The alkyne functionalised bidentate N-donor ligand (2-propargyloxyphenyl)bis(pyrazolyl)methane was prepared in high yield from the reaction of (2-hydroxyphenyl)bis(pyrazolyl)methane with propargyl bromide in the presence of base. A series of transition-metal complexes including [MCl2] (M=Cu, Co, Ni, Zn, Pt), [M2](NO3)2 (M=Cu, Co, Ni, Zn), [Ag]NO3 and [Pd(dppe)](OTf)2 were prepared and characterised by spectroscopic techniques. In addition, ligand as well as the Co(II) and Zn(II) complexes [CoCl2]2, [ZnCl2] were structurally characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The organometallic gold(I) and platinum(II) acetylide complexes [Pz2CH(C6H(4)-2-OCH2C[triple bond, length as m-dash]CAuPPh3)] and trans-[{Pz2CHC6H(4)-2-OCH2C[triple bond, length as m-dash]C}2Pt(PPh3)2] were prepared from and [AuCl(PPh3)] and trans-[PtCl2(PPh3)2], respectively. Treatment of these complexes with [Pd(OTf)2(dppe)] or [Cu(MeCN)4]PF6 results in formation of the cationic, mixed-metal complexes, which were isolated (Pt/Pd, Au/Pt) or detected by electrospray mass spectrometry (Au/Cu, Pt/Cu).  相似文献

Treatment of L(2)MCl(2) (M = Pt, Pd; L(2) = Ph(2)PCMe(2)PPh(2) (dppip), Ph(2)PNMePPh(2) (dppma)) with AgX (X = OTf, BF(4), NO(3)) in wet CH(2)Cl(2) yields the dinuclear dihydroxo complexes [L(2)M(mu-OH)](2)(X)(2), the mononuclear aqua complexes [L(2)M(OH(2))(2)](X)(2), the mononuclear anion complexes L(2)MX(2), or mixtures of complexes. Addition of aromatic amines to these complexes or mixtures gives the dinuclear diamido complexes [L(2)Pt(mu-NHAr)](2)(BF(4))(2), the mononuclear amine complexes [L(2)M(NH(2)Ar)(2)](X)(2), or the dinuclear amido-hydroxo complex [Pt(2)(mu-OH)(mu-NHAr)(dppip)(2)](BF(4))(2). Deprotonation of the Pd and Pt amine or diamido complexes with M'N(SiMe(3))(2) (M' = Li, Na, K) gives the diimido complexes [L(2)M(mu-NAr)](2) associated with M' salts. Structural studies of the Li derivatives indicate association through coordination of the imido nitrogen atoms to Li(+). Deprotonation of the amido-hydroxo complex gives the imido-oxo complex [Pt(2)(mu-O)(mu-NAr)(dppip)(2)].LiBF(4).LiN(SiMe(3))(2), and deprotonation of the dppip Pt hydroxo complex gives the dioxo complex [Pt(mu-O)(dppip)](2).LiN(SiMe(3))(2).2LiBF(4).  相似文献

Reaction of the known germylene Ge[N(SiMe3)2]2 and a new heterocyclic variant Ge[(NMes)2(CH)2] with [L(Me2)Cu]2 (L(Me2) = the beta-diketiminate derived from 2-(2,6-dimethylphenyl)amino-4-(2,6-dimethylphenyl)imino-2-pentene) yielded novel Cu(I)-Ge(II) complexes L(Me2)Cu-Ge[(NMes)2(CH)2] (1a) and L(Me2)Cu-Ge[N(SiMe3)2]2 (1b), which were characterized by spectroscopy and X-ray crystallography. The lability of the Cu(I)-Ge(II) bond in 1a and b was probed by studies of their reactivity with benzil, PPh3, and a N-heterocyclic carbene (NHC). Notably, both complexes are cleaved rapidly by PPh3 and the NHC to yield stable Cu(I) adducts (characterized by X-ray diffraction) and the free germylene. In addition, the complexes are highly reactive with O2 and exhibit chemistry which depends on the bound germylene. Thus, oxygenation of 1a results in scission and formation of thermally unstable L(Me2)CuO2, which subsequently decays to [(L(Me2)Cu)2(mu-O)2], while 1b yields L(Me2)Cu(mu-O)2Ge[N(SiMe3)2]2, a novel heterobimetallic intermediate having a [Cu(III)(mu-O)2Ge(IV)]3+ core. The isolation of the latter species by direct oxygenation of a Cu(I)-Ge(II) precursor represents a new route to heterobimetallic oxidants comprising copper.  相似文献

