum and neodymium. The performance of complexes [{C5Me4CH2CH2NMe(μ‐CH2)AlMe3}‐ Ln(AlMe4)], [(CpAMe2)Ln(AlMe4)2], and [{C5Me4C6H4NMe(μ‐CH2)AlMe3}Ln(AlMe4)] in the polymerization of isoprene was investigated upon activation with [Ph3C][B(C6F5)4], [PhNMe2H][B(C6F5)4], and B(C6F5)3. The highest stereoselectivities were observed with the lanthanum‐based pre‐catalysts, thereby producing polyisoprene with trans‐1,4 contents of up to 95.6 %. Narrow molecular‐weight distributions (Mw/Mn<1.1) and complete consumption of the monomer suggested a living‐polymerization mechanism.  相似文献

The protonolysis reaction of [Ln(AlMe4)3] with H(Cp′) (Cp′ = C5Me4H) gives access to half-sandwich complexes [(Cp′)Ln(AlMe4)2]. X-ray structure analyses of the samarium, neodymium, and lanthanum derivatives reveal a distinct [AlMe4] coordination (one η2, one bent η2) for the two smaller rare-earth metals. The lanthanum complex displays an unprecedented dimeric structure with two μ2-η1:η2 coordinating [AlMe4] ligands in the solid state. Treatment of complexes [(Cp′)Ln(AlMe4)2] with perfluorinated organoborates and -boranes produces discrete contact ion-pairs, which are characterized by 1H, 13C, 27Al, 19F, and 11B NMR spectroscopy and act as efficient initiators for the fabrication of trans-1,4 polyisoprene. The polymerization performance is hereby affected by the rare-earth metal cation size, the type of boron cocatalyst, and the polymerization temperature.  相似文献

By applying the proper stoichiometry of 1:2 to [CpRFe(η5‐P5)] and CuX (X=Cl, Br) and dilution conditions in mixtures of CH3CN and solvents like CH2Cl2, 1,2‐Cl2C6H4, toluene, and THF, nine spherical giant molecules having the simplified general formula [CpRFe(η5‐P5)]@[{CpRFe(η5‐P5)}12{CuX}25(CH3CN)10] (CpR5‐C5Me5 (Cp*); η5‐C5Me4Et (CpEt); X=Cl, Br) have been synthesized and structurally characterized. The products consist of 90‐vertex frameworks consisting of non‐carbon atoms and forming fullerene‐like structural motifs. Besides the mostly neutral products, some charged derivatives have been isolated. These spherical giant molecules show an outer diameter of 2.24 (X=Cl) to 2.26 nm (X=Br) and have inner cavities of 1.28 (X=Cl) and 1.20 nm (X=Br) in size. In most instances the inner voids of these nanoballs encapsulate one molecule of [Cp*Fe(η5‐P5)], which reveals preferred orientations of π–π stacking between the cyclo‐P5 rings of the guest and those of the host molecules. Moreover, π–π and σ–π interactions are also found in the packing motifs of the balls in the crystal lattice. Electrochemical investigations of these soluble molecules reveal one irreversible multi‐electron oxidation at Ep=0.615 V and two reduction steps (?1.10 and ?2.0 V), the first of which corresponds to about 12 electrons. Density functional calculations reveal that during oxidation and reduction the electrons are withdrawn or added to the surface of the spherical nanomolecules, and no Cu2+ species are involved.  相似文献

Two transition-metal atoms bridged by hydrides may represent a useful structural motif for N2 activation by molecular complexes and the enzyme active site. In this study, dinuclear MoIV-FeII complexes with bridging hydrides, CpRMo(PMe3)(H)(μ-H)3FeCp* ( 2 a ; CpR=Cp*=C5Me5, 2 b ; CpR=C5Me4H), were synthesized via deprotonation of CpRMo(PMe3)H5 ( 1 a ; CpR=Cp*, 1 b ; CpR=C5Me4H) by Cp*FeN(SiMe3)2, and they were characterized by spectroscopy and crystallography. These Mo−Fe complexes reveal the shortest Mo−Fe distances ever reported (2.4005(3) Å for 2 a and 2.3952(3) Å for 2 b ), and the Mo−Fe interactions were analyzed by computational studies. Removal of the terminal Mo−H hydride in 2 a – 2 b by [Ph3C]+ in THF led to the formation of cationic THF adducts [CpRMo(PMe3)(THF)(μ-H)3FeCp*]+ ( 3 a ; CpR=Cp*, 3 b ; CpR=C5Me4H). Further reaction of 3 a with LiPPh2 gave rise to a phosphido-bridged complex Cp*Mo(PMe3)(μ-H)(μ-PPh2)FeCp* ( 4 ). A series of Mo−Fe complexes were subjected to catalytic silylation of N2 in the presence of Na and Me3SiCl, furnishing up to 129±20 equiv of N(SiMe3)3 per molecule of 2 b . Mechanism of the catalytic cycle was analyzed by DFT calculations.  相似文献

