In order to discover novel insecticides with the new action mode on ryanodine receptor (RyR), a series of novel phthalic acid diamide derivatives were designed and synthesized. All compounds were characterized by 1H NMR spectra and HRMS. The preliminary results of biological activity assessment indicated that some title compounds exhibited excellent insecticidal activities against Mythimna separata, Spodoptera exigua, and Plutella xylostella. The title compound 3‐nitro‐N‐cyclopropyl‐N′‐[2‐methyl‐4‐(perfluoropropan‐2‐yl)phenyl]phthalamide ( 4a ) was more efficient against diamondback moths than the control (chlorantraniliprole). The effects of some title compounds on intracellular calcium of neurons from the Spodoptera exigua proved that the title compounds were RyR activators.  相似文献

Two series of novel N‐pyridylpyrazole derivatives containing diacylhydrazine/1,3,4‐oxadiazole moieties were designed and synthesized based on the structure of chlorantraniliprole and characterized via 1H‐NMR, 13C‐NMR, IR, MS, and elemental analysis. The preliminary bioassay indicated that some of the title compounds I and II exhibited larvicidal activities against Mythimna separata with 90–100% death rates at 500 mg/L. The further test showed that these compounds had weak insecticidal activity against Mythimna separata and Plutella xylostella at 200 mg/L and might be not suitable as insecticide lead compound for further optimization.  相似文献

A series of new quinoline derivatives containing perfluoropropanyl moiety were designed and synthesized. Their structures were confirmed by 1H‐NMR, MS, and elemental analysis. The bioassay results showed that compound 4e exhibited good insecticidal activity against Plutella xylostella and Mythimna separata at 100 mg/L.  相似文献

In search of environmentally benign insecticides with high activity, low toxicity, and low residue, a series of novel anthranilic diamide containing propargyl ether were designed and synthesized. All compounds were characterized by 1H NMR spectroscopy, high‐resolution mass spectrometry, or elemental analysis. The single crystal structure of 18g was determined by X‐ray diffraction. The insecticidal activities against Lepidoptera pests of the new compounds were evaluated. Their insecticidal activities against oriental armyworm (Mythimna separata) and diamondback moth (Plutella xylostella) indicated that most of the compounds showed moderate to high activities at the tested concentration.  相似文献

In this study, a total of 31 novel isoxazole derivatives containing bisamide moiety were synthesized and evaluated for their insecticidal activity against Plutella xylostella (Pxylostella). Bioassays indicated that some of the target compounds exhibited good insecticidal activity against Pxylostella. In particular, compound E26 revealed excellent insecticidal activity against Pxylostella, with a 50% lethal concentration (LC50) value of 4.6 μg/mL, which was even better than those of chlorpyrifos (7.7 μg/mL), beta‐cypermethrin (12.8 μg/mL), and azadirachtin (10.2 μg/mL). These results indicated that isoxazole derivatives containing bisamide moiety could be developed as novel and promising insecticides. To the best of our knowledge, it is the first report on the insecticidal activity of this series of novel isoxazole derivatives containing bisamide moiety.  相似文献

Herein, we describe the preparation of pyridylpyrazole-4-carboxamides containing a 1,2,4-oxadiazole ring as novel anthranilic diamide derivatives and compare their insecticidal activities to that of chlorantraniliprole, a well-established potent insecticide. Biological activity tests reveal that all compounds had good insecticidal activities, with the most potent species achieving diamondback moth (Plutella xylostella) mortalities of 100% and 57% at concentrations of 400 and 200 μg mL−1, respectively.  相似文献