A series of L(2) = diimine (Bian = bis(3,5-diisopropylphenylimino)acenapthene, Bu(t)(2)bpy = 4,4'-di-tert-butyl-2,2'-bipyridine) supported aqua, hydroxo, oxo, amido, imido, and mixed complexes have been prepared. Deprotonation of [L(2)Pt(mu-OH)](2)(2+) with 1,8-bis(dimethylamino)naphthalene, NaH, or KOH yields [(L(2)Pt)(2)(mu-OH)(mu-O)](+) as purple (Bian) or red (Bu(t)(2)bpy) solids. Excess KOH gives dark blue [(Bian)Pt(mu-O)](2). MeOTf addition to [(Bu(t)(2)bpy)(2)Pt(2)(mu-OH)(mu-O)](+) gives [(Bu(t)(2)bpy)(2)Pt(2)(mu-OH)(mu-OMe)](2+) while [(Bian)Pt(mu-O)](2) yields [(Bian)(2)Pt(2)(mu-OMe)(mu-O)](+). Treatment of [(Bian)Pt(mu-O)](2) with "(Ph(3)P)Au(+)" gives deep purple [(Bian)(2)Pt(2)(mu-O)(mu-OAuPPh(3))](+) while (COD)Pt(OTf)(2) gives a low yield of [(Bian)Pt(3)(mu-OH)(3)(COD)(2)](OTf)(3). Ni(Bu(t)(2)bpy)Cl(2) and [(Ph(3)PAu)(3)(mu-O)](+) in a 3 : 2 ratio yield red [Ni(3)(Bu(t)(2)bpy)(3)(mu-O)(2)](2+). M(Bu(t)(2)bpy)Cl(2) (M = Pd, Pt) and [(Ph(3)PAu)(3)(mu-O)](+) give [M(Bu(t)(2)bpy)(mu-OAuPPh(3))](2)(2+) and [Pd(4)(Bu(t)(2)bpy)(4)(mu-OAuPPh(3))](3+). Addition of ArNH(2) to [M(Bu(t)(2)bpy)(mu-OH)](2)(2+) (M = Pd, Pt) gives [Pt(2)(Bu(t)(2)bpy)(2)(mu-NHAr)(mu-OH)](2+) (Ar = Ph, 4-tol, 4-C(6)H(4)NO(2)) and [M(Bu(t)(2)bpy)(mu-NHAr)](2)(2+) (Ar = Ph, tol). Deprotonation of [Pt(2)(Bu(t)(2)bpy)(2)(mu-NH-tol)(mu-OH)](2+) with 1,8-bis(dimethylamino)naphthalene or NaH gives [Pt(2)(Bu(t)(2)bpy)(2)(mu-NH-tol)(mu-O)](+). Deprotonation of [Pt(Bu(t)(2)bpy)(mu-NH-tol)](2)(2+) with KOBu(t) gives deep green [Pt(Bu(t)(2)bpy)(mu-N-tol)](2). The triflate complexes M(Bu(t)(2)bpy)(OTf)(2) (M = Pd, Pt) are obtained from M(Bu(t)(2)bpy)Cl(2) and AgOTf. Treatment of Pt(Bu(t)(2)bpy)(OTf)(2) with water gives the aqua complex [Pt(Bu(t)(2)bpy)(H(2)O)(2)](OTf)(2).  相似文献

