Platinum nanoparticles (Ptnano) decorated multiwalled carbon nanotubes (MWCNTs)–1‐octyl‐3‐methylimidazolium hexafluorophosphate ([omim][PF6]) composite material (MWCNTs‐Ptnano‐[omim][PF6]) was fabricated and characterized for the first time. In the presence of [omim][PF6], more Ptnano could deposit on MWCNTs. The average diameter of the deposited Ptnano was about 5 nm. The composite material film coated glassy carbon electrode (GCE) exhibited sensitive voltammetric response to theophylline (TP). Under the optimized conditions (i.e., preconcentration for 2 minutes on open circuit in 0.10 M pH 3.0 phosphate buffer), the anodic peak current of TP at about 1.1 V (vs. SCE) was linear to TP concentration over the range of 1.0×10?8–1.0×10?5 M. The detection limit was estimated to be 8.0×10?9 M. The modified electrode was successfully applied to the determination of TP in medicine tablet and green tea. In addition, the voltammetric responses of hypoxanthine (HX), xanthine (Xan) and uric acid (UA) on the MWCNTs‐Ptnano‐[omim][PF6]/GCE were also discussed.  相似文献

In the present work, an electrochemical sensor was developed for simple and sensitive determination of tryptophan (Trp) using multi‐walled carbon nanotubes modified sol‐gel electrode (MWCNTs/SGE). The electrocatalytic oxidation of tryptophan was investigated by cyclic voltammetry (CV) and differential pulse voltammetry (DPV). It was found that the oxidation peak current of Trp at the MWCNTs/SGE was greatly improved compared with that of the bare SGE. Furthermore, at the MWCNTs/SGE, the anodic peak potential of Trp is shifted about 220 mV to more negative value indicated that modified electrode has better electrocatalytic activity for electro‐oxidation of Trp. The anodic peak currents increased linearly with the concentration of tryptophan in the range of 0.2 × 10?6 to 15 × 10?6 M with a detection limit of 0.139 × 10?6 M (at an S/N = 3).  相似文献

Based on single‐walled carbon nanotubes (SWCNTs) modified glassy carbon electrode (GCE/SWCNTs), a novel method was presented for the determination of L ‐tyrosine. The GCE/SWCNTs exhibited remarkable catalytic and enhanced effects on the oxidation of L ‐tyrosine. In 0.10 mol/L citric acid‐sodium citrate buffer solution, the oxidation potential of L ‐tyrosine shifted negatively from +1.23 V at bare GCE to +0.76 V at GCE/SWCNTs. Under the optimized experimental conditions, the linear range of the modified electrode to the concentration of L ‐tyrosine was 5.0×10?6–2.0×10?5 mol/L (R1=0.9952) and 2.7×10?5–2.6×10?4 mol/L (R2=0.9998) with a detection limit of 9.3×10?8 mol/L. The kinetic parameters such as α (charge transfer coefficient) and D (diffusion coefficient) were evaluated to be 0.66, 9.82×10?5 cm2 s?1, respectively. And the electrochemical mechanism of L ‐tyrosine was also discussed.  相似文献

The electrochemical properties of L ‐cysteic acid studied at the surface of p‐bromanil (tetrabromo‐p‐benzoquinone) modified carbon paste electrode (BMCPE) in aqueous media by cyclic voltammetry (CV) and double step potential chronoamperometry. It has been found that under optimum condition (pH 7.00) in cyclic voltammetry, the oxidation of L ‐cysteic acid at the surface of BMCPE occurs at a half‐wave potential of p‐bromanil redox system (e.g., 100 mV vs. Ag|AgCl|KClsat), whereas, L ‐cysteic acid was electroinactive in the testing potential ranges at the surface of bare carbon paste electrode. The apparent diffusion coefficient of spiked p‐bromanil in paraffin oil was also determined by using the Cottrell equation. The electrocatalytic oxidation peak current of L ‐cysteic acid exhibits a linear dependency to its concentration in the ranges of 8.00×10?6 M–6.00×10?3 M and 5.2×10?7 M–1.0×10?5 M using CV and differential pulse voltammetry (DPV) methods, respectively. The detection limits (2σ) were determined as 5.00×10?6 M and 4.00×10?7 M by CV and DPV methods. This method was used as a new, selective, rapid, simple, precise and suitable voltammetric method for determination of L ‐cysteic acid in serum of patient's blood with migraine disease.  相似文献