In searching for novel insecticidal leads, a series of N-pyridylpyrazolo-5-methyl amines and their derivatives were designed and synthesized. Among the 22 target compounds obtained, bioassays indicated that some of the target compounds exhibited good insecticidal activities against Plutella xylostella (P. xylostella) and Spodoptera frugiperda (S. frugiperda). In particular, compound 9j revealed the best insecticidal activity against P. xylostella, with a LC50 value of 22.11 mg/L, and compound 9q had the best insecticidal activity against S. frugiperda which with 73.99% of mortality rate at 100 mg/L. Structure-activity relationship (SAR) analysis showed that 4-CF3 at the position of R1 linked with N-pyridylpyrazole via amide bond could enhance the insecticidal activity of the target compounds. This study provides valuable clues for the further design and optimization of N-pyridylpyrazole derivatives.  相似文献

Twenty nine novel N‐4‐methyl‐1,2,3‐thiadiazole‐5‐carbonyl‐N′‐phenyl ureas were designed and synthesized, and their structures were confirmed by proton nuclear magnetic resonance (1H NMR), infra red spectroscopy (IR) and high‐resolution mass spectroscopy (HRMS). Compounds V‐9 , V‐11 , V‐12 , V‐15 , V‐19 , V‐21 , V‐22 and V‐24 exhibit excellent activity against Culex pipiens pallens. Compounds V‐12 and V‐22 present good insecticidal activity against Plutella xylostella L. Their median lethal concentrations (LC50) are 164.15 and 89.69 mg·L?1, respectively. Compound V‐11 also has potential wide spectrum of fungicide activity. Its median effective concentrations (EC50) detected from 3.82 µg·mL?1 against Physalospora piricola to 31.60 µg·mL?1 against Cercospora arachidicola. Compounds V‐15 and V‐24 show outstanding induction activities as same as positive controls TDL and ningnanmycin, furthermore V‐24 has the highest induction activity of 41.85%±4.43%. To elucidate the structure activity relationship in these compounds, a 3D‐QSAR model has been built. The established model showed a reliable predicting ability with q2 values of 0.643 and r2 values of 0.982.  相似文献

A series of novel 3,5‐dichloro‐4‐(1,1,2,2‐tetrafluoroethoxy)phenyl containing 4‐methyl‐1,2,3‐thiadiazole derivatives were designed and synthesized via Ugi reaction. Their structures were confirmed by IR, 1H NMR, 13C NMR and high‐resolution mass spectroscopy. The preliminary bioassay results indicated that some title compounds had good fungicide activity at 50 µg/mL; most of the compounds presented a certain degree of direct inhibition activity, good inactivation and curative activity against tobacco mosaic virus at 500 µg/mL and 100 µg/mL; some compounds showed good larvicidal activity against Plutella xylostella L. at 200 µg/mL and excellent larvicidal activities against Culex pipiens pallens at 2 µg/mL.  相似文献

Three series of new anthranilic diamide derivatives containing sulfide, N‐cyanomethylsulfilimine, and N‐cyanomethylsulfoximine groups were designed and synthesized by combining the active substructures of anthranilic diamides and sulfoxaflor. The structures of all newly synthesized compounds were confirmed by IR and 1H/13C‐NMR, and some of them were confirmed by elemental analysis or HRMS too. The synthesized compounds were screened for their insecticidal and fungicidal activities. Bioasssay results indicated that some of the synthesized compounds possessed certain degrees of insecticidal activity against Mythimna separata. However, some compounds exhibited good fungicidal activity against Sclerotinia sclerotiorum.  相似文献

Anthranilic diamides have been proven to be a class of efficacious and safe insecticides targeting ryanodine receptors (RyRs) during the last decade. In order to develop innovative scaffolds with high insecticidal activity, two series of N‐pyridylpyrazole derivatives containing N‐(tert‐butyl)benzohydrazide substructures were designed and synthesized. Their insecticidal activities against oriental armyworm (Mythimna separata) and diamondback moth (Plutella xylostella) were evaluated. Preliminary bioassay results revealed that some of the new compounds exhibited good insecticidal activity against the oriental armyworm and diamondback moth. The mode of action of these compounds were verified using calcium‐imaging technique and the results showed that some new compounds could effectively modulate the insect cytosolic Ca2+ level, and break the cellular calcium homeostasis, indicating some of these compounds were potent activators of the RyRs.  相似文献