Pd(II) and Pt(II) complexes with the anions of the model nucleobases 1-methylthymine (1-MethyH), 1-methyluracil (1-MeuraH), and 1-methylcytosine (1-MecytH) of the types [Pd(dmba)(mu-L)]2 [dmba = N,C-chelating 2-((dimethylamino)methyl)phenyl; L = 1-Methy, 1-Meura or 1-Mecyt] and [M(dmba)(L)(L')] [L = 1-Methy or 1-Meura; L' = PPh(3) (M = Pd or Pt), DMSO (M = Pt)] have been obtained. Palladium complexes of the types [Pd(C6F5)(N-N)(L)] [L = 1-Methy or 1-Meura; N-N = N,N,N',N'-tetramethylethylenediamine (tmeda), 2,2'-bipyridine (bpy), or 4,4'-dimethyl-2,2'-bipyridine (Me2bpy)] and [NBu4][Pd(C6F5)(1-Methy)2(H2O)] have also been prepared. The crystal structures of [Pd(dmba)(mu-1-Methy)]2, [Pd(dmba)(mu-1-Mecyt)]2.2CHCl3, [Pd(dmba)(1-Methy)(PPh3)].3CHCl3, [Pt(dmba)(1-Methy)(PPh3)], [Pd(tmeda)(C6F5)(1-Methy)], and [NBu4][Pd(C6F5)(1-Methy)2(H2O)].H2O have been established by X-ray diffraction. The DNA adduct formation of the new platinum complexes synthesized was followed by circular dichroism and electrophoretic mobility. Atomic force microscopy images of the modifications caused by the platinum complexes on plasmid DNA pBR322 were also obtained. Values of IC50 were also calculated for the new platinum complexes against the tumor cell line HL-60. All the new platinum complexes were more active than cisplatin (up to 20-fold in some cases).  相似文献

Palladium and platinum complexes with HmtpO (where HmtpO=4,7-dihydro-5-methyl-7-oxo[1,2,4]triazolo[1,5-a]pyrimidine, an analogue of the natural occurring nucleobase hypoxanthine) of the types [M(dmba)(PPh3)(HmtpO)]ClO4[dmba=N,C-chelating 2-(dimethylaminomethyl)phenyl; M=Pd or Pt], [Pd(N-N)(C6F5)(HmtpO)]ClO4[N-N=2,2'-bipyridine (bpy), 4,4'-dimethyl-2,2'-bipyridine (Me2bpy), or N, N, N', N'-tetramethylethylenediamine (tmeda)] and cis-[M(C6F5)2(HmtpO)2] (M=Pd or Pt) (head-to-head atropisomer in the solid state) have been obtained. Pd(II) and Pt(II) complexes with the anion of HmtpO of the types [Pd(tmeda)(C6F5)(mtpO)], [Pd(dmba)(micro-mtpO)] 2, and [NBu4]2[M(C6F5)2(micro-mtpO)]2(M=Pd or Pt) have been prepared starting from the corresponding hydroxometal complexes. Complexes containing simultaneously both the neutral HmtpO ligand and the anionic mtpO of the type [NBu4][M(C6F5)2(HmtpO)(mtpO)] (M=Pd or Pt) have been also obtained. In these mtpO-HmtpO metal complexes, for the first time, prototropic exchange is observed between the two heterocyclic ligands. The crystal structures of [Pd(dmba)(PPh 3)(HmtpO)]+, cis-[Pt(C6F5)2(HmtpO)2].acetone, [Pd(C6F5)(tmeda)(mtpO)].2H2O, [Pd(dmba)(micro-mtpO)]2, [NBu4]2[Pd(C6F5)2(micro-mtpO)]2.CH2Cl2.toluene, [NBu4]2[Pt(C6F5)2(micro-mtpO)](2).0.5(toluene), and [NBu4][Pt(C6F5)2(mtpO)(HmtpO)] have been established by X-ray diffraction. Values of IC50 were calculated for the new platinum complexes cis-[Pt(C6F5)2(HmtpO)2] and [Pt(dmba)(PPh3)(HmtpO)]ClO4 against a panel of human tumor cell lines representative of ovarian (A2780 and A2780 cisR), lung (NCI-H460), and breast cancers (T47D). At 48 h incubation time, both complexes were about 8-fold more active than cisplatin in T47D and show very low resistance factors against an A2780 cell line, which has acquired resistance to cisplatin. The DNA adduct formation of cis-[Pt(C6F5)2(HmtpO)2] and [Pt(dmba)(PPh3)(HmtpO)]ClO4 was followed by circular dichroism and electrophoretic mobility. Atomic force microscopy images of the modifications caused by these platinum complexes on plasmid DNA pB R322 were also obtained.  相似文献

