Aladan {β-[6'-(N,N-dimethyl)amino-2'-naphthoyl]alanine} and aladan-containing cyclodecapeptide [Ald^6]loloatin C were synthesized. The properties of their fluorescent behaviours both in aqueous buffer and micelles created by sodium dodecylsulfate (SDS) and dodecylphosphorylcholine (DPC) were further investigated. It was found that in either of micelle systems, [Ald^6]loloatin C possesses red-shift emission maximum wavelength and higher quantum yield. This property could be useful in the research of peptide-cell membrane interaction.  相似文献

The anionic products from the reactions between metal(M=Ag, Au, Pd, Pt, Pb and Bi) vapour produced by laser ablation and hexafluorobenzene seeded in carrier gas(Ar) were studied by means of a homemade reflectron time-of-flight mass spectrometry(RTOF-MS). Experimental results show that the dominant products were [MmC6F6]-complexes for the reactions of Ag, Au, Pd and Pt with C6F6, while the dominant products were [MmC6F5]-complexes for the reactions of Pb and Bi with C6F6. K3 [Fe(CN)6] and KFe[Fe(CN)6] are classical coordination compounds. However, the mechanism of decomposition reactions has not been well expounded. The gas products of thermal decomposition were examined by gas chroma tography (GC) , and the structure of the solid products by Mossbauer spectroscopy(MS) and X-ray diffraction(XRD). The findings are explained in terms of the theory of coordination chemistry and a decomposition mechanism is proposed in this study. On the basis of various experimental results, the first stage of the decomposition of K3[Fe(CN)6] in He was found to be the evolution of(CN)2 resulting in the reduction of Fe(Ⅲ)12K3 [Fe(CN)6]→9K4[Fe(CN)6] + Fe2 [Fe(CN)6] + 6 ( CN )For KFe [Fe(CN) 6 ], the first stage of decomposition man be represented as6KFe[Fe(CN)6]→3K2Fe[Fe(CN)6] + 2Fe2[Fe(CN)6 + 3(CN)2At higher temperatures, the decomposition of both K3[Fe(CN)6) andKFe[Fe(CN)6] to form KCN and Fe2C was accomplished by the release of(CN)2 and N2.  相似文献

The synthesis and characterization of four new silicon-linked lanthanocene complexes with pendant phenyl groups on cyclopentadiene were reported. Based on the data of elemental analyses, MS and IR, the complexes were presumed to be unsolvated and dimeric complexes [Me2Si(C5H3CMe2C6H5)2LnC1]2 [Ln=Er (1), Gd (2), Sm (3), Dy (4)]. In conjunction with AlEt3 or sodium hydride as the co-catalyst, these complexes could efficiently catalyze the polymerization of methyl methacrylate (MMA). When the nanometric sodium hydride was used as a co-catalyst, the complexes were highly effective for the polymerization of MMA. At low temperature and in short time, in [MeESi(C5H3CMe2C6H5)2LnC1]2/NaH (nanometric) system, the polymer was obtained in more than 80% yield and the molecular weight was greater than 105. The activity reached that of organolanthanide hydride as a single-component catalyst. In ]MeESi(C5H3CMe2C6H5)2ErC1]2/Nail (nanometric) system, the effects of the molar ratio of MMA/catalyst and catalyst/co-catalyst, and the temperature on polymerization were studied.  相似文献

A series of neutral bimetallic lanthanide aryloxides p-C6H4[OLnL(THF)n]2 [Ln = Y(1), Yb(2), Sm(3)(n = 1) and La(4)(n = 2), L = Me2NCH2CH2N{CH2-(2-O–C6H2–tBu2-3,5)}2] and alkoxides p-C6H4CH2[OLnL(THF)]2 [Ln = Y(5), Yb(6)] supported by an amine-bridged bis(phenolate) ligand have been synthesized through one-pot reactions of Ln(C5H5)3(THF), LH2 with p-benzenediol and 1,4-benzenedimethanol, respectively. All complexes have been fully characterized by elemental analyses, single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis, and IR and multi-nuclear NMR spectroscopy(in the cases of 1, 4 and 5). Study of their catalytic behavior revealed that, in general, all complexes are efficient initiators for the polymerization of rac-lactide(LA) and rac-β-butyrolactone(BBL), except for 3 and 4 in the case of BBL. The influence imposed by lanthanides of different ionic radii and initiating groups of different structures on the activity, controllability, and stereoselectivity of polymerization were systematically studied and compared. Highly heterotactic PLA(Pr up to 0.99) and syndiotactic PHB(Pr ≈ 0.81) with high molecular weight and narrow polydispersity formed and were automatically capped with hydroxyl functionality at both ends.  相似文献