The tris(2,4‐dimethylpentadienyl) complexes [Ln(η5‐Me2C5H5)3] (Ln = Nd, La, Y) are obtained analytically pure by reaction of the tribromides LnBr3·nTHF with the potassium compound K(Me2C5H5)(thf)n in THF in good yields. The structural characterization is carried out by X‐ray crystal structure analysis and NMR‐spectroscopically. The tris complexes can be transformed into the dimeric bis(2,4‐dimethylpentadienyl) complexes [Ln2(η5‐Me2C5H5)4X2] (Ln, X: Nd, Cl, Br, I; La, Br, I; Y, Br) by reaction with the trihalides THF solvates in the molar ratio 2:1 in toluene. Structure and bonding conditions are determined for selected compounds by X‐ray crystal structure analysis and NMR‐spectroscopically in general. The dimer‐monomer equilibrium existing in solution was investigated NMR‐spectroscopically in dependence of the donor strength of the solvent and could be established also by preparation of the corresponding monomer neutral ligand complexes [Ln(η5‐Me2C5H5)2X(L)] (Ln, X, L: Nd, Br, py; La, Cl, thf; Br, py; Y, Br, thf). Finally the possibilities for preparation of mono(2,4‐dimethylpentadienyl)lanthanoid(III)‐dibromid complexes are shown and the hexameric structure of the lanthanum complex [La6(η5‐Me2C5H5)6Br12(thf)4] is proved by X‐ray crystal structure analysis.  相似文献

Reaction of NiX2·DME (X = Cl, Br; DME = 1,2-Dimethoxyethane) with Cp′Li (Cp′ = η5-C5Me5) in THF at ?10°C yields as intermediates dimeric halogeno complexes [Cp′NiX]2 (I) as shown by mass spectroscopy. 1 reacts with neutral and anionic donor ligands viz. PPh3 to Cp′Ni(PPh3)X, 1,5-COD to [Cp′NiCOD]+, CpNa to CpCp′Ni and with COTLi2 to (Cp′Ni)2COT (COT = cyclooctatetraene). Analogously the reaction product from FeBr2·DME and Cp′Li at ?80°C in THF is converted by CpNa to CpCp′Fe and by CO to Cp′Fe(CO)2Br.  相似文献

The chemistry of polyphosphorus cations has rapidly developed in recent years, but their coordination behavior has remained mostly unexplored. Herein, we describe the reactivity of [P5R2]+ cations with cyclopentadienyl metal complexes. The reaction of [CpArFe(μ‐Br)]2 (CpAr=C5(C6H4‐4‐Et)5) with [P5R2][GaCl4] (R=iPr and 2,4,6‐Me3C6H2 (Mes)) afforded bicyclo[1.1.0]pentaphosphanes ( 1‐R , R=iPr and Mes), showing an unsymmetric “butterfly” structure. The same products 1‐R were formed from K[CpAr] and [P5R2][GaCl4]. The cationic complexes [CpArCo(η4‐P5R2)][GaCl4] ( 2‐R [GaCl4], R=iPr and Cy) and [(CpArNi)23:3‐P5R2)][GaCl4] ( 3‐R [GaCl4]) were obtained from [P5R2][GaCl4] and [CpArM(μ‐Br)]2 (M=Co and Ni) as well as by using low‐valent “CpArMI” sources. Anion metathesis of 2‐R [GaCl4] and 3‐R [GaCl4] was achieved with Na[BArF24]. The P5 framework of the resulting salts 2‐R [BArF24] can be further functionalized with nucleophiles. Thus reactions with [Et4N]X (X=CN and Cl) give unprecedented cyano‐ and chloro‐functionalized complexes, while organo‐functionalization was achieved with CyMgCl.  相似文献