A functional composite of single‐walled carbon nanotubes (SWNTs) with hematin, a water‐insoluble porphyrin, was first prepared in 1‐butyl‐3‐methylimidazolium hexafluorophosphate ([BMIM][PF6]) ionic liquid. The novel composite in ionic liquid was characterized by scanning electron microscopy, ultraviolet absorption spectroscopy, and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy, and showed a pair of direct redox peaks of the FeIII/FeII couple. The composite–[BMIM][PF6]‐modified glassy carbon electrode showed excellent electrocatalytic activity toward the reduction of trichloroacetic acid (TCA) in neutral media due to the synergic effect among SWNTs, [BMIM][PF6], and porphyrin, which led to a highly sensitive and stable amperometric biosensor for TCA with a linear range from 9.0×10?7 to 1.4×10?4 M . The detection limit was 3.8×10?7 M at a signal‐to‐noise ratio of 3. The TCA biosensor had good analytical performance, such as rapid response, good reproducibility, and acceptable accuracy, and could be successfully used for the detection of residual TCA in polluted water. The functional composite in ionic liquid provides a facile way to not only obtain the direct electrochemistry of water‐insoluble porphyrin, but also construct novel biosensors for monitoring analytes in real environmental samples.  相似文献

The electrochemical behavior of L ‐cysteine studied at the surface of ferrocenedicarboxylic acid modified carbon paste electrode (FDCMCPE) in aqueous media using cyclic voltammetry, differential pulse voltammetry and double potential step chronoamperometry. It has been found that under optimum condition (pH 8.00) in cyclic voltammetry, the oxidation of L ‐cysteine occurs at a potential about 200 mV less positive than that of an unmodified carbon paste electrode. The kinetic parameters such as electron transfer coefficient, α, and catalytic reaction rate constant, kh were also determined using electrochemical approaches. The electrocatalytic oxidation peak current of L ‐cysteine showed a linear dependent on the L ‐cysteine concentration and linear analytical curves were obtained in the ranges of 3.0×10?5 M–2.2×10?3 M and 1.5×10?5 M–3.2×10?3 M of L ‐cysteine concentration with cyclic voltammetry (CV) and differential pulse voltammetry (DPV) methods respectively. The detection limits (3σ) were determined as 2.6×10?5 M and 1.4×10?6 M by CV and DPV methods.  相似文献

This work demonstrates for the first time the application of multiwalled carbon nanotubes/poly‐l ‐lysine modified pyrolytic graphite electrodes (MWCNTs/PLL/PGE) in sodium dodecylsulfate bicontinuous (SDS BC) microemulsions. Cyclic voltammetric studies of ruthenium(III)hexaamine electroactive probe in these media on both plain and modified pyrolytic graphite electrodes (PGE) mainly gave one peak for each of the cathodic and anodic scans. These reduction–oxidation responses were attributed to [Ru(NH3)6]2+/[Ru(NH3)6]3+ redox couple. In SDS BC microemulsions, the midpoint potentials were found to be −0.22 V for PGE plain and −0.24 V for MWCNTs/PLL/PGE versus saturated calomel electrode. The average peak separations for PGE plain and MWCNTs/PLL/PGE were found to be ∼0.05 and ∼0.04 V between the scan rates of 0.01 and 0.1 V/s, whereas their diffusion coefficients were 1.0 × 10−6 and 7.0 × 10−6 cm2/s, respectively. The rates of electron transfer constants were also found to be 1.47 × 10−1 cm/s for PGE plain and 7.38 × 10−1 cm/s for MWCNTs/PLL/PGE. These enhanced responses were attributed to possible increased surface area of the modified electrode, good distribution of nanotubes within the poly‐l ‐lysine matrix, and increased porosity within the MWCNTs/PLL/PGE composite making the nanotubes fully accessible to the electroactive probe. Overly these observations in microemulsions are similar to those observed in phosphate buffer solutions, pH 6.5. Moreover, this study shows a possible application of microemulsions in electroanalysis where simultaneous analysis of both organic and inorganic pollutants in environmental samples is required.  相似文献