lp;&-5q;1 The reactions of [Tl2[S2C=C[C(O)Me]2]]n with [MCl2L2] (1:1) or with [MCl2(NCPh)2] and PPh3 (1:1:2) give complexes [M[eta2-S2C=C[C(O)Me]2]L2] [M = Pt, L2 = 1,5-cyclooctadiene (cod) (1); L2 = bpy, M = Pd (2a), Pt (2b), L = PPh3, M = Pd (3a), Pt (3b)] whereas with MCl2 and QCl (2:1:2) anionic derivatives Q2[M[eta2-S2C=C[C(O)Me]2]2] [M = Pd, Q = NMe4 (4a), Ph3P=N=PPh3 (PPN) (4a'), M = Pt, Q = NMe4 (4b)] are produced. Complexes 1 and 3 react with AgClO4 (1:1) to give tetranuclear complexes [[ML2]2Ag2[mu2,eta2-(S,S')-[S2C=C[C(O)Me]2]2]](ClO4)2 [L = PPh3, M = Pd (5a), Pt (5b), L2 = cod, M = Pt (5b')], while the reactions of 3 with AgClO4 and PPh3 (1:1:2) give dinuclear [[M(PPh3)2][Ag(PPh3)2][mu2,eta2-(S,S')-S2C=C[C(O)Me]2]]]ClO4 [M = Pd (6a), Pt (6b)]. The crystal structures of 3a, 3b, 4a, and two crystal forms of 5b have been determined. The two crystal forms of 5b display two [Pt(PPh3)2][mu2,eta2-(S,S')-[S2C=C[C(O)Me]2]2] moieties bridging two Ag(I) centers.  相似文献

The reaction of the neutral binuclear complexes [(R(F))(2)Pt(μ-PPh(2))(2)M(phen)] (phen = 1,10-phenanthroline, R(F) = C(6)F(5); M = Pt, 1; M = Pd, 2) with AgClO(4) or [Ag(OClO(3))(PPh(3))] affords the trinuclear complexes [AgPt(2)(μ-PPh(2))(2)(R(F))(2)(phen)(OClO(3))] (7a) or [AgPtM(μ-PPh(2))(2)(R(F))(2)(phen)(PPh(3))][ClO(4)] (M = Pt, 8; M = Pd, 9), which display an "open-book" type structure and two (7a) or one (8, 9) Pt-Ag bonds. The neutral diphosphine complexes [(R(F))(2)Pt(μ-PPh(2))(2)M(P-P)] (P-P = 1,2-bis(diphenylphosphino)methane, dppm, M = Pt, 3; M = Pd, 4; P-P = 1,2-bis(diphenylphosphino)ethane, dppe, M = Pt, 5; M = Pd, 6) react with AgClO(4) or [Ag(OClO(3))(PPh(3))], and the nature of the resulting complexes is dependent on both M and the diphosphine. The dppm Pt-Pt complex 3 reacts with [Ag(OClO(3))(PPh(3))], affording a silver adduct 10 in which the Ag atom interacts with the Pt atoms, while the dppm Pt-Pd complex 4 reacts with [Ag(OClO(3))(PPh(3))], forming a 1:1 mixture of [AgPdPt(μ-PPh(2))(2)(R(F))(2)(OClO(3))(dppm)] (11), in which the silver atom is connected to the Pt-Pd moiety through Pd-(μ-PPh(2))-Ag and Ag-P(k(1)-dppm) interactions, and [AgPdPt(μ-PPh(2))(2)(R(F))(2)(OClO(3))(PPh(3))(2)][ClO(4)] (12). The reaction of complex 4 with AgClO(4) gives the trinuclear derivative 11 as the only product. Complex 11 shows a dynamic process in solution in which the silver atom interacts alternatively with both Pd-μPPh(2) bonds. When P-P is dppe, both complexes 5 and 6 react with AgClO(4) or [Ag(OClO(3))(PPh(3))], forming the saturated complexes [(PPh(2)C(6)F(5))(R(F))Pt(μ-PPh(2))(μ-OH)M(dppe)][ClO(4)] (M = Pt, 13; Pd, 14), which are the result of an oxidation followed by a PPh(2)/C(6)F(5) reductive coupling. Finally, the oxidation of trinuclear derivatives [(R(F))(2)Pt(II)(μ-PPh(2))(2)Pt(II)(μ-PPh(2))(2)Pt(II)L(2)] (L(2) = phen, 15; L = PPh(3), 16) by AgClO(4) results in the formation of the unsaturated 46 VEC complexes [(R(F))(2)Pt(III)(μ-PPh(2))(2)Pt(III)(μ-PPh(2))(2)Pt(II)L(2)][ClO(4)](2) (17 and 18, respectively) which display Pt(III)-Pt(III) bonds.  相似文献

