H2SO4处理的Nb2O5/γ -Al2O3催化剂表面酸性与催化性能研究   总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3  
用Hammett指示剂法、红外光谱(IR)、示差扫描量热-热重法(DSC-TG)和微型催化反应装置等研究了H2SO4处理的负载型Nb2O5/γ-Al2O3催化剂表面酸性和催化异丁烯(IB)与异丁醛(IBA)反应生成2,5-二甲基-2,4-己二烯(DMHD)的催化性能。结果表明随所用H2SO4浓度增加,Nb2O5/γ-Al2O3催化剂表面酸性增强,B酸量增加,L酸量先增加后下降。经H2SO4处理的Nb2O5/γ-Al2O3催化剂的催化活性明显增加,但当H2SO4浓度超过0.05 mol·L-1时催化活性又急剧下降,这可能是因为在H2SO4处理的催化剂表面形成的强酸中心上,产物分子进一步转化为积炭且封闭催化剂活性表面,导致催化活性下降。  相似文献

将Fe2O3纳米粉体经一定浓度的H2SO4浸泡活化后制成纳米固体超强酸SO42-/Fe2O3,将其用于催化合成乙酸乙酯以考察其活性。利用均匀设计分析了超强酸制备过程及酯化反应过程中各因素的影响,研究结果表明较好的制备条件是:H2SO4浓度:2.5mol·L-1;浸泡时间:1h;活化温度:167℃;活化时间:1h,此时获得的固体超强酸SO42-/Fe2O3的粒径小于50nm。当催化剂用量为冰乙酸质量的5%,n(乙醇)∶n(冰乙酸)为3∶1,反应3.5h后乙酸的转化率高于80%。该催化剂经H2SO4溶液浸泡、活化再生后可重新使用,推断出其酸强度H0<-14.5。  相似文献

Fe2O3填充碳纳米管作为锂离子电池负极材料的电化学性能   总被引:5,自引:2,他引:5  
通过碳纳米管与硝酸铁水热反应和随后烧结处理合成了Fe2O3填充多壁碳纳米管,透射电子显微镜(TEM)和X-射线衍射(XRD)分析显示,Fe2O3多数填充入碳纳米管管腔内,在碳纳米管外壁极少发现有附着物,碳纳米管中Fe2O3颗粒具有γ-Fe2O3结构,这与水热法制备的的纺锤状Fe2O3(α-Fe2O3相)明显不同。这是因为硝酸将管壁及管端腐蚀,Fe3+由于毛细管作用进入管腔。文章初步研究了Fe2O3填充多壁碳纳米管、水热法合成的纳米Fe2O3颗粒和硝酸纯化的多壁碳纳米管的电化学嵌/脱锂性能。研究发现,Fe2O3填充多壁碳纳米管具有Fe2O3的高的放电容量和碳纳米管的低放电电位特征。由于碳纳米管的限定作用,缓解了碳纳米管空腔内γ-Fe2O3在反复锂嵌/脱过程中的结构应变,该复合材料表现出具有良好的循环稳定性。  相似文献

用酸中和法制备了活性γ-Al2O3, 并在其表面负载SO3得到固体酸催化剂SO3/γ-Al2O3, 用XRD, TG-DTA, FT-IR,NMR, NH3-TPD等对其进行了结构和酸性研究. 结果表明: 在SO3/γ-Al2O3的制备过程中形成少量的Al2(SO4)3, 同时SO3与γ-Al2O3表面上的羟基反应, 形成强的Brönsted酸位, 根据1H/27Al 双共振(TRAPDOR)MAS NMR与FT-IR实验结果提出了Brönsted酸结构模型. SO3/γ-Al2O3表面存在两种不同强度的酸中心, 其酸强度大于分子筛HZSM-5, 但弱于传统的固体超强酸 /γ-Al2O3.  相似文献

纯Fe2O3表面活性位点较少具有较低的催化活性限制了其在多相芬顿催化体系中的应用。通常采用元素掺杂、贵金属负载以及与其它化合物质复合等改性措施来提升催化活性,然而这些措施存在催化剂制备复杂,制备成本高以及催化剂的精细结构难以精准控制等问题。因此,本文提出在α-Fe2O3表面引入氧空位缺陷构筑双活性位点(Fe2+和氧空位)用于促进H2O2分解提高降解污染物降解效率。实验结果发现α-Fe2O3-x-330/H2O2体系具有较宽的pH使用范围(pH=2~10)。当pH=4时,罗丹明B的降解速率常数为0.834 h-1,而且催化剂具有磁性,易回收重复使用。催化机理研究表明氧空位缺陷α-Fe2O3-x催化剂的氧空位和Fe2+两种活性位点均可促进H2O2分解,而且氧空位的引入有利于污染物在催化剂表面的吸附进一步提高催化性能。  相似文献