Secondary Hydroxyalkylphosphanes: Synthesis and Characterization of Mono‐, Bis‐ and Trisalkoxyphosphane‐substituted Zirconium Complexes and the Heterobimetallic Trinuclear Complex [Cp2Zr{O(CH2)3PHMes(AuCl)}2] The secondary hydroxyalkylphosphanes RPHCH2OH [R = 2,4,6‐Me3C6H2 (Mes) ( 1 ), 2,4,6‐iPr3C6H2 (Tipp) ( 2 )], 1‐AdPH‐2‐OH‐cyclo‐C6H10 ( 3 ) and RPH(CH2)3OH [R = Ph ( 4 ), Mes ( 5 ), Tipp ( 6 ), Cy ( 7 ), tBu ( 8 )] were obtained from primary phosphanes RPH2 and formaldehyde ( 1 , 2 ) or from LiPHR and cyclohexene oxide ( 3 ) or trimethylene oxide ( 4 ‐ 8 ). Starting from 5 or 7 and [CpR2ZrMe2] [CpR = C5EtMe4 (Cp°), C5H5 (Cp), C5MeH4 (Cp′)], the monoalkoxyphosphane‐substituted zirconocene complexes [CpR2Zr(Me){O(CH2)3PHMes}] [CpR = Cp° ( 9 ), Cp ( 10 )] were prepared. With [CpR2ZrCl2], the bisalkoxyphosphane‐substituted complexes [Cp′2Zr{O(CH2)3PHMes}2] ( 11 ) and [Cp2Zr{O(CH2)3PHCy}2] ( 12 ) are obtained, and with [TpRZrCl3], the trisalkoxyphosphane‐substituted zirconium complexes [TpRZr{O(CH2)3PHMes}3] [TpR = trispyrazolylborato (Tp) ( 13 ), TpR = tris(3,5‐dimethyl)pyrazolylborato (Tp*) ( 14 )] are prepared. The reaction of 5 with [AuCl(tht)] (tht = tetrahydrothiophene) yielded the mononuclear complex [AuCl{PHMes(CH2)3OH}] ( 15 ). The trinuclear complex [Cp2Zr{O(CH2)3PHMes(AuCl)}2] ( 16 ) was obtained from [Cp2ZrCl2] and 15 . Compounds 1 ‐ 16 were characterized spectroscopically (1H‐, 31P‐, 13C‐NMR; IR; MS) and compound 2 also by crystal structure determination. The bis‐ and trisalkoxyphosphane‐substituted complexes 11‐14 and 16 were obtained as mixtures of two diastereomers which could not be separated.  相似文献

Reactions of [CpRhCl2]2 (Cp = η5-C5Me5 (Cp*), η5-C5Me4Et (Cp′), η5-C5H3 t Bu2(Cp″)) with in situ generated H2Se give triangular [Cp3Rh3Se2]2+ clusters. These clusters were isolated as PF6 salts and characterized with ESI-MS, 77Se, 1H NMR and DFT calculations. [Cp3Rh3Se2] undergoes two reversible two-electron reduction steps. Quantum-chemical calculations reveal non-trivial bonding situation in the cluster core and changes in the hapticity of the Cp* ligand upon reduction. Crystal structure of [Cp 3 * Rh3Se2][Re2(μ-Cl)3(CO)6]Cl · 3.3H2O has been determined.  相似文献

