The reaction of 3-allylthio-5-phenyl-4H-1,2,4-triazole with iodine to give a mixture of 5,6-dihydro-5-iodomethyl-3-phenyl[1,3]thiazolo[2,3-c][1,2,4]triazole, 6,7-dihydro-6-iodo-3-phenyl-5H-[1,2,4]triazolo[3,4-b][1,3]thiazine, 5,6-dihydro-6-iodomethyl-2-phenyl[1,3]thiazolo[3,2-b][1,2,4]triazole, and 6,7-dihydro-6-iodo-2-phenyl-5H-[1,2,4]triazolo[5,1-b][1,3]thiazine has been studied. The structure of the products obtained was established using 1H NMR spectroscopy of their dehydriodination products.  相似文献

Substituted phenacyl bromides react with 2-anilino-5,6-dihydro-4H-1,3-thiazine at the exocyclic nitrogen atom and with 2-benzylamino-5,6-dihydro-4H-1,3-thiazine at the nitrogen atom in the ring. The structure of the reaction intermediates was elucidated, and their cyclization into 1-benzyl-2-aryl-6,7-dihydro-5H-imidazo[2,1-b][1,3]thiazinium bromides was performed.  相似文献

The reaction of 2-mercaptobenzimidazole, 5-ethoxy-2-mercaptobenzimidazole, and 2-mercaptoimidazoline with cinnamoyl chloride, its derivatives, and heteroanalogs was studied. Convenient methods were found for the synthesis of 2-aryl-2,3-dihydro-4H-[1,3]thiazino[3,2-a]benzimidazol-4-ones and 7-aryl-2,3,6,7-tetrahydro-5H-imidazo[2,1-b]-1,3-thiazin-5-ones.  相似文献

The interaction of 4-allyl-5-phenyl-1,2,4-triazole-3-thione with iodine proceeds with the formation of a mixture of 6-iodomethyl-3-phenyl-5,6-dihydrothiazolo[2,3-c]-1,2,4-triazole and 6-iodo-3-phenyl-6,7-dihydro-5H-1,2,4-triazolo[3,4-b]-1,3-thiazine. The structures of the cyclization products obtained were established on the basis of the 1H NMR spectra of their dehydroiodinated derivatives. 6-Methyl-3-phenylthiazolo[2,3-c]-1,2,4-triazole, 3-phenyl-5H-1,2,4-triazolo[3,4-b]-1,3-thiazine, and 3-phenyl-7H-1,2,4-triazolo[3,4-b]-1,3-thiazine are formed on eliminating HI from the cyclization products.  相似文献

以2,3-二氢-3-氧代-1,3-苯并(c)-吡喃(1)为起始原料, 在氢化钠作用下, 通过与羰基α-氢的Claisen缩合反应, 得到3-乙酰基-2,3-二氢-3-氧代-1,3-苯并(c)-α-吡喃(2), 所得β-二酮与脲、硫脲和脒衍生物分别进行缩合关环, 生成5,6-二氢-5-氧杂-1,3-二氮杂菲衍生物34. 在相同的条件下, 吡喃酮1与草酸二乙酯进行缩合反应, 给出3-乙氧乙二酰 基-2,3-二氢-3-氧代-1,3-苯并(c)-α-吡喃(5), 选择3-氨基吡唑、2-氨基咪唑、3-氨基三唑、2-氨基苯并咪唑和3,5-二氨基吡唑-4-偶氮苯与5缩合, 分别环合成5,6-二氢-5-氧杂-1,3-二氮杂菲并和五元含氮杂环衍生物610. 所合成的新化合物均经核磁共振光谱、红外光谱及元素分析证明其结构.  相似文献

3-p-Toluoyl-1,2-dihydro-4H-pyrrolo-[2,1-c][1,4]benzoxazine-1,2,4-trione reacts with benzylamine to yieldZ-3-(1-benzyl-2-hydroxy-4,5-dioxo-2-p-tolyltetrahydropyrrol-3-idene)-3,4-dihydro-2H-1,4-benzoxazin-2-one. When treated with an excess of MeONa in DMF, 5-benzylsulfonyl-3-chloro-4-methoxycarbonylaminoisothiazole undergoes cyclization into 3-methoxy-5-oxo-6-phenyl-5,6-dihydro-4H-isothiazolo[5,4-b]-1,4-thiazine 7,7-dioxide, the first representative of a new heterocyclic system. The starting 5-benzylsulfonyl-3-chloro-4-methoxycarbonylaminoisothiazole was prepared by the reaction of 5-benzylsulfonyl-4-carbamoyl-3-chloroisothiazole with PhI(OAc)2 in methanol.  相似文献

