Magnetic characteristics of the dinuclear complex (2,3-Me2C5H3N)2Fe2(μ-OOCCMe3)4 (1) were studied in the temperature interval 2–300 K. The magnetic behavior of complex 1 was interpreted in terms of the orbital-dependent exchange theory with allowance for the temperature dependence of the populations of the split 5T2g ground-state components of the FeII ions. The calculated values of the orbital-dependent exchange parameters are in good agreement with the results reported for dinuclear carboxylates of other 3d-transition metals and suggest the existence of strong ferromagnetism in some types of heterodinuclear carboxylates.__________Published in Russian in Izvestiya Akademii Nauk. 2H-Imidazole derivative 5 has been synthesized and characterized by the X-ray diffraction (XRD) method. The compound crystallizes in the monoclinic space group Cc with cell parameters a = 19.398(1), b = 8.890(1), c = 10.247(1), β = 110.76(1), Z = 4. The molecules are inter-linked through C–H⋅sO and C–H⋅sπ interactions forming infinite chains.  相似文献

A new sesquiterpene of the caryophyllene series, fuscoatrol A (1), and known compounds, 11-epiterpestacin (2) and -nitropropionic acid (3), were isolated from the marine fungus Humicola fuscoatra (Traaen) KMM 4629 associated with the Kuril colonial ascidium. The structure of 1 was established on the basis of X-ray diffraction data and 2D NMR spectroscopy. A new hydroquinone diglucoside along with five known compounds was isolated from the whole plant of Lysimachia fordiana Oliv. The structure of the new compound was determined to be 2-heptyl-6-methoxy-1,4-hydroquinone-1,4-di-O--D-glucopyranoside (6). The five known compounds were identified as pentacosane (1), stigmasterol (2), 2-heptyl-6-methoxy-1,4-benzoquinone (3), palmitic acid (4), and rutin (5), respectively. 2-Keto-D-gluconate (kG) is naturally produced in soils, sediments and rock faces through the microbial oxidation of glucose. Studies have qualitatively shown kG to enhance the dissolution of soil minerals. However, quantitative information, such as the log K values for the formation of metal–kG complexes, are not available. This paper presents the results of potentiometric titration studies that employ H+ and Ca2+ ion selective electrodes (ISEs) to determine the conditional ion association constants (log Q values) for the protonation and deprotonation of kG and the formation of Ca–kG complexes. The experimentally-determined log Q values were then converted to the corresponding ion association constants (the zero ionic strength condition; log K values) by employing a modified Davies equation for charged species and the Setchenów equation for neutral species. The log K values were determined by potentiometric titrations at constant kG concentration, varied ionic strengths, 25 or 22 C, and in the absence of CO2. The computer model GEOCHEM-PC was used to determine the aqueous speciation of ions other than kG and the computer model FITEQL was used to estimate conditional log Q values for reactions in the various chemical models. Based on our evaluations, equilibrium constants for the following reactions were determined: H++ kG ⇌ HkG0, log Ka1 = (3.00 ± 0.06), kG⇌ H–1kG2–+ H+, log Ka–1 = –(11.97 ± 0.41), and Ca2++ kG⇌ CakG+, log K101 = (1.74 ± 0.04).  相似文献

The structure of galactomannans isolated from seeds of G. delavayi and G. aquatica was studied by 1H and 13C NMR spectroscopy. Five new compounds, orizaterpenol (1), orizaterpenoid (2), orizaterpenyl benzoate (3), orizanor-diterpenyl benzoate (4), and orizaditerpenyl benzoate (5), along with nine known compounds, were isolated and identified from the rice hulls of Oryza sativa. Their structures were elucidated with the help of different spectroscopic techniques. The isolation, comprehensive structure elucidation, and assessment of the free radical scavenging activity of caffeic acid decyl ester (1) from the seeds of Phleum pratense have been described. Five triterpenoid saponins were isolated from the stems of Hedera colchica K. Koch (Araliaceae). Two of them are new natural substances. HCS-A (1): 3-O-α-L-arabinopyranoside, 28-O-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1→ 4)-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-(1→6)-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-arjunolic acid. HCSt-B (2):3-O-β-D-xylopyranoside, 28-O-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1→4)-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-(1→6)-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-hederagenin. A derivative of arjunolic acid is described for the first time in the Araliaceae family. A novel organic gel film modified electrode was simply and conveniently fabricated by casting LixMoOy and polypropylene carbonate (PPC) onto the surface of a gold electrode. The cyclic voltammetry and amperometry studies demonstrated that the LixMoOy film modified electrode has a high stability and a good electrocatalytic activity for the reduction of iodate. In amperometry, a good linear relationship between the steady current and the concentration of iodate was obtained in the range from 3×10–7 to 1×10–4 mol L–1 with a correlation coefficient of 0.9997 and a detection limit of 1×10–7 mol L–1.  相似文献

Summary. A series of Emivirine and GCA-186 analogues substituted at N-1 with indan-1-yloxymethyl (6a6c) and indan-2-yloxymethyl (6d6f) were synthesized by reaction of the corresponding bis(indanyloxy)methans with uracils having 5-ethyl or 5-isopropyl and 6-benzyl or 6-(3,5-dimethylbenzyl) substituents. A route to the corresponding N-1 substituted 4-hydroxybut-2-enyloxymethyl analogue was also devised. A new Cu(II) complex [Cu(HPht)2(1-CH3Im)2] (I), where HPht is the monoanion of o-phthalic acid and 1-CH3Im is 1-methylimidazole, is synthesized and characterized by IR spectroscopy, thermogravimetry, and X-ray diffraction analysis. Compound I contains molecular complexes in which the o-phthalic acid residue is monodeprotonated and linked to a metal through the carboxyl group in a 1,3-chelate mode. The cis-octahedral coordination of copper is formed by two HPht residues and two 1-CH3Im molecules. The distances are Cu-N1.945(6) Å, Cu-O2.018(5) Å and 2.374(6) Å. Polymeric chains are formed in complex I due to intermolecular hydrogen bonds. Synthesis of five binary complex salts with an [Ir(NH3)5Cl]2+ complex cation is described. The counterions are [ReCl6]2–, [IrCl6]2–, [ReBr6]2–, and Cl. A polycrystal X-ray diffraction study has been performed for [Ir(NH3)5Cl]2[ReCl6]Cl2, and its crystal structure has been determined. A series of Ir x Re1–x phases (0.5 x > 1) were obtained by reductive thermolysis. The results of structural studies of the synthetic analog of the radtkeite mineral Hg3S2Cl1.00I1.00 are analyzed. The crystal structure of the compound has been refined; the unit cell parameters are a m = 16.827(4) , b m = 9.117(1) , c m = 13.165(5) , = 130.17(2)°, V = 1543.3(8) 3, space group C2/m, Z = 8, R = 0.0527. A possible transition a 0 = a m; b 0 = a m + 2c m; c 0 = –b m to the pseudo-orthorhombic F cell previously determined for radtkeite, where one of the angles ( 0 ) is slightly different from 90° (89.55°), has been found. Each sulfur atom in the structure is bonded to three mercury atoms, forming SHg3 umbrellas with distances 2.240(6) –2.474(8) and angles HgSHg 94.7(2)°–102.9(2)°. The SHg3 fragments are linked through Hg vertices to form corrugated [Hg12S8] layers. The halogen atoms lie inside and between the [Hg12S8] layers; the distances are Hg-Cl and Hg-I 2.783(7) , 2.961(7) , and 3.083(4) –3.311(3) , respectively.Original Russian Text Copyright © 2004 by N. Reactions of an amino derivative of the closo-decaborate anion [1-B10H9NH3] with aromatic aldehydes afforded Schiff bases [1-B10H9NH=CHAr] (Ar=Ph, C6H4-2-OMe, or C6H4-4-NHCOMe). Three compounds were isolated from Phyllanthus niruri Linn. One effective method, improved dry column liquid chromatography for isolating these compounds, was applied on a silica gel column. It is a combination of conventional dry column chromatographic and flash chromatographic techniques. Structures of those obtained compounds were elucidated by means of spectral techniques including IR, MS, and 1D NMR and 2D NMR. Compound 1 was elucidated as 2,3,5,6-tetrahydroxybenzyl acetate. Compound 2 , 2,4,5-trihydroxy-3-(4,6,7-trihydroxy-3-oxo-1,3-dihydroisobenzofuran-5-yl)-benzoic acid methyl ester, was given the name phyllangin, and compound 3 was named corilagin. 