A series of solvent-free heteroleptic terminal rare-earth-metal alkyl complexes stabilized by a superbulky tris(pyrazolyl)borato ligand with the general formula [TptBu,MeLnMeR] have been synthesized and fully characterized. Treatment of the heterobimetallic mixed methyl/tetramethylaluminate compounds [TptBu,MeLnMe(AlMe4)] (Ln=Y, Lu) with two equivalents of the mild halogenido transfer reagents SiMe3X (X=Cl, I) gave [TptBu,MeLnX2] in high yields. The addition of only one equivalent of SiMe3Cl to [TptBu,MeLuMe(AlMe4)] selectively afforded the desired mixed methyl/chloride complex [TptBu,MeLuMeCl]. Further reactivity studies of [TptBu,MeLuMeCl] with LiR or KR (R=CH2Ph, CH2SiMe3) through salt metathesis led to the monomeric mixed-alkyl derivatives [TptBu,MeLuMe(CH2SiMe3)] and [TptBu,MeLuMe(CH2Ph)], respectively, in good yields. The SiMe4 elimination protocols were also applicable when using SiMe3X featuring more weakly coordinating moieties (here X=OTf, NTf2). X-ray structure analyses of this diverse set of new [TptBu,MeLnMeR/X] compounds were performed to reveal any electronic and steric effects of the varying monoanionic ligands R and X, including exact cone-angle calculations of the tridentate tris(pyrazolyl)borato ligand. Deeper insights into the reactivity of these potential precursors for terminal alkylidene rare-earth-metal complexes were gained through NMR spectroscopic studies.  相似文献

Hydrogenolysis of alkyl‐substituted cyclopentadienyl (CpR) ligated thorium tribenzyl complexes [(CpR)Th(p‐CH2‐C6H4‐Me)3] ( 1 – 6 ) afforded the first examples of molecular thorium trihydrido complexes [(CpR)Th(μ‐H)3]n (CpR=C5H2(tBu)3 or C5H2(SiMe3)3, n=5; C5Me4SiMe3, n=6; C5Me5, n=7; C5Me4H, n=8; 7 – 10 and 12 ) and [(Cp#)12Th13H40] (Cp#=C5H4SiMe3; 13 ). The nuclearity of the metal hydride clusters depends on the steric profile of the cyclopentadienyl ligands. The hydrogenolysis intermediate, tetra‐nuclear octahydrido thorium dibenzylidene complex [(Cpttt)Th(μ‐H)2]4(μ‐p‐CH‐C6H4‐Me)2 (Cpttt=C5H2(tBu)3) ( 11 ) was also isolated. All of the complexes were characterized by NMR spectroscopy and single‐crystal X‐ray analysis. Hydride positions in [(CpMe4)Th(μ‐H)3]8 (CpMe4=C5Me4H) were further precisely confirmed by single‐crystal neutron diffraction. DFT calculations strengthen the experimental assignment of the hydride positions in the complexes 7 to 12 .  相似文献

The influence of differently substituted cyclopentadienyl CpR ligands on the reaction outcome of [CpRFe(CO)2]2 (CpR = C5Me5, EtC5Me4, 1,3-Bu2tC5H3) with As4 is examined. For C5Me5 and EtC5Me4, the pentaarsaferrocene derivatives [CpRFe(η5-As5)] are formed together with [(CpRFe)3As6] and [(CpRFe)3As6{(η3-As3)Fe}], while for 1,3-Bu2tC5H3 only [(CpRFe)3As6] is formed. The reaction of [(Me5C5Fe)3As6{(η3-As3)Fe}] with Tl+ leads to [{(Me5C5Fe)3As6Fe}2(μ,η33-As3)]2+ representing an unexpected dicationic cluster.  相似文献

On the Reactivity of Titanocene Complexes [Ti(Cp′)22‐Me3SiC≡CSiMe3)] (Cp′ = Cp, Cp*) towards Benzenedicarboxylic Acids Titanocene complexes [Ti(Cp′)2(BTMSA)] ( 1a , Cp′ = Cp = η5‐C5H5; 1b , Cp′ = Cp* = η5‐C5Me5; BTMSA = Me3SiC≡CSiMe3) were found to react with iodine and methyl iodide yielding [Ti(Cp′)2(μ‐I)2] ( 2a / b ; a refers to Cp′ = Cp and b to Cp′ = Cp*), [Ti(Cp′)2I2] ( 3a / b ) and [Ti(Cp′)2(Me)I] ( 4a / b ), respectively. In contrast to 2a , complex 2b proved to be highly moisture sensitive yielding with cleavage of HCp* [{Ti(Cp*)I}2(μ‐O)] ( 7 ). The corresponding reactions of 1a / b with p‐cresol and thiophenol resulted in the formation of [Ti(Cp′)2{O(p‐Tol)}2] ( 5a / b ) and [Ti(Cp′)2(SPh)2] ( 6a / b ), respectively. Reactions of 1a and 1b with 1,n‐benzenedicarboxylic acids (n = 2–4) resulted in the formation of dinuclear titanium(III) complexes of the type [{Ti(Cp′)2}2{μ‐1,n‐(O2C)2C6H4}] (n = 2, 8a / b ; n = 3, 9a / b ; n = 4, 10a / b ). All complexes were fully characterized analytically and spectroscopically. Furthermore, complexes 7 , 8b , 9a ·THF, 10a / b were also be characterized by single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction analyses.  相似文献

