The condensation in one step of a series of salicylaldehydes and 2-amino-5-nitrophenol with 1-naphthylboronic acid, 2-naphthylboronic acid, and o-tolylboronic acid to give the corresponding boronates 1a-3a, 1b-3b and 1c-3d, is reported. The X-ray crystal structures of 1a, 2b and 3b allowed determining the α- and β-angle between the stilbene skeleton and the aryl or naphthylboronic fragments; these values are indicative of different conformations for the aryl moieties around the (B-C) boron-carbon bond which could potentially modulate the electronic properties on the boron stilbene compounds. All compounds were characterized by 1H, 11B and 13C NMR spectroscopy, UV, IR and mass spectrometry. Second- and third-order non-linear optical characterizations were also performed by EFISH and THG Maker Fringe techniques, respectively. Compounds 3a-3d containing an -N(Et)2 donor group gave the best NLO response in second- and third-order.  相似文献

New 1,3-propanediaminocyclotriphosphazene derivatives (7-17) were synthesized from the reactions of spiro-1,3-propanediaminocyclotriphosphazene, N3P3Cl4[NH(CH2)3NH] (1) with the cyclopropanemethylamine (2), cyclohexylamine (3), pyrrolidine (4) cyclohexanol (5), cyclopropylmethanol (6). The structures of the novel compounds (7-17) were characterized by elemental analysis, mass spectrometry, 1H and 31P NMR spectroscopy. The molecular structures of 8, 12 and 13 were determined by X-ray crystallography. The structures of all these three compounds are in the monoclinic crystal system; compounds 8 and 12 have the P21/c space group while compound 13 has the P21/n space group. The ring conformation of the cyclotriphosphazene and other external rings were investigated based on the X-ray crystal structures.  相似文献

We prepared a 9,10-dihydro-9,10-disilaanthracene (DSA) derivative 4 bearing a bulky aryl substituent, a 2,4,6-triisopropylphenyl (Tip) group, on the silicon atoms via a Wurtz-type coupling reaction between two molecules of (2-chlorophenyl)(2,4,6-triisopropylphenyl)silane (3) in a head-to-tail fashion. The structural determination of cis-4 and trans-4 was examined using 1H NMR spectroscopy and theoretical calculations. In addition, the molecular structure of cis-4 was unambiguously determined by X-ray crystallography. The tricyclic DSA skeleton of cis-4 adopts a folded structure with a boat-like central ring in which the rotation about the Si-Tip bond is restricted. In contrast, theoretical calculations suggest that the tricyclic DSA skeleton of trans-4 has an almost planar structure.  相似文献

Velutabularins A-J, ten novel phragmalin-type limonoids, were isolated from the stem bark of Chukrasia tabularis var. velutina. In structures of 1-6, the tetrahydrofuran ring from dehydration of OH-15 and OH-17, ring C and 13/14/18-cyclopropanyl moiety formed an unprecedented 8-oxatricyclo[4,3,11,6]decane. Compounds 7-10 are derivates of 1-6 opening the tetrahydrofuran ring. All of these compounds possess a novel C-16/C-30 δ-lactone ring, which were reported in phragmalins rarely. The structures of these novel compounds were elucidated based on extensive 1D and 2D spectroscopic analysis. The absolute configuration of 5 and 9 were determined by the calculated electronic circular dichroism (ECD) method. The anti-inflammatory activities of major compounds (2, 4, 5, 9) were evaluated for inhibitory activity against lipopolysaccharide (LPS) induced nitric oxide (NO) production in macrophage (RAW264.7) cell line.  相似文献

The novel optically active derivatives of 2,2′-disubstituted-1-aminocyclopropane-1-carboxylic acid (−)-2 and (+)-3 were synthesised from the spiro-azlactone (+)-1. Oxidation of the diol moiety of (+)-3 gave by ring enlargement the racemic mixture of 2,3-dihydrofuran derivative (±)-6. This conversion is explained by stepwise rearrangement of the initially formed tetrasubstituted cyclopropanecarbaldehyde 4 through zwitterionic's reactive intermediate 5. The formation of (±)-6 is preferred energetically as established by ab initio calculations of the ground states and possible intermediates for that rearrangement. The crystal structure and absolute configuration of the compounds (+)-1, (−)-2, (+)-3 and (−)-7 were determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction method. All four compounds possess Z-configuration of the cyclopropane ring. The dioxolane ring in the structures (+)-1 and (−)-2 adopts half-chair conformation, while the cyclopropane ring and geminally substituted groups in the structures (−)-2, (+)-3 and (−)-7 possess the anticlinal conformation. The molecules of the compound (+)-1 are connected by very weak intermolecular hydrogen bond of C-H?O type. In the compounds (−)-2, (+)-3 and (−)-7inter- and intramolecular hydrogen bonds of N-H?O type were observed. The spiro-compound (+)-1 exhibited a more pronounced inhibitory activity against the proliferation of murine leukemia and human T-lymphocytes cells than other type of tumor cell lines and normal human fibroblast cells.  相似文献