[PPh4]2[M(C2N2S2)2](M = Pt, Pd) and [Pt(C2N2S2)(PR3)2](PR3= PMe2Ph, PPh3) and [Pt(C2N2S2)(PP)](PP = dppe, dppm, dppf) were all obtained by the reaction of the appropriate metal halide containing complex with potassium cyanodithioimidocarbonate. The dimeric cyanodithioimidocarbonate complexes [[Pt(C2N2S2)(PR3)]2](PR3 = PMe2Ph), [M[(C2N2S2)(eta5-C5Me5)]2](M = Rh, Ir)and [[Ru(C2N2S2)(eta6-p-MeC6H4iPr)]2] have been synthesised from the appropriate transition metal dimer starting material. The cyanodithioimidocarbonate ligand is S,S and bidentate in the monomeric complexes with the terminal CN group being approximately coplanar with the CS2 group and trigonal at nitrogen thus reducing the planar symmetry of the ligand. In the dimeric compound one of the sulfur atoms bridges two metal atoms with the core exhibiting a cubane-like geometry.  相似文献

An uncommon coordination protocol induced by the p-tolylsulfonyl dithiocarbimate ligand (L) [L = p-CH(3)C(6)H(4)SO(2)N[double bond, length as m-dash]CS(2)(2-)] in conjunction with PPh(3) allowed the formation of novel homodimetallic, Cu(2)(PPh(3))(4)L (1), trinuclear heterometallic Cu(2)Ni(L)(2)(PPh(3))(4) (2) and heteroleptic complexes of general formula cis-[M(PPh(3))(2)L] [M = Pd(ii) (3), Pt(ii) (4)]. The complexes have been characterized by microanalysis, mass spectrometry, IR, (1)H, (13)C and (31)P NMR and electronic absorption spectra and single-crystal X-ray crystallography. 2 uniquely consists of square planar, trigonal planar and tetrahedral coordination spheres within the same molecule. In both heteroleptic complexes 3 and 4 the orientation of aromatic protons of PPh(3) ligand towards the Pd(ii) and Pt(ii) center reveals C-HPd and C-HPt rare intramolecular anagostic or preagostic interactions. These complexes exhibit photoluminescent properties in solution at room temperature arising mainly from intraligand charge transfer (ILCT) transitions. The assignment of electronic absorption bands has been corroborated by time dependent density functional theory (TD-DFT) calculations. Complexes 1 and 2 with σ(rt) values ~ 10(-6) S cm(-1) show semi-conductor properties in the temperature range 313-403 K whereas 3 and 4 exhibit insulating behaviour.  相似文献

Reaction of the N,N'-diisobutyl-substituted benzannulated N-heterocyclic plumbylene (NHPb) 1 with [Pd(PPh(3))(4)] and [Pt(PPh(3))(4)] gave the complexes [M(NHPb)(PPh(3))(3)] (M = Pd [2], Pt [3]). X-ray diffraction studies of both complexes showed an angle of ~125° between the plumbylene plane and the transition-metal-Pb axis, indicating coordination of the transition metal to the empty π orbital of the plumbylene Pb atom. The experimentally determined metric parameters of complexes [2] and [3] are discussed on the basis of DFT calculations.  相似文献

Although quite a familiar feature in high-valent manganese chemistry, the M(2)(mu-O)(2) diamond core motif has only recently been found in synthetic complexes for M=Cu or Fe. Structural and spectroscopic characterization of these more reactive Cu(2)(mu-O)(2) and Fe(2)(mu-O)(2) compounds has been possible through use of appropriately designed supporting ligands, low-temperature handling methods, and techniques such as electrospray ionization mass spectrometry and X-ray crystallography with area detector instrumentation for rapid data collection. Despite differences in electronic structures that have been revealed through experimental and theoretical studies, Cu(2)(mu-O)(2) and Fe(2)(mu-O)(2) cores exhibit analogously covalent metal-oxo bonding, remarkably congruent Raman and extended X-ray absorption fine structure (EXAFS) signatures, and similar tendencies to abstract hydrogen atoms from substrates. Core isomerization is another common reaction attribute, although different pathways are traversed; for Fe, bridge-to-terminal oxo migration has been discovered, while for Cu, reversible formation of an O-O bond to yield a peroxo isomer has been identified. Our understanding of biocatalysis has been enhanced significantly through the isolation and comprehensive characterization of the Cu(2)(mu-O)(2) and Fe(2)(mu-O)(2) complexes. In particular, it has led to the development of new mechanistic notions about how non-heme multimetal enzymes, such as methane monooxygenases, fatty acid desaturase, and tyrosinase, may function in the activation of dioxygen to catalyze a diverse array of organic transformations.  相似文献