Reactions of Nitrosyl Complexes. XIII. Synthesis of Novel Di- and Trinuclear Heterobimetallic Complexes with Bridging NO Ligands By reaction of [{Cp′Fe(μ-NO)}2] with [Cp′Mn(CO)2 · (THF)] (Cp′ = μ5-C5H4Me) in THF [Cp3′Fe2Mn(μ-CO)2(μ-NO) · (μ3-NO)] 1 is formed in high yield. The reaction of [{Cp′Fe(μ-NO)}2]Na with [Cp′Mn(CO)2NO]BF4 in DME/acetone yields besides known [{Cp′Mn(CO)(NO)}2] 2 the novel complex [Cp2′FeMn(μ-NO)2NO] 3 . By interaction between [Cp′Mn(CO)2(THF)] and 3 , [Cp3′FeMn2(μ-CO)(μ-NO)2 · (μ3-NO)] 4 is formed. The complex 4 represents the hitherto unknown missing link in the series of the isoelectronic clusters [Cp3′Mn3(μ-NO)33-NO)], 1 , and [Cp3′Fe3(μ-CO)33-NO)]. Attempts to synthesize the unknown complex [(Cp′FeNO)2 · Cr(CO)5] by addition of carbene analogous Cr(CO)5 fragments to the Fe=Fe bond in [{Cp′Fe(μ-NO)}2] only led to very low yields of [Cp2′FeCr(CO)5] 5 . The new complexes were characterized by mass, NMR and IR spectra.  相似文献

Abstract. The cyclopentadienyl‐substituted iron‐bismuth complexes [{Cp(CO)2Fe}BiCl2] ( 1 ), [{Cp(CO)2Fe}BiBr2] ( 2 ), [{Cp′′(CO)2Fe}BiBr2] ( 3 ) and [{Cp*(CO)2Fe}BiBr2] ( 4 ) were prepared with high yields starting from [Cpx(CO)2Fe]2 [Cpx = C5H5 (Cp), C5H3‐1, 3‐tBu2 (Cp′′), C5Me5 (Cp*)] and the corresponding bismuth halides. The single crystal X‐ray structure analyses of compounds 2 – 4 are reported. Comparison of their solubility demonstrates that the steric hindrance in this type of compounds is only slightly higher for compound 3 compared with compound 2 but significantly lower compared with the Cp* derivative 4 . Compounds 1 – 4 react with nucleophililic reagents such as KOtBu, NaOCH2CH2OCH3, and NaOSiMe3 as well as with water in the presence of an amine to give a mixture of [{Cpx(CO)2Fe}BiX] (X = Cl, Br) and [{Cpx(CO)2Fe}3Bi]. In case of a reaction with nBu4NCl and DMAP (dimethylaminopyridine) no such dismutation is observed. Instead the complexes [{Cp(CO)2Fe}BiBr2(DMAP)2] ( 5 ), [NnBu4]2[{{Cp(CO)2Fe}BiBr3}2] ( 6 ) and [NnBu4]2[{{Cp(CO)2Fe}BiCl3}2] ( 7 ) were isolated and characterized by single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction.  相似文献