N-methylalbine (5) was synthesized for the first time. The structure is other than the one bearing hitherto its name. The fraction of the conformer with the boat ring C in the conformational equilibrium in 5 in benzene solution was determined to be ca. 22% using coupling constant J9-11β. The reason of the occurrence of a significant amount of the boat conformer is, similarly to N-methylangustifoline (2), the interaction of an axial allyl group with the bridge H8α hydrogen atom. The smaller fraction of the boat conformation in 5 than in 2 is caused by the repulsion of one of the H14 hydrogen atoms of the allyl group with the axial H5α proton in the boat conformer of 5.  相似文献

The cationic manganese tricarbonyl complexes containing η6-2-methylhydroquinone (2a), η6-2,3-dimethylhydroquinone (3a), η6-2-t-butylhydroquinone (4a), η6-tetramethylhydroquinone (5a) and η6-4,4′-biphenol (6a) are readily deprotonated to the corresponding neutral (η5-semiquinone)Mn(CO)3 (2b-6b) and anionic (η4-quinone)Mn(CO)3 (2c-5c) complexes. The X-ray structures of 2b-6b feature strong intermolecular hydrogen bonding interactions that result in the formation of supramolecular organometallic networks. Significantly, the substitution pattern at the semiquinone ring affects the stereochemistry of the hydrogen bonding interactions. NMR spectra of 2b, 3b and 5b reveal dynamic hydrogen bonding in solution.  相似文献

A highly efficient trifluoromethanesulfonic acid-mediated rearrangement of the benzoylaminomethylthio group of 3-benzoylaminomethylthioindoles (7a-e) to position 2 of the indole ring was developed. Thus, 2-benzoylaminomethylthioindoles (9a-e) were obtained in good yields and were involved as key intermediates in the synthesis of the new γ-carboline analogue ring system: 2,9-dihydro-4-aryl-1,3-thiazino[6,5-b]indole derivatives (11a-e). The target thiazinoindoles (11a-e) were prepared via 2-thiobenzoylaminomethylindoles (10a-e) in modified Bischler-Napieralski reactions.  相似文献

The 1,2-bridged tricyclic cyclopropene, tricyclo[3.2.2.02,4]nona-2(4),6-diene (1), has been synthesized by the elimination of 2-bromo-4-chlorotricyclo[3.2.2.02,4]-non-6-ene (5). Cyclopropene 1 will undergo different isomerizations in ether solution and in neat conditions. Compound 1 rearranged to an anti-Bredt compound 4 via diradical mechanism in ether and tricyclic compound 6 via vinyl carbene mechanism in neat conditions. Compound 1 can be trapped with DPIBF at different temperatures yielding different results: the exo-endo adduct 2 (exo-addition from the view of the cyclopropene and endo-addition from the view of bicyclo[2.2.2]octene) is a sole product at 0°C by slowly addition of methyllithium, and the exo-endo adduct 2, endo-endo adduct 9, anti-Bredt adduct 3, and styrene 8 are isolated at ether refluxing temperature. Styrene 8 is proposed to be formed from endo-endo adduct 9 by diradical mechanism. The chemistry of exo-endo adduct 2 and endo-endo adduct 9 is as well studied. The exo-endo adduct 2 undergoes hydration in trifluoroacetic acid to generate 1,3-cis-diol 11 followed by eliminations of water and formaldehyde to give naphthalene 12. The endo-endo adduct 9 reacts with water in tetrahydrofuran-containing silica gel to yield 1,4-cis-diol 10. Both 9 and 10 react with trifluoroacetic acid to form trans-3-hydroxy trifluoroacetate 13. Compound 13 will undergo hydrolysis and isomerization to generate 1,3-cis-diol 11 in trifluoroacetic acid.  相似文献

A regiospecific 1,3-dipolar cycloaddition of 2-diazopropane 3 to iminoethers 1a-c, carried out at 0 °C, afforded in two steps the corresponding 4-aryl-5,5-dimethyl-5H-1,2,3-triazoles 5a-c. Under the same conditions, 3-arylpropenenitriles 2a-d led to 3-cyano-5,5-dimethyl Δ1-pyrazolines 6a-d. Products 4-6 were obtained in good yields (69-85%).  相似文献