Epinephrine (EP) could exhibit an anodic peak at a bare gold electrode, but it was very insensitive. However, when the bare gold electrode was modified with 3‐mercaptopropionic acid (3MPA) self‐assembled monolayer (3MPA SAM), the peaks of EP became more reversible and sensitive due to the accumulation and mediate efficiency of 3MPA SAM. Conditions such as solution pH, concentration of supporting electrolyte and accumulation time were optimized. Under the selected conditions (i.e., 0.02 M pH 6.8 sodium phosphate buffer, accumulation time: 2 min under open‐ circuit.), the height of the anodic peak at about 0.18 V (vs. SCE) was linear to EP concentration in the range of 2×10?7 ?1×10?6 M and 1×10?6?5×10?4 M with correlation coefficient of 0.995 and 0.999, respectively. When the 3MPA/Au was further modified with cysteamine, the interference of H2O2 and BrO3? was eliminated. But the resulting electrode still suffered from the interference of ascorbic acid. This method was used to determine the content of EP in adrenaline hydrochloride injections, and the recovery was in the range of 97.0% to 105.1%.  相似文献

The electrochemical behavior of L ‐cysteine studied at the surface of ferrocenecarboxylic acid modified carbon paste electrode (FCMCPE) in aqueous media using cyclic voltammetry and double step potential chronoamperometry. It has been found that under optimum condition (pH 7.00) in cyclic voltammetry, the oxidation of L ‐cysteine is occurs at a potential about 580 mV less positive than that an unmodified carbon paste electrode. The kinetic parameters such as electron transfer coefficient, α and catalytic reaction rate constant, Kh were also determined using electrochemical approaches. The electrocatalytic oxidation peak current of L ‐cysteine showed a linear dependent on the L ‐cysteine concentration and linear calibration curves were obtained in the ranges of 10?5 M–10?3 M and 4.1×10?8 M–3.7×10?5 M of L ‐cysteine concentration with cyclic voltammetry (CV) and differential pulse voltammetry (DPV) methods respectively. The detection limits (2δ) were determined as 2.4×10?6 M and 2.5×10?8 M by CV and DPV methods. This method was also examined for determination of L ‐cysteine in some samples, such as Soya protein powder, serum of human blood by using recovery and standard addition methods.  相似文献

Taking inspiration from yeast alcohol dehydrogenase (yADH), a benzimidazolium (BI+) organic hydride‐acceptor domain has been coupled with a 1,10‐phenanthroline (phen) metal‐binding domain to afford a novel multifunctional ligand ( L BI+) with hydride‐carrier capacity ( L BI++H?? L BIH). Complexes of the type [Cp*M( L BI)Cl][PF6]2 (M=Rh, Ir) have been made and fully characterised by cyclic voltammetry, UV/Vis spectroelectrochemistry, and, for the IrIII congener, X‐ray crystallography. [Cp*Rh( L BI)Cl][PF6]2 catalyses the transfer hydrogenation of imines by formate ion in very goods yield under conditions where the corresponding [Cp*Ir( L BI)Cl][PF6] and [Cp*M(phen)Cl][PF6] (M=Rh, Ir) complexes are almost inert as catalysts. Possible alternatives for the catalysis pathway are canvassed, and the free energies of intermediates and transition states determined by DFT calculations. The DFT study supports a mechanism involving formate‐driven Rh?H formation (90 kJ mol?1 free‐energy barrier), transfer of hydride between the Rh and BI+ centres to generate a tethered benzimidazoline (BIH) hydride donor, binding of imine substrate at Rh, back‐transfer of hydride from the BIH organic hydride donor to the Rh‐activated imine substrate (89 kJ mol?1 barrier), and exergonic protonation of the metal‐bound amide by formic acid with release of amine product to close the catalytic cycle. Parallels with the mechanism of biological hydride transfer in yADH are discussed.  相似文献