1-(3, 4-Diethoxybenzyl)-6, 7-diethoxy-3, 4-dihydroisoquinoline (drotaverine, 1a) reacts with p-benzoquinone (2) and p-naphthoquinone (3) in nitromethane or during fusion to give 5-(3, 4-diethoxyphenyl)-7, 8-diethoxy-3-hydroxy-5a, 10, 11, 12-tetrahydroindolo[2, 1-a]isoquinoline (4) and 7-(3, 4-diethoxyphenyl)-9, 10-diethoxy-5-hydroxy-7a, 12, 13, 14-tetrahydrobenz[g]indolo[2, 1-a]isoquinoline (5), respectively. Compounds 4 and 5 are smoothly alkylated at the oxygen atom in the presence of bases. The structure of one alkylation product, viz., 3-allyloxy-5-(3, 4-diethoxyphenyl)-7, 8-diethoxy-5a, 10, 11, 12-tetrahydroindolo[2, 1-a]isoquinoline, was established by X-ray diffraction analysis.__________Published in Russian in Izvestiya Akademii Nauk. The structure of Zn3P2 (P 42/nmc, a = b = 8. 0785 Å, c = 11. 3966 Å) was solved and refined to R = 3. 2% in a precision X-ray diffraction experiment (λ-MoK a, graphite monochromator on a primary beam, 27,496 reflections) . Interatomic distances and bond angles have been determined. The fcc lattice of the structure is built from phosphorus atoms, and the zinc atoms occupy 3/4 of all tetrahedral voids; the structure is described by two equivalent models where 1/4 occupied (by zinc atoms) and 1/4 vacant voids change places. Reacting Re(CO)5Cl with the azopyridine ligand (1) (L) in boiling benzene afford the complex Re(CO)3Cl(L), (2) in excellent yield [L=2-(p-Cl-C6H4NN)C5H4N]. The chelation of the azopyridine ligand accompanied by displacement of the two carbon monoxide ligands furnish a five-membered chelate ring. Structure determination of complex (2) has revealed a distorted octahedral ReC3N2Cl coordination sphere. The Re–N(pyridine) and, Re–N(azo) distances are 2.158(3) and 2.153(6) Å respectively, and the N–N length [1.273(4) Å], implicate relatively weak Re-azo(π*) back–bonding. The Re(CO)3Cl(L) lattice consists of C–H...Cl hydrogen bonding and Cl...O non-bonded interactions constituting a supramolecular network. Extended Hückel calculations reveal that the LUMO of Re(CO)3Cl(L) is Ca. 57% azo in character. One-electron quasireversible electrochemical reduction of the complex occurs near −0.3 V versus Saturated Calomel electrode(s.c.e.) The redox orbital is believed to belong to the above noted LUMO. Electrogenerated Re(CO)3Cl(L) underwent spontaneous solvolytic chloride displacement in MeCN, resulting in the isolation of Re(CO)3(MeCN)(L). The latter complex in turn reacted with imidazole and triphenylphosphine, furnishing Re(CO)3(C3H4N2)(L) and Re(CO)3(PPh3)(L), respectively. The pattern of carbonyl stretching frequencies of these radical anion complexes is similar to that of Re(CO)3Cl(L) but with shifts to lower frequencies by 10–20 cm−1. All three radical anion systems are one-electron paramagnetic (1.7–1.8 μB). The unpaired electron is primarily localized on the azoheterocycle ligand in a predominantly azo-π* orbital, but a small metal contribution (185, 187Re, I=5/2) is also present. Thus Re(CO)3(MeCN)(L) and Re(CO)3(C3H4N2)(L) display six-line e.p.r. spectra (A ˜ 28 G). The line shapes and intensities are characteristic of the presence of g-strain. In the case of Re(CO)3(PPh3)(L) seven nearly equispaced lines are observed due to virtually equal coupling between the metal and 31P (I=&frac;) nuclei. The g-values of the radical species are slightly higher than the free-electron value of 2.0023.  相似文献

The dried and aerial part of Linum mucronatum ssp. mucronatum was analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS). Two aryltetralin lignans, podophylloyoxin, 6-methoxypodophylloyoxin, and β-peltatin, were identified.