磁性固体超强酸SO42-/ZrO2-Al2O3-Fe3O4的制备与性能研究   总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3  
利用化学共沉淀法将磁性基质与固体酸组装制备磁性纳米固体超强酸催化剂,利用XRD、Raman、TG-DSC、M?ssbauer、TEM、HRTEM等手段对样品性质进行表征。结果表明:磁性基质的引入赋予固体超强酸以超顺磁性;Fe3O4、Al2O3粒子弥散在ZrO2基质中,烧结过程中阻碍了扩散传质的进行以及晶界移动,抑制了ZrO2晶体生长,稳定了四方晶相(T-ZrO2);样品粒径分布集中,平均约为32 nm;HRTEM显示T-ZrO2晶体生长取向于(101)方向,晶面间距d(101)=0.29 nm;Hammett指示剂法测得经600 ℃焙烧后产物的酸强度Ho<-13.8,酸强度大于浓硫酸(Ho=-11.93)。以柠檬酸三丁酯的合成作为磁性固体超强酸SO42-/ZrO2-Al2O3-Fe3O4催化剂的探针反应,结果表明外磁场的引入提高了柠檬酸的转化率。  相似文献

以Al2O3为基质,添加ZrO2和La2O3,制成La2O3-ZrO2-Al2O3复合载体,然后采用SO42-进行改性,再负载上Cu2+,制备了铜基SO42-改性的复合载体催化剂(Cu/SO42-/La2O3-ZrO2-Al2O3)。考察了它在富氧条件下对丙烯选择还原NO的催化性能,并借助XRD、SEM、TG、Py-IR、NH3-TPD、FTIR和TPR等方法研究了Cu/SO42-/La2O3-ZrO2-Al2O3的结构和性能的关系。结果表明,ZrO2的加入主要有利于提高催化剂的低温活性;La2O3的加入则主要有利于提高催化剂的热稳定性和还原性能;SO42-能够与Zr形成螯合双配位结构,大幅度促使催化剂表面酸量增加并且酸性增强;因此,有效地提高了Cu/SO42-/La2O3-ZrO2-Al2O3在富氧条件下对丙烯选择还原NO的催化活性和水热稳定性。在无水条件下,Cu/SO42-/La2O3-ZrO2-Al2O3能使NO的最大转化率高达84.3%,即使在275 ℃ 10%水蒸气存在的情况下,仍能使NO的转化率高达81.2%。  相似文献

Li+,Na+//SO42-,B4O72--H2O交互四元体系288 K介稳相平衡研究   总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3  
采用等温蒸发法研究了四元体系Li+,Na+//SO42-,B4O72--H2O 288 K介稳相平衡及平衡液相物化性质(密度、电导率、折光率、粘度和pH值),测定了该四元体系288 K条件下介稳平衡溶液溶解度及物化性质。根据实验数据绘制了相应的介稳相图及物化性质组成图。研究发现:该体系介稳平衡中有复盐Li2SO4·Na2SO4形成。其介稳相图中有3个共饱和点,7条单变量曲线,平衡固相为:Li2SO4·H2O,Na2SO4,Li2SO4·Na2SO4,Li2B4O7·3H2O,Na2B4O7·10H2O。复盐Li2SO4·Na2SO4和一水硫酸锂(Li2SO4·H2O)有较小的结晶区,而Li2B4O7·3H2O和Na2B4O7·10H2O有较大的结晶区;该四元体系介稳平衡条件下未发现Na2SO4·10H2O的结晶区。  相似文献

以溶剂热法制备氨基功能化的Fe3O4纳米颗粒为磁核,结合溶胶-凝胶法和模板法在其表面先后包覆上致密的SiO2层和介孔TiO2层,制备了磁性-发光-微波热转换性-介孔结构为一体的多功能核-壳结构纳米复合颗粒,并对其结构、性能及载药能力进行了研究。XRD分析表明:Fe3O4表面包覆上了无定形结构的SiO2和TiO2。TEM照片表明:所得的纳米复合颗粒具有明显的核壳结构和完美的球形,构成核的Fe3O4颗粒的尺寸在40~50 nm之间,Fe3O4@SiO2@mTiO2核壳结构纳米复合颗粒的尺寸为60~70 nm,壳层厚度约10 nm,并可观察到壳层中清晰的孔状结构。磁性、荧光光谱和微波热转换特性分析表明:该复合颗粒同时具有良好的发光性、磁性和微波热转换特性。N2气吸附及药物负载率分析表明,该复合颗粒具有较高的比表面积(640 m2·g-1)和介孔结构(孔径约2.8 nm)并且具有较高的药物负载率。  相似文献