Catalytically-induced ring expansion of 2H-azaphosphirene complex 1 using ferrocenium hexafluorophosphate and acetone (2), diethylketone (3), cyclohexanone (4), benzaldehyde (5) or para-hydroxy-benzaldehyde (6) furnished selectively the Δ3-1,3,5-oxazaphospholene complexes 7-11, whereas with ortho- and para-hydroxy- or ortho- and para-amino-substituted benzonitriles the 2H-1,4,2-diazaphosphole complexes 16-19 were obtained. Two further findings are noteworthy: (1) The significant decreased reaction time in the case of the sterically more demanding carbonyl derivatives 2-4 and (2) the formation of diastereomers in the case of 10 and 11 with a ratio of 8:1 and 9:1, respectively. All products were characterized by NMR, MS and elemental analysis and the configuration of complexes 7 and 10a were determined by X-ray single-crystal diffraction analysis.  相似文献

Ph2SiCl2 and PhMeSiCl2 react with Li2E (E = S, Se, Te) under formation of trimeric diorganosilicon chalcogenides (PhRSiE)3 (R = Ph: 1a-3a, R = Me: cis/trans-4a (E = S), cis/trans-5a (E = Se)). In case of E = S, Se dimeric four-membered ring compounds (PhRSiE)2 (R = Ph: 1b-2b, R = Me: cis/trans-4b (E = S), cis/trans-5b (E = Se)) have been observed as by-products. 1a-5b have been characterized by multinuclear NMR spectroscopy (1H, 13C, 29Si, 77Se, 125Te). Four- and six-membered ring compounds differ significantly in 29Si and 77Se chemical shifts as well as in the value of 1JSiSe.The molecular structures of 2a, 3a and trans-5a reported in this paper are the first examples of compounds with unfused six-membered rings Si3E3 (E = Se, Te). The Si3E3 rings adopt twisted boat conformations. The crystal structure of 3a reveals an intermolecular Te-Te contact of 3.858 Å which yields a dimerization in the solid state.  相似文献

Substituent-controlled regioselective synthesis of highly functionalized 1,2-teraryls 3a-k has been achieved through ring transformation of 6-aryl-4-(pyrrolidin-1-yl/piperidin-1-yl)-2H-pyran-2-one-3-carbonitriles 1a-g by aryl acetones 2a-c in the presence of powdered KOH in DMF in very good yield. Under similar reaction conditions, 6-aryl-4-methylsulfanyl-2H-pyran-2-ones 5a-f afforded 1,7-diaryl-2-methyl-4H,5H-pyrano[3,4-c]pyran-4,5-diones 6a-j as major products and 3,4-diaryl-2-methyl-6-methylsulfanylbenzonitriles as minor constituents 7a-j.  相似文献

Reaction of 1,3-diaryltriazenes (R-C6H4-NN-(NH)-C6H4-R, R = OCH3, CH3, H, Cl, NO2 at the para position) with [Rh(PPh3)3Cl] in ethanol in the presence of a base (NEt3) affords a family of yellow complexes (1-R) containing a PPh3, two de-protonated triazenes coordinated as bidentate N,N-donors, and an aryl (C6H4-R) fragment coordinated in the η1-fashion. A similar reaction in toluene yields a group of reddish-orange complexes (2-R) containing a PPh3, two N,N-coordinated triazenes, and a chloride. Structures of the 1-CH3 and 2-CH3 complexes have been determined by X-ray crystallography. All the 1-R and 2-R complexes are diamagnetic, and show characteristic 1H NMR signals and intense MLCT transitions in the visible region. The 1-R and 2-R complexes also fluoresce in the visible region under ambient condition while excited at around 400 nm. Cyclic voltammetry on these complexes shows a Rh(III)-Rh(IV) oxidation (within 0.76-1.68 vs. SCE), followed by an oxidation of the coordinated triazene ligand (except the R = NO2 complexes). An irreversible reduction of the coordinated triazene is also observed for all the complexes below −0.96 V vs. SCE. In the 1-R and 2-R complexes potential of the Rh(III)-Rh(IV) oxidation correlates linearly with the electron-withdrawing nature of the para-substituent (R).  相似文献