Yttrocene‐carboxylate complex [Cp*2Y(OOCArMe)] (Cp*=C5Me5, ArMe=C6H2Me3‐2,4,6) was synthesized as a spectroscopically versatile model system for investigating the reactivity of alkylaluminum hydrides towards rare‐earth‐metal carboxylates. Equimolar reactions with bis‐neosilylaluminum hydride and dimethylaluminum hydride gave adduct complexes of the general formula [Cp*2Y(μ‐OOCArMe)(μ‐H)AlR2] (R=CH2SiMe3, Me). The use of an excess of the respective aluminum hydride led to the formation of product mixtures, from which the yttrium‐aluminum‐hydride complex [{Cp*2Y(μ‐H)AlMe2(μ‐H)AlMe2(μ‐CH3)}2] could be isolated, which features a 12‐membered‐ring structure. The adduct complexes [Cp*2Y(μ‐OOCArMe)(μ‐H)AlR2] display identical 1J(Y,H) coupling constants of 24.5 Hz for the bridging hydrido ligands and similar 89Y NMR shifts of δ=?88.1 ppm (R=CH2SiMe3) and δ=?86.3 ppm (R=Me) in the 89Y DEPT45 NMR experiments.  相似文献

Highly reduced [Cp3Ln3(μ2-H)3]?/0 (Ln = La or Lu; Cp = C5H5?) clusters “free” from host carbon cages were used as models to mimic the electronic structure of La3@C110 and Lu3@C80 EMFs. DFT calculations revealed that these clusters “unshielded” from host carbon cages are highly reactive, disrupting strong single H–H, H–X (X = F, Cl, Br, and I) and double O=O bonds and descending the inert N≡N triple bond up to a single N–N bond, yielding stable bicapped trinuclear [Cp3Ln3(μ2-H)3(μ3-H)2]?, [Cp3Ln3(μ2-H)3(μ3-H)(μ3-X)]?, [Cp3Ln3(μ2-H)3(μ3-O)2]?, and [Cp3Ln3(μ2-H)3(μ3-N)2]? clusters. The calculated thermodynamics of the reactions revealed an unprecedented reactivity pattern inherent to multimetallic cooperative effect on nonclassic oxidative addition reactions which proceed by electrophilic attack of the oxidative addition (oxad) substrates at the center of the highly reduced triangular trilanthanide Ln3 rings accompanied by “penetration” of the ring plane that cuts the strong bonds. The [Cp3Ln3(μ2-H)3]?/0 (Ln = La or Lu) clusters, mimicking also the electronic structure of La3@C110 and Lu3@C80 EMFs, easily capture hydrogen, nitrogen, oxygen, and halogen atoms to yield monocapped trimetallic [Cp3Ln3(μ2-H)3(μ3-X)] (X = H, N, O, F, Cl, Br, and I) clusters. The molecular and electronic structures of the “free” from the cage monocapped trimetallic clusters are thoroughly discussed.  相似文献

The use of [Cp′′2Zr(η1:1-E4)] (E=P ( 1 a ), As ( 1 b ), Cp′′=1,3-di-tert-butyl-cyclopentadienyl) as phosphorus or arsenic source, respectively, gives access to novel stable polypnictogen transition metal complexes at ambient temperatures. The reaction of 1 a/1 b with [CpRNiBr]2 (CpR=CpBn (1,2,3,4,5-pentabenzyl-cyclopentadienyl), Cp′′′ (1,2,4-tri-tert-butyl-cyclopentadienyl)) was studied, to yield novel complexes depending on steric effects and stoichiometric ratios. Besides the transfer of the complete En unit, a degradation as well as aggregation can be observed. Thus, the prismane derivatives [(Cp′′′Ni)2(μ,η3:3-E4)] ( 2 a (E=P); 2 b (E=As)) or the arsenic containing cubane [(Cp′′′Ni)33-As)(As4)] ( 5 ) are formed. Furthermore, the bromine bridged cubanes of the type [(CpRNi)3{Ni(μ-Br)}(μ3-E)4]2 (CpR=Cp′′′: 6 a (E=P), 6 b (E=As), CpR=CpBn: 8 a (E=P), 8 b (E=As)) can be isolated. Here, a stepwise transfer of En units is possible, with a cyclo-E42− ligand being introduced and unprecedented triple-decker compounds of the type [{(CpRNi)3Ni(μ3-E)4}2(μ,η4:4-E′4)] (CpR=CpBn, Cp′′′; E/E′=P, As) are obtained.  相似文献