The reactions between cis-[M(C(6)F(5))(2)(PPh(2)CtriplebondCR)(2)] (M=Pt, Pd; R=Ph, tBu, Tol 2, 3) or cis-[Pt(C(6)F(5))(2)(PPh(2)CtriplebondCR)(PPh(2)CtriplebondCtBu)] (R=Ph 4, Tol 5) and cis-[Pt(C(6)F(5))(2)(thf)(2)] 1 have been investigated. Whereas [M](PPh(2)CtriplebondCtBu)(2) ([M]=cis-M(C(6)F(5))(2)) is inert towards 1, the analogous reactions starting from [M](PPh(2)CtriplebondCR)(2) or [Pt](PPh(2)CtriplebondCR)(PPh(2)CtriplebondCtBu) (R=Ph, Tol) afford unusual binuclear species [Pt(C(6)F(5))(S)mu-[C(R')dbondC(PPh(2))C(PPh(2))doublebondC(R)(C(6)F(5))]M(C(6)F(5))(2)] (R=R'=Ph, Tol, M=Pt 6 a,c, M=Pd 7 a,c; M=Pt, R'=tBu, R=Ph 8, Tol 9) containing a bis(diphenylphosphanyl)butadienyl bridging ligand formed by an unprecedented sequential insertion reaction of two P-coordinated PPh(2)CtriplebondCR ligands into a PtbondC(6)F(5) bond. Although in solution the presence of coordinated solvent S (S=(thf)(x)(H(2)O)(y)) in 6, 7 is suggested by NMR spectroscopy, X-ray diffraction analyses of different crystals of the mixed complex [Pt(C(6)F(5))mu-[C(tBu)doublebondC(PPh(2))C(PPh(2))doublebondC(Tol)(C(6)F(5))]Pt(C(6)F(5))(2)] 9 unequivocally establish that in the solid state the steric crowding of the new diphenylbutadienyl ligand formed stabilizes an unusual coordinatively unsaturated T-shaped 3-coordinated platinum(II) center. Structure determinations of the mononuclear precursors cis-[Pt(C(6)F(5))(2)(PPh(2)CtriplebondCR)(2)] (R=Ph, tBu, Tol) have been carried out to evaluate the factors affecting the insertion processes. The reactions of the platinum complexes 6 towards neutral ligands (L=CO, py, PPh(2)H, CNtBu) in a 1:1 molar ratio afford related diplatinum derivatives 10-13, whereas treatment with CNtBu (1:2 molar ratio) or 2,2'-bipy (1:1 molar ratio) results in the opening of the chelating ring to give cis,cis-[Pt(C(6)F(5))(L)(2)mu-[1-kappaC(1):2-kappaPP'-C(R)doublebondC(PPh(2))C(PPh(2))doublebondC(R)(C(6)F(5))]Pt(C(6)F(5))(2)] (14, 15). The unsaturated or solvento complexes are unstable in solution evolving firstly, through an unexpected formal 4-1 R (Ph, Tol) migration, to the intermediate diphosphanylbutadienyl isomer derivatives [Pt(C(6)F(5))(S)mu-[C(C(6)F(5))doublebondC(PPh(2))C(PPh(2))doublebondC(R)(2)]M(C(6)F(5))(2)] (16, 18) (X-ray, R=Ph, M=Pt) and, finally, to 1-pentafluorophenyl-2,3-bis(diphenylphosphanyl)naphthalene mononuclear complexes (17, 19) by annulation of a phenyl or tolyl group.  相似文献

