β-(3,4-二甲氧基)苯乙胺与甲醛及甲酸在封管中热至125°,生成N,N-二甲基衍生物.2-溴-1-(3,4-二甲氧基)苯乙烷与二乙胺或六氢吡啶缩合则成相应N,N-二乙基衍生物或N-六氢吡啶衍生物.在无水碳酸钠作用下,N-甲基-β-(3,4-二甲氧基)苯乙胺经氯化苄、2-溴-1-苯乙烷或2-溴-1-(3,4-二甲氧基)苯乙烷烷化,分别生成相应N-甲基-N-芳烷基-β-(3,4-二甲氧基)苯乙胺.β-(3,4-二甲氧基)苯乙胺经乙酸酐或苯乙酰氯酰化后,再以五氧化二磷环化,并以锌粉及盐酸还原,分别制成1-甲基及1-苄基-6,7-二甲氧基-1,2,3,4-四氢异喹啉.以上制成的化合物均可认为是镇痛药延胡索素乙的裂环化合物,并已进行药理试验.  相似文献

 合成了四种金属铜(Ⅱ)-四氮配合物,并用初始速率法研究了25 ℃时四种配合物催化H2O2氧化偶合2,6-二甲基苯酚生成3,3′,5,5′-四甲基联苯二醌反应的动力学. 结果表明此偶合反应符合Michaelis-Menten酶催化动力学,并由此获得了反应在不同配合物和不同pH值情况下的动力学参数k2和Km. 研究还发现不同的铜配合物其催化活性有不同的最适pH,具有较好电子共轭效应和合适刚柔性结构的铜配合物更有利于反应的进行. 对此催化反应的动力学机理研究发现,铜配合物的一级酸式电离中间物种是反应的主要催化活性物种. 质谱分析表明,此类铜配合物都能催化2,6-二甲基苯酚进行C-O偶合反应生成不同聚合度的高分子.  相似文献

以3,4-二甲氧基苯乙酸为原料,经氯化亚砜酰氯化、3,4-二甲氧基苯乙胺氨解得到了N-(3,4-二甲氧基苯乙基)-2-(3,4-二甲氧基苯基)乙酰胺,经Bischler-Napieraski反应环化同时氧化,合成了Lamellarin重要中间体(6,7-二甲氧基-3,4-二氢异喹啉-1-基)(3,4-二甲氧基苯基)甲基酮,优化了环化的反应条件,其总收率为56%。此方法未见文献报道。产物用1H NMR、13C NMR、MS、IR进行了表征。  相似文献

开发了无催化剂条件下4-羟基烷基-2-炔酸乙酯与N-杂环芳基甲基-N-2,2-二氟乙基-1-胺的串联反应.应用该反应在甲醇中回流,以39%~83%的收率合成了一系列4-(N-(2,2-二氟乙基)(N-杂环芳基甲基)氨基)-5,5-二取代呋喃-2(5H)-酮,其结构经1H NMR,13C NMR和HR-ESI-MS表征,并进一步通过3-氯-4-(N-2,2-二氟乙基)(N-嘧啶-5-基甲基胺基)-5,5-螺(4-甲氧基环己基)呋喃-2(5H)-酮(8)的晶体衍射间接证实.测试了所合成化合物的生物活性,结果表明,在600μg·mL^-1浓度时4-(N-2,2-二氟乙基)(N-6-氯吡啶-3-基甲基胺基)-5,5-二甲基呋喃-2(5H)-酮(3a)和4-(N-2,2-二.氟乙基)(N-6-氟吡啶-3-基甲基胺基)-5,5-二甲基呋喃-2(5H)-酮(3c)对桃蚜的死亡率均为100%.  相似文献

系统地研究了新型Schiff碱单核及双核配合物在拟酶催化PhIO单加氧化环己烷反应中的催化性能 .结果表明 ,双核配合物MnML{M =Mn(Ⅱ ) ,Fe(Ⅲ )Cl,Cr(Ⅲ )Cl,Cu(Ⅱ ) ,Co(Ⅱ ) ,Ni(Ⅱ ) ,Zn(Ⅱ ) ;L =双 [N ,N’ 亚乙基 2 ,2’ (苯亚甲基 )二 (3,4 二甲基吡咯 5 醛缩亚胺 ) ]}的催化活性比对应的单核配合物MnH2 L与MH2 L之混合物的催化活性高 .因此 ,我们认为在双核配合物中两金属离子间存在协同作用 ,并发现这种协同作用一般随双核配合物中成单d电子数增加而增大 .  相似文献