A novel nanocomposite designed by the assembly of the positively charged poly(diallyldimethylammonium chloride) protected gold nanoparticles (PDDA‐GNPs), and the negatively charged multi‐walled carbon nanotubes (MWCNTs) on ITO electrode via electrostatic interaction, was used as a supporting matrix for immobilizing hemoglobin (Hb) to develop a high‐performance hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) biosensor. The cyclic voltammetrys of immobilized Hb showed a pair of well‐defined and quasi‐reversible redox peaks with the formal potential of ‐0.205V (vs. SCE) and the peak‐to‐peak potential separation of 44 mV at a scan rate of 100 mV×s?1 in 0.1 mol×L?1 pH 7.0 PBS. Under the optimized experimental conditions, a linearity range for determination of H2O2 was from 2.0 × 10?6 to 5.2 × 10?4 mol×L?1 with a correlation coefficient of 0.9994 (n = 37) and a detection limit of 8.4 × 10?7 mol×L?1. The biosensor displayed excellent electrochemical and electrocatalytic response to the reduction of H2O2, high sensitivity, long‐term stability, good bioactivity and selectivity.  相似文献

An ionic liquid (i.e., 1‐butyl‐3‐methylimidazolium hexafluorophosphate, BMIMPF6)‐single‐walled carbon nanotube (SWNT) gel modified glassy carbon electrode (BMIMPF6‐SWNT/GCE) is fabricated. At it the voltammetric behavior and determination of p‐nitroaniline (PNA) is explored. PNA can exhibit a sensitive cathodic peak at ?0.70 V (vs. SCE) in pH 7.0 phosphate buffer solution on the electrode, resulting from the irreversible reduction of PNA. Under the optimized conditions, the peak current is linear to PNA concentration over the range of 1.0×10?8–7.0×10?6 M, and the detection limit is 8.0×10?9 M. The electrode can be regenerated by successive potential scan in a blank solution for about 5 times and exhibits good reproducibility. Meanwhile, the feasibility to determine other nitroaromatic compounds (NACs) with the modified electrode is also tested. It is found that the NACs studied (i.e., p‐nitroaniline, p‐nitrophenol, o‐nitrophenol, m‐nitrophenol, p‐nitrobenzoic acid, and nitrobenzene) can all cause sensitive cathodic peaks under the conditions, but their peak potentials and peak currents are different to some extent. Their peak currents and concentrations show linear relationships in concentration ranges with about 3 orders of magnitude. The detection limits are 8.0×10?9 M for p‐nitroaniline, 2.0×10?9 M for p‐nitrophenol, 5.0×10?9 M for o‐nitrophenol, 5.0×10?9 M for m‐nitrophenol, 2.0×10?8 M for p‐nitrobenzoic acid and 8.0×10?9 M for nitrobenzene respectively. The BMIMPF6‐SWNT/GCE is applied to the determination of NACs in lake water.  相似文献