A series of 6,8-dichloro-quinazoline derivatives bearing a sulfide group was synthesized and characterized via 1H NMR, 13C NMR, IR and elemental analyses. All the compounds were tested for their insecticidal activity against Plutella xylostella in vitro. The results indicate that the synthesized compounds possess good insecticidal activity. Among these compounds, Vc, Vi, Vj, Vk and Vm displayed 75 %, 85 %, 80 %, 70 % and 63 % activities, respectively. These may prove useful as insecticidal agents.  相似文献

Referring to the structural information of the “hit” compound A from the reported pharmacophore-based virtual screening, a series of novel thienylpyridyl- and thioether/sulfoxide/sulfone-containing acetamide derivatives have been designed and synthesized. The structures of new compounds were confirmed by 1H NMR, 13C NMR and HRMS. The single-crystal structure of A was firstly reported. All the new synthesized compounds were evaluated for insecticidal activities on Mythimna separata Walker and Plutella xylostella L. Through a step-by-step structural optimization, the high insecticidal agents, especially towards Plutella xylostella L., have been found, and thienylpyridyl- and sulfone/thioether-containing acetamides Iq, Io, Ib and A, which are comparable with the control insecticides cartap, triflumuron and chlorantraniliprole in the present study, can be used as novel lead structures for new insecticides innovation research. In addition, some of the compounds, e.g., A, Ih, Id, Io and Iq, also exhibited favourable fungicidal activities against Physalospora piricola, Rhizoctonia cerealis and Sclerotinia sclerotiorum and would provide useful guidance for the design and development of new fungicides.  相似文献

In this study, a series of novel pyrethrin derivatives containing an 1,3,4-oxadiazole thioether moiety were designed and synthesized. Bioassay results revealed that some of the target compounds possessed excellent insecticidal activities against Plutella xylostella (P. xylostella), Vegetable aphids (V. aphids), and Empoasca vitis (E. vitis), respectively. In particular, compound 4l revealed the best insecticidal activities against P. xylostella and V. aphids, with the 50% lethal concentration (LC50) values of 1.78 and 1.61 mg/L, respectively, meanwhile, compound 4k revealed the best insecticidal activity against E. vitis, with the LC50 value of 1.06 mg/L, which were superior to those of the commercial insecticidal agents of chlorpyrifos, beta cypermethrin, spinosad, and azadirachtin. These results indicated that novel pyrethrin derivatives containing an 1,3,4-oxadiazole thioether moiety could effectively inhibit P. xylostella, V. aphids, and E. vitis.  相似文献

To investigate the alkyl analog of insecticide chlorfenapyr, two series of 2‐alkyl‐4‐bromo‐5‐(trifluoromethyl)pyrrole‐3‐carbonitriles were synthesized with a cycloaddition as the key step. The target products were characterized by 1H‐NMR spectroscopy, elemental analysis, or HRMS. The insecticidal, herbicidal, and antifungal activities of the target compounds were evaluated and found that these compounds did not show much insecticidal activity, but compounds 4 , 10 , and 11 had very good fungicidal activities against Alternaria solani and Fusarium oxysporum. Moreover, compound 4 had an outstanding inhibition effect against pigweed.  相似文献

A series of anthranilic diamides with a hydrazone substructure was synthesised and characterised using 1HNMR, 13C NMR, IR and elemental analyses. The in vitro insecticidal activity of all the compounds was tested against Plutella xylostella. The results showed the synthesised compounds to possess good insecticidal activity. The LC50 values of compounds VIIg, VIIl, VIIm, VIIn exhibited excellent insecticidal activities, with the LC50 affording 7.92 mg L?1, 12.01 mg L?1, 0.62 mg L?1 and 10.71 mg L?1, respectively. These may prove to be useful as potential insecticidal agents.  相似文献