5-氨基-N,N′-双(2,3-二羟丙基)-2,4,6-三碘-1,3-苯二甲酰胺(2)在N,N-二甲基乙酰胺中可直接与乙酰氧基乙酰氯反应,产物再经碱性水解得5-羟乙酰氨基-N,N′-双(2,3-二羟丙基)-2,4,6-三碘-1,3-苯二甲酰胺(3),后者再与氯乙醇反应生成5-(N-2-羟乙基)羟乙酰胺基-N,N′-双(2,3-二羟丙基)-2,4,6-三碘-1,3-苯二甲酰胺(1),经乙二醇甲醚/正丁醇重结晶,纯度高于99%(HPLC),反应总收率由39.3%(文献值)提高到55.1%.  相似文献

(1)4-甲基5-乙基-2,6-二氯代嘧啶曾用磷醯氯和五氯化磷与其相应的2,6-二羟基嘧啶作用制取。(2)4-甲基-5-乙基-2,6-二氯代嘧啶与醇钠作用,极易转变成4-甲基-5-乙基-2,6-二烷氧基嘧啶。(3)4-甲基-5-乙基-2,6-二甲氧基嘧啶和2-氧代-3,4-二甲基-5-乙基-6-甲氧基嘧啶在高温时重排成其稳定构型的(或称内醯胺)的异构体:1,3,4-三甲基-5-乙基-2,6-二氧代嘧啶。另一方面,4-甲基-5-乙基-2,6-二甲氧基嘧啶用碘代甲烷处理并长久放置则仅仅发生部分重排作用,得到2-氧代-3,4-二甲基-5-乙基-6-甲氧基嘧啶。  相似文献

A template Schiff condensation of 2,6-pyridine dicarbaldehyde or 2,6-diformyl-4- bromophenol and 1,3–diamino-2-hydroxy propane or 3,4-diaminotoluene in the presence of copper(II) salts (CuX2) (X = Cl, Br, CH3COO, or ClO4) affords different types of copper(II) complexes. Depending on the employed molar ratio of the dicarbonyl compounds and diamines, different types of copper(II) complexes formed during the template condensation reaction. Structural formulation of the complexes was confirmed by elemental analysis (C, H, N, and M), physical measurements such as thermal analysis (TAG & DTG), molar conductivity, and magnetic moments in addition to spectral studies (UV–Vis, IR, and ESR). Homobinuclear in a four-coordinate square planar and five-coordinate square pyramidal and trigonal bipyramidal in monomeric structures are proposed. A mononuclear hexa-coordinate in an octahedral geometry is suggested as well. Oxidase biomimetic catalytic activity of these newly synthesized copper(II) complexes was examined toward the aerobic oxidation of 4-tert-butylcatechol (4-TBCH2) and o-aminophenol under catalytic conditions. Both catalytic and kinetic investigations demonstrate promising oxidase catalytic activity and based on the kinetic results, probable mechanistic catalytic implications are discussed. Geometrical structures of representative copper(II) complexes were determined by optimizing their bond lengths, bond angles, dihedral angles, and the structural index (τ).  相似文献

Two symmetrical double aza‐crowned Schiff base cobalt(II) complexes were synthesized and characterized, and the metallomicelle made up of the cobalt(II) complexes and surfactant, as mimic hydrolytic metalloenzyme, was used in catalytic hydrolysis of bis(4‐nitrophenyl) phosphate (BNPP). The analysis of specific absorption spectrums of the hydrolytic reaction systems indicated that key intermediates made up of BNPP and Co(II) complexes are formed in reaction processes of the BNPP catalytic hydrolysis. In this article, the mechanism of BNPP catalytic hydrolysis has been proposed based on the analytic result of specific absorption spectrum. A kinetic mathematical model, for the calculation of the kinetic parameter of BNPP catalytic hydrolysis has been established based on the mechanism proposed. The acid effect of reaction system, the structural effect of the complexes, the effect of surfactant micelles and the effect of temperature on the rate of BNPP hydrolysis catalyzed by the complexes have been discussed.  相似文献