Cuprous oxide nanowhisker was prepared by using cetyltrimethyl ammonium bromide (CATB) as soft template, and was characterized by XRD and TEM methods. The electrochemical properties of nano‐Cu2O and nano‐Cu2O‐methylene blue (MB) modified electrode were studied. The experimental results indicate that nano‐Cu2O shows a couple of redox peaks corresponding to the redox of Cu(II)/Cu(I), the peak currents are linear to the scan rates which demonstrate that the electrochemical response of Cu2O is surface‐controlled. The composite nano‐Cu2O‐Nafion‐MB modified electrode shows a trend of decrease of peak currents corresponding to the Cu (II)/Cu (I). However, the electrocatalytic ability of nano‐Cu2O‐MB composite film to dopamine increases dramatically. At this composite electrode, dopamine shows a couple of quasireversible redox peaks with a peak separation of 106 mV, the peak current increases about 8 times and the oxidation peak potential decreases about 200 mV as compared to that at bare glassy carbon electrode. The peak currents change linearly with concentration of dopamine from 1×10?7 to 3.2×10?4 mol/L, the detection limit is 4.6×10?8 mol/L. The composite electrode can effectively eliminate the interference of ascorbic acid and has better stability and excellent reproducibility.  相似文献

A novel room temperature ionic liquid (i.e., 1‐octyl‐3‐methylimidazolium hexafluorophosphate, OMIMPF6)‐multiwall carbon nanotube (MWNT) gel‐chitosan (Chi) composite modified glassy carbon electrode (GCE) was fabricated and characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), infrared spectroscopy (IR), electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS), and cyclic voltammetry (CV). The OMIMPF6‐MWNT gel‐Chi composite showed good conductivity, stability, and extraction effect due to the synergic action of OMIMPF6, MWNT, and Chi. Furthermore, it was found that the OMIMPF6‐MWNT gel‐Chi composite had strong electrocatalytic effect on the oxidation of nitrite and at the OMIMPF6‐MWNT gel‐Chi/GCE nitrite could produce a very sensitive anodic peak. Under optimized conditions, the peak current was linear to nitrite concentration from 2.0×10?8 to 6.0×10?5 M. The detection limit was 1.0×10?8 M. The electrode also exhibited acceptable stability, repeatability and selectivity. It was used successfully for the determination of nitrite in soil, sewage and sausage samples.  相似文献

The present work describes reduction of iodate (IO3?), and periodate (IO4?) at silicomolybdate‐doped‐glutaraldehyde‐cross‐linked poly‐L ‐lysine (PLL‐GA‐SiMo) film coated glassy carbon electrode in 0.1 M H2SO4. In our previous study, we were able to prepare the PLL‐GA‐SiMo film modified electrode by means of electrostatically trapping SiMo12O404? mediator in the cationic film of PLL‐GA, and the voltammetric investigation in pure supporting indicated that the charge transport through the film was fast. Here, the electrocatalytic activity of PLL‐GA‐SiMo film electrode towards iodate and periodate was tested and subsequently used for analytical determination of these analytes by amperometry. The two electron reduced species of SiMo12O404? anion was responsible for the electrocatalytic reduction of IO3? at PLL‐GA‐SiMo film electrode while two and six electron reduced species were showed electrocatalytic activity towards IO4? reduction. Under optimized experimental conditions of amperometry, the linear concentration range and sensitivity are 2.5×10?6 to 1.1×10?2 M and 18.47 μA mM?1 for iodate, and 5×10?6 to 1.43×10?4 M and 1014.7 μA mM?1 for periodate, respectively.  相似文献

The electrochemical behavior of D ‐penicillamine (D ‐PA) studied at the surface of ferrocene carboxylic acid modified carbon paste electrode (FCAMCPE) in aqueous media using cyclic voltammetry and double step potential chronoamperometry. It has been found that under optimum condition (pH 7.00), the oxidation of D ‐PA at surface of such an electrode is occurred about 420 mV less positive than that an unmodified carbon paste electrode (CPE). The catalytic oxidation peak current was linearly dependent on the D ‐PA concentration and a linear calibration curve was obtained in the ranges 7.5×10?5 M – 1.0×10?3 M and 6.5×10?6 M?1.0×10?4 M of D ‐PA with cyclic voltammetry (CV) and differential pulse voltammetry (DPV) methods respectively. The detection limits (3σ) were determined as 6.04×10?5 M and 6.15×10?6 M. This method was also used for the determination of D ‐PA in pharmaceutical preparation (capsules) by standard addition method.  相似文献