The reactions of the hydroxo complexes [M(2)R(4)(mu-OH)(2)](2)(-) (M = Pd, R = C(6)F(5), C(6)Cl(5); M = Pt, R = C(6)F(5)), [[PdR(PPh(3))(mu-OH)](2)] (R = C(6)F(5), C(6)Cl(5)), and [[Pt(C(6)F(5))(2)](2)(mu-OH)(mu-pz)](2-) (pz = pyrazolate) with H(2)S yield the corresponding hydrosulfido complexes [M(2)(C(6)F(5))(4)(mu-SH)(2)](2-), [[PdR(PPh(3))(mu-SH)](2)], and [[Pt(C(6)F(5))(2)](2)(mu-SH)(mu-pz)](2-), respectively. The monomeric hydrosulfido complexes [M(C(6)F(5))(2)(SH)(PPh(3))](-) (M = Pd, Pt) have been prepared by reactions of the corresponding binuclear hydrosulfido complexes [M(2)(C(6)F(5))(4)(mu-SH)(2)](2-) with PPh(3) in the molar ratio 1:2, and they can be used as metalloligands toward Ag(PPh(3))(+) to form the heterodinuclear complex [(C(6)F(5))(2)(PPh(3))[S(H)AgPPh(3)]], and toward Au(PPh(3))(+) yielding the heterotrinuclear complexes [M(C(6)F(5))(2)(PPh(3))[S(AuPPh(3))(2)]]. Palladium and platinum complexes with the model nucleobase 1-methylcytosine (1-Mecyt) of the types [Pd(N-N)(C6F5)(1-Mecyt)]ClO4 [N-N = bis(3,5-dimethylpyrazol-1-yl)methane (bpzm), bis(pyrazol-1-yl)methane (bpzm), N,N,N',N'-tetramethylethylenediamine (tmeda), or 2,2'-bipyridine (bpy)] and [M(dmba)(L')(1-Mecyt)]ClO4 [dmba = N,C-chelating 2-(dimethylaminomethyl)phenyl; L' = PPh(3) (M = Pd or Pt), DMSO (M = Pt)] have been obtained. Palladium and platinum complexes of the types cis-[M(C6F5)2(1-Mecyt)2] (M = Pd or Pt) and cis-[Pd(L')(C6F5)(1-Mecyt)2]ClO4 (L' = PPh(3) or t-BuNC) have also been prepared. There is extensive hydrogen bonding (N-H...O, C-H...F or C-H...O) in all the compounds. There are also intermolecular pi-pi interactions between pyrimidine rings of adjacent chains in [Pd(C6F5)2(1-Mecyt)2]. DNA adduct formation of the new complexes synthesized was followed by circular dichroism and electrophoretic mobility. Atomic force microscopy images of the modifications caused by the complexes on plasmid DNA pBR322 were also obtained. Values of IC(50) were also calculated for the new complexes against the tumor cell line HL-60. At a short incubation time (24 h) almost all new complexes were more active than cisplatin.  相似文献

To assess supporting ligand effects on S-S bond activation, a series of [Cu2(mu-eta2:eta2-S2)]2+ complexes supported by various beta-diketiminate or anilido-imine ligands (L) were synthesized via the reaction of Cu(I) precursors LCu(CH(3)CN) with S8. For the cases where L = beta-diketiminate, the syntheses were complicated by formation of clusters [Cu(SR)]4, where SR represents the ligand functionalized by sulfur at the central methine position. The [Cu2(mu-eta2:eta2-S2)]2+ products were characterized by X-ray crystallography and electronic absorption and resonance Raman spectroscopy. Correlations among the Cu-S, Cu-Cu, and S-S distances and the nu(S-S) values were observed and interpreted within the framework of a previously described bonding picture (Chen, P.; Fujisawa, K.; Helton, M. E.; Karlin, K. D.; Solomon, E. I. J. Am. Chem. Soc. 2003, 125, 6394). Comparison of these data to those for other relevant species revealed a remarkable degree of S-S bond activation in the compounds supported by the beta-diketiminate and anilido-imine ligands, which through strong electron donation increase backbonding from the copper ions into the S-S sigma* orbital and cause S-S bond weakening. Reactions of one of the complexes supported by an anilido-imine ligand with PPh(3) and xylyl isocyanide were explored, revealing facile transfer of sulfur to PPh(3) but only displacement of sulfur to yield a LCu(I)-CNAr (Ar = xylyl) complex with the isocyanide.  相似文献