We have studied the ground and excited states of the three dendritic polynuclear Pt(II) complexes 1-[Cl(PH3)2PtC≡≡ C]-3,5-[HC≡≡ C]C6H3 (1), 1,3-[Cl(PH3)2PtC≡≡ C]2-5-[HC≡≡ C]C6H3 (2), and 1,3,5-[Cl(PH3)2- PtC≡≡ C]3C6H3 (3), by using the B3LYP and UB3LYP methods, respectively. TDDFT approach with the PCM model was performed to predict the emission spectra properties of 1―3 in CH2Cl2 solution. We first predicted the excited-state geometries for the three complexes. With the change of the number of Pt(II) atom, 1―3 show the different geometry structures in both the ground and excited states; fur- thermore, the increase of the metal density from 1 to 3 results in the red shift of the lowest-energy emissions along the series. The luminescent properties of 1 are somewhat different from those of 2 and 3. The emission properties of 2 and 3 are richer than 1. Our conclusion can give a good support for designing the high efficient luminescent materials.  相似文献

Novel flowerlike Cu2O micro-nanocrystals were prepared by a greener reductive reaction of cupric acetate monohydrate with ethylene glycol in aqueous solutions of [C8mim]X (X = Cl , Br , BF4 , PF6 ) and [Cnmim][BF4] (n = 4, 6, 8). The obtained microstructures of Cu2O were characterized by Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM), X-ray diffraction (XRD) and Fourier Transform Infrared (FT-IR). The effects of cations, anions and concentration of the ionic liquids on the morphology of Cu2O were examined in some details. The results suggest that the formation of flowerlike Cu2O was governed by a [C8mim][BF4] controlled reductive reaction mechanism. As one of their applications, the Cu2O nanoparticles were used for the photocatalytic degradation of methylene blue in aqueous solution, and high photocatalytic activity was observed.  相似文献

The rare earth (RE=La, Y, Gd) salicylates were synthesized by the rheological phase reaction method. The complexes were characterized by elemental analysis, infrared spectra (IR), X-ray powder diffraction (XRD) and thermal gravity analysis (TG). They can be represented by general formula RE(HSal)3 (RE=La, Y, Gd; HSal=C6Ha(OH)COO). The crystals of them are monoclinic and have layered structure. The mechanism of thermal decomposition of rare earth salicylates was studied by using TG, DTA, IR and gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS). The thermal decomposition of the rare earth salicylates in nitrogen gas proceeded in three stages: firstly, they were decomposed to form RE2(Sal)3 (Sal=C6H4OCOO) and salicylic acid; then, RE2(Sal)3 were decomposed further to form RE2O(CO3)2 and some organic compounds; finally, RE2O(CO3)2 were decomposed to form rare earth metal oxides (RE2O3) and carbon dioxide. The organic compounds obtained from the second step of the reaction are mainly dibenzofuran, xanthenone, 6H-benzo[c]chromen-6-one, 6-phenyl-6H-benzo[c]chromene, and 1,3-diphenyl-1, 3-dihydro-2-benzofuran.  相似文献

Organoboryl germanium(Ⅱ) oxides were synthesized from the 1,4-addition reaction of L'Ge(L'=HC[C(CH_2)N(Ar)]C(Me)N(Ar),Ar=2,6-iPr_2C_6H_3) with selected monosubstituted arylboronic acids RB(OH)_2(R=2,6-Me_2C_6H_3,2,4,6-Me_3C_6H_2,1-Naph) at the molar ratios of 1:1 and 2:1.The mononuclear products RB(OH)OGeL(L=CH[C(Me)N(Ar)]_2,Ar=2,6-iPr_2C_6H_3;R=2,6-Me_2C_6H_3(1),2,4,6-Me_3C_6H_2(2),1-Naph(3)) containing the Ge-O-B core were obtained smoothly through the 1:1 reaction.However,the reaction of L'Ge with 2,6-Me_2C_6H_3B(OH)_2 in a 2:1 ratio gave only the mononuclear product(1) instead of the expected binuclear one.What's more,a new borate compound [(2,6-Me_2C_6H_3)_4B_5O_6]~-[H:C]~+(4)(:C=C[N(iPr)C(Me)]_2) was concomitantly formed when the in situ prepared L'Ge was used as the precursor.In contrast,the use of 2,4,6-Me_3C_6H_2B(OH)_2 or1-NaphB(OH)_2 as the organoboryl source in the similar reaction led to the formation and isolation of the binuclear products RB(OGeL)2(R=2,4,6-Me_3C_6H_2(5),1-Naph(6)) containing the Ge-O-B-O-Ge core in a straight way.Compounds 1~6 were determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis.  相似文献

The reaction of CuCl2-2H2O or NiCl2.6H2O with K2(C5H6S4) [potassium salt of 6,7-dihydro-5H-1,4-dithiepin-2,3-dithiolate] under nitrogen atmosphere resulted in the isolation of [Cu(C5H6S4)2]- or [Ni(C5H6S4)2]- as the tetrabutylammonium salt. Both complexes show characteristic IR and UV-Vis absorptions of transition metal dithiolenes. Cyclic voltammograms contain two waves indicating a two step electrochemical procedure [M(C5H6S4)2]0 = [M(C5H6S4)2]1-= [M(C5H6S4)2]2-. Single crystal structure study has been carried out on the nickel complex. Crystal of [Bu4N][Ni(C5H6S4)2] belongs to monoclinic space group P21/c with a=17.576(5), 6=10.883(2), c=17.773(4) A,B=91.07(2)0, Z=4, and o(calcd.)=1.348 g/cm3. Final result is R=0.059 for 2959 reflections. The NiS4 core exhibits square planar coordination with average Ni-S bond length of 2.134(5) A. There are not anion pairs in crystal. The anions stack along a and c axes while the cations intercalate in them. The nearest S-S contact is 4.429 A. The solid powder ESR s  相似文献