Electrochemical behavior of dopamine (DA) was investigated at the gold nanoparticles self‐assembled glassy carbon electrode (GNP/LC/GCE), which was fabricated by self‐assembling gold nanoparticles on the surface of L ‐cysteine (LC) modified glassy carbon electrode (GCE) via successive cyclic voltammetry (CV). A pair of well‐defined redox peaks of DA on the GNP/LC/GCE was obtained at Epa=0.197 V and Epc=0.146 V, respectively. And the peak separation between DA and AA is about 0.2 V, which is enough for simultaneous determination of DA and AA. The peak currents of DA and AA were proportional with their concentrations in the range of 6.0×10?8–8.5×10?5 mol L?1 and 1.0×10?6–2.5×10?3 mol L?1, with the detection limit of 2.0×10?8 mol L?1 and 3.0×10?7 mol L?1 (S/N=3), respectively. The modified electrode exhibits an excellent reproducibility, sensibility and stability for simultaneous determination of DA and AA in human serum with satisfactory result.  相似文献

This communication describes the determination of an essential amino acid, L ‐methionine (L ‐Met) in the presence of important interferents, ascorbic acid (AA) and uric acid (UA) at physiological pH using a glassy carbon electrode modified with an electropolymerized film of 3‐amino‐5‐mercapto‐1,2,4‐triazole (p‐AMTa). The bare glassy carbon electrode fails to show a voltammetric signal for L ‐Met in the presence of AA and UA at pH 7.2. However, the p‐AMTa electrode separates the voltammetric signals of AA, UA and L ‐Met with pronounced oxidation currents. The amperometric current of L ‐Met was increased linearly from 1.0×10?7 to 1×10?4 M and the detection limit was found to be 4.12×10?10 M (S/N=3).  相似文献

The direct electrochemistry of glucose oxidase (GOD) immobilized on the designed titanium carbide‐Au nanoparticles‐fullerene C60 composite film modified glassy carbon electrode (TiC‐AuNPs‐C60/GCE) and its biosensing for glucose were investigated. UV‐visible and Fourier‐transform infrared spectra of the resulting GOD/TiC‐AuNPs‐C60 composite film suggested that the immobilized GOD retained its original structure. The direct electron transfer behaviors of immobilized GOD at the GOD/TiC‐AuNPs‐C60/GCE were investigated by cyclic voltammetry in which a pair of well‐defined, quasi‐reversible redox peaks with the formal potential (E0′) of ‐0.484 V (vs. SCE) in phosphate buffer solution (0.05 M, pH 7.0) at the scan rate of 100 mV·s?1 were obtained. The proposed GOD modified electrode exhibited an excellent electrocatalytic activity to the reduction of glucose, and the currents of glucose reduction peak were linearly related to glucose concentration in a wider linearity range from 5.0 × 10?6 to 1.6 × 10?4 M with a correlation coefficient of 0.9965 and a detection limit of 2.0 × 10?6 M (S/N = 3). The sensitivity and the apparent Michaelis‐Menten constant (KMapp) were determined to be 149.3 μA·mM?1·cm?2 and 6.2 × 10?5 M, respectively. Thus, the protocol will have potential application in studying the electron transfer of enzyme and the design of novel electrochemical biosensors.  相似文献

Electrochemical reduction of the dacarbazine‐Cu2+ complex was investigated using cyclic voltammetry and square wave voltammetry at a hanging mercury drop electrode. The reduction of the dacarbazine‐Cu2+ complex is irreversible. A reduction mechanism is proposed comprising a one‐electron reduction of the Cu2+ directly within the complex. The sharp peak of the adsorbed dacarbazine‐Cu2+ complex associated with an effective interfacial accumulation facilitates the determination of the anticancer drug dacarbazine in pharmaceutical formulations and biological fluids. Detection limits for dacarbazine of 6.12×10?10 M, 1.57×10?10 M and 1.97×10?9 M were achieved for the determination of the drug in vial, human urine and serum, respectively.  相似文献
