研究贵州产蓝布正(Herba Gei)挥发油的化学成分,采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取蓝布正挥发性成分,用气相色谱-质谱进行分离测定,结合计算机检索技术对分离的化合物进行鉴定,应用色谱峰面积归一化法测定各成分的相对含量;水蒸气蒸馏提取物得率是0.10%,共分离出103种成分,鉴定出40个化学成分,其主要成分为脂肪酸及其甲酯类化合物、萜烯类及其含氧衍生物等,主要有棕榈酸(13.2%)、11,14,17-二十碳三烯酸甲酯(10.4%)、亚油酸(8.6%)、石竹烯氧化物(3.9%)、丁子香酚(3.4%)和反式-植醇(3.2%)等。  相似文献

采用超临界CO2萃取蝼蛄总脂肪酸,对影响萃取效果的各个因素应用正交设计试验,优化了各萃取参数。各个因素的影响顺序为:压力〉温度〉时间〉流量。萃取的优化条件为压力35MPa,温度50℃,时间1h,流量45kg/h。运用该萃取条件改善了萃取物的物理性状,脂肪酸的纯度提高,总脂肪酸的含量可达83.29%;而采用常规的有机溶剂提取法,脂肪酸的纯度仅为60%左右。甲酯化采用气相色谱-质谱分析技术对其中的16个成分进行了鉴定,并测定了相对含量,其中主要有油酸甲酯(30.40%)、十六烷酸甲酯(14.19%)、9,12-十八碳二烯酸甲酯(11.99%)、油酸乙酯(11.75%)、9-十六碳烯酸甲酯(7.77%)、十六烷酸乙酯(5.97%)、9,12-十八碳二烯酸乙酯(4.53%)及9-十六碳烯酸乙酯(2.87%)等。  相似文献

通过脂肪酸的衍生化处理,再利用色谱(GC)和色谱一质谱(GC-MS)等分析手段,对小茴香超临界CO2萃取产物的脂肪酸成分进行了剖析,共鉴定出九种脂肪酸,其中,十八碳一烯酸、十八碳二烯酸和棕榈酸是其主要成分,分别占脂肪酸总量的75.12%、15.18%和5.34%.  相似文献

采用GC/MS技术对2种河豚鱼(黄鳍、红鳍)脂肪提取物中的脂肪酸进行定性定量分析,共鉴别出24种脂肪酸。多不饱和脂肪酸尤其是二十二碳六烯酸(DHA)的含量很高,在黄猪中相对含量达32.32%,在红鳍中达24.11%。检出了在其它海产品中较少发现的15-二十四烯酸(神经酸),是人体生长发育不可缺少的一种脂肪酸。对鱼肉脂肪提取方法及不同极性毛细管柱分离情况进行了讨论。  相似文献

鳗鱼加工下脚料(头、骨等)所得鱼油经甲酯化处理后,用GC和GC-MS进行了脂肪酸的组成分析,共签定出27个组分,它们占色谱峰总面积的97.9%。其主组分为油酸、棕榈酸、棕榈油酸,并含有廿碳五烯酸、廿二碳六烯酸,与鳗鱼肉中油的化学组成类似,具有开发利用的价值。  相似文献

采用2-(11H-苯[a]咔唑)乙基对甲苯磺酸酯(BCETS)为柱前荧光衍生试剂,通过梯度洗脱使得18种脂肪酸在BDS-C8柱上得到良好的分离.方法应用于大果白刺不同部位中游离脂肪酸的分析,结果表明大果白刺的果皮果肉和叶子中均含有大量的不饱和脂肪酸,其总不饱和脂肪酸含量分别为70.74%和73.47%.大果白刺种子中不饱和脂肪酸的含量相对较少,仅占总脂肪酸含量的57.21%,其不饱和脂肪酸组成主要是C18∶1(油酸)和C18∶2(亚油酸).其中,大果白刺的果皮果肉中,不饱和脂肪酸主要是C18∶1、C18∶2和C18∶3(亚麻酸).其叶子中的不饱和脂肪酸主要是C18∶3,所占总脂肪酸比例为48.34%.首次对大果白刺中的脂肪酸进行了分析,可以为大果白刺在食品、药品中的进一步开发应用和质量控制提供一定的数据支持.  相似文献