The two Schiff base cobalt(II) complexes, CoL1 and CoL2, were synthesized and characterized. The metallomicelle made up of the cobalt(II) complexes and surfactants (CTAB, LSS and Brij35), as mimic peroxidase metalloenzyme, were used in the catalytic oxidation of phenol by H2O2. The mechanism and a kinetic mathematic model of the phenol catalytic oxidation were studied. The acid effect of reaction system, structural effect of the complexes, and effect of temperature on the rate of the phenol oxidation catalyzed by the mimetic peroxidases have been discussed. The results showed that the schiff base cobalt(II) complexes and their metallomicelles as peroxidase mimics exhibit good catalytic activity and similar catalytic character to natural enzyme.  相似文献

微波辅助合成了取代席夫碱铜金属卟啉。 实验结果表明,取代苯甲醛与四(对氨基苯基)铜金属卟啉的缩合反应速率和产率与芳香醛取代基的种类有关,含吸电子基团的芳香醛大于含给电子基团的芳香醛,且随吸电子性的增强而增加,随给电子性的增强而减少。 水杨醛席夫碱铜金属卟啉侧链可与铜离子在碱性条件下形成铜配合物,其催化氧化环己烷的转化率达到了7.68%,环己酮的选择性达到了60.87%。  相似文献

The imidazole derivatives (N,N‐bis(2‐ethyl‐5‐methyl‐imidazole‐4‐ylmethyl) amino‐propane (biap)) and its complexes containing cobalt or copper ion were synthesized in this study. The oxidation reaction of phenol with oxidant H2O2 catalyzed by the metallomicelle made of the complexes of imidazole groups and micelle (CTAB, Brij35, LSS) as the mimetic peroxidase was studied. The results show that the reaction rate for the catalytic oxidation of phenol increases by a factor of approximately 1×105 in the metallomicelle over that in the simple micelles or the pure buffer solution at pH=6.9 and 25°C. The catalytic effects changed with H2O2, temperature, pH, and surfactant kind in the catalytic reactive process are discussed. A kinetic mathematic model of the phenol oxidation catalyzed by the metallomicelle is proposed.  相似文献

N-苯基二吡啶甲基胺和苯甲基溴在Cu(ClO4)2存在的条件下反应导致N-苯基二吡啶甲基胺的邻位苯甲基化和一个新的溴桥联的双核铜配合物的形成。实验结果显示阴离子显著影响反应的选择性,CuCl2和Cu(NO3)2不能提高N-苯基二吡啶甲基胺邻位苯甲基化的选择性。NMR和元素分析数据证实N-苯基二吡啶甲基胺邻位苯甲基化产物的形成。X-射线晶体结构数据表明溴桥联的双核铜配合物中铜原子被3个N原子,1个配位溴离子和1个μ2-桥联的溴结合形成扭曲的三角双锥的构型。研究结果表明Cu(ClO4)2可作为N-苯基二吡啶甲基胺邻位烷基化反应的催化剂。研究结果有助于设计新的选择性苯甲基化催化剂。  相似文献

Three novel cobalt(II) complexes of the benzoaza-15-crown-5 Schiff base, CoL1, CoL2, and CoL3 were synthesized and characterized. Metallomicelles made from CoL and surfactants (CTAB, LSS, and Brij35) were used as mimetic peroxidase in the catalytic oxidation of phenol by H2O2. Two transitional metal ion macrocyclic Schiff base complexes, NiL and CuL were synthesized and characterized, and the metallomicelles made up of the nickel(II) and copper(II) complexes and surfactants(LSS, Brij35, CTAB), as mimic hydrolytic metalloenzyme, were used in catalytic hydrolysis of carboxylic ester (PNPP). The analysis of specific absorption spectrums of the hydrolytic reaction systems indicates that key intermediates, made up of PNPP and Ni(II) or Cu(II) complexes, have formed in the reaction processes of the PNPP catalytic hydrolysis. In this, based on the analytic result of specific absorption spectrum, the mechanism of PNPP catalytic hydrolysis has been proposed; a kinetic mathematical model, applied to the calculation of the kinetic parameter of PNPP catalytic hydrolysis has been established on the foundation of the mechanism proposed; the acid effect of reaction system, structure effect of the complexes, effect of temperature and effects of micelle on the rate of PNPP hydrolysis catalyzed by the complexes also have been discussed.  相似文献