The complexes [Rh(CO)(PPh3){Ph2PNP(O)Ph2-P,O}] (3), [Rh(CO)2{Ph2P(Se)NP(Se)Ph2-Se,Se′}] (5), and [Rh(CO)(PPh3){Ph2P(Se)NP(Se)Ph2-Se,Se′}] (6), were synthesised by stepwise reactions of CO and PPh3 with [Rh(cod){Ph2PNP(O)Ph2-P,O}] (2) and [Rh(cod){Ph2P(Se)NP(Se)Ph2-Se,Se′}] (4), respectively. The complexes 3, 5 and 6 have been studied by IR, as well as 1H and 31P NMR spectroscopy. The ν(CO) bands of complexes 3 and 6 appear at approximately 1960 cm−1, indicating high electron density at the RhI centre. The structure of complexes 3 and 6 has been determined by X-ray crystallography, and the 31P NMR chemical shifts have been resolved via low temperature NMR experiments. Both complexes exhibit square planar geometry around the metal centre, with the five-membered ring of complex 3 being almost planar, and the six-membered ring of complex 6 adopting a slightly distorted boat conformation. The C-O bond of the carbonyl ligand is relatively weak in both complexes, due to strong π-back donation from the electron rich RhI centre. The catalytic activity of the complexes 2, 3 and 6 in the hydroformylation of styrene has been investigated. Complexes 2 and 3 showed satisfactory catalytic properties, whereas complex 6 had effectively no catalytic activity.  相似文献

The synthesis of 1-alkyl(aryl)-5-(3,3,3-trihalo-2-oxopropylidene)-1H-pyrrol-2(5H)-ones 5, 6a-d from 1-alkyl(aryl)-4-bromo-5-(3,3,3-trihalo-2-oxopropylidene)-1H-pyrrolidin-2-ones 3, 4a-d is reported. The 1-alkyl(aryl)-4-bromo-5-(3,3,3-trihalo-2-oxopropylidene)-1H-pyrrolidin-2-ones 3, 4a-d were obtained from regiospecific bromination of 1-alkyl(aryl)-5-(3,3,3-trihalo-2-oxopropylidene)-1H-pyrrolidin-2-ones 1, 2a-d with molecular bromine. The NMR and X-ray diffraction data showed that 1-alkyl(aryl)-5-(3,3,3-trihalo-2-oxopropylidene)-1H-pyrrolidin-2-ones were brominated at 4-position in the pyrrolidin-2-one ring.  相似文献

The reaction of salicylaldehyde (1), o-aminophenols (2a-2f), and di-n-butyltinIV oxide (3) to give six di-n-butyltinIV compounds (4a-4f) was achieved in good yields. All compounds were characterized by 1H, 13C, 15N, 119Sn NMR, mass spectrometry, IR, elemental analysis and in the case of compounds 4a, 4b, 4d and 4e by X-ray diffraction analysis. Compound 4a crystallized with trigonal bipiramidal (TPB) geometry surrounding the tin atom while 4b and 4e crystallized as dimeric molecules joined by two O?Sn bonds with distorted octahedron (DOC) geometry. The X-ray structure of 4d presents one cocrystallized monomeric TBP with one dimeric DOC molecule. Correlations of σHammett vs. spectroscopic values were found for 4a-4b and 4d-4f, indicating the substituents in the aromatic ring derived from o-aminophenol serve as modulators of the O?Sn supramolecular interaction. The O?Sn bond formation is selective for the five-membered ring oxygen atom.  相似文献

A series of N-(2-pyridyl)benzamides (1)-(11) and their nickel complexes, [N-(2-pyridyl)benzamide]dinickel(II) di-μ-bromide dibromide (12)-(16) and (aryl)[N-(2-pyridyl)benzamido](triphenylphosphine)nickel(II) (17)-(24), were synthesized and characterized. The single-crystal X-ray analysis revealed that 12 and 14 are binuclear nickel complexes bridged by bromine atoms and each nickel atom adopts a distorted trigonal bipyramidal geometry. The key feature of the complexes 17, 19 and 23 is each has a six-membered nickel chelate ring including a deprotonated secondary nitrogen atom and an O-donor atom. The nickel complexes show moderate to high catalytic activity for ethylene oligomerization with methylaluminoxane (MAO) as cocatalyst. The activity of 12-16/MAO systems is up to 3.3 × 104 g mol−1 h−1 whereas for 17-24/MAO systems it is up to 4.94 × 105 g mol−1 atm−1 h−1. The influence of Al/Ni molar ratio, reaction temperature, reaction period and PPh3/Ni molar ratio on catalytic activity was investigated.  相似文献

Tetrahydropyridopyrimidines (THPPm) 1-3 underwent tandem cleavage-cyclization piperidine ring enlargement under the action of terminal activated alkynes to produce tetrahydropyrimido[4,5-d]azocines 4-7 in good preparative yields.