The pK(a) values in DMSO of the monoprotic complexes [(L(2)Pt)(2)(mu-OH)(mu-NMePh)](2+) (4) (L(2) = Ph(2)PCH(2)CH(2)PPh(2) (dppe), Ph(2)PCMe(2)PPh(2) (dppip)) are 11.9 +/- 0.1 (L(2) = dppe) and 13.5 +/- 0.2 (L(2) = dppip) as determined by (31)P NMR equilibrium titration with bases of known pK(a). Complexes 4 were prepared by treatment of [L(2)Pt(mu-OH)](2)(2+) (1) with N-methylaniline. The oxo complexes [(L(2)Pt)(2)(mu-O)(mu-NMePh)](+), formed in the equilibrium titration reactions, were independently synthesized in THF by deprotonation of [(L(2)Pt)(2)(mu-OH)(mu-NMePh)](2+) with NaN(SiMe(3))(2) and characterized as NaBF(4) adducts. Similar experiments with diprotic [L(2)Pt(mu-OH)](2)(2+) (L(2) = dppe, Ph(2)PCH(2)CH(2)CH(2)PPh(2) (dppp)) were complicated by exchange processes and were less conclusive, giving pK(a1) < 18 and pK(a2) > 18 in DMSO.  相似文献

Gas-phase fragmentation reactions of [ArPd(PPh3)2]+ were studied by electrospray ionization Fourier transform ion cyclotron resonance mass spectrometry (ESI-FTICR-MS). The results of sustained off-resonance irradiation collision-activated dissociation (SORI-CAD) experiments provide detailed insights into mechanisms for the gas-phase fragmentation reactions of these complex ions. The PC bond cleavage mediated by palladium is investigated in the gas phase. There are two competitive fragmentation pathways for the complex ions [ArPd(PPh3)2]+ (Ar = p-OCH3-C6H4, p-CH3-C6H4, p-tBu-C6H4, p-NH2-C6H4, p-COCH3-C6H4, and p-F-C6H4) of electron-donating and electron-withdrawing aromatic iodides. Path A proceeds through reductive elimination of [ArPd(PPh3)2]+ to produce the product ion [PPh3Ar]+. Path B mostly proceeds via phenyl migration from the triphenylphosphine ligand to the palladium center by cleavage of the phosphorus-phenyl bond to give a palladium-phenyl intermediate, and subsequent reductive elimination of the intermediate to yield a product ion [PPh4]+. The result of deuterium-labeling experiments provides evidence for the phenyl shift between the palladium center and the coordinated ligand through cleavage of the PC bond. The complex ions [(o-CH3-C6H4)Pd(PPh3)2]+, [(o-2,6-Me2-C6H3)Pd(PPh3)2]+, and [(C10H7)Pd(PPh3)2]+ display more fragmentation pathways, two of which are similar to those of the ions [ArPd(PPh3)2]+ (Ar = p-OCH3-C6H4, p-CH3-C6H4, p-tBu-C6H4, p-NH2-C6H4, p-COCH3-C6H4, p-F-C6H4), and the third pathway involves loss of one molecule of benzene and one PPh3 ligand. The electronic effect and steric effect of the aryl groups also exhibit different influences on the fragmentation pathways.  相似文献

A series of mononuclear cyclometalated benzo[h]quinolinate platinum and palladium(II) complexes with phosphine ligands, namely, [M(bzq)ClL] (L=PPh2H, Pt 1, Pd 2; PPh2CCPh, Pt 3, Pd 4), [Pt(bzq)(PPh2H)(PPh2CCPh)]ClO4 5, [Pt(bzq)(PPh2C(Ph)=C(H)PPh2)]ClO4 6, and [Pt(bzq)(CCPh)(PPh2CCPh)] (7a, 7b), were synthesized. The X-ray crystal structures of 1, 6.CH3COCH3.1/2CH3(CH2)4CH3, and 7b.CH3COCH3 have been determined. In 1, the metalated carbon atom and the P atom are mutually cis, whereas in 7b they are trans located. For complex 6, C and N are crystallographically indistinguishable. Reaction of [Pt(bzq)(mu-Cl)]2 with PPh2H and excess of NEt3 leads to the phosphide-bridge platinum dimer [Pt(bzq)(mu-PPh2)]2 8 (X-ray). Moderate pi-pi intermolecular interactions and no evident Pt-Pt interactions are found in 1, 7b, and in 8. All of the complexes exhibit absorption bands at high energy due to the intraligand transitions (1IL pi --> pi) and absorptions at lower energy which are attributed to MLCT (5d) pi --> pi (CLambdaN) transition. Platinum complexes show strong luminescence in both solid state and frozen solutions. The influence of the coligands on the photophysics of the platinum complexes has been examined by absorption and emission spectroscopy.  相似文献