A new and simple synthesis of novel N-protected methyl 5-substituted-4-hydroxypyrrole-3-carboxylates, which exist in equilibrium with their 4-oxo tautomers, has been developed in two steps starting from N-protected α-amino acids. The key intermediates are enaminones, which can also be isolated, characterized, and used for the construction of other functionalized heterocycles, before they spontaneously decompose to pyrrole products. 4-Hydroxypyrroles are prone to partial aerial oxidation but can be efficiently alkylated or reduced to stable polysubstituted pyrrolidine derivatives.  相似文献

The chemoselectivity in the intramolecular CH insertion of various diazosulfonamides has been experimentally studied. The results reveal that the aliphatic 1,4-, 1,5-, or 1,6-C(sp3)?H insertions of diazosulfonamides are not accessible, while the aromatic 1,5-C(sp2)?H insertion can be realized specifically by adjusting the diazo-adjacent group. In addition, the general chemoselectivities in the intramolecular CH insertions of diazosulfonyl compounds are summarized. Generally, diazosulfones undergo both aromatic 1,5-C(sp2)?H and aliphatic 1,5- and 1,6-C(sp3)?H insertions, while diazosulfonates undergo aliphatic 1,5- and 1,6-C(sp3)?H insertions. However, diazosulfonamides only undergo aromatic 1,5-C(sp2)?H insertion.  相似文献

N-Heterocyclic carbene-palladacyclic complexes 3 were successfully achieved in a one-pot procedure under mild conditions. An efficient iodine-mediated oxidative Pictet-Spengler reaction in dimethyl sulphoxide (DMSO) using terminal alkynes as the 2-oxoaldehyde surrogate for the synthesis of aryl (9H-pyrido[3,4-b]indol-1-yl)methanones is described. The scope of the protocol includes the total synthesis of Fascaplysin, Eudistomins Y1 and Y2. The methodology is extended for preparing pyrrolo[1,2-a]-quinoxaline and indolo[1,5-a]quinoxaline derivatives. The utility of 1-aroyl-β-carbolines was demonstrated by performing palladium-catalyzed β-carboline directed ortho-C(sp2)-H functionalization of the phenyl ring with thiomethyl (SMe) group using DMSO as source and for accessing 4-aryl-canthin-6-ones.  相似文献

In this Letter, we described a facile method for constructing fused bicyclic 1-arylpyrazol-5-one ring system. We employed various methylene-containing carboxylic acids as the substrates and proved that the pyrazolone ring closure requires activated methylene group in intermediate II. Accordingly, a series of structurally diversified, fused bicyclic 1-arylpyrazol-5-ones was prepared in moderate to high yields using the requisite substrates.  相似文献

A series of 20 CuAIAC reactions between eight 4-acylamino substituted pyrazolidine-3-one-1-azomethine imines and four terminal ynones were performed using Cu0 as catalyst. The corresponding fluorescent cycloadducts were obtained in very high yields upon simple workup. Thus, Cu-metal turned out to be a better catalyst than CuI in terms of yield and ease of isolation. Availability of azomethine imines, mild reaction conditions, and simple workup enable a “click” access to libraries of densely substituted 2,3-dihydro-1H,5H-pyrazolo[1,2-a]pyrazol-1-ones. Reactivity of differently substituted dipoles was evaluated experimentally and by quantum chemical methods (DFT).  相似文献

(E)-4-(Fullerenopyrrolidin-1-yl)-3-methylbut-2-enoic acid and its corresponding succinimidyl ester, readily obtained through Prato-type modification of C60, were used for the selective N-acylation of polyamines. The thus obtained conjugates were evaluated for their antioxidative and anti-inflammatory activity and their cytotoxicity was determined. Members of this family of compounds showed interesting anti-lipid peroxidation, anti-lipoxygenase and anti-inflammatory activity and comparable cytocompatibility to spermidine.  相似文献

A relatively cheap copper salt-catalyzed, three-component approach providing 2-arylbenzothiazoles in good to excellent yields from readily available 2-iodoanilines, benzylamines, and sulfur powder is reported.