An unnatural amino acid, β-[6′-(N, N-dimethyl)amino-2′-naphthoyl]alanine (Ald) showing polarity-sen sitive fluorescence characteristics, was synthesized. A thorough Ald-scan of dynorphin A (Dyn A), the putative endogenous ligand for κ opioid receptors, was then performed. Synthesis of fluorescent P-hydroxybinaphtylphosphole-oxide or -sulfide was achieved by trapping a binaphtyl dianion with methyl dichlorophosphite or P-(N,N-diethylamino)dichlorophosphine, followed by oxidation or sulfuration of the P-center. After saponification or acid hydrolysis, the P-hydroxyphospholes were coupled to peptides using the coupling agent BOP, under the conditions required for the synthesis in solution or on a solid support. This new method was illustrated by the labeling of the JMV2959, a potent antagonist of the Growth Hormone Secretagogue Receptor type 1a (GHS−R1a). The labeled conjugates were used to characterize GHSR ligands by competition assays, based on Fluorescence Resonance Energy Transfer (FRET). Such P-hydroxyphosphole-oxide or -sulfide constitute a promising new class of compact fluorophores with large Stokes shift, for labeling biomolecules by grafting through the phosphorus atom.  相似文献

Cyclic RGD peptides are well-known ligands of integrins. The integrins αVβ3 and α5β1 are involved in angiogenesis, and integrin αVβ3 is abundantly present on cancer cells, thus representing a therapeutic target. Hence, synthetic and biophysical studies continuously are being directed towards the understanding of ligand-integrin interaction. In this context, the development of versatile synthetic strategies to obtain fluorescent building blocks that can add molecular diversity and modular spectral characteristics while not compromising binding affinity or selectivity is a relevant task. An on-resin intramolecular Suzuki–Miyaura cross-coupling (SMC) between l - or d -7-bromotryptophan (7BrTrp) and a phenothiazine (Ptz) boronic acid affords fluorescent cyclic RGD pseudopeptides, c(RGD(W/w)Ptz). Ring closure by SMC establishes a phenothiazine–indole moiety with axial chirality. An array of eight novel compounds has been synthesized, among them one fluorescent compound with good affinity to integrin αVβ3. The fluorescence properties of the analogues can be efficiently tuned depending on the substituents in Ptz moiety even for fluorescence emission in the visible (red) spectral range.  相似文献

The stabilization of peptide secondary structure via stapling is a ubiquitous goal for creating new probes, imaging agents, and drugs. Inspired by indole‐derived crosslinks found in natural peptide toxins, we employed ortho‐phthalaldehydes to create isoindole staples, thus transforming inactive linear and monocyclic precursors into bioactive monocyclic and bicyclic products. Mild, metal‐free conditions give an array of macrocyclic α‐melanocyte‐stimulating hormone (α‐MSH) derivatives, of which several isoindole‐stapled α‐MSH analogues (Ki≈1 nm ) are found to be as potent as α‐MSH. Analogously, late‐stage intra‐annular isoindole stapling furnished a bicyclic peptide mimic of α‐amanitin that is cytotoxic to CHO cells (IC50=70 μm ). Given its user‐friendliness, we have termed this approach FlICk (fluorescent isoindole crosslink) chemistry.  相似文献

Selective discrimination of a single‐nucleotide difference in single‐stranded DNA or RNA remains a challenge with conventional DNA or RNA probes. A peptide nucleic acid (PNA)‐derived probe, in which PNA forms a pseudocomplementary heteroduplex with inosine‐containing DNA or RNA, effectively discriminates a single‐nucleotide difference in a closely related group of sequences of single‐stranded DNA and/or RNA. The pseudocomplementary PNA heteroduplex is easily converted to a fluorescent probe that distinctively detects a member of highly homologous let‐7 microRNAs.  相似文献

利用固相多肽合成法合成了一种新的多肽,将该多肽与荧光基团Dansyl偶联制备了一种新的荧光化学比率传感器:Dansyl-Cys-Pro-Pro-Cys-Trp-NH2。利用荧光光谱研究了它与金属离子的相互作用。结果表明,与其它13种金属离子相比该多肽对金属Cd2+有很好的选择性。它能特异性识别Cd2+,具有水溶性好,响应时间快等优点。该肽对Cd2+具有很强的键合作用,其结合常数为3.0×1011 L2·mol-2,检出限为11.5 nmol·L-1。  相似文献