Thiophene-3,4-dicarbaldehyde 1 reacts in the presence of 2-mercaptoethanol to yield N-aryl-5,6-dihydro-4-oxo-4H-thieno[3,4-c]pyrroles 2 and N-aryl-4-arylimino-5,6-dihydro-4H-thieno[3,4-c]pyrroles 3 , while thiophene 2,3-dicarbaldehyde 4 reacts with aromatic amines to give N-aryl-5,6-dihydro-6-oxo-4H-thieno[2,3-c]pyrroles 5 in good yields. Substituted 2-amino-4-aryl-3-cyano-5-oxo-5,6-dihydro-4H-pyrano[2,3-d]pyrido[3",2":4,5]thieno[3,2-b]pyridines were synthesized by the reactions of 4-hydroxy-1H-thieno[2,3-b;4,5-b]dipyridin-2-ones with arylidenemalononitriles or by the three-component reactions of hydroxythienodipyridinones with aldehydes and malononitrile in DMF in the presence of triethylamine. Methods for syntheses of substituted 3-alkoxycarbonyl-6-amino-4-aryl-2-(3-cyanopyridin-2-ylthiomethyl)-4H-pyrans were developed on the basis of the reactions of 4-(3-cyanopyridin-2-ylthio)acetoacetates and arylidenemalononitriles or aldehydes and malononitrile. Ethyl 4-(3-cyanopyridin-2-ylthio)acetoacetate and 4-methoxybenzylidenecyanothioacetamide were used for the synthesis of 6-(pyridin-2-ylthiomethyl)-3-cyanopyridine-2(1H)-thione.  相似文献

7-Acetyl-8-aryl-2-(1-chloro-2-hydroxy-3-propyl)thio-9-cyano-6-methyl-1,4-dihydropyridines were obtained by treatment of 1,4-dihydropyridine-2(3H)-thiones with epichlorohydrin in the presence of sodium bicarbonate. When treated with NaOMe, these compounds are readily intramolecularly alkylated with formation of 7-acetyl-8-aryl-3-hydroxy-9-cyano-6-methyl-3,4-dihydro-2H,8H-pyrido[2,1-b]-[1,3]thiazines. A facile efficient synthesis of novel 3-aryl-5,6-dihydro-1,4,2-oxathiazin-6-ols from the reaction of (E)-N-hydroxyarylimidoyl chlorides and 1,4-dithiane-2,5-diol in the presence of triethylamine is described. This transformation presumably proceeds via in situ generation of 2-mercaptoacetaldehyde and nitrile oxide and their concomitant [3+3] annulation.  相似文献

The condensation of 5-aryl-7-bromo-1,2-dihydro-3H-1,4-benzodiazepin-2-ones with aromatic aldehydes gives 5-aryl-3-arylidene-and 5-aryl-7-bromo-3-hetarylidene-1,2-dihydro-3H-1,4-benzodiazepin-2-ones. X-ray diffraction structural analysis yielded the molecular and crystal structures of 7-bromo-3-(4′-methoxybenzylidene)-5-phenyl-1,2-dihydro-3H-1,4-diazepin-2-one and showed that this compound has cis configuration. Substituted 3-hydroxypyrazoles, which were prepared based on ethyl esters of substituted 4-(pyridin-2-ylthio)- or 4-(1,4-dihydropyridin-2-ylthio)acetoacetic acids and hydrazine hydrate, were used in the synthesis of 6-amino-4-aryl-5-cyano-3-(pyridin-2-ylthiomethyl)-2,4-dihydropyrano[2,3-c]pyrazoles. The molecular and crystal structure of 6-amino-5-cyano-3-(3-cyano-4,6-dimethylpyridin-2-ylthiomethyl)-4-(2-nitrophenyl)-2,4-dihydropyrano[2,3-c]pyrazole was established by X-ray diffraction analysis.  相似文献

The reaction of 2,3,4,9-tetrahydro-1H-carbazol-1-ones with anthranilic acid in POCl3 yielded 7-chloro-5,6-dihydro-13H-indolo[3,2-c]acridines, while the same on reaction with isatin under the Pfitzinger reaction condition yielded 5,6-dihydro-13H-indolo[3,2-c]acridine-7-carboxylic acids. The latter reaction was carried out in different basic condition, because of, NaOH yielded more yield instead of KOH. Both the obtained products were treated with Pd/C in diphenyl ether to yield 13H-Indolo[3,2-c]acridines.  相似文献

It has been found that malonodinitrile and 2-(6-R1-oxo-3,4-dihydro-2-quinazolyl)acetonitrile in the presence of triethylamine undergo hetarylation by 5,6-dichloro-2,3-pyrazinedicarbonitrile at the active methylene group to give the triethylammonium salt of 2-(3-chloro-5,6-dicyano-2-pyrazinyl)malononitrile or 5-chloro-6-cyano(6-R1-4-oxo-1,2,3,4-tetrahydro-2-quinazolylidene)methyl-2,3-pyrazinedicarbonitriles. Reaction of these with primary amines leads to annelation of the pyrrole ring at the pyrazine [b] edge to give 6-amino-5-R-5H-pyrrolo[2,3-b]pyrazine-2,3,7-tricarbonitriles and 6-amino-5-R2-7-(6-R1-4-oxo-3,4-dihydro-2-quinazolyl)-5H-pyrrolo[2,3-b]pyrazine-2,3-dicarbonitriles respectively.  相似文献

Aroyl(imidoyl)ketenes generated by decarbonylation of pyrrolobenzoxazinetriones undergo dimerization through [4+2]-cycloaddition to form 4-aroyl-3-aroyloxy-2-(2-oxo-2H-1,4-benzoxazin-3-yl)-1H, 5H-pyrido[2,1-c][1,4]benzoxazine-1,5-diones.  相似文献