The present work aimed to proceed to the phytochemical characterization of purslane (Portulaca oleracea L.) and study of its antioxidant activity. Different samples were analyzed for their moisture and fat content, fatty acids, organic acids and phenolic compound composition and the scavenging effect of DPPH (2,2-diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl) radicals was evaluated. Water was the major constituent of purslane stems (average 90.5%) and leaves (average 91.8%), while fat values varied from 0.11% to 0.57%. Twenty seven fatty acids were found in the leaves samples, being linolenic acid the most abundant, ranging from 27.7 to 39.1%, followed by palmitic (19.3–24.3%) and oleic acids (11.6–19.5%). Five different organic acids were detected namely fumaric, aconitic, citric, malic and oxalic acids. Oxalic and citric acids were the most abundant, while aconitic acid was present in the lowest content. Two phenolic acids were identified and quantified: 3-caffeoylquinic and 5-caffeoylquinic acids. Leaves presented higher amounts of phenolic compounds, being 3-caffeoylquinic acid more abundant in leaves and 5-caffeoylquinic acid in stems. The leaves revealed to be the part with highest antioxidant potential.  相似文献

To fit the request of developing new biomaterials using persimmon leaves as raw material, this paper reported the surface free energy and related components, e.g. the Lifshitz-van der Waals and Lewis acid-base components for persimmon leaves estimated by means of the column wicking technique. Considering this natural material might be varied of its properties with growing area, a characterization of it was initially performed by applying the FT-Raman spectroscopy. Based on the determined results, persimmon leaves have greater surface free energy, gammaS, than cellulose though it has been found rich in this component, e.g. of about 68.28%. Moreover, it was further observed that the persimmon leaves have great Lewis acid-base interactions component, gammaS(AB), contributed by the Lewis acid component, gammaS+. This suggests that the persimmon leaves are available to convert to new biomaterials expected forms.  相似文献

Volatile fatty acids in aqueous media were esterfied in situ with phenyldiazomethane (PDM). Complete esterification was achieved in 3 h at 40°C under continuous stirring of an ether/water system. The process involved immediate transfer of benzyl esters into the organic phase. The separation of benzyl esters mixtures was carried out in glass capillary GC columns. The retention data and FID molar responses were determined for C1 to C6 acid benzyl esters, including 2-methylpropionic, 3-methylbutyric, 2-methylvaleric, and 2-ethylbutyric acid. An unusual relationship was observed between benzyl ester relative molar responses and carbon atom number.  相似文献

The fatty acid profile and beta-carotene content of a number of Australian varieties of purslane (Portulaca oleracea) were determined by GC and HPLC. The total fatty acid content ranged from 1.5 to 2.5 mg/g of fresh mass in leaves, 0.6 to 0.9 mg/g in stems and 80 to 170 mg/g in seeds. alpha-Linolenic acid (C18:3omega3) accounted for around 60% and 40% of the total fatty acid content in leaves and seeds, respectively. Longer-chain omega-3 fatty acids were not detected. The beta-carotene content ranged from 22 to 30 mg/g fresh mass in leaves. These results indicate that Australian purslane varieties are a rich source of alpha-linolenic acid and beta-carotene.  相似文献

To obtain valuable information for development of potential commercial products from yak kidney, which is usually treated as waste, the fatty acid composition of kidneys from yak reared in Gansu province, China, was investigated by gas chromatography. Fifteen different fatty acids were identified. The major fatty acids are oleic acid (33.3%), stearic acid (20.2%), and palmitic acid (18.4%). More interestingly, several important and essential fatty acids were also identified, including conjugated linoleic acid (2.94%), omega-3 fatty acids, for example docosahexaenoic acid (1.47%), eicosapentaenoic acid (1.11%) and alpha linolenic acid (0.37%), and omega-6 fatty acids, for example arachidonic acid (2.86%) and linoleic acid (1.98%). The results show that the fatty acid composition of yak kidney is of reasonable value and is suitable for further development of possible commercial products. This is the first report of the fatty acid profile of yak kidney.